Fast, Professional, and Superior QualityI dropped my Samsung S21 phone a couple of weeks ago and the screen shattered. Since I didnt have insurance on my phone, I would have to buy a new phone from my carrier. Instead, I headed over to Winston, who had fixed the screens on a few Samsung tablets for me before. I stopped in on a Monday, was told to come back on Tuesday when he had the screen. I dropped off the phone before noon and picked it up the same day by 5. Works like a charm and you cant even tell its been repaired. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a phone repaired. Prices were reasonable.
I went there twice and I was happy and satisfied both time! First time I went there was to fix my iPhone screen, the service was quick, efficient and not pricey. The second time was for my laptop screen, and I had the same great experience. Best electronic repair I have been to so far! Keep up the good work!!!

This place was amazing! They had the part I needed in stock and fixed my phone within half an hour I was in and out of the store. And the pizza place across the street has great pizza while waiting. I highly recommend this place for anyone’s electronic repair needs
My iPhone had gotten wet in the rain and would not charge. I did not live in the area but was out and about. Found this place on Google maps, they had my phone fixed within 30 mins. I was super thankful. I would come back here if I have any other tech issues.

Great experience coming here, they have fixed two of my phone. They replaced my battery and back glass on my x max and it has worked perfectly ever since. They also removed a tip of a charger stuck inside the port for only $25 saving me a-lot of time.
I had to get a new phonecdue to a faulty display. I went to T mobile to transfer the data over to my replacement phone but they were unable to due so. I went to William and he transferred my data without any issues. He was very knowledgeable and personable to all his incoming customers. I would recommend Will to anyone with phone or laptop issues.

These folks are artists at their craft. Came in for a battery replacement and was amazed at their customer service and efficiency. Took my phone and even my Nintendo switch to get fixed here when other places said the problems were not repairable. The switch had a motherboard issue that I highly recommend this place. My sons new iPad screen cracked and after reading all of the reviews I decided on Willfixit! They were professional, quick, reasonably priced, and it was overall an excellent experience. The iPad was fixed within the day (Labor Day weekend!!!) and they even replaced my cell phone screen protector on the spot. Will bring all my tech needs to them in the future and highly recommend.
They guys at Willfixit we’re incredibly professional and helpful. They fixed my phone, that even apple couldn’t accomplish. My phone incurred water damage, and apple said it was non fixable. So I took it to the guys at Willfixit and they did their magic in the officers of theirs and after a week, I got it back working, and all my memories from the military, and the trips during 2020&2019 were recovered. The price was definitely fair too, you pay for their expertise, and the thought that you know you’re going to get your phone back brand spanking new!

What I had fixed cost under $100 as to buying a new phone for $1,000. Definitely check these guys out before doing anything. I’m a handy guy, I’ve repaired computers and upgraded stuff, but when it comes to phones, I’ve got absolutely no confidence in my skills. My old iPhone 7 (yes I’m still hanging on to it) was having issues charging and with battery life. I knew it would need a battery replacement and a lightning port replacement. I priced it out and was gonna order the parts and try it myself, but I’m so glad I didn’t! I’ve always passed this shop on the way to grab starbucks, so I decided to stop in. Winston was super helpful and began working on my phone right there. It’s obvious they know what they’re doing, and it took an hour. Quality work, quick service and friendly staff. It’s a no-brainer, gonna send my dad here to get his phone fixed too!

I had a great experience with Winston! He was super professional and SO helpful at reviving my water damaged phone. Honestly I thought it was a lost cause after the phone wouldn’t turn on. But then it miraculously turned on when I plugged it in after about 2 weeks from the water damage date however It was stuck in the Apple logo/ recover cycle. I literally tried everything to reset the phone and turn it on but it didn’t work. Brought it back to Winston and he was able to figure out the issue, replace the damaged part and fix it within the hour. Would recommend him and this business to anyone! Thanks again.

So after my 2 year old threw my iPad Pro across the room and shattered the screen I was in need of a repair. I found a great local shop located in Franklin Square. My iphone was badly cracked and my boyfriend recommended this place because he had a great experience with them. I would highly recommend them too! They were friendly, quick, efficient. I’m not from the area so Winston was gracious to rush my request so I didn’t have to wait long. The volume on the phone was also low I could barely hear anyone (it was due to the cracks) he made sure I left with everything working. I’ll be back if I ever have an issue.
I had a realllly busted iPhone 8S (like all the phone’s insides coming on the outside kinda of busted) that I needed to fix quickly to trade in. Will is amazing. My track pad wasn’t working on my MacBook (so I couldn’t navigate the computer at all and all my notes for school were saved on it) and I needed it for online school. I brought it in, he figured out the problem fixed it for an affordable price and had it back to me within the day. I HIGHLY recommend this business. I have used them for all my Device Repairs. My dad recently had a problem with his iPhone and his email account. My brother and I tried everything. So my Dad goes to see Wilson (Owner) and within 10 minutes it was fixed. He didnt even want to be paid. These guys are great. They are smart and trustworthy. Had an issue with my sons phone. I called WILLFIXIT up and they told me to come right in. They opened up the phone, tested the battery and diagnostic tested showing that the critical points on the mother board was damaged and wasnt repairable.Not only did they take the time to do all that in front of me, but they had used phones in shop for sale. These guys are awesome! Had a water damaged iPhone XS that i thought was done for sure. Not turning on, showing no signs of life. Had damaged it on a trip and thought i had lost all photos and data. Of course hadn’t backed it up in some time either. They were able to work their magic and not only recover the data but get the phone fully operating again. Will and his brother gave me great service. I cracked my iphone 11 screen so bad, that face ID and face time wasnt even working. Brought my phone to them and they fixed it in just a few minutes. They first took some time to inspect the damage and then replaced perfectly. The new screen is even brighter and face Id and face time works like a charm.They even installed a privacy screen protector after so the screen doesnt break again. If you ever get into an accident with your electronic devices and want them fixed fast in person and for a great price, bring your devices to them!

My iPhone was out of service for a while due to a hardware issue. Instead of going to apple and paying $600 Winston was able to fix my phone for a lot cheaper and also fixed cracked my screen for a great price! William was amazing I had a horribly cracked iPhone X with ink blotches and he fixed it right in front of me in like less than an hour we always have amazing conversations he’s super friendly and knowledgeable in everything he does! These guys are absolutely wonderful and delightful to deal with. I called them desperately 2 days prior to me leaving for school. Although they originally told me getting the proper screen would take a few days they made arrangements to get a screen the very next day and have my laptop screen fixed right on time for my departure. I truly appreciate him telling me the fix was very possible but a fault created from the damage has made my device vulnerable so to be careful. THEY ARE AWESOME. Honestly if you want great service, affordable pricing, and quality work done go to these guys. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
This place fixed my boyfriend’s iphone twice at a reasonable price when Verizon would not. The process was very quick and he only took about an hour to fix each time. 10/10 would recommend.

After being told my ipad couldnt be fixed. I was driving down Franklin Ave. and saw this store. I called and told them my issue. I was told yes, sure we can fix that for you. I brought my ipad in. Winston and his brother are the most respectful kindest people I have ever met. He assured me that he can fix my ipad. I wont like when I walked in there I just wanted the ipad fixed. There was a discoloring in the screen. I also had a smal crack in my screen in the corner that didnt really bother me. Winston asked if I wanted the screen fixed as well. I have to tell you, they were so kind and knowledgeable that I told him to fix the screen as well. This is definitely the place to go for your electronic needs. They are amazing!!!!

I took my laptop to be repaired, I was told between 10 and 14 days because the part was being imported and sure enough I got a call 11 days after saying that my laptop was ready. Great prices and great service. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

William at We’ll Fix it, Franklin Square was truly amazing. He was knowledgeable and professional. I came in thinking I was going to have to replace a very expensive phone and that all hope was lost. He took one look, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in under 45 minutes. He even put the glass protector and new case on for us free of charge. While we waited, I observed him and Winston The other technician interact with customers, and there was not one problem they could not fix. We live 45 minutes away, but will only use this establishment for any and all phone repairs. The price was great too!
Hooked up with Winston from Willfixit via my buddy at ATT. First time i went my iPhoneWouldn’t boot up despite trying every youtube video I could fine and pressing every combination of “side” buttons you cd think of. Turned out it ran out of space; how i don’t know. Anyway Winston fixed it in 20’minutes for free.Because of that terrific customer experience I naturally brought my cracked iPhone screen into him today. Dropped it off, came back 45 minutes later and feels like a new iPhone. At alot of these types of stores it feels seedy and shady, You don’t feel that way here. My child dropped my iPad Air on the floor and I really didn’t want to replace it. This caused the power button to jam and no longer work(iPad was still functioning fine). When I reached out to William, to see if this is repairable, he reassured me that it is. I brought the iPad in and William quickly fixed it the same day!!! Repaired back glass of iPhone XS MAX. It takes 2-3 hours to do the repair mainly because the glue has to dry. The technician is trained and really knows what he is doing. I’ve seen other shops, and some technicians end up damaging other components and end up costing you more money. The prices are reasonable compared to other shops. Cost me around $120 to get this repair done while another shop asked me for $170. The phone turned out to be as good as new. Trust me your in good hands.

I have been doing business with the company for at least 4 years. William is the most customer friendly person I ever met. His service is always first class. I get better service with him than I get with the Apple store. He fixes things that the Apple store is unable or unwilling to fix.
My phone has been acting up for the longest while. I havent been able to download my media files and I tried to fix so many times. I called the Samsung and their trouble shoot couldnt fix it. I called my provider and they couldnt fix it either. I was so disappointed, I didnt really want to buy a new phone. I saw @willfixit on my building and I decided to give it a shot. It worked. If I can give this place 10 stars, I would. I came in with a Mid 2010 Macbook pro and when I started explaining the problem, Will & Winston immediately knew what was wrong. They ordered the part and I had my laptop back within a few days. The price they charged me was very reasonable. They even cleaned the exterior case making the laptop look brand new! I heard about this place a while ago from a friend. My iPhone screen was broken and it only worked when I pressed on it, basically I was told I needed a new phone. I brought my phone here and they fixed it quickly and I DIDNT NEED A NEW PHONE. When I had a similar issue, I went and it was fixed again. Today, I went because my camera wasnt working and no YouTube tutorial or write-up worked and they fixed it in minutes. They are very reliable and extremely fair priced. I highly recommend taking your phone here before you think you need a new one or have to pay for a fancy fix. They do the job right and know their stuff!

Man William is awesome where he was able to fix my Motorola cell phone broken screen ,also he was helpful in fixing my USB which I broke and I had all my information store on that USB. I recommend him. If something is broken or you need some type of electronic fix go to William before you throw it out. Awesome dude great work. You will be satisfied with his work. 2021-09-10Thank goodness for this shop, Will is a life saver! Of course in the middle of my onboarding for a new job, my MacBook Pro screen cracks from a freak accident (the patio umbrella flew off in the wind and smashed my screen). Since the laptop was 2 years old it wasn’t not covered under Apple’s limited warranty but I didn’t care how much it cost, I needed it fixed ASAP. I contacted Apple Support and the earliest they could fit me in anywhere was a week from now. I begged and explained how important it was for me to get this laptop fixed as soon as possible but they told me there was nothing they could do, besides buy a new laptop. The screen replacement was about $1k anyway, the new laptop was about $2k. I told my sister and she told me to reach out to Will. Within an hour he told me ordered the parts, gave me an estimate on price and told me he could have it ready by tomorrow. I was shocked, relieved and even slightly skeptical, but he did it! He was able to replace the parts that needed to be fixed, within a day, all for such a great price! He even delivered my laptop to my home after he was done. I cannot thank him enough for saving me from this crisis. I’ll never have to use Apple Support again now that I’ve found WILLFIXIT!

Screen changes, computer parts, batteries, everything is done perfectly and in the rare case that there was a faulty part or something, they’ll change it quickly and without question. Recently was told by 2 other places that what I needed “couldn’t” be done, Will did it in 20 minutes.

2022-05-20I accidentally cracked my IPad screen. I didn’t want to deal with a busy apple store to repair it. I started researching locally and came across WillFixIt. I was impressed with their reviews, so I decided to give them a try. From initial contact they were friendly and helpful. They ordered the screen for me and let me know when it came in a few days later. They were flexible around my busy schedule. I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready for pick up at the end of the day. The price remained the same from the initial quote. They also were able to fix a charging port on my iPhone while I waited. It’s good to know there is a place locally I can use if I need any repairs. Highly recommend their services.

2022-05-07I had an excellent experience yesterday. My phone was water damaged and it had a cracked screen. I thought there was no hope for my phone. I found this place and they got the job done. Workers were super nice and helpful. It was fast service and good quality work. If you want your money’s worth I would suggest this place and no other. 10/10 don’t hesitate

2022-04-12We brought our daughters phone to be fixed. Winston was so helpful. He even stayed late in the store to deliver the phone back that day as he had promised. It looks good as new! Highly recommend!
