Id say, they clean outside of your car, most of the way.. but when it comes to pine needles and bird doo doo, they dont come off all the way! 😏🙁😒😒 other then that, they do a nice job!! 😊👍
I wish the waiting areas would fit more cars. But its on a convenient location and there is not much property to expand.

Convenient and cheap touch free auto wash to wash off all the bugs you picked up on the way to Hornell. 3 auto wash bays and multiple manual wash bays plus vacuums, etc... Near other stores too.
Nothing spectacular.. Car is still dirty even after using the top dollar wash. Its quite disappointing.... If youre local, go to the one in Bath. Its WAY better
Way better than the carwashes where I live I always stop at one of these carwashes when I go to one of the Reservations in NY.
I put my car inside the machine and it had scratches on it. Never coming back.

Horrible car wash, this place is automated and did a piss poor job, couldnt even take bird poop off my car all it did was knock the dust off didnt even take the little mud i had in my wheel wells off.
I leave with some soap on the car and the dryers need help
What a waste of money. The hood looks fine, but the top of the car and the trunk dont even look touched. Never again.
For the most part it does an ok job but I end up with water spots, more than I care for.
Was very satisfied, didnt take long and the car was very clean and shining.

2022-03-05Lower prices listed except the most expensive one which is $15.00. The there are add-ons. $3.00 each for D-salt under body wash, and another $3 for something else. Similar to most touchless car washes in that it leaves a lot to be desired. Its the only option in hornell, but Id avoid if you could. Wax option typically leaves a lot of spots on the car.

2022-01-31I paid 14.04 with cc charges and the back was totally filthy and my running boards also. Barely had any soap and I was made to go into a line with 6 cars instead of one with 3. Called to complain...couldnt get through. Want a refund.

2021-05-13Gone to the auto wash twice now...first one cost $14 didn’t even get soap for that one. Car came out dirty. Okay try again 2 months later May 13/21... $17 dollars this time didn’t even touch the dirt and then sealed it on the surface. Took the car home and had wash it hard by hand.What kind of a racket have they got going there?

2020-08-24After paying $14 for the best wash, it barely touched the dirt on my car. It came out looking the same as before I went in, but with added spots all over from the rinse. Waste of money.

2021-01-09My husband and I used the self serve car wash this morning since the hands free bays had very long lines. The card reader did not work so we put $8 cash in. When the water came on it sprayed out between the handle and the hose and through a break un the hose. This soaked my husbands prescription sun glasses, dexcom reader ( a health meter for blood sugar levels), and his clothes. The total of which is approximately $1000.00. When I called and finally got through to someone the guy expressed no concern for the situation, finally said he apologized for the inconvenience and never even offered to refund the mere $8.00. When I asked what would happen of the medically necessary reader was damaged he said he didnt know, that wed would have to see. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS CAR WASH EVER!!! To the owner I say a polite and sincere apologetic gesture would have gone a long way.

2018-07-23Seriously over priced. Most people dont know it but the chemicals alone cost only pennies per wash. I used to operate one myself. $13 for an ultimate wash with hot wax is ridiculous. Several times Ive been there and purchased an ultimate wash and the undercarriage didnt get sprayed because it wasnt working. The toothless wash doesnt even do a very good job as I always see a film of dirt left on my vehicle.
