Is it so difficult to call back customers and give them a follow-up!? ITS CALLED COURTESY. As a designer, I will NOT give them my business. I wanted to stay local but NO WAY!
Called flushing store at 5:35 to see when my order would be ready. They leave me on hold and hang up at 6:00 when they close. Last time I call windowrama. Lazy people working there.
Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. They all seem mad youre calling. They never pick up the phone. If they dont pick up the phone it goes to the corporate office. When corporate gets involved then they pick up the phone for them. They transferred my call 3 times without even listening what I was saying.
Peter was helpful and he was very nice and patient with me.
Horrible service,Sent this guy JaMeS to measure windows andWe Had to beg for just a proposal as he never followed up.

2021-04-16Peter is a great sales rep. He went into so much detail about all the intricacies with the different options and helped me and my wife resolve major design issues we were having for our order. Showed a lot of patience and knows his stuff. Im thinking the bad reviews here could be a bit related to the pandemic and some businesses may have had a hard time adapting. I think they are past that because I didnt experience anything like that - no reason not to come here from my experience.

2021-05-12Atrocious customer service. I walked in looking for an exterior door. The person at the desk was dismissive and gave off the impression that he didnt want to help me. Never got up from his desk, I asked for details about the product I was interested in. I suppose by the way I was looking, he assumed that after telling me the price I wouldnt be interested. I will take my business somewhere else.

2021-01-13I am in the midst of a large renovation on my home. My architect, contractor and I chose expensive Anderson windows through Windowrama, as well as two very expensive custom doors. I am sympathetic with what we are all going through in this pandemic and have been extremely patient with timing to receive the materials. However, since the installation, I have experienced nothing but headaches and unresponsiveness. Both of the custom doors were made incorrectly. And Windowrama as taken responsibility for these mistakes. However, their unresponsiveness to my contractors and architects calls, emails, and texts is completely unprofessional. This has been going on for weeks and I am living in my house with the flimsy, temporary locks they sent the doors, a door that wont stay in position on its hinges, and delays that continue to cost me aggravation and money. Go somewhere else.

2020-12-14Wont to have your worst shopping experience? Go to window Rama and wait for months to get an answer from Rachael. And when the time comes to get an answer by physically going there for few times you find out by another sales rep that is better to buy the defective part than wait from vendor.

2016-11-18I ordered exterior door and window from here. The sales reps are ok if you know what you want, otherwise dont expect them go out of their way to help you understand things to make sure that you are getting what you want. My order arrived 2 weeks late and had missing parts.

2019-11-21Unknowledeable staff, ordered wrong size window, rude, makes excuses, no call back or follow through. Makes you measure and research product first by yourself or outrageous charge to come to home to do it properly even on a $1000.00 window. They said too small a job to come out for free.Friend in window business, but Windowrama is authorized dealer for Marvin Windows so had to order through them. No free delivery, by the way. had to pick up window myself. Installer had to knock out tiles from inner and outer wall for a larger cutout to install larger than expected waterproof window in shower. Now I have to get tiler and painter to reconstruct the surround and interior of shower. I understand I am missing an outer trim of some sort as well. Evidently no product inspection?In closing it was 20 years ago since I ordered over $60,000.00 or more new construction and replacement Marvin windows for my home from Wondowrama. The Marvin windows are great, but what happened to Windowrama in the past 20 years?
