Just called the store to ask some questions about how to shop here during Corona era, was into a shouting match with Bob, disappointing. Definitely will not be shopping here, I am talking 30-50 windows and several doors for a big property. Need to learn how to improve your customer service on the phone.

Just needed a replacement original Anderson window screen. I walked in, ordered the part from a helpful gentleman who knew the questions to ask. The screen came in after a couple of days and I was notified with a phone call. What more can you ask? Im going back for a replacement double glazed glass panel for my front door...

Once installed good luck getting someone on the phone to help. 7k door, 3k to install it currently have issues after 10 days. I will be spreading the word to anyone that will give me 2 minutes of their time how bad windowrama is.Don’t bother calling Andersen direct they just keep sending you back to windowrama. What good is a guarantee from Andersen if there is no one to help.Laughable

Horrible customer service and liars to boot. Had three broken windows delivered to a customers, had to tarp the openings while we waiting for the replacements to come in... over a month went by and we had to close up the walls so they told us to install the broken windows while we waited for the replacements. Over a year later and they keep telling us Anderson is a (expletive) company and they don’t push to warranty their “bottom of the line” windows. I called Anderson and found out they never put in the order... EVER. Over a year of hassle, phone calls, emails, walking into the store at least twice a month and these guys never even put in for the replacements. Having to leave the original plastic on because glass would fall out/ could hurt someone and these guys could care less. I wouldn’t wish this kind of practice on anyone, broken glass like this could hurt/ kill a child, pet, or someone just being the slightest bit careless. I have no clue how you guys are still in business but I’ll be happy to see a FOR RENT sing on YOUR window.

Once you walk in the door I approached a very very old man working at the counter who believed my job was too small for them. He constantly repeated their labor fee of a minimum $850. Once I repeated what I wanted he said it would go beyond $850.I started ok, but once I told him Im in the process of obtaining a few estimates, from a few companies, to get beat pricing, he shut me out. Told me, then go with one of them. Unprofessional.

My parents have one broken window in their house, and they went to windorama to get it fixed, and windorama refused because it was only one window. My parents cant find anyone to fix this one window
