Left a voicemail on a Friday evening and received a follow up call on Monday morning, Broken window was removed, repaired and replaced by noon Monday. Can’t ask for faster and better service than that. Thanks again for the prompt response and service! 👍🏻
John was very professional. Arrived the next day after giving me an estimate & replaced two windows. Took care to not damage frames & cleaned up each area. Very courteous and efficient. Very happy with the results Would definitely recommend him.
As a real estate developer for over 50 years I have delt with many vendors and the Window Doctor has been one of the best. They provided a timely respone to my initial inquiry and completed the job ahead of schedule and met my quality expectations. You can not find a better firm to deal with.
John came to repair 2 windows for my house in little neck. He was absolutely superb to work and deal with and he treaded very carefully with my very problematic tenant. The tenant gave us a hard time due to he was being evicted but I had to fix the windows according to the court and John was very polite and cordial to him explaining how he should not open the window the way he has been opening them. If he does open it that way then it wouldnt be our fault and would be tenants issue. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
Excellent service, Excellent window repair. Window had condensation. Called several companies to fix the window, got a quote $1,300. Window doctor replaced the damaged window for $300.00. The window looks new. Very satisfied customer.
John replaced an insulated glass panel on an Armstrong casement window. Prompt call back, performed service as promised. I would recommend John.

2022-05-18WOW!!! Spoke to John to set up an appointment. He came today, took my broken double hung pane window that had cracked. He came by about 3 hours later and repaired and replaced the window. Great job! Very professional! I couldnt believe he was able to do it so quickly and so well. Highly recommend his services and workmanship.

I called Window Doctor NY and they were closed but the owner said he would go in and fix the window for me. 2 hours after the window broke it was fixed and back in place! Thank you Window Doctor NY!
