Easy in easy out. Fantastic meat and fish. Its our go to place from Harlem. If people think WF is too $$$$ Not true great sales especially with the Amazon deals.
If you want empty shelfs; warm sushi with half-cooked rice; dried out bagels from the day before; and end your conveyor belt experience by paying through a glitching credit card reader, thats your store. One star for nice and helpful staff.
Customer service gave me bad information about the Amazon service here. I wasted a trip to the store, and I dont live nearby. Their excuse was that has nothing to do with us. If you offer that service at your store, please know whats going on or double check before wasting peoples time. Not acceptable for Whole Foods.
Whole Foods UWS Wine Shop: This review is actually about the wine shop at Whole Foods Market in NY. Due to NY law Whole Foods Market is permitted to only have one location for their wine shop and the Upper West Side is lucky to have it. Also according to NY law, you wont find the wine section inside of the Whole Foods Market grocery store. The wine shop is located to the side of the store with a separate entrance. There is a large section of New York local wines!
A great neighborhood store with most things we neededAfter Vancouver, we found this again not far from where we stay in New YorkNo wonder their Business was very good, good quality, good selection, although prices are slightly higher.We do hope they will open the store in Asia soon.
Fantastical with the new remodel, I love it. Great customer service and the environment is so inviting.
Currently my favorite Whole Foods store in the city, mainly because of their wine store, but I also like team managers at the meat department, Josh and Chris. They will spend time to explain things to their customers. Also, I think this is one of the most aggressive store when it comes to pricing (Columbus Center store used to be, currently I think Upper West and Union Square are two aggressive ones in my opinion). Beef back ribs, which is the bone part of rib eye, they get rid of this part to make boneless rib eye, at any other Whole Foods locations, are sold for $5.99lb, whereas at the Upper West, depends on the season, but I’ve bought them $1.99lb frequently (in Columbus Circle, until a few years ago, it was $.99lb, but currently $5.99 lb). For their beefs, I think those from Pineland Farm is highest quality (there are other contracted farms as far as I am aware, such as Mayas Farm).If you walk a step away, then there’s their wine store on the same side of street. I am almost always there for $2.99 Three Wishes bottles, but if you buy a case (and you can mix bottles), then 20% off applies with the exception of Three Wishes. Also, last year was my first year when I realized that there is a day toward the end of year (early December, if I remember) when 25% discounts applies to any bottles at the store, except for the Wishes again (I think $2.99 is the lowest according to the law in NY).

I paid $75 for it. Not ok. Respectfully - is that a joke? You want me to reach into a tree that has showered spiders on me every time I water it, and walk it back to the store???Whole Foods is a billion dollar company. I am beyond shocked that they sold me a bug-filled tree in the first place, and it’s amazing that they don’t care. A refund so that I can go get a new tree from somewhere else is what’s called for - in the meantime, if you buy a tree from Whole Foods, I should wish you good luck. Apparently you’ll need it.
Great buffet, beer selection, cheese assortment, full wine varsity, exquisite pizza. Long wait to pay, store wide high prices 😔.
Overcrowded the guy messed up my sushi he put spicy orange sauce on it when a shrimp tempura roll does not have that on it. I think he confused the eel sauce and the hot spicy so I couldnt eat it. And I had them make it in front of me. Tried telling him it was the wrong sauce but it was loud in there.
I bought grapes there tonight 2lbs I wasnt able to check them because theyre taped shut. I got home 90 minutes away (a bus and train ride) to find my grapes are molded. Extremely disappointed....
An impressive, full-service Whole Foods in the heart of Columbus Circle. I always end up buying more than I intend to.
Whole foods is the best market Ive been to, out of all SUPER supermarkets that Ive been to in this area so far. You have buffet areas of different types of cooked and non-cooked foods like, already cooked and hot (grilled chicken, or roasted) mash potatoes, to a yummy pizza thats perfectly designed with different condiments. Delicious hot or cold sandwiches you can specially create yourself and awesome salad bar areas with different condiments to add on, to make your salad more delicious. There are so many products to choose from. From clothes, to hair accessories, plenty of different foods, household items and, many more. Really love this place alot. Definitely will start shopping here more often🥰🙏💜Update : still hasnt changed 💖💖💖
On the small side for a whole foods but has a decent selection. They got rid of the majority of the bulk bins after COVID and replaced them with the Instacart area. The fish department is super slow to put out the fish and prices so if you go as soon as they open there will probably not be any fish out. Upstairs the checkout lines move much faster since theyve installed the self checkout lines but be prepared to check your own groceries. The self checkout lines also dont give the 10 cent per bag bring-your-own bag credits to customers.
Very clean. Well-stocked. Super-nice staff. Great location. Always something very fresh and special with constant supply of go-to staples. Example: last week, I found Hudson Valley New York local squash in the produce section. The 365 Whole Foods brand name products (tomato paste, spices, etc.) are reliably good. Large bakery section. Flowers and wine. Meats and fish.
I found everything that I was looking for (cat litter, spinach, and vegetable chips), so it was a good experience...Also, self checkout rocks!
I really enjoy this W. F. Market on Columbus except that it is almost always out of Lemon Pepper Tofu and regularly out of Hickory Smoke Tofurky as well as Silk Original Soy Creamer! I just hope someone in charge will realize this and keep these products in stock!
Most of the staff are very nice and very helpful. Range: very often out of stock of many products (no regular flour for 2+ weeks) . Biggest issue the freezer... since the place opened. Most of the ice creams were soft and half frozen. This summer has been the worst. It seems the place isnt managed very well.
An entirely different experience than just a few years ago. The store used to be immaculate, well-stocked, and generally a pleasure to shop in. Since the pandemic, this location has become a nightmare. The produce section is never well stocked anymore. It now contains a paltry selection of fruits and vegetables, some of them visibly moldy, that are routinely swarmed by flies. This section of the store also abuts the seafood department, which has recently begun to emit a pungent odor of poorly refrigerated fish. Ice cream should never be purchased here -- the freezers intermittently are out of service and completely emptied of all products, no doubt lemons from the manufacturer. The result is ice cream that is perpetually perfused with ice crystals from thoroughly melting and then refreezing. It seems many of its customers are blissfully unaware of the deplorable conditions, however, as it seems most of them are getting grocery deliveries instead of visiting it in person. A significant portion of the downstairs has been cordoned off for use by personal shoppers, who rudely block off aisles with carts full of groceries and make it a miserable experience for patrons brave, or foolish, enough to roam the aisles themselves.Target, which just opened across the street, may be a better place to shop until this Whole Foods location gets its act together.
It’s great place to buy fresh food to cook at home. Excellent buffet bar and chef case to take hot fresh food home for dinner.🍕🍗🥪🥗🥑🥦
I cant read the fresh food. labels. it would be nice to see a label that I can read the nutritional facts accurately. The chicken, sandwiches, and egg rolls labels are just place in a way thats impossible to read. The salads are expired I cant see to get a good salad here.
They need more variety for the Oatly ice cream and they always never have potato bread for some reason.11/16/20 - still not potato bread and no oat milk since 11/13/204/15/22 - Vanleeuwen ice cream is on sale yay! Oh but very little vegan option of it boohoo, needs some vegan mint choclate chip, etc

Eco-Minded, mostly organic grocery store chain on the Upper West Side owned by Amazon. The grocery store is 2 floors and is bigger than most Manhattan based grocery stores. On the ground floor you have mostly beer, prepared food, specialty breads, pre-made desserts, and specialty cheeses along with the checkouts (behind the checkouts is the dining area with restrooms). As soon you take the escalator or elevator down to the basement the produce section will be in front of you and the meat and fish section. Not a huge fish section, but they make their own sausage in house (mostly pork based, but they have a few chicken based ones). The remaining food sections are on this floor as well with the refrigerated section along the back wall. Overall the price points seem high, but the Whole Foods 365 brand is a great value to buy organic foods, such as frozen vegetables and fruits, canned and dried beans, rice and grains, and dairy products (milks, yogurts, cheese). I generally skip most of the processed food section as the prices here seem to be higher and not a good value.

Quite expensive but unparalleled selection. This spot is perfect for specialty ingredients and the bulk section always has good quality nuts and candy. The exotic fruit collection is also quite good. This location includes a food court but it is ludicrously overpriced. Aside from the price I would also avoid eating in the given area as often the stench from the bathroom nearby is unbearable. But still overall I think this store does a good job of what they are meant to do.
Produce is always good quality and the store feels clean, which I love. The biggest issue I have is they cant seem to keep consistent stock of things and there is a lack of selection. i.e., I cant get frozen cranberries, but I can get 500 flavors of ice cream. They are always out of silk soy creamer which I see others have an issue with also. Online inventory is often inaccurate. I can see something available online while standing in the store that moment yet the product is nowhere to be found. All that said, not sure what I would do without this store over the last 10 years. Its still my go-to.
Its clean . Dont like the open food for self service. Guess am a germaphobe. Staff is helpful. Wish they carried sugarfree ice cream and gelato nothing much for diabetics.
Bananas are usually my first whole foods purchase though either they are all ripe, all green or none available

Expect a 15 to 30min wait in line all of the time. Express or “local” lines don’t change the wait time.The staff is hit or miss and the prices are expectedly absurd. Try to avoid if you can.
It has a huge variety of things, food, drinks, etc. and I really like their prepared food. I usually buy one box and it has plenty of food for the whole day or even two. Its not the cheapest place but you can be smart about what you buy and save a lot of time. Cashiers are usually pretty fast even if its full.
Whole foods, standards, whats not to like? Besides Amazons not too great impact, but seems theyve left Whole foods ok. I find their selections and prices a notch above Trader Joes - the latter turns me off re their obvious deceptive pricing (containers with large round bottoms to make it appear you are buying more tho its literally more air and plastic junk, bananas priced by the piece etc ) - really ...Notes:1/ the adjoining Wine and Spirits store is worth a visit - they carry a very wide range of wines, quite a few from smaller excellent vineyards. On a recent trip was glad to see a montepulciano basic red (a selection of Bowler wines, my favorite house) which at $9.99 punched high above its weight. Honest and wholesome, for some reason made me feel quite happy drinking it. Memories?2/ On Fridays make sure to visit the Farmers market right at the corner on West 97th. Great local super fresh off the boat seafood from LI, and high quality meats and specialty items from upstate NY, small artisan bakery and Kim Chee.
I went there by bike just to get bar shampoo. They had it. I got it. Also got 6 oysters and an oyster knife. Went next door to get cheap wine. It was all very easy. Did the self check out thing.
Huge 2-story Whole Foods. They seem to be having some power issues this summer tho? The main row of freezers is completely empty like 50% of the time, and sometimes have caution tape over them. Escalators are often turned off. They were closed one day for power outage. Never any signs or anything saying what’s up either?

The products aren’t properly chilled. Consistently about 1 of 3 (maybe 4) products I get here is spoiled before I open them (mostly kite hill, also lavva, and meat alternatives). Didn’t have this problem in any other Wholefoods location.The selection and freshness of cooked food is inferior to my previous WFoods (Williamsburg), wish they had better options.
Typically crowded, but always less so than the Columbus Circle location, and the lines move decently fast. Mochi ice cream bar by checkout is probably the best part!
One of the best prepared fresh foods counters for grab n go .And alot of refrigerated convenience frozen packaged stuff.A terrific Cheese selections decent breads ...Plenty of Beer & wine! For the home chef theres butchered Meats &Seafoods galore!An a Vegans haven of fresh produces!& Fresh berries an Exotic fruits.Great Grains,rices and dried pastas too.!🎄✌️❤️
This has been such a bad experience, I just cant believe it.This is the second time Ive been treated poorly and had several hours of my time wasted by the staff at whole foods.I was made to wait for an hour for a grocery pickup, while the staff tolde to check in 3 times.The staff said they could not check on my order because it was under the Amazon page, and they had nothing to do with it.Im pretty sure they were gossipping about me while I waited, and an hour later they, oh you were not checked in, maam loudly and rudely.The groceries arrived and the other lady said I would not be able to take the cart out to the front of the store, I would have to carry 7 bags by myself.
Only positive for me on this trip was the on sale tiramisu and the self checkout. No sausages, pre packaged meats or spray canola oil. Shelf’s look bare bones on a Monday morning. Would advise to go to another better stocked store.
The store itself is okay. However, the management of this store is a joke. Most of the employees have too much attitude, they are slow, condescending, they ignore customers and do not care about long lines. No standards whatsoever.Thank god for Trader Joes.
It took me over an hour to get here and I arrived at 9:04pm. The store was still full, the amazon pick-up counter still had a worker behind it.I get the store closes at 9, but it took me so long to get here and it wasn’t actually closed yet. I just wanted to get my package and leave... Don’t see why it was necessary for the security guard to yell “WE’RE CLOSED” in front of so many people when I was just trying to explain and ask to get by. I’m not a child and you’re exceptionally rude.Used to be my favorite place to shop, but I’ll pass from now on. Thanks for nothing Whole Foods. :)

Great store always busy typical Whole Foods prices a little bit more expensive than everyone else but you have fresh food. Theyre hot bars are fabulous theyre all of bar is great I love their fresh breads and bakery and they have a wonderful produce selection. This store is always busy and the people who assist you are not always in the best of moods. They could work a little bit on making their staff happier because clearly they are not. Whole Foods its pretty much the same wherever you go with the exception of the staff. They have a standard and they have a bar to hit so theres not a lot of variety there but when it comes to the staff I often wonder why do they always seem to be so unhappy in their jobs. I have worked in customer service all of my life and I have worked in big-box retail management and Food Service much of my life. I know what I see Im happy workers it is because they do not feel valued or because their management is abusive to them. Clearly there is something about the Whole Foods culture that makes these people so unhappy. Rarely do you get a smile a friendly good day or a happy thank you with any sincerity. I have seen happy or faces on Corpses. Overall Whole Foods is a great store if you can afford their prices but it would be nice to see their employees be a little happier about their jobs. Maybe Wholefoods could pay them a little bit more and make them feel a little more appreciated
The black fat 30 year old woman 5 foot 6 at customer service Tuesday August 31 at 9:55 was so rude to her team mates and to the customers. One of the newbie i assume girl workers was asking a question where to put an item and the rude woman says loud so everyone can hear her I DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING RIGHT NOW I NEED TO GET HOME TO MY CHILD. Everything she did was with an attitude. put the receipt/money on the table instead of in the customers hands. didnt greet anyone unless yelling NEXT IS HOW WHOLE FOODS GREETS PPL

I went to this location just to pick up a slice of carrot cake. ( Whole Foods carrot cake is the best!) Unfortunately, the carrot cake at this location was dense and very gooey inside. Ingredients were not mixed well. I chewed on huge bits of pineapple which NEVER happens. Definitely not the light and fluffy cake Im used to at Whole Foods. Had to trash it and I bought 2! Smh. So disappointed.
Fresh produce all around, and the salad bar is priced very reasonably. It can get a bit hectic at times, but most of the time its not too crowded despite the smaller size compared to other Whole Foods Ive been to. Staff is also knowledgeable when it comes to finding what you need.
How about some more sauce options without going back on the long lines 😉 would be a nice place to advertise sauces ✌
Im a believer. Freshest produce. Great organic and gluten free collections. Lots of room to move. Awesome variety. And then theres the wine store.
This is one of my favorite Locations, this store is very family oriented, spacious, and is always in stock of items. The energy is just right. *I am not a fan of they’re hot food bar, but they’re salad bar is amazing .🙃

I found items in this Wholefoods my first visit that my son and I still havent seen in the Wholefoods Ive been going to for a couple of years.The location of the Wholefoods plays a major role in your shopping experience.A new store will be opening in the near future, but the location is very busy. Well see how the setup is and that will determine if that location is worth the foot fight. (Dodging people traffic)
Amazing food for amazing prices! Great customer service never a long line and has a great message behind it. Helping people bring aware on what’s in their food and if they contain GMOs’ or any type of chemical. In addition, helping local farmers by selling their products and using less plastic. Excellent experience over all!
I love the variety of organic foods they carry. It’s the ideal place for someone transitioning from carnivore to pescatarian! You won’t fail on the road to healthy with whole foods!

Love the store, and in the crisis they are managing it well. not too many people inside at one time and with their usual selection. All good. NOT good is the scene outside! Their subcontracted delivery people all running their UNCOVERED mouths right next to where we stand on line, exposing customers to their germs and possible infecting us. WF needs to monitor this better. Their policy of wearing a mask inside the store must be enforced outside as well. I left the line, so no biz for them.
Missing the demos tasting but always so good to come in he store. Its clear, spacious & sparkling clean. Shelves always stocked with interesting goodies!
Tips for newcomers: 1. Avoid rush hour and if you cant avoid buy less than 10 items for express checkout 2. There is an exit and entry gate, though its not clearly marked. You can see trolleys in the entrance. Baskets are to your left after you enter 3. Most grocery items are found downstairs. Take the escalator to go down. 4. Additional prime member discount is only on sale items in yellow 5. Organic meat, fruits and veggies are cheaper in trader Joes a couple of blocks down ( quality vs price )Review ( Updated Jan 2019 ) : Been here a few times. Staff is usually friendly. They changed up their fruits section and now its more accessible, cheap and of good quality. Still find that Westside has a better collection of vegetables. Definitely has a lot more variety of items to choose from especially breads, eggs etc. Their 365 brand of meats pays a lot of bang for the buck and they have some really good deals sometimes, especially in the fish section.
Good store. One of the soups was mislabeled. I thought I was purchasing chicken noodle soup, but when I opened the pot, it was Moms or Mothers Chicken Soup, not chicken noodle. My kid loved it nevertheless. Overall, we had a positive experience there. The set up is customer friendly, too. Customer check out was smooth and fast. Good store.
My favorite store. There’s always fresh produce. My only complaint about this store is that they keep moving the stuff I buy around.
Great selection of freshly made foods.It gets really busy at times so avoid this location if you don’t like crowds.Great place to get European cheeses especially French and Spanish varieties.Close to public transportation including subway and buses.The hot bar is great for days when one is undecided about what to order. You can have Indian food and Mexican food on the same plate :) with a side of delicious mac and cheese.
This specific Whole Foods Market is great! Customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. At times they get very busy and checkout lines appear long but dont worry because this location is good at keeping those lines moving. Overall they keep shelves well stocked and store is always clean and organized nicely. Delivery and catering options are available too.
This Whole Foods location is a decent grocery store - they have almost everything youd like or need (albeit, a bit on the pricier side). If youd like a bite to eat in the location, they have a pretty good hot bar selection, sandwiches to order, and a bakery as apart of the coffee bar -- you can grab food and find a table in their seating area (which is fairly large). They also offer WiFi in case youd like to sit and get some work done. One of the only downsides of this place is the extremely long lines during peak hours - avoid the after-work rush or on weekends.
This WF offers in-store shopping, online shopping with choice of pickup or delivery, plus an Amazon service counter for returns and pickups. It is bigger than most WF locations in Manhattan and has an adjacent wine store. The only downsides are that it now closes at 9pm instead of 11pm, and the shelves are pretty wiped out of sale items by 7-8pm. So dont go late hoping for deals or if there are must-haves on your list -- order ahead.
A great store for your weekly, daily food shop. The choice is wide and varied. The prepared food choice is incredible. From grabbing a snack to getting your lunch or dinner for that evening it is a great store or If your planning a picnic or a day out at Central Park it’s ideal. The selections of breads, salads, cheeses & prepared foods etc is brilliant. There is also a dining area that is pleasant but very simple to have your snack.
I found everything I needed easily. The workers were pleasant and courteous. My experience Whole Foods Market was relaxed and comfortable.
I love this location because of the wine store. This is the only location in the city that also has a wine section! There is reasonable priced wines and champagnes. In my opinion, it is a lot better than the Trader Joes Wine Shop!Also, this location is much less crowded than others. It may be a bit smaller, but it has everything that I need. I just wish sometimes there was more offerings in the buffet tables!
👍Whole Foods is my local shopping store. Im there every week if not more. They are multi-leveled, they carry their own brands and other organic food. Produce is awesome prices are competitive.theyll let you taste anything. (I love that). GREAT PLACE!
A have been to many Whole Foods Market and this one is pretty big. They have everything you could need. The vegan pastries are good. The store is clean, organized and the staff is helpful and friendly. I always go here to get my vegan blueberry muffins. Good store.
I will not be shopping at this whole foods there security is rude and racist they treat people of color with disrespect but when you are of cacusin (white) color they are respectful and I just can not do with that. I work close and me and my coworkers have experience this kind of treatment. Needless to say we have either limited our visits or choose not to take our business there all together
Ive been going here since it opened. Its two floors, but once you learn whats on each floor, youre set because it doesnt change.This Whole Foods is roomier, less crowded and has better produce than the one on 59th Street. The salad bar and hot food area are also good, and are well-stocked. Theres a spacious eating area, including high chairs for the little ones, a decent sized bathroom, condiment section, and microwave.Just a word of caution - sometimes prices dont ring up properly, so best to watch the register as items ring up. Also have your Whole Foods app ready to scan if youre a Prime member, so you can get any available discounts.
Sometimes I come to this wholefoods for their vegan gingerbread cookie. Im not vegan but that shxt taste so good!Once or twice I had the yummy clam chowder.A few times I come for use of their facilities.Many times Im here for the free WiFi.Yeah recently Im here a lot but Im hardly here to really buy anything (except my aunt sends me on her shopping errand). Wholefoods is a bit above my pay-grade **inserts roll eyes why**All staff Ive encountered are beautiful souls. Especially my boy Noel, hey boo!I like them.The End.
I came into this location to see what kind of cakes they had, so I can get one for my boyfriends birthday. The guy had no knowledge of what kind of cakes they were and saying the baker wasn’t there. If you’re working a station or certain area, I would think you should be knowledgeable about what you are selling. It is 6pm and this location closes at 11pm and no one could help me. Very disappointing

Its a great store. Its one of the best whole foods in Manhattan. However, they will accuse you of robbing things if serve yourself food and eat a bite or something of the sort. They are incredibly disgusting people.Other than that the employees are nice.
I go these days for their Mixed Greens, which is amazingly the best price and freshest around by far.This time they also had the Canyon Bakery Raisin Cinnamon bread available, too.

Always check if you have all the items youve paid for! Extremely poor customer service; rude cashiers, although great people working the floors.While paying, the cashier decided to do a bag switcheroo that happened for no reason, and forgot to put some items in the bag - we called back but they didnt bother to return the money from the items we payed but they kept! Thatd be called theft in many circumstances...Besides, this location has several incompetent cashiers that think being alternative is a good excuse to disrespect lines and customers (the one in the photo).Otherwise, it could be a good store: good quality products they arent damaged.
Over Christmas holidays I mistakenly purchased cheese cake from display case at Upper West Side Whole Foods Bakery. Once home I discovered the cake was frozen and when room temperature tasted horrible. I tossed. Easter Sunday I purchased carrot cake only to discover once again it was frozen and had to toss. Staff later said cakes are outsourced and sent in. Who expects a cake from a bakery display to be frozen and taste horrible? Why would store mislead customers and simply not say up front cake is frozen and not freshly made?
My wife just loves their cupcakes at Whole Foods. I kinda do too, she got me hooked awhile ago. Shes trying to make me fat and I love it. Just picked up her favorite cookies & cream, cant wait to see her face later on lol.
This is a neighborhood staple...Contrary to popular belief, many items are competitively priced; and some items (such as eggs and milk) are priced lower than at the regular local supermarkets. The meat is fairly expensive, yet I do not eat meat...There is a somewhat large variety of ethnic sauces and spices which I enjoy since they enhance the flavor of many of my favorite foods. I also like the body and bath section...They sell vitamins and supplements, too...Oh, and, if you are so inclined, visit the wine shop next door.
Came in last night to pickup a few things for my cousin. This place has the signature up beat vide youd expect of Whole Foods. This location has an exceptional layout, the buffet, bakery, dining area, and bathroom are all on the same floor. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Marcus took the time to asked extra questions to make sure my bread order order was done to perfection.Overall, this was an excellent experience and I would give 6 stars if I could.
They have nice fresh flowers near the entrance, as well as fresh baked goods, and pastries. And the salad bar is fresh with plenty of healthy options. And theres a pizza counter and cheese section. The bottom floor has the fruits and vegetables. And back on the street level, theres a sitting area.
I love to hate whole foods as much as the next person but this is a decent one. Mostly underground and well stocked. Seafood is always fresh and plentiful and the bulk bins seem cleaner than most. Very helpful staff and great cheese department!!
Probably the most pleasant/convenient of the Manhattan Whole Foods. You probably already know what you’re getting when you come to Whole Foods. Things are a bit expensive but the quality is high. This is particularly valuable for produce as we find it lasts longer. Prepared foods are pretty tasty as well.
There is ample seating here but mostly at tables with other people. They only have 4 lines which makes the wait to checkout pretty long. The food is great and they have wifi. There are a lot of nannys with babies here also so its not too quiet.
I love almost everything about this place: good and fresh groceries, delicious baked goods, and sometimes amazing deals.But every single time I order coffee, it is horrible. Burnt. Strangely spicy and sour. Even smells like fresh paint when I ordered this morning. I have wasted 4 dollars again. Starbucks is not that far away from here. Dear fellow consumers, I just highly recommend going to somewhere else to get coffee.
I don’t even know how many times I went here but the selection of food was amazing. I love everything they had and lines moved quickly.Mango mochi was my favourite by far. Vegan options also available.
It really freaks me out that downstairs there is not even the slightest attempt by staff to enforce social distancing. Theyre just packing people in! On top of that, the staff is completely clueless about the stock. Get it together, Whole Foods.
Decent location, and if Trader Joes down the street doesnt have what I need, chances are Whole Foods will (tonight it was fresh ramen noodles). Point off for general surliness of employees, I imagine because Bezos doesnt pay as well as the former Whole Paycheck owners did. Whattayagonnado? 🤷🏽♂️

What can I say about Whole Foods Market? Its an absolutely great place to shop, with a wide variety of fresh foods and vegetables, along with other necessities. Great customer service...delicious prepared foods. A bit pricey for some things though but guess what? Its really worth it!
The aisles are confusing but the options seem unlimited. Their food is fresh but can be a bit more costly than your average Bodega or fairway. People are friendly and helpful.The wine store is pretty awesome. Wine selection is organized by region and is open until 10p

The check out flow very good.the sitting area good,although I have a concern, people tend to take over the area to work on the laptops and such. if they arent eating ,the space should not be occupied with electronics all over.. Its how I c it .To many gadgets over taking eating space.

This store has two levels. The lower level has all the produce and frozen items and coffee. The upper level has wonderful selection of hot foods and bread with a huge variety of beverages. The best part of the store is the dining area where you can sit down and have your meals. It is not too crowded.ProGreat for mothers who have to wheel their baby carriage. The store has a huge amount of space to maneuver around.ConCustomer Service is not consistent. People are rude and not friendly at all.Extremely far from the train station you have to walk several blocks.
Love Whole Foods, but not so much this location. First off the staff seems inattentive and not very knowledgable about store products. I also think that the prepared foods may not have as high a turnover rate as other locations leading to dried out and less than fresh choices. Overall the store seems clean and well stocked. Personally Im looking for a little more when it comes to those prices.
The pizza bar has really became bad.Round pie are less tasty. Ingredient cheap and poor in quantity.Always 1/3 full. I ordered in advance several pies for Tonight. I wanted a veggie pizza, the “boss” victor said no, you can only have what you see. I asked but don’t you have veggies or mushroom? I always order the veggies and the m for years. He said we do not customized pizza anymore, now it s a very limited menu and mushroom was for winter.Not only he was full of attitude and not helping at all, he definitely doesn’t have any customer skills.Such a shame, go back to previous set up !

This whole foods was quite similar to the one in my neighborhood. However the elevator was out of order so we had to use the freight elevator which was an inconvenience for seniors with walkers. Other than that our visit was good.
I went in this morning to buy a sandwich for my sons lunch. I decided to go to Wholefoods because of its reputation of freshness. It is big, beautiful and clean like I expected. When we get to the deli counter, I asked for a sandwich of just ham and lettuce. The lady told me that they do not make sandwhiches there. They do the sandwiches downstairs and bring them up. How can a company this popular and rich, not have a deli person making and preparing sandwiches on the spot?? They had already made sandwiches there, but who knows for how long. I was so disappointed and shocked. I hope the new Wholefoods here in Harlem does better than that.
Both the wine store and regular store have very substandard service. The people who check out often have an attitude and make mistakes. At the wine store they don’t provide you with a standard bag to carry the wine as a gift and act like you are the problem for asking for it. Weirdly they used to have better service but since Trader Joe’s opened they have gone down hill at this location.

They occupy two large floors so they are able to stock more products. Food at their deli is pretty good, as is the overall quality of their other products. Prices for fresh produce are somewhat steep.
I couldnt help but share the yummy meal I had at Wholefoods! The pizza came out fresh, and I thought, why not? Best choice too! Good things all around for the Matcha juice, sweet, but not too sweet and the perfect hint of ginger. I wish every whole foods carried my favorite pignoli cookies, as I havent seen it at the union square market. The cookie was so moist and yummy. I just wish I had picked up some more. I will be back for more cookies soon!!
Got some coho salmon for 9.99/lb which Im happy about and the fish counter guy was very nice and helpful. The cashier, however, was talking loudly to his coworker and never even acknowledged my presence until he told me to take my card out of chip reader. I hate that because I feel like I have to monitor closely what Im being charged. Hope its not a sign of their future customer service because the store is still expensive overall if you dont search for the good prices.
Even though they dont have the food court available bc of the coronavirus its stocked well and the lines move quickly at the checkout. Helpful staff, very educated and respectful

Very nice shopping experience. There is beautiful produce and a wide selection of produce. The lines can be long but they move pretty quickly. Prices vary. Some things are very reasonably priced while others very pricey.
One of my favorite Whole Foods markets. Roomy aisles and great selection of products. Layout is bi-level with meat, produce, and dry goods on the bottom and other counter services up top. Checkout is fast and efficient.
Its important that you head to the Whole Foods Wine Store that is attached to this Whole Foods. $3 bottles of the house wine that are actually pretty solid.As far as the food side goes. The prepared food is pretty good and the whole upstairs is dedicated to prepared, ready to eat food. And you can even eat right after the checkout at tables that they have set up. Plenty of room.Only downside is the priciness of the prepared food.
Avoid the Whole Paycheck experience by looking for sale items and buying their reasonably-priced 365 line of products. Customer service has improved as of late, but some items, especially in downstairs cheese/cold cuts section, lack item and shelf pricing, so comparison shopping is difficult.
I have been great fan of Whole foods for shopping quality Organic food. But that was un till yesterday. Am not going to whole foods in future... I bought Organic Raw almonds from upper west side and to my surprise with almonds there were worms in lot of almonds (may be there are organic as well?)...anyways, so I called up customer service and I am asked to come back to store for refund. Point is not that I will get refund by making extra trip..issue is I didnt find any surprise on customer service side as of it was a normal thing....I dont think I pay premium for such service or QUALITY ......
Great selection of items for a small New York store! I was able to find my usual favorites and a couple of local new things to try. First time I came the hot bar was pretty much empty. Today it was very well stocked with a lot of great options! Staff is helpful
Whole foods is always great with an amazing selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The meat and fish departments are immaculate and well stocked. If you are on a budget, this is not the place to do your weekly shopping. If you want a good cut of meat or a specialty item, this is always a good place to go.

Very big and spacious eating area, large selection of vegan and non vegan organic products and ever since Amazon owns them prices are amazingly cheap love it. They even take SNAP (food stamp).
This WF store is a very pleasant with a great community ambience, however their fresh seafood section is very undesirable, I bought two lobster tails there recently and when I got home to cook it, it smelled so bad because it was off so I threw it away. Every time I have taken a chance too buy meat from the butcher, fish deli, I am always left regret and disappointment. The fresh fish like snapper are rarely fresh, the staff could handle the meat with more care and be more professional in terms of presentation, and the same can be said for the deli section selling dried meats. I prefer to buy fish, meat, or poultry from Whole foods Columbus Circle (NYC) because they just taste better and the staff are more professional. I rarely write review but I was compelled to because buying food at whole food is not cheap either and I think it is unfair to sell defrosted frozen seafood that taste horrible, I am sure I am not the only victim here.
I think who is great but they have removed one of the best healthiest things that you can find in any store(amaranth flour). And for a place thats supposed to be really healthy theyre way behind on the new stuff.
Has a wide selection of items. The store also has self-checkout. They now have self checkout at this location.
Most of the groceries are downstairs, with the bakery/deli as well as grab-and-go lunchtime stuff upstairs. Its got the regular whole foods selection, at whole foods prices. Surprisingly limited coffee selection. Lines can get a bit long but theres usually a decent number of people on the registers.
I shop here just about weekly. Whole Foods by far has the cheapest bagged salads Ive ever seen in comparison to my other regular grocery stores that I frequent. I admit that the meats are not cheap, but I really love being able to have a butcher around when it comes to meat. So, while we usually try to buy the big packs of chicken (theyre cheaper), we mainly hit up Whole Foods for milk and produce (those are their cheapest items). I do appreciate that the loaves of bread that they sell at their bakery are fresh and reasonably priced.
Great organic variety and freshest produce in the neighborhood. The behind-the-counter bakery items are often a bit stale-tasting, so we usually avoid those. Otherwise, great.Tip; Dont be fooled into thinking that a conventional item is more wholesome because it came from Whole Foods. It often isnt! Carefully select items that are specifically organic and non-GMO for your family! ;-)
Typically whole foods where you can get anything you want. Ive yet to try the prepared food, but will one day and give my opinion on that. There are two floors, when you first walk in, thats where youll find hot food, sushi, sweets, etc. As you make your way downstairs via the escalator or elevator, thats where youll find most of your grocery needs. Plenty to choose from so youre bound to find what it is you want or crave for. The lines move decently. Ive only been once where the lines were line but still moved pretty quickly. I usually go when I know the crowd is to a minimum. Average whole foods price, so no shock there.
They have my favorite chickpeas with dill at the antipasti bar LOVE themThey offer a walk up bar that offers food preparation right on the spot.Great produce, meat selection, and they carry my new sought after ginger shots
I’ve shopped at this Whole Foods since it opened and I’ve seen a steep decline in customer service mainly with the cashiers. Constant cursing and complaining, bags backed disorganized and I’ve had to repack myself. No greeting even if you say hello and are polite. I can’t say it’s everyone but it’s starting to be noticeable. Is there a correlation since Amazon took over?Additionally a bug crawling around the bacon and some inappropriate conversations, what’s up Whole Foods?
Don’t go on a Sunday evening as they’llprobably be running out of almost everthing! Very busy during lunch hours and on the evenings. Use the express lane on the right, it is the fastest one, always!Good selection of salads and lunch options on the self-service bar. The rice&salmon bowl is also very good.

When I got home I realized I didn’t have it in my car... immediately I called customer service and they had it safely behind the counter for me! The manager & customer service waited for me to arrive 15mins after closing... The manager took me inside to the customer service counter where a Lady behind the counter was holding my bag. There is a Trader Joe’s a few blocks south. Don’t expect a positive experience while checking out. The general lack of concern for the customers spills over in many ways here. Most significantly the customer service is non existent and for me that has translated to spoiled food being on the shelves and me finding out once I’m already home. Avoid this Whole Foods at all costs.

I like this store. The produce is fresh. Everything in the store is fresh and wholesome. I was told by one of the employees to check the sodium content in the packaged foods. Some of the foods are extremely high in sodium. I thought the cashiers were very friendly.
I used to love this Whole Foods, but ever since Amazon took it over, it seems like it’s been slipping downhill.First off, the produce section has undergone small changes that actually make it harder to navigate with a shopping cart. Also, the first thing I want to see when I entered the produce section, is produce, not a sign advertising and Amazon Echo.It also seems like some of the staple brands that I used to buy have been replaced with other brands that I don’t really like as much or they are missing the item I am looking for completely.Say what you want about the “old” Whole Foods (i.e. Whole Paycheck), but every time I enter this location the phrase “you get what you pay for” crosses my mind. And while paying less for certain items is nice, I’d rather be able to find what I am looking for and not have to traverse an obstacle course to get it.
I went to WF today looking for some probiotics etc, due to the fact Ive been under the weather. A young man named David helped me big time. He was very helpful and knew his products. I love when a young person seems so together . I hope Amazon recognizes talent and people like David dont get lost in the scheme of things. Id also like to see Amazon pay a living wage to their people with all the money theyve been saving paying no federal income tax.
This is a very pleasant whole foods location with friendly staff and some nice prepared food options. However, the produce is regularly less-than-fresh, especially the big sale items. Other locations seem to do better in this regard.
One of the counting staff deceived me.I bought one box of salad. The price of salad was 9.99$ per 1lb.He calculated the price of the salad at $ 9.99.I asked him what the weight of the salad was.However he told me to see the receipt again and again.I knew that the weight of salad was less than 1lb.However he made fun of me because I looked like a traveler and my English was not fluent.I regret not asking him to weigh it right because I was hungry and many people were standing in line.He even asked me an absurd question which one to put below either one bottle of water or a salad box.It was my first day in New York and I was so unpleasant.

One of the smaller stores in Manhattan, but since its very close to my apartment I wont complain. Dont go during grocery rush hour because the lines get super long. Despite that, the selection is pretty good and the staff is very friendly.
Would typically be 5 stars. We have shopped for years at this location and have always done delivery with no problem. They dropped Instacart and now it’s a 4-6 hour delivery window. Wow, is all I have to say. Amazon wants to do one day delivery yet it takes them a quarter of the day to deliver groceries 4 blocks away. Maybe they should have planned or thought twice about dropping Instacart.
This is your typical cookie cutter Whole Foods, which is to say youll find mostly everything youre looking for and all of what you dont need. It has two levels with prepared foods, beer and other quick non-essential fare at street level. Vegetables and meats are downstairs along with all perishables and dry fruits. Beauty and pseudo medicinal products can also be found downstairs.The staff is helpful and almost always ready to talk more than needed.
Love the Whole Food ancient. It is cozy roomy. Good sustainability strategy! It is years ahead of any competitor. The buffet of salad and hot food is very good and tasty. And I have tried in Laguna Beach, San Francisco and NYC and CT.
Best to shop. This is my wholefoods. People know me here the employees and everything. I do all my food shopping here weekly. One of my favorite wholefoods. Second is the one in union square. Beautiful seating area where you can relax, great produce and food selections.
The team here has been excellent during the pandemic. Tyrone the manager has met the time and done an excellent job. I thank all employees who continued working. I noticed your hard work.
Amazons Prime Now shoppers have stripped the shelves of food, so there is nothing left for the customers who visit the store. For a week now, you can see the prime now bags in carts full of food while the shelves lie empty. This is really unfortunate. At a time when restaurants and bars are closed, the supermarkets are left bare before customers even get to them. This is a really shameful way to run a business during a time like this.
Josh was super helpful and knowledgeable about the selection of wines in store! He took the time to help me put together a case and was so friendly. This guy deserves a promotion.
The store staff has an attitude that I invariably experienced while returning empty bottles. They say that they do not accept empty bottles after 9pm although they close at 11pm or look at you condescendingly for returning the empty bottles. Hey, Whole Foods NY state makes you accept the bottles until 10pm, and that’s the law, haha. “Dealers must accept containers and pay refunds during all normal business hours. A dealer open less than 24 hours does not have to accept returns during the first and last hour of business.”
Great products, prices are ok if you look out for sales, especially for Amazon prime members
Everyone knows about the high quality produce here. I personally love the huge eating area on Saturday mornings for breakfast. They have quinoa porridge and a whole bar of other breakfast food. I love coming here and spending 5 bucks on breakfast and reading a magazine before it gets packed with shoppers.
Always stocked with the usual whole foods flare, but flower assortment at this location is excellent and the people in the florist department are super talented in putting arrangements together. I believe the last person that helped me was called Peter and he did a phenomenal job with multiple bouquets we put together.
Its a smaller wholefoods but its well stocked and has good buys on flowers, a smaller hot food bar+ delivery as well

I just got back from the Upper West Side Whole Foods, at 97th and Columbus. This is the second time Ive shopped there when they were out of celery. *Celery*. That is unacceptable. Also, theyve dumped Instacart, and so delivery is no longer guaranteed within a window smaller than 4 hours.This Whole Foods consistently has problems stocking its produce, whether it is celery or other, similar items. I have shopped at many different Whole Foods stores around the country, and this is easily one of the worst. Given how much everything costs, youd think the quality would be much higher.
Selection is alright, but staff repeatedly neglects their duties. Cant say how many times Ive made a purchase to come home and find that a part of my purchase isnt there. Really disappointing. Would not recommend this whole foods to anyone.

I like the store but it was better before Amazon. Now best bargains are for Amazon prime members, not everyone can afford membership. Produce is good for the most part.
Whole Foods is a complicated idea! Its great on one case. Very healthy, organic food that isnt excessively expensive. By excessively expensive I mean like its not $50 for an apple kind of thing. Its still very expensive though.
Not sure why our local Whole Foods suddenly has gotten so bad. The cashiers have become completely unprofessional with new hires and verbal spats all over the place. Trader Joes is incomparably better.
Going downhill. Difficult for those of us who want to do a large grocery shopping and have it delivered. Recently eliminated Instacart for deliveries and replaced with their own 4-hour window delivery. Not acceptable in Manhattan, especially when delivery address is less than 1/2 mile away. Produce is plentiful but not as fresh as it used to be, and needs to be used within a few days. Will be doing more of my shopping at local stores within walking and carrying distance of my home until this store can get a better delivery system.Update: this store will cease all “van deliveries”on 6/3/19. Apparently if one lives within “walking distance”’ it will still be possible to get deliveries. Amazon Prime members are encouraged to use Prime Now instead. After reading the reviews for that app and delivery service I think I will wait until it actually works as well as Instacart. Ugh.
Everything about Whole Foods is just ok. They have an ok selection of food, the bad thing is that they don’t have much produce from places other than America or the west. Whole Foods used to be the ideal place to shop, but once it was bought by Amazon. Amazon really does think that it can do anything, including running a supermarket. The food they do sell is good, and I highly recommend Whole Foods for its great selection of snacks and products for children. Whole Foods is not the best supermarket in the UWS, but it is definitely not the worst.
Nothing special, a neighborhood supermarket for those with a larger budget.

I shop regularly at wholefoods almost every weeks! Products are nice, well presented and I enjoy going there. I mostly go to buy the meat and the young men at the meat are always nice and friendly. Only negative point, the fisherman some of them really know nothing about fish. I notice again on saturday night an old man who service the fish he is extremely moody, does not understand much English, but worst he knows nothing absolutely nothing about fish. so i switch to him in spanish (i am fluent) and asked him to cut me a specific part of salmon as i needed it to prepare a carpaccio so I told him i need a fat part and he just replies that he doesn’t know. It s a shame as their quality fish is extremely good but they should definitely have people who know about their job it s just make it much more pleasant!
We just got back from Whole Foods on Columbus Ave. There were several items not on the shelves, e.g., short grained organic brown rice. Other shelves were almost bare--lettuce, cucumbers, etc. We checked out and were given only four of our five bags--the bags were on the floor behind the counter; four were given to us after we paid. When we called to say we were missing a bag of groceries, the person who answered suggested we come back to the store. We suggested that they deliver the bag, and, initially he said we could have our money back if we produced a receipt. When we said they should deliver, he hesitated and only agreed after we insisted that it was their error. Theres definitely a decline in courtesy, service, and an overall lessening of quality.
It was great! I complained to a manager (a middle aged man) seveal weeks ago that the Blue Diamond Almond Milk Original is never on the shelves, whereas Unsweetened, Vanila etc are always on display. Now, original is always there. And the clerk at lane 19 Grace was fantastic: sweet and polite! Thank you. Overall rating: 10 out of 10, or 5 out of 5.

I’ve had to stop shopping at WF Columbus ave during coronavirus because their aisles are so crowded with Amazon prime shoppers and their carts I can’t reach the products I want. I can never get a delivery either. I think being purchased by Amazon has been bad for Whole Foods and their customers. Be careful of their salad bar! I bought this from the salad bar and noticed they did not peel the sticker off. I’m not sure if they washed it. As shown in this photo my vegetable has a stickers on it.
The buffet offers a good selection of cold and hot vegetarian dishes. Skip the cookie bins which are disappointingly stale and tasteless. How did Whole Foods discover a way to make a bad cookie?
Whole foods is entirely too expensive. It seems that all the breads thats supposed to be good for you are highest in calories for 1 slice. We usually go to whole foods for nuts, milk, eggs and OJ, little things. I guess I should look more at their pasta, I did buy some pasta once but I dont recall ever eating it.
I checked in for pick up 15 minutes before arrival like they said so my stuff will be ready and still waited another 15 minutes there and still no groceries. I just left and called for a refund
It is a nice option on the upper West side. Like all While Foods pricey, but ok relative to nearby options. Store is clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and there were enough of them.
The best wholefoods uptown Manhattan. Better than the east side and certai6better kept than the 125th street store! Easy to maneuver and customer service exist here!
Certainly the better Whole Foods option on the UWS (as compared to the Columbus Circle location). Generally not crowded to the point of discomfort. Also notable for having a pretty good wine store.
Lines are getting longer and the store is getting dirtier. I know that this is New York, but would it kill then to mop the floor and wipe off the food scales (please, not with the mop you just used to clean the floor). Some cash register clerks have more attitude in this store than the Harlem DMV. Again, this is not a government food dispensary, it is a pretty expensive organic/high-end food store.
Problem with the Whole Foods here is that they seem forever out of stock. Many specialist vegan items are only stocked at Whole Foods (e.g Miyokos, Kite Hill, etc), but its always a gamble whenever I go as to whether those items will actually be available. This decreases the likelihood that Ill make a special effort to go there unless I have to.
Rarely busy during business hours, but it must be packed after work on Mondays and Sundays. A well laid out Whole Foods with a great selection of prepared healthy foods.
Exquisitely pleasing from a vegan point of view.Theres a winery next door attached with organic natural healing wines as well others. Italy, France, Brazilian, Spain and of course from well known vineyards from AMERICA.Feng Shui is the commercial design of this location very pleasant, amnience very concilating for the exquisite rich and the conservative. I use to like the Chambers Street location until theirdown sizing and poor choices mgrs stock choices of specialty items.
Shop and get a quick bite to eat at the clean buffets. It meets the need of all diets and nationalities. Fresh bread, cookies, pizza to fresh cuts of meat, sandwiches and drinks.There is something for everyone/ Fill your brown box up and dine right there in clean seats.Helpful staff serves samples -yummy chile!Just not happy with the 2 stalls in the bathroom-always crowded.
I came here on a Monday around noon. They weren’t busy at all. A fraction of the traffic compared to the WF Columbus Circle.I’m assuming less people work around this neighborhood, so the lunch rush is much lighter.I got an Organic Chicken.Also, many items from the Hot Food Bar:Tahini Butternut SquashCole SlawTurkey SaladGuacamoleGrilled SalmonRoast BeefSweet Potato FriesMashed Potatoes with Corn and BaconChickenSpinach Stuffed MushroomsThe hot food bar is the usual price of $9.99 per pound. If you can, travel up to WF Harlem to pay $8.99 per pound for the hot bar food.This location is on 2 levels which I don’t love. Prepared foods are all in the 1st floor. All grocery items and produce are on the lower level. You have to take the escalator with your cart to get down there. A little annoying. I prefer the locations that are on 1 level.
The number of Whole Foods personal shoppers has exploded. They fill up the place and leave baskets in the way everywhere. They need to figure out a better solution.
Discovered this place as it sells Kefir which has enormously helped me with my IBS. Amazed by the selection of food from all over the world. Even a buffet bar. Was enjoyable just to look around. Will definitely be coming here again.
If you dont know whole foods its a nice supermarket with a lot of variety as far as ready to eat foods and take home to prep. And of you just need to chill and kill time theres a cafeteria area and wifi.
The personnel on the bread area always have a bad attitude. I havent seen this problem in other branches. Grace is the worst.I would never buy again here. If Im buying a $8 loaf I expect courtesy, not a disgruntled employee.
I lost my car keys here. And the WFM team was beyond helpful. Eventually Keys were found. Thank you so much for your help. I was frustrated at the verge of tears, you know THAT difficult customer... and they did everything and I tell u everything in their power to help Me find these keys. That alone deserves 5 star for customer service and the whole staff. I tried to remember the name of the girlWho mostly helped me in the catering dept with a gentlemen but I couldn’t. Just thank you.
Just about every type food you can think of both hot & cold everything from A to Z . Lines can be pretty long but move quickly. The dining area on the other hand looks A bit dated (dingy) & could definitely use a good scrubbing & a fresh coat of paint .

2022-02-24The place is a joy to shop all sorts of foods and groceries. I spend most of my time in front of the registers the specialty vitamins and all kinds of health foods from all over the world. In addition I love the cheese display counter and the variety of pastas and Italian food in the store. Love this store 💯

2022-03-18The store perpetually smells like rotting fish- especially the produce section. Ever since the pandemic, the smell has gotten worse and worse, making the produce itself smell. Flies everywhere and moldy fruits and vegetables on display. The freezers are constantly out of order and you can tell when purchasing frozen food that it’s been frozen, thawed, and refrozen over and over again- do not recommend buying ice cream. Constantly out of stock unless you go at 8am.Overall, its a pretty miserable experience shopping here- really waiting for this store to pull it together.

Anything to make more profit.Cashier jobs and similar, are important jobs to have for many people, I hope Wholefoods can staff properly and support our neighborhood.

2020-12-31A security guard threw out my 84 year old mom into the cold just because she sat by the bathrooms to wait. She stated that the area was for employees only. Great produce and large selections but this employee had lousy people skills and makes me never want to return. The area was totally empty but I guess this security guard felt she had to hassle someone.

2022-05-01They have a great selection of foods but be wary of expiration dates especially on dairy/non dairy milks and creamers. Workers arent too friendly. Trader Joes is 5 blocks away so thats my go to now. Super friendly happy atmosphere. Their products move so quick that you dont need to look at expiration dates
