Boneless wings were excellent. I ordered the original hot, Cajun and atomic. Perfectly taste not too overwhelming. They were busy on this Tuesday evening and probably short staff so the wait is probably little longer than usual. Cashier tries very hard to accommodate. Giving her a thumb up for working under pressure and dealing with not very happy waiting customers.
1st time here. Korean bbq wings were unbelievably awesome. But what blew me away was the customer service. This young lady was AWESOME!!! Too bad she’s leaving, because this is customer service done right. My buddy had mild wings and he loved them too. Generous sauce sides as well
Food was terrible. French fries soggy limp salty, bought 20 wings and there was no taste. Overpriced.
Stopped here on a whim. Im glad I did! Super fresh food, they make it all to order, even the fries. Wings were hot and juicy, so were the fries. Not too bad on the wallet either. Hot flavor is not very hot, neither is Cajun. Ill try Atomic next time.
Ive been going to the same Wingstop in Centereach NY for sometime without issue except for this last visit when I was hung up on after being left on hold eight times consecutively...no exaggeration! I was trying to get my order ready in advance of my take out. Instead I ended up placing my order online waiting for my order to be ready in the parking lot. I later discovered the guy Giovanni working the front counter when I arrived (seen in the pic closest to the camera to the right) was the one parking my calls, only to hang up after 5-10 mins. I spoke to the store manager soon afterward who was on vacation but returned my call immediately. She was very nice and equally concerned but I never did hear from the district manager. She reached out to him as well did their corporate office who I also called (this is one of their franchises not a corporate location) yet he never returned my call to date. The one they refer to as a D.M. might be the Owner as well as it is a franchise. Bottom line is not the District Manager nor the Owner cared enough about this guys behavior to bother to return a call from a loyal, and regular patron. Im done with Wingstop theres just too much competition for my money. As a businessman myself I cant respect their decision to ignore me even on a business level alone. Typically 500 plus people read my reviews.
Excellent food! Wings were perfectly crunchy on the outside, and moist and juicy on the inside. The Cajun fried corn was incredible, nicely seasoned and cooked perfect. Fries were a home run as well.this was my first time having wingstop, and it definitely wont be my last!
Employes were extremely nice. There was almost no line and was a nice experiance.

I placed my order for 40 wings at 2:45 pm for a 6 pm pickup when we arrived at 6 and we were told it is a 2 hour wait. There was atleast 25 people inside the Resturant waiting on their food! Unacceptable they took our names for a refund and kept saying they have a new system seems silly to roll out a new system on Superbowl Sunday !!! The ladies at the counter instead of apologizing they were making a lot of excuses on why we should be ok with not getting our food. Just bad!!
Decided to try after picking an order up for doordash as I was curious. Welp Im certainty not disappointed although I was skeptical after reading reviews either they learned from them or something else but the chicken quality was fantastic wasnt dry everything was good except the frys they were soggy but Im not sure if it was since we got them delivered or normally like that but aside from that it was great food definitely recommend. EDIT: I went there again after have a great first time however their prices are misleading 60¢ wings they claim so 10 should be $6 well thats not true it was 11.84 for 10 in addition they force meals even if you dont want one for 7 strips it was 11 dollars sadly I will probably never go back due to false advertising and their brownies and rolls are really good
Very disappointed with this place. Was really looking forward to a new wing place in town and I was not impressed. The cashier doesnt even acknowledge nor greets us. During the ordering process, the cashier would answer the phone. Im sure they are told to not let the phone ring but there should be someone else to answer calls especially when they are already with a customer.I can see into the kitchen and i noticed 2 or 3 baskets with already cooked chicken, therefore i knew it wasnt going to be freshly made. By the time we got home the food was cold b/c these were already pre-made. We got three different flavor and all were gross and very unappetizing.Save your money and go somewhere else for wings. I even noticed on the receipt that they charge food tax and regular tax??? Ive never seen that at any other food places.
Genuinely disappointed and disgusted. For a new store you would expect the owner to be around making sure things run smoothly. Very unorganized. The chicken was rock hard yet bit into a pink piece of chicken. When I was curious I looked at the deep fryer vats and the oil looked old. The racks were disgusting, caked with grits of breading, the workers were putting raw chicken in the same vats that cooked chicken was coming out of seconds later. Not one person was using gloves grabbing raw chicken and fries. Cross contamination to say the least. Just sloppy and poorly ran service. Will not be back.
This is the 2nd time I’ve DoorDash From this location & the second time my order was messed up even after picking it up.Tonight we ordered a $200 order. It took about an hour 1/2 to receive our order which is understandable since it was a large order. We received our food to find out that half our order was not given to the driver... I called the restaurant for them to tell us they still had 2 bags there... I had to go drive there myself to pick up the rest of the food.. once I got there they “claimed” they told the driver there was 4 bags and he walked out. (You would think they would go walk out to the driver and say he forgot two bags since it should be the restaurants responsibility to hand the door dasher / Uber eat drivers the correct bags) I asked them to remake the forgotten order fresh and I would wait. (The forgotten food has been sitting for over an hour). Just for them to give me the new food and forget part of our sides still. I was just so annoyed so I left with what was given to us. They had other customers waiting for over 45 minutes for their own orders.Very disappointed. Food was alright at least.
I ordered all their wings and I was not disappointed. THE ATOMIC WINGS WERE SO FLAVORFUL! And Blu chesse was fantastic. Def best wings I ever had.
My first experience at any wingstop. Most likely my last. The food was good. I placed my order in store. Two people after me placed orders In store and were given thier food prior to myself. Two doordash orders were filled before me as well. I waited an additional 10 minutes after they left to receive my food. Then I was told they ran out of boneless wings but I was given extra fries! Im sure the four prior orders had boneless wings. My host was yahweh. Order #1070. Needless to say...I wont be coming here again. Would give only one star if the food was terrible but the food wasnt that bad just the two teenage kids running the place and poor service is what will not make me come back here again.
Scammers. Third time that I received a delivery from them through door dash and 10 wings were missing from inside the bag each time. I call the store and speak to the manager who says “ok we can refund you in 3-5 business days” and then I never receive the refund. They have a great scam going on or just have really carless people working there. Adding to this: they did it again! After 2 hours of waiting they said they don’t have order ready and that we could request a refund and never came.
Got the Louisiana dry rub wings, they were pretty good, could have used more seasoning. The mango haberno didnt have any seasoning just a douse of sauce, that wasnt spicy at all
Had to wait 50 minutes when the website said 16-21min. The employees were frantic and unable to keep up with their orders. I ordered a 30pc wing combo with fries, veggie sticks, and sauces. There were no fries given to me, and they forgot to put sauce on the bone-in wings, which were super oily.
Ok I normally never write a review but I read other reviews and I have no idea what they are talking about! I have been here multiple times in the past month and every time the food is amazing! I thought they were better then wild wings. The meat wasn’t dry and had loads of flavor.

Couldnt place an order for Superbowl, waited on hold for 30mins. Drove there figuring it would be faster and was told after walking in the door not taking orders in-store. What the? Then as we are pulling out of the parking lot, they tripped the fire alarm and the fire department was called.Grand opening grand closing Superbowl Sunday! Good job!!
Have been going to this place every week since they opened, yes they were off to a bumpy start however, the wings are always hot, as they are cooked to order! They definitely nailed it with the in-house made blue cheese dressing. I order extra just to take home.
DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE FOOD POISONING. For a place thats only been open for a few months, the inside is surprisingly greasy and dirty. My girlfriend has been throwing up all night and things havent been too great for me either. I’ve eaten at a few wingstops before, first time at this location, and it definitely will be my last time. I saw that this location had a bad review before i went, figured i’d give them the benefit, but that was 100% a mistake. I’ll stick to the bww down the road
I was very excited when I saw a wing place opening up on middle county. I got the boneless wings combo meal. They wings were submerged in a lake of sauce and oil, it didnt taste good and for the price buffalo wild wings is a Wayyy better deal.
They cant handle the amount of orders. I asked how long it would be and the guy said 5 minutes. After 15 and we got our food. Its not good. No flavor.. I cant recommend this place. They cant keep up with demand and its a new take out. Going to buffalo wild wings from now on.
I would recommend this place to anyone if they want a quick bite to eat (fast service). Their wings and fries are amazing. The staff is very friendly. Do not listen to any of these negative reviews
They need to show more interest and care in servicing their customers. they need to learn taht. it comes from the top!! Manager cant be texting as he is talking to customers. wings are ok. Frozen into the fryer, but still tasted ok. there are certainly better wings out there
Im not a fan of the rate of the food, but the review of the restaurant had nothing to do with my taste, I visited on super bowl Sunday and this place was running like a week oiled machine, super organized, nobody looked stressed, or upset. I was impressed.
Spicy Korean Q is my favorite and Hawaiian is delicious too. The Blue cheese has real cheese in it. The workers were friendly and the food was ready in mins. Definitely work the stop.
Love the wings, and the fries are great too. One thing I wish is that they would turn up the heat just a litte. The atomic wings arent as hot as you might expect.

With all that was going on on Sunday 01/19/2020 AFC/NFC Championship games, they were trying their best to accommodate the overwhelming crowd. They worked Very Well given the circumstance.

I continue to be underwhelmed by this place. I just order 12 bone in chicken wings only. Not a meal, and I was informed I would have to pay for blue cheese.

My friends and I ordered a large pack of chicken with four flavors: Atomic, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Cajun, and Garlic Parmesan. We enjoyed all of the flavors, although Cajun was not as good as the other three. I am not saying that Cajun is bad, but the Garlic Parmesan was delicious and Atomic was actually hot. The Hickory Smoked BBQ was also very sweet too. The fries are also heavenly. You get addicted after one fry and you will continue on an endless eating frenzy. The services was also great. Not only were the foods fresh and hot, but it arrived at a reasonable pace and time! Definitely reccomend and I plan on coming back to try the other flavors too.
Best wings on Long Island. Flavors are awesome. Been placing online orders for months and never had an issue. To people complaining about them not answering the phone, well they do seem short staffed and if they arent answering its probably because they have a customer in front of them. Place your orders online.

2022-02-13I can understand that Superbowl Sunday is a very busy day for all food establishments. But management should be more than capable of making an executive decision to not take any more orders than what can be handled. I placed my order on 2/13/22 at 3:45PM, I went according to the count down on the app. I arrived at 5PM and encountered a mob of people who like me, placed their order hours, if not days ago to then be misled and disappointed. I waited in line in the harsh weather along with everyone else to hopefully hear my name being called out but to my surprise and disappointment, 5PM orders were still being processed. I made several attempts to call the establishment and was able to finally get a hold of someone on the phone to only be told that they were still working on 5PM orders and to call back at 8PM if I wanted to a refund. This is a case of poor management, and I cannot blame the staff. Why keep accepting orders when you know that you will not be able to fulfill them on time? The manager should have been out there in the cold with everyone else providing correct information and calling out the names of the orders rather than the good customers who were cold and misled calling out the names of the orders. Looks this establishment is notorious in hosting this kind of chaos every year.

2022-08-02First time here ever! Never knew Rick Ross made it to the island!We went all out as far as ordering. They were understaffed but did the best the could! They were also out of Wet BBQ Seasoning not dry.Everything was great! Fries were on point! No cold food! Wish the staff would have given more then 2 packets of ketch up with our order. We also didn’t get napkins but you need them for sure!Again not upset they were very understaffed. That is not their fault!We were so hungry forgot to take pics till later on! See receipt for as we went all out for 2 people lol.Haiwain wings just didn’t do it for me.

2022-09-08After not having wingstop in YEARRRRSSSS I came across this location on the hunt for food. I was not disappointed at all. The food was fresh, the customer service was great &, it wasnt packed or busy which was surprising to me. If Im ever in the area again, I def plan on visiting.

2022-02-14A disaster of an experience. They want u to use them for big events yet are completely I’ll equipped to do so. Staff was overwhelmed, incompetent and nasty. Nobody was helpful. People waited upwards of two hours past when their orders were due. Missed the entire first quarter of the game and walked out without my food because of their ineptitude

2022-04-20If I could leave a 0 review, I would. We made a large order that was delivered and nothing was labeled. I guess they wanted us to lick each nugget to see who had what order. We were missing some of the order also. We called the store and was answered by a very young sounding employee who lacked the customer service skills needed to properly answer the phone. She was super rude, giggled, refused to connect us to a manager, and then hung up on us. This happened twice!!!! We had to make a call to corporate in order for things to be resolved. The food was terrible and we ended up having to seek food at another restaurant. I would encourage NOT wasting your time nor money with this place.

2022-08-21I going to say 4 stars because it was good for the price. Obviously they need a bigger location, more staffing on peak times and a new soda vending machine(it had a distinct odor that had to do with a plumbing issue), but it was better than expected.I read the previous reviews and was expecting the worse. Who orders wings on Superbowl Sunday and dosent expect delays?!!Maybe make them at home next time..But the wings were good, the fries good as wellStaffing is a managment issue..And the staff was overwhelmed on a Saturday in the middle of summer..Cant imagine the chaos on Superbowl Sunday

2022-08-23Ignore all of the other reviews because they are ALL wrong, The place is semi-understaffed but they are doing the best they can, the only bad thing i can say about wing stop here is that they take a while for an order. I have gotten take out and delivery and its amazing every time! I am not being paid or told to make a review like this in any way i just REALLY love wing stop lol

2021-11-07This was a large order of Boneless Thighs. Disappointing… I got maybe 1/2 a chicken thigh worth of meat and the rest was fried fat and breading. The picture I took is all of the leftover breaded fat. I was really looking forward to it too :’(

2022-05-29RIDICULOUS! They really never pick up that phone. I had my family call from THREE different phones at a time. Some lady answer said hold on a second and they just clicked on me. Need to get new management or staff.
