Went for the first time in years. Brings back good childhood memories. Learned how to swim there
Nice park on the Erie Canal. Dock in for summer. Nice pavilion with several picnic tables. Too bad there is no playground.
I sure wish there was a playground or something here. I didnt give it one star bc it does have a grill and boat dock... But can we get something for the kids to do if we dont plan on going on the water??

2021-08-11This is one of my favorite places along the Erie Canal. Easy place to put in and kayak or canoe or fish. And the view of the canal is beautiful - from the park and from wherever you are on the water. Note - the trail is on the other side of the canal. If you are looking to walk or run on the trail, this is not the right stop for you. Harder Canal Park is just down the street and has parking and access to the trail. This park is best for boaters.

2018-07-13Clean boat launch, nice dock. The boat launch is only about 3/4 feet deep but it gets the job done nicely, just becareful on the speed bumps on the way in and out they dont look big and bad but they are bumpier than you think
