Something happened to win hou. They used be THE place we ordered from when I worked near them some years ago. The most recent order I got from them...1. General Tso chicken had (& I kid you not) 2...TWO...broccoli florets in it, buried under the chicken. The beef & broccoli was BIG on broccoli, the beef?...not so much (needed a search party). Thankfully, I know a place that makes REALLY GOOD chinese food, so I can let this good-memory-turned-bad go. Sad.

This place used to be good if not great. Does not deliver any more. Never heard of a Chinese restaurant not delivering. Seems strange.

Consistently good chinese food that actually tastes clean. Women at the front desk is always polite.

Consistent, delicious, and affordable...Theres a reason this place has been here a while. Dont let the nondescript and unassuming storefront fool you, the flavor is the focus and it shows.

I have been eating here my whole life! Excellent service - extremely quick delivery. I love their vegetable spring rolls, vegetable dumplings and egg drop soup. Everything is simply delish. Highly recommended.

Google reviews is a fraud. There’s no way this place deserves 4.5 stars. My sesame chicken was quite possibly the chewiest worst chicken I’ve had in my entire life. Not to mention how soggy it is. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!Addition: the moo shu pork is absolutely disgusting. Threw out both meals within 3 bites of each. WASTE OF MONEY.

What a shocking disappointment!!! By far this use to be my favorite chinese food take out location. I would tell everyone about this place, never mentioning the name, only location, everyone knew where I was talking about...LOL. The best egg rolls you ever tasted, nice crispy and flavorfull. Today, I actually know the name and for the wrong reason, Win Hou. Yes, Win Hou is the name of the restaurant. The italian restaurant next door is gone. A bank is on the corner, Smashburger and a pet store is next door. No pun intended, Win Hou, is the last man standing. Win Hou, was one of the originals. As far as Im concerned, after eating there food, their already gone, it just doesnt taste the same. this was a sad day. Due to a move and change in a life style of eating, its been over 4yrs since Ive been here. The woman behind the counter remembered me and my brother, this was after he said something to her, her face actually lit up. Shes still not smiling or showing any emotion when dealing with customers. I realize now, she may be shy. Or, it may be a cultural thing. But, 100% when she smiled and engaged my brother in conversation, it made a difference in our experience with this restaurant. Before her demeanor was adding to how I was negatively looking at the restaurant. The inside hasnt changed. The menu signs hanging over head have changed. But, its not any better. The place still has seating for a handful of people. Its in desperate need of a renovation, floors, wall, menu sign etc., this place could look more inviting. The full staff cooking in the back are gone. Today, its one lone person. The food tastes and looks different. If you ate or were a regular, you would notice. The food quality has gone down hill. Even something as simply as their chicken wings, no taste and if you personally know a little something about chicken, then you can actually see the quality of chicken being used, bad, bad, bad.

Review is on the food quality more than the service. Sure the lady is indifferent, no smile greeting or thank you, but I didn’t expect much from them. I had to get my contractors lunch and out of convienience I went here and got lunch specials of beef teriyaki and chicken with garlic sauce. The beef teriyaki had 4 slices of beef, and the entire plate was just rice and vegetables, huge waste for 8 dollars. The chicken and broccoli was the same, my contractors were still hungry. The food tasted bland, which I’m not surprised as there was one guy cooking it and looked like he didn’t care. I hope I never have to go there again.

I work near here and frequently visit Win House when Im in the mood for Chinese. The food here is excellent - Im a huge fan of the chicken and broccoli. The Szechuan chicken is also very good, as is the general tso chicken. I would definitely recommend this place over any other Chinese restaurants nearby.
