I couldn’t be more pleased with this office!!! The desk was able to get me in last minute because it was an emergency. The ladies at the desk were so nice and the doctor was excellent. I didn’t have insurance and they didn’t over charge me at all! She explained everything down to how to use the drops she gave me. I’m so impressed with the bedside manner and the knowledge she had. To top it off the location was super convenient for me. I highly recommend and will return if I ever need an eye doctor
Super Expensive. I Wearing A Glasses 20 yr . Get From Other Optical About $ 400-500.But This Location Cost Me Over $ 800. 👎👎👎👎
I had a great experience at Windsor Park Vision Center. Dr. Levy gave me a thorough eye exam. Dr. Levy recommended that I get progressives which has really helped me to see better while driving so that I can follow the navigation system and see the distance. Before my progressives I kept putting on and taking off my glasses just to read directions up close. I heard that progressives could be a little hard to get use to but Dr. Levy explained exactly what I needed to do and I couldnt be happier with them. His staff was so helpful when it came to choosing my glasses. I tried on so many. They werent pushy and there was a great selection to choose from. I also got them tinted so when I go outside they turn into sunglasses. Now I have built in sunglasses all in one.I have gotten so many compliments on my glasses. Thank you so much Dr. Levy and to the staff at Windsor Park Vision Center!
This is an outstanding office. Professional, informed and completely capable of meeting all your eye care needs when looking for an examination and prescription glass fitting. Page, her staff and Dr. Lee all spent the time to examine and meet my eyewear issues, by making my experience seamless and very satisfying. Thanks for taking the time in a friendly, concerned manner.
I just received my new glasses from Windsor park Vision Center. From eye exam by the efficient and intelligent doctor, to frame selection the entire process was great. I would never go to a large chain store like LensCrafters again when right here in my neighborhood there is a such excellent service. The staff once again went above and beyond to help me in so many little ways. Its hard to believe that they get so much done in such a tiny office. I was able to get my complex progressive prescription with high quality, high index Varilux and Crizal lenses at a reasonable price. Im very happy with my new glasses and actually look forward to returning when I need my next pair.
Very, very happy that I found this place. Dr. Lee took her time to really help my mother with her glasses and then staff was INCREDIBLY accommodating afterwards. I would highly, highly recommend this place for anybody who needs glasses
Made an appointment for my mom, they told me day of that they don’t accept her insurance. Every other medical facility checks out your insurance before they even offer you an appointment, or at least alerts you prior to. No, they didn’t even initiate this contact. It was when I called to check in I was told. Thank you Windsor Park Vision for wasting my time.
I can’t say enough good things about Windsor Park Vision. They were patient and expertly helped me pick the right glasses from a huge and fairly priced selection. Whenever I need an adjustment they are always there. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help.
A very helpful and knowledgeable practice. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful, especially Paige. She always has a smile on her face and eager to assist. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful as well! The Doctors are always thorough and explain everything in laymens terms.I will take this neighborhood practice over any of the big chain stores.Convenient because I live across the street too!
The reception staff is lovely and incredibly accommodating, they gave me a last minute appointment without hassle. Despite having a last minute appointment, I did not have a long wait. Dr. Levy took full medical background information and took his time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed everything in a professional manner. I highly recommend!
I’m not the type of person to leave online reviews one way or the other. In fact, this is a first for me. But, I am so impressed with the staff and service at Windsor Park Vision, it would be a disservice to keep it to myself. My first experience with WPV about two years ago, was excellent. No complaints, and my eyeglasses came out so gorgeous that people stop me in the street to ask where I got them. But more importantly, the WPV family values their customers in a way I’ve never experienced with any other retail store, as I learned recently when I went back for an upgrade. These folks went beyond what any other eye wear boutique would have done to accommodate my somewhat strange circumstances. I didn’t even need to ask…they offered! This level of service is unparalleled in today’s world. I will never buy eye wear anyplace else. If you need eye glasses, this is the only place to shop.
Got my eye exam without issues. Little wait time and got a copy of my prescription without having to buy glasses there (but had the option to if I wanted).

Pretty efficient in nice lovsle. However? Not cprtitivr with other eyeglass stores. for instance they advertise a $10 off but notbeithbindursncr. What insurance is not money!?! Got out of there do fast
Great place and great staff. They are very friendly and professional. I went there a few times and had no problems . My son went today to fix his frame and they had no problem doing it and adjusting it. I recommend this place with a 5 start to all my friends and family.
I have been going to Windsor Park Vision Center since I was 6 years old. They have always guided me in the right direction with my vision as well as my glass. Great staff very friendly, You will not be disappointed!

2022-05-02Treated like royalty! A total gem with the best service in a local community setting. After our previous go-to closed during the pandemic, we had great referrals to Windsor Park Vision Center and the rave reviews did not disappoint! Great service, quality, value and so much patience and what amazing memories for names and tastes in glasses! This is our second year coming here and still blown away each time at how consistently nice people can be. The definition of customer service! The front desk staff and doctors are all friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was fortunate to squeeze into an appointment for same day service. I always stress about deciding on frames. Paige is especially amazing in giving honest, friendly advice. Eddie adjusted my existing frames while I wait for my new glasses to arrive. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience it was. The service is genuine and they demonstrate that they truly care. Never impatient about coming back for adjustments or to ask a question. We walked by a million times and so glad we finally went in. We plan to be loyal customers for life.

2022-04-13Ive been going to Windsor Park Vision Center for three years. The entire staff is always very nice and professional, and the facility is clean. Its easy to get an appointment and there has never been a long wait to be seen. The turnaround time for glasses is also reasonable.

2020-06-20Windsor Park is the best! The front desk staff is always SO nice and helpful. This is the only doctors office I look forward to getting reminder calls from because the girls are so friendly! I’ve been seeing Dr. Levy for many years now and he is just the best. The perfect mix of professional with good bedside manner. I will say I saw Dr. Lee once when Dr. Levy was away and her tone/attitude did not sit well with me, but that is a matter of personal opinion and not a reflection of the practice-I will stick with Dr. Levy! I also lost my insurance a few years ago but keep returning and paying out of pocket because I am just that comfortable here. Nice neighborhood practice-highly recommend!

2016-11-12Going to Windsor Park Vision Center, ltd was an exciting experience for me. I was referred to this place by a friend. I made an appointment and three days later I was there getting my eyes checked. I hadnt been to an eye doctor in over 8 years. The test were simple and to the point. I have Astigmatism and although I didnt know what that meant, the doctor was there to help me understand. Their office is really welcoming with a bright and excepting attitudes. If I had any questions anything was cleared up. Someone was there to help me choose my frames and gave me feedback on how I looked. Overall the experience was exciting for me especially when my glasses arrived and I had to go pick them up. My glasses needed some readjustments, and the people had no problem doing that. They were happy to have helped me and provide me with comfort. I look forward to my next appointment.

2019-10-10UPDATE AS OF 10/9/19:Had to give an updated review on my favorite vision center!Started coming here in 2017 and am still so happy to have found this business. The staff and Doctors continue to be friendly as ever and very accommodating.I have gotten both frames and contact lenses here. The contacts were out of pocket but reasonably priced and the turn around to get the lenses following the exam was quick quick quick. There is a great selection of frames and Paige has helped me pick the right ones to compliment my face every time.I had to bring my 5 year old to my recent appointment and Paige kept him occupied while I met with the Doctor. She changed the TV to cartoons and I heard her engaging my child in conversation too. This made me feel so much more comfortable during my visit.Doctor Lee explained everything to me in detail and answered any questions I had regarding my eye exam. She also gave recommendations around general eye care and suggested follow ups for the next 2 years (my insurance covers exams every 2 years).I am still extremely happy and satisfied with my trusty vision center. I continue to highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care!2017:After looking through my insurance and seeing some pretty good reviews about this location, I decided to make an appointment for my husband and I. It is located on the bottom floor of a corner garden style co-op.Came in for a 4 pm appointment on a Friday afternoon. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and made us feel like we were going there for years. Dr. Lee saw us for our eye exams; she was very thorough in explaining what/why she was running certain tests and at the end went over our results and tips on when its OK to be without glasses during the day.When it came to picking frames out, Paige and I believe the other ladys name was Gabriela were amazing. There were SO many frame choices which was great. Once we narrowed down the style we wanted, they kept the choices coming and were on point with the process. They closed at 5 PM but stayed with us to go over the prices and show us options for transitional/scratch resistant lenses. I am so impressed by the staff here; there was miscommunication about the insurance coverage but Paige cleared it up and was super professional about it.I am so happy to have found this place and most definitely recommend it to anyone in search for a great vision center!!

2017-05-05First time going and the staff did a great job. You wont regret going 😀Going into Windsor park vision center was the best choice my mother made. Sophia helped me out so much she allowed me to try on so many different pairs of glasses. I was able to take my time no rush at all. Once I selected it she recommended the best thing for my lenses. Also Dr. Levy was great he was very nice and friendly. Consulted me well about my eyes. I look forward to going back.

2018-05-16I had this on my list of participating providers from my union and definitely wanted to support a local business as opposed to the large chain of eyeglass shops in the area which have poor reviews. I interacted with two people at the front desk as well as the doctor in the back and they were all extremely friendly and professional.When I was having trouble picking out glasses they even offered me an additional one or two pairs that weren’t covered in the free section for no additional cost. I didnt end up picking those but it was a very nice gesture. Incredibly high service at this location. Would come again.

2018-03-19This is a fabulous place. I used to come here as a child. Over the years, I wandered to different eye care boutiques. It didn’t go well. I remembered Windsor Park and gave them a try as an adult. I am so glad I did. My insurance is really hard to deal with, but the staff here worked diligently to make sure I was getting the most out of my benefits. My eye exam was thorough. In the past, I’ve had other places give me the wrong prescription. The optometrist here took her time to make sure my prescription was accurate. I was shown great generosity with my contact lens order. Also, I brought my grandmother in for new glasses and she was treated with the utmost kindness. After having so many bad experiences elsewhere, I wish I could give Windsor Park ten stars. They are wonderful and I will be back!
