Everyone in the office is incredibly patient, knowledgable, person-oriented, and kind. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and the staff was supportive and understanding. The optometrist is very thorough and took plenty of time to explain the process for my grandmother, which is very rare. My grandmother needed a new prescription and he patiently adjusted her prescription until she felt happy with whatever improvement we could get in her vision correction. He is very thoughtful and considerate of my grandmothers needs and wellbeing in regard to her vision. She found a pair that she was happy with and she cant wait to get her new glasses. They treated us with patience, respect, and care and we will definitely be coming back here!

They were very welcoming, funny, and easy-going. Compared to other places, everything from scheduling an eye exam to actually receiving your glasses is more expedient and pleasant. They also take the Coronavirus seriously, meticulously sanitizing the glasses and making sure customers follow the rules! We’ll be coming back again for sure.

Staff is great except for the eye doctor that helped me out. I had gone in determined to get contacts. She proceeded with the eye exam and told me I have astigmatism. She then proceeded to tell me that I should stick to glasses because these contacts will be difficult to make for me (as if she was making them by hand). I was dismissed and out of there with nothing. I wasted my time. I have now been to another place in the neighborhood and found out it’s not difficult to make contacts for me at all!

Called my insurance and They gave me 3 places .Owner Ed picked up (unlike other numbers i called) and gave me an appointment .I came had a doctor check my eyes and was given a choice of free glasses.They have cheap frames and top of the line ones .Ed and staff is very nice !

I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!!I was using this place years, then had a change of insurance and they didnt take my new coverage. Unfortunately I had to go somewhere else, about 2 years later I had a horrendous experience with the eye care provider I went to, my insurance company approved that I could change my provider and found out that WVC now accepted my coverage!!! They accepted my replacement from my insurance company even though I wasnt currently their patient!!!!! Now if thats not customer service.....I dont know what is!!!!!

I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. The entire staff is all very nice and helpful with whatever you need, picking out lenses understanding your benefits, etc. I would definitely recommend coming here! The doctor is also very nice and knows her stuff!

Junk frames that fall apart at the worst time. Even though I have coverage I upgraded out of pocket to something nicer but the lenses would pop off. Or the temples would come off. Once I removed my glasses and a nose pad stuck to my face. Then a hinge will break from the constant repairs. The following year I went a second time out of laziness and to have my first frame repaired only now I have two sets of junk.

You can get an appointment just about any time. They are opend 6 days a week. 2 late nights (M and Th). The doc is nice and will refer you to a specialist if needed. Your care is her concern. Ed runs the place and is helpful when placing contact orders, choosing frames, ordering what you need. The frams are usually readying a timely manner.They accept most insurance. Big selection of frames or they can order what you need.If you do not have insurance, they will work with you on pricing.Friendly staff.Parking on the street.

Terrible, over priced for sure... went back 3 times to try and have my lenses adjusted. How many times does it take to get right?? Waste of time and energy.. 2 weeks of a process to only have to go else where because these guys couldn’t get it right.
