Whos Your Doggy in other cities:
When I went here, a new worker recommended a flea collar for my cat to which there was a terrible incident afterwards. He had to be rushed to the ER. Then I returned to the store to meet the manager and she was so kind. She offered to help with the vet bill costs due to the new comers error and asked me to send her the vet bill. The owners of this cute store really care about animals! Will come back again (:
I like these small business pet stores, but I hate how they downplay cats, its annoying. I asked the cashier where the cat snacks are and she points me to a small wrack with one snack that my cat would actually eat and it was oh solo overpriced! Petco and pet smart has such a large variety of cat snacks and cat food and everything else for cats. The amount of various dog products they filled the store with, please dont tell me they cant afford more cat stuff, its ridiculous.
Relatively recently, they reconfigured the shop and beefed up their stock and selection. The woman with short hair who is usually there is kind, helpful, and has given treats out on random occasions to pets in the store. Great to be able to get what my dog needs without leaving the neighborhood.
Re: GroomerDO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR GROOMING SERVICES.Marlon is impatient, unprofessional and classless. While trying to drop off my pup for the first time, Marlon kept asking me questions and then cut me off while Im speaking. He was grooming 3 dogs at one time. He got aggressive when I expressed my concerns because the dogs were stressed and shaking. While other dogs were in cages, 2 were on tables, half of the way cut/shaved and the other in the tub being showered. He pushed the dog in the bath, which made me involve the clerk in the front of the store. She said that was how he works. Which was NOT comforting. As if he was in charge. If you love you pet, DO NOT USE THE GROOMER MARLON.
I love this little store!!!Alex, manager there is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, they are always open on time and more importantly willing to stay a little later if need be.You can easily tell theyve put a lot of thought and effort into the products they carry and most of all they are genuine pet lovers who always go out of their way to make my dogs and I feel more like friends than customers.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Theyve improved their selection of products and they always offer to order any specialty items not in stock. They always have what I need for my 2 dogs from chews to flea prevention and even cleaning products to keep furniture fresh while house training or post flea treatment
So definitely enjoy coming here if not just for the staff the girl Bree who works there definitely knows animals shes obsessed with them I love it I love her super cute very homey then you have the groomer in the back which if you havent gone to him definitely would recommend and yeah its been easy affordable definitely deserve the business so if you got to fur baby of sorts or just any kind of baby that doesnt speak actual words definitely go over and just see whats up you wont regret it
As many have reviewed about the charm and friendliness of this little dog grooming boutique. actually it is a very small shop. it is way overstocked and will remain that way. the prices are outrageous. go to chewys! i went there to have my 7lb dog groomed. i was introduced to the groomer, a very delightful older guy with an honest smile. he told me it would only take an hour so i sat on a bucket of dog food and waited. i was entertained by 2 dogs the whole time i was there. 2. bella was brought out to me, I paid $70. and that task was done. a couple of days later she had what looked like ticks all over her body. she is only out 2X a day to a very popular dog friendly park. the next couple of days more of these things are present and now they appear to be scabs. the nice man with an honest face cut my baby, didnt tell me and still charged me?i will never go back. if you love your baby as much as i love mine, you wont either. STAY AWAY...MAD GROOMER!
I took My NYorkie Egypt there to get groomed, It was Her 1st time being Groomed @ this location [Normally She goes to PetSmart], Her Groomer Marlon, Was Extremely a True Professional & So Friendly, He Definitely has a way w/Animals, He treated each & every one of them w/Tender, Loving Care...All of the Pooches that were visiting Him to be Groomed were on their Best behavior & didnt mind being handed over to Marlon for their Grooming needs @ All, I was So pleased w/Egypts haircut She will be a Regular Customer @ Whos Your Doggy...🐶..👍👍
Dog owners beware! My first experience here was great our groomer made us comfortable and knew exactly how to give our little dog a consistent and professional groom worth the $70 price, Five star service. My second appointment was a complete disappointment as our previous groomer is no longer employed here and the groomer this time around gave our dog a choppy uneven cut. He was full of excuses for his lack of detail as I pointed out the areas. Her face is still uneven and I had requested to NOT cut her whiskers but he did anyway!!! If I wanted half asked unprofessional groom I would have done it myself but I shelled out $70 for a professional groom which I did not received. Will not spend another dollar in this shop.
Great one stop shop for my dog from grooming to food. I bring my dog for baths with Marlon, and also use their CBD dog treats to help with my senior dogs kidney disease. The staff is helpful and always ready to give nutrition help or advice, they even recommended a local dog-friendly bar nearby. Thanks Whos Your Doggy!
I really wanted to give this place a chance , as it is a local business .I can here once for a grooming and it was pretty good and helped with my dogs anxiety separation , but this time I took him and when I got him back the groomer cut all his nails and got to his nerve, dry blood all over his paws. I can be understandable with one nail, it for ever nail thay is in called for. I am disappointed and the convience isn’t worth my dogs pain.
My experience today(sunday 2, 2020) at whos your doggy was perfect. bella was a mess after 4 month of not being groomed but benjamin d iui d an excellent job on her. if you live in the area I truly recommend this quaint little shop. the owner tracy(johnny] is a beautiful, loving and caring lady that truly loves her store. shes open and willing to groom your overly grown babys hair! go support the neighborhood gem! thanks guys and we will be back!
I ordered a bag of dog food. It took a week longer than planned. But I wanted to support a local business so I tried again. The second time it took a week longer than they estimated, again. I called to confirm it was there and it was. But the employee said the bag was busted. Why would I spend $60 on an open bag of dog food? Never going here again.
Avoid this place at all cost. I sent my poodle there to be groomed based on a neighbors recommendation and wanting to support a localbusiness, never again. My baby has bare spots on her caused bytheir terrible groomer. Theres a new bed stuy dog spa recentlyopened on Malcom x blvd and Hancock where I was heading to untilmy neighbor showed up and offered his advice. Fortunately my girlshair will grow back but Ill NEVER let these amateurs near my petsagain at any price. I should have read their reviews first, two starsare too kind
Horrible!! Really nasty groomer. Mistreated my dog. Basically I arrived before she was done grooming him and noticed that my dog wasnt making any noise at all so I asked for permission to step back and see what was going on, I got the okay. When I walked to the back I seen she had my dog by the neck making him face to the wall and was pulling on his legs and was hitting him if he moved. About 2 mins later she noticed me standing there and got very scared and told me to get outyelling. I continued to stand by the door and heard her tell my dog your going to die if you keep on moving yelling at him. When she was finished she gave me my dog and said Im sorry about that and threw his flee and tic collar at me, I said I understand I just dont believe your comments towards my dog was necessary .. and I walked away to pay. She started carrying on telling me to leave now and cursing and screaming at me. Its really not okay that she treated my dog like this and when I gave my comment back on how she treated my dog I was treated poorly as well!! Will be my last time going here. HORRIBLE
The first time I came to Whos Your Doggy Store was to have my kitten groomed and bathed. They charged me $90. A little steep, but it was convenient. A week later, I notice most of the fleas still on the kitten. I took the kitten back. The Goromer agreed too give the kitten another bath. When I picked up the kitten, we charged me $70 to do the job again. So - in essence - I paid a price for the initial trim and bath...and additionally for complaining about the bath at a price 5X the price.I will NEVER return to Whos My Doggy again. Beware!
They dont have it together over there at all, I seen that they opened at 9, so I called and called but no answer, but they are not to far from my house so I just walked over there with my dog, thier website said that they groom on Sundayas well but the groomer wasnt there, the person at the register said to come back Monday in the morning so I did, I get there and again the groomer is not there but this time they not because no came in and if they dont have appointments the groomer doesnt stay, and Im liked why didnt anyone tell me this yesterday, it was a waste of time, I took my dog to paws and claws on Grand Ave and was in and out inside of 20 mins with a nail trim, ears cleaned and a anel wash. Also Paws and Claws was way less expensive and did a good job.
I barely shop here I only went here because I was picking up something. Its a nice place with great customer service. If you go there to pick something up rather its from Postmates,Door Dash, or Gruhub once you arrive state your business and they know what you here for.

2022-08-14We’ve been loyal customers of Who’s Your Doggy for years. Our normal groomer Marlon was not available but we decided to try out the new person. After grooming both our dogs the clerk tried to charge us double what we normally pay! There are no posted prices, nor were we told that there was a 100% price increase. After my wife refused to pay the price increase, the groomer said he would be keeping our dogs!!! NOT HAPPENING! This is not only bad business but illegal! I’m not against a business raising their prices, but they should definitely abide by the law and inform the customer or publish the price increase before rendering the service. Considering filing a complaint with 311.

2022-01-23Took in my cat for a sanitary cut.The groomer didn’t seem too experienced with cats. He was extremely worried about my cat lashing out, which was really not the case as my cat was pretty calm and compliant. The groomer seemed to want to finish this as quickly as possible, and ended up not even trimming the back legs which were the main issue…And to add to all of that - even though the quote I got on the phone was 20$ for sanitary cut, he asked for 25$ - for no more than 1-2 minute of grooming overall. This wasn’t a very good experience and I won’t be coming back.

2020-12-11I’ve come here several times to purchase dog and cat treats. The prices are reasonable for high-quality products and the service is always friendly. I had a walk-in appointment for a nail-clipping for my senior dog and the groomer did an excellent and thorough job— so much so that I’m switching to this location for all my grooming needs versus going to a groomer much closer to my house. It’s worth the walk!
