Purchased a plot there back in 2016 saved for it and finally purchased my space there at the all season mausoleum..ive seen the inside its really nice there and they take care of it. it has a chapel there for services also..I only paid $855.00 for mine I dont require a vault .They were very friendly also .
Everyone at White Haven Memorial Park could not have done a better job. The staff members I closely spoke with were absolutely terrific, it made it easier for myself and my family to cope with the difficult situation we were in. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

2021-10-22The employees are friendly. My only concern was that even though I was the executor of my mothers will, I was not allowed to order her gravestone until all five of my siblings signed off with a notarized document that I could order the grave marker. That seemed ridiculous to me and I told White Haven I am willing to accept all responsibility and understand there will be no refund issued. It didnt matter, they would not proceed until all five siblings turned in their notarized document.

2022-03-31Not a friendly staff at all! Very unprofessional! Just all around a horrible place to work and place to be apart of. Was working clearing off the headstone plaques and ADAM the cry baby crew leader tells me not to worry about that and that visitors can clear em off if they want, even though guest were thanking me for doing so. But the nail In the coffin was while I was working going out of my way, making the grounds look nice and clean, I was yelled at because I wasnt using earplugs while using a leaf blower. I told them ok, if thats policy then Ill just rake because they bother my ears, Im not worried about a little noise. So I told that to ADAM and he went and cried to GARY whos in charge of the whole grounds department, probably told him some lies too because GARY calls me and tells me not to bother coming in tomorrow....like really, all because I wasnt wearing earplugs and said thats ok, Ill just go back to raking manually.....they overreacted big time! So I called the main office up front to talk to the head honcho band the lady who answers the phone says, ok yea, Ill pass this information on and someone will get back to you do you think they did.....NOPE! Theyd rather have lazy employees than hard working ones. That crew leader ADAM is the biggest baby and runs and cries to GARY if he doesnt like someone or something and will tell him lies to get you fired. I think he was just scared he was gonna loose his job from someone who actually works harder than him. GARY doesnt care at all what goes on either, hes just there for his paycheck. But yea, I DO NOT recommend this place for funerals nor employment! Just a horrible staff all around that dont appreciate good workers. Seems like everyone there even up in the main office just are there for a paycheck, they dont care about new employees nor do they protect them from liars like ADAM. Its sad that when you try to make peoples final resting spot look nice a cleared out that they tell you Dont do that. They care about taking your money and NOT making sure your loved ones that have passed on are taken care of and looked after, meaning there resting spot. If you decide to try and work there, or have a funeral there.... DONT! Or just be careful with GARY and ADAM, very careless people, dont let them fool you, same with those up in the office. It may have been nice in the past but theyve definitely gone downhill quickly since! Well anyways, Best of luck everyone, stay safe.

2022-05-21Beautiful place, my Dad and grandparents are buried here. Would give 5 stars but the open hours are awful. 9-5 M-F and only open 3hrs on Saturday.. so weird. Its really hard finding time to visit. Most people work during those hours. Would be great if this could change.

2018-10-20I lost my 24-year-old daughter in 2016 and I knew immediately that her memorial site would be at White Haven, on the Nature Trail. My husbands first wife is buried at the mausoleum, and we had been daily visitors to the memorial park to enjoy walking the wooded trails for years. We continue to be daily visitors. The grounds and landscaping are kept in exceptional shape year round; the staff at White Haven are also very personable and caring.
