Every year. They do need a card machine for 5 stars. Get with the now. Bury the 2.5% in the prices. Nobody will care
Asked for 3 scoops and it was equivalent to one scoop plus the workers had an attitude. Utterly horrible

Woman was very rude to my wife while sending her to an atm because she didn’t realize they only accept cash….. As she paid for the ice cream she asked for her change she was abruptly told that the price was exactly $20 dollars knowing she just went to the atm….. their menu clearly says differently… their flurries Are basically a soft vanilla ice cream in a cup as well

2022-07-05Got there and it was not exactly closing time. We were completely ignored. I asked if we were going to be served, girl mumbled something and then the guy finally asked us what we wanted. We decided we didn’t want their service.

2019-08-06Not too much seating, but this ice cream was meant to be enjoyed walking the quaint town of Alex Bay! My cream was delicious and refreshing - a great time making memories with my beloved wife. Would definitely go back.

2021-07-06Terrible service. I waited 15 minutes in 80 degree heat and high humidity to be told its too hot in here we just turned the grill off). Im glad these kids arent running my business.While I was waiting in line I noticed that the orders were being taken and handed to customers through the same window. A little more thought and training needs to go into this establishment

2020-06-20Staff members are friendly. Icecream was a decent amount for the price. Icecream was more icy then creamy. Food would get 1Star. Way overpriced and nothing special.

2017-08-14I expect overpriced food in a tourist destination like this, however I at least expect the food to be edible. Hamburger was undercooked, onion rings were as well the batter was oozing out of the onion rings. River Rat Dog was inedible. The only thing that was enjoyable was the fried dough which was worth half the price.
