I recently purchased 5 doors. My sales rep Zach was very helpful and easy to work with. My contractor did all the measuring. My problem started when my contractor made a mistake with measuring 2 doors. The store policy is not to take back mistakes. Well Zach was able to find the same door ordered and could swap out one of the doors. The other door was my problem. When I spoke to the District Manager John Kelly about my problem, he explained to me the store policy. I asked for his help resolving my issue. In less than a week, Mr. Kelly had 2 doors the correct size installed. I am very happy with the quality of the doors Zach helped me pick out and with the responsiveness to correct my issue.

I rarely write any reviews but my positive experience working with John Lombardo at WindowRama is worth writing about. John walked my husband and me through the window shopping process as this was our first time buying new windows for our house. We are never quick to make a decision and John was patient with us - never made us feel rushed or that he was pushing a sale. We communicated with him in person, via email and over the telephone. Each time we spoke, he answered all of our questions - never seeming bothered by the many questions we posed. He also agreed to speak with both our architect and contractor to make sure all the specs were accurate before placing our order. It was a pleasure working with him. In the store, John was very respectful of COVID protocols wearing a mask at all times. There are hand sanitizer stations throughout the store as well. I definitely suggest going to the Mt. Kisco store and asking for John! We will certainly go back there again when we go through our next round of window replacement. - Rachel G

Dishonest and Incompetent.We had WindowRama measure for a custom door. The representative measured incorrectly and the door is far too large to fit. They refused to accept a return or issue a refund. We had to take the matter up with the credit card company. DO NOT do business with WindowRama as they are incompetent, cannot use a tape measure, and do not stand behind what they sell.

I just had the most pleasant experience working with Dan in Mount Kisco, NY. We were going over the type of casement windows available and he was very detailed in his explanation.I also happened to mention to Dan a problem I was having with an unrelated patio door handle which was NOT purchased at Windowrama. Dan told me to bring the item in. Shortly there after, I returned with the handle and Dan expertly was able to use some spare parts to rethread the worn screw. This might all sound simple enough but the fact is that the manufacturer had offered no solution as the door was out of warranty and Home Depot was of no help as well as the parts were no longer available. Dan literally saved me a boat load of time and money!!

Ordered a new back door and the process couldn’t have been easier. Zach walked me through the options and made sure I got exactly what I needed. As someone who is NOT very handy, i was worried about whether or not I’d get the wrong thing. Everything turned out perfect thanks to Zach and WindowRama! Will definitely be going back again when the next need arises!

So! I grew up in the era of windowrama and gardenstate stucco advertising on black and white and color television. The crew at the Bedford Hills site made me feel as if I were living in 1970s suburbia in dealing with me as a person in todays fractured interpersonal communication and decision making scripts. From Linda through Carl, the chocolate crackers of the oreo filling comprised of super duper craftsmen, our relationship made long term by the pandemic was mutually beneficial. The windows look and work like they belong in my 210 year old farmhouse.

Windowrama was terrific. Dan was expert,,patient and tremendously diligent in helping us sort our the replacement windows that were needed, He followed up all our communications and requests and was able to easily solve our problems. Personable and very helpful... Highly recommend..and I will use them again . This is th first time I have recommended a local business. It is warranted.

I went to WindowRama looking for window replacements for three bedrooms. Dan Voudren was very informative and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time that he took to explain all the specs involved for all of the windows as well as the different options I had available. He made a stressful experience very easy to deal with.
