We had a very smooth and pleasant experience moving into Windsor at the Gramercy, and living here so far has been lovely. Everyone has been so kind and helpful, and any of the minor issues we had initially were resolved quickly. You can tell property management wants to ensure their tenants are happy!
We just moved in and we are loving it here so far. We especially appreciate Willies quick work to repair the small issues that we found on move-in, and his attentiveness to explaining how everything works. His friendliness and eagerness to help makes us feel very much at home. Everyone else has been friendly too, including neighbors. Thank you!
Ive lived in this building for a year and I enjoy it a lot. Good price and quality compared to other buildings. Building services is great, receptionists are very friendly; maintenance is very efficient, Willie D is very pleasant to talk to and good at fixing everything. Very lovely neighbor too!
The leasing team at Windsor at the Gramercy is nothing less then exceptional and the maintenance staff have been superb. Everyone is really friendly and helpful and have made this move an amazing experience.
Everything here is exceptional. The Management staff, Maintenance staff and I am so happy to be here. Best place in White Plains to live as far as Im concerned!
Just moved in but so far the staff has been very responsive and helpful. Allison was helpful giving a tour and sending reminders of what needed to be submitted prior to our lease date to ensure a smooth move.
Recently moved to Windsor at Gramercy. I have found the staff very accommodating and courteous. Several inital maintenance issues were handled quickly and efficiently.
This is a great community to live in. The staff is very friendly, and I can always rely in their service when needed. Ive had a couple of maintenance emergency on holidays and always got a prompt response and the teams dedication to solve the problem asap. Really outstanding.
Very bad experience. The fire alarm keep being broken for hundreds times. Had a hard time to go to sleep. The garage door always broken which will block you from outside. The leasing office is rude. They will increase huge rent for old customers.
I lived there for 2 years and miss it so much now that I live where its incredibly boring. The Gramercy as an apartment isnt the most special place in the world, but the surrounding areas made it so much fun living in. If you need a small apartment, this is a great one to live in. There is so much to do in the area. And hey if youre a New York Knicks fan, you may spot one of their players at the movie theater down the street every now and then because they tend to hang out around there when not playing basketball.
Great place to live, kid friendly, the staff is very accommodating and understanding. I was recently divorced and moved here and at the time my ex stopped paying for our children and I had to move, yet the staff was very empathetic. We had birthday parties here and I really miss it! I wish there was a gramercy in edgemont.
Windsor was great, but rooms are small for the amount of rent they are asking. But if you like or need amenities, this is the place.. gonna cost you though!!!!
Amazing time at the Windsor.. Theres a new lifeguard there who will guarantee save a life, I like to call him superman.. No one better for the job and theres not a single place you will feel more safe at
I just moved in couple months and feel very quiet, convenient, safe, systematic, and comfortable! Concierge and leasing office are pretty nice!

2022-05-06Probably the best apartment building I have ever lived in. There is a gym, a pool, and the apartments are in mint condition. The staff are incredibly nice and the building is kept in pristine condition. Quiet building and the common areas are immaculate. No complaints here…

2022-04-11We had trouble with our stove and called maintenance this past saturday. within an hour the maintenance person was at our apartment, announced that we needed a new stove, and within a couple of hours installed one for us.he was excellent, and we thank windsor for such quick action.anita aronoffapt.712

2022-01-15My review is solely based on the upkeep and sanitary concerns that I have for the common areas of the gym in particular.Im sure the last time the gym was cleaned had to have been pre-COVID-19 because the same sweat marks, dust mites, etc. on the equipment and ceiling have been in the same spots since. Takes days for the hand sanitizer dispenser to get filled and today I walked in and there were no spray bottles with disinfectant.I alerted the concierge who then alerted another member of the staff. 30 minutes into my workout (I went and bought my Lysol to the gym) and no disinfectant in sight.I understand at this point, I’m to assume that you use common areas at your own risk; being as the mask signs are ignored. What a shame.Update: came to the gym today and there are 4 spray bottles with disinfectant AND the sanitizing wipe stations have been replenished. Thank you!

2022-01-27I can’t say enough of Tenishea’s attention to not only the application process and her follow through on same, but also the logistics of my move in. Even when I wouldn’t follow up due to work or other life circumstances, she took it upon herself to ensure that all was according to plan. She is a delight to deal with, and an obvious asset to the Gramercy community. I can say this even having only just recently moved in. Tenishea made my decision to move and the move itself as smooth as possible. Ten out of ten.

2021-09-04My family and I have never been too keen on apartment living as, until recently, weve lived in a single-family home for decades. Windsor at The Gramercy has changed our mindset re apartment living. From our initial encounter with Karimah (a leasing consultant), we knew that this apartment community was going to be our new home. She was patient, professional and kind in leading us through the leasing process and introducing us to the Windsor Team. Willie (from maintenance) is always there with a big smile and a helpful attitude. Compliments to all the staff as each one has welcomed us and worked to make our transition as easy and pleasant as possible. The structure is very well-built (in fact, we never hear any noises from other tenants) and the apartments are spacious and filled with natural light. Weve found our new home in White Plains.

2021-10-26I really must record my absolute appreciation for this building and the staff. To have such a tranquil place in the middle of White Plains is amazing..it does not feel urban at all. Plants, trees and the rural surroundings are always pleasant and regularly maintained. There is a very nice ambiance. Requests for maintenance are dealt with in a very prompt and efficient manner. The concierge staff are patient and helpful and a great asset to the place. It is also impressive how carefully the management reflect environmental and recycling concerns. ...so important these days.

2020-08-12We love our new apartment at Windsor at the Gramercy! Our tour with Allison was great, she showed us around and answered all of our questions. We loved it so much, we applied that day! Coming from Manhattan, the apartment here is so spacious, bright, and modern. The hallways and lobby feel like a hotel, and everything is spotless and cleaning We love the convenience of all of the amenities, including the pool. The area surrounding the building is quiet and peaceful, while also walkable to the main shops and restaurants. Whenever we have a question, the concierge or Allison are always there to help us. We would definitely recommend this apartment building to anyone looking!

2021-07-30Just moved in, but so far the building is clean and leasing staff is class A! Ive submitted one maintenance request and they were on it like white on rice. They also cleared up a billing issue on-the spot. They always say hello and are very accommodating. All good things so far!

2021-02-10We love living here! For many reasons. Not only is the building clean and all staff with who we have had interaction friendly and helpful, we also appreciate the attentiveness of the maintenance staff. Any time we have made a request, they have responded within 24 hours. And fixed the problem! This is a really important benefit to us of apartment living.

2021-07-25I recently moved in and Im blown away by how smoothly everything went and how accommodating people are here. The community seems friendly; people holding doors and saying hello. The building and apartment themselves are immaculate upon move-in. So far, Im VERY pleased!
