WinIt has won a traffic violation for me recently. In the past they have won two of my parking tickets. I am so grateful.
I was having my doubts with this app, but they helped me win a traffic ticket in Port Chester NY, the Judge only gave me a $100 fine with no points. Thank you Winlt.

Paid upfront 300 for 2 tickets to be dismissed 150 each (website says you will only be charged if winit successfully dismisses your ticket ). but yet I was charged immediately. 3 years later only one ticket got dismissed and have to pay for the other one. it seems no work is put in to actually dismiss it only keep going to court until they dismiss it. and not even a refund of any type of money back from the ticket they could not get dismissed.
They started out pretty good but my last 2 tickets they gave no effort at all and I ended up paying anyway. I easily could have won them had I appeared in person, I even provided clear evidence.
More like lose it. It took two and a half years to lose. Not only did they lose but I had to pay them 150$ and then 203$ for the ticket with full points. Complete wast of time and money. I could have gone myself and saved 150$ And two years of stress. Thank loseit!
Hello is being the first ticket in a long time, the officer were hiding on the walking exit in Ave K east side, I was on my way to school with my 16th y/o son, he was surprise also since he do not saw the officer, I was not too fast as the officer mention, I did slow down but I do not saw this officer, they were a lot traffic this morning since all parents are taking their kids to Eastside High School, was very bad experience for my son, since he never was seeing me stop by police.
Used the WinIt app and was able to get my ticket dismissed. All my other colleagues had to pay for it. Thank you

Usually tickets are not dismissed here in NYC. So I dont bother disputing them, but winit fought for me. it was so easy I won the dispute. So instead of paying $95 for the ticket I paid winit have that amount for winning the dispute. So worth it. Again here in NYC 9.9 times out of 10 youre guilty no matter what reason you give them. Happy I found winit.
At first I was very skeptical about doing business with WinIt. I have got to say it was a very pleasant experience. My husband did not have to miss a day of work and the ticket was dismissed and the best of all he did not receive any points on his license. I would totally recommend WinIt and definitely use it again if we are ever in need to do so. And it was only for $150.

At times, in an unfortunate event where you receive a parking ticket or a traffic violation for any causes, you can always simply upload a copy of your ticket, driver’s license, registration and any other evidence you may have to help with your ticket getting dismiss.Throughout the years, I’ve never had any issues with WinIt and it’s very easy to use. They’ll send you reminders and give you updates on the decision of your case after representing you on your behalf so you won’t need to be present if you are busy.There will be wins and losses at times but overall, I’m truly satisfied with WinIt and would recommend it to anyone at anytime.

What a SCAM. I tried to pay my NYC parking ticket by running my plate. Little did I realized that this was not the NYC Dept. of Finance but a scam by this WINIT to make money by charging an assessment. My ticket was 50 dollars and they added an additional 6.50. When I called them to cancel the transaction and refund my money, I could not get anyone online. I tried calling for a few days. My emails were also ignored. Stay away from these scammers. I plan to take them to the small claims court in NYC.

Very good and thorough experience. Provide as many details, pictures and evidence that you can. This will help the hearing process. If your case is won, the fee is half the assessed fine in the ticket. So if you have a $100 ticket and win it, the fee is $50. Certainly a good discount but just be aware of this.
I received a 6 point speeding ticket in 2018 and used WinIt to fight it. They postponed my court date several times until the court dismissed the ticket last week. I am very thankful the points never hit my license or insurance. I am extremely pleased with WinIt’s service. Thank you!!!!
I am uber driver in nyc. I drive very carefully. It not easy to drive in nyc. Anytime anywhere you will pull over and get a ticket with and without any reason. I really happy to find the winit app. It is very easy to upload ticket and pay reasonable fee. I got dismissed my speeding tickets . I really thank to my attorney and winit team to save my license.

I have been using winit and recommending them for years. There is never a guarantee you will win but its a nice treat when you do. I also used the traffic ticket service of this app and Im super happy. The lawyer they chose won that ticket and saved me 3 points!
They were east to use and transparent. My hearing date was pushed off for over 2 years and WinIt stuck with it and provided me updates from my assigned lawyer! But most importantly the got my 2 tickets dismissed! I’ve referred multiple friends to their service and they have had similar experience!

I received two tickets ,license plate cover dirty and speeding. I took pictures of the plates immediately as they were not dirty and they were clear enough to run my tags. I know I wasn’t speeding as I was following the flow of traffic and other cars were passing me. It was out of state and it would be a hassle to go back and forth so I decided to give this a try and wit a few clicks and submitting all the required information I got both dismissed. Im leaving a 5-star for the fact that I was proved wrong...I always had pessimistic thoughts about these new start-ups and felt the same way for the WinIt app until they actually won my case. Yes, they indeed lost a couple of my cases, but hey, I cant blame anyone else but myself because I am actually the one who caused the violations. So, that being said, Id like to appreciate the WinIt team for their help in saving me a punishment of 3 points in my record. I will definitely keep using their services again until I master it, and become a better, more self-discipline Need-For-Speed driver. Thank you.
Would definitely recommend. Got a parking ticket in NYC, a city set up for you to lose when it comes to owning a vehicle. WinIt had great communication every step of the process. They let you know not to worry about it and theyre working on fighting the ticket and are very confident theyll win. I ended up paying half of what the ticket was and Im sure it would have been less if I actually had more evidence to upload to them to fight it.
Winit is simply the best. For everyday tickets like alternate side parking, double, parking, no standing, among others. It’s a good gamble because you never know if when they go to court they can win it. Another great thing I like is that it gives you extra time. For example I had an alternate side parking ticket in the WinIt app for 50 days. Than if it’s found guilty, they give you an extra 20 days to pay it. There is no extra charge if they lose, and if they win, you only pay half the ticket. As for traffic violations I got one in 2018. Paid a $99 lawyer fee. And few days ago actually they won it. No ticket points and no penalty and no additional cost , the $99 lawyer fee was part of it. It’s a great app to have in my opinion. And of course they can’t win every time, but at least you have a great app like WinIt on your side, because going alone is more hard.
Once you use their website to check if you got any parking ticket, they will automatically dispute it for you in the future without asking again. Now Im stuck and cannot dispute an obvious winning ticket for myself.

They are scammers this company is here to make money with fees when your ticket is paid there is no such a thing they should win you a ticket scam artists there are plenty companies in NY that really fight you your tickets stay away
I went down to new York city for an appointment and parked where I thought it was ok but the sign was bent and I was just behind the arrow where I could park legally.I did some research trying to get the ticket waived which was $115. WinIt Advertised that they could get the ticket dismissed and if they succeeded, it would be half that price so I figured 57.50 is better than 115. I followed the process and I got it dismissed so I was happy
Im a TLC driver and needed a lawyer for a speeding ticket I got in Manhattan North. I called local traffic attorneys and they wanted upwards of $400. So I ended up retaining the WinIt app and I am so thankful that I did. Not only did they charge way less than local traffic attorneys, they actually got my ticket dismissed. These people are not real... There is someone name Valentina that hung up and when I called back they laughed and hung up again. They need to be reported ASAP. I will be contacting the mayors office about them.

I got a parking violation ticket for leaving my car on street parking zone. Almost the same day i saw an online advertisement for winit and i thought of giving it a try as they charge you half the amount of the fine only if they can get your ticket dismissed. In other words, you don’t pay anything if they can’t get your ticket dismissed. And after next few weeks my ticket was dismissed and i was charged 50% of the actual fine.I am definitely using it again. Makes like very convenient, esp in a city like NYC.

I am shocked if i may say, i was surprised to receive an email from the winit app telling me that they won and dismissed one of my no parking trucks unloading $95 ticket. So with $47 to pay and $47 off, a No brainer for me, even should i had tried to dismiss the ticket on my own i doubt i would have one.Though dont expect every ticket to be won, i tried with two tickets i received from my license plate which was peeling, but to no avail i wasnt successful on my own with one, so i let winit fight the 2nd ticket, but was not as successful either though Ill gladly take what i can(in reference to the $47 off.)And a great app, it will automatically look for tickets on all my vehicles and try to fight them, you can set the app to automatically pay the tickets if theres any to pay, aside for those that they could not beat, which is a great feature to have... that way in the crazy NYC you wont wake up with a boot on your Vehicle, great app and great reasoning they use to fight the ticket. Doesnt hurt to have, only what to gain, i say its a must try, and im sure youll be telling others about your experience with WINIT. #YouGotToHaveIt to WINIT.
Dismissed the ticket! If you can wait a year and a half of increased insurance while the ticket is on your record being contested, the ticket will get deleted off your record with no points and insurance will go back down. Its great to have a clear record!

I enjoy using WinIt! They have won 4/6 of my tickets for me and the response time is quick. I literally don’t have to do much but wait until the ticket is processed and let them WinIt.
I would give them zero stars if I could! I told them to stop sending me emails and stop fighting my parking tickets. I have someone else who is able to do it for me. Not only did he’s continue spamming me every time I got a ticket, but they are fighting my tickets when I do not want them to and I sent multiple communications and multiple emails for them to stop, and they are continuing to take money out of my account. Legit thieves! They do not respond and they are not heeding multiple requests no matter what to leave me alone and stop fighting my tickets.
Just have to say this is one of the best services there is. If you get a ticket just send it in to WinIt and just sit back and relax and they will take care of the rest. Even if you think you’re at fault and think you won’t win because I was at fault more than once and they got it dismissed both times. Highly recommended!!!
Great service. I dont have the time to be fighting every parking ticket I get so I always submit them to Winit and at least have a chance to win. Recently there were able to win a ticket worth 3 points on my license so really happy about that.

The winit app has won multiple parking tickets for me and especially traffic tickets. It saved me 7 points off my license by winning the traffic tickets i got. I love the app and will always continue to use it.
They were very nice and helpful, but my only complaint would be that I had to frequently check-in to ask about the status of my ticket. It was eventually settled, but I was never notified until I called and asked about it weeks later.
You do not have what to loose dealing with WinIt. The gonna look for your tickets and pull the up automatically (if choose this option) and in case you won it they gonna charge your card for 50% from the total ticket amount. You do not have to do anything. Great

Winit is great! I downloaded the app and followed their instructions. The best part is they do all the leg work and updated me on what ever was going on. They were able to process phone my initial court date and after a year and a half my ticket was dismissed. If I was found guilty I would of gotten 3 point on my license. I was a TLC driver at the time I receive a ticket. Getting points on your driver’s license is a big no no when driving TLC. I gave WinIt all my information and they were on top of it. I honestly did not trust Winit very much when I first tried it; it was more of a desparation on my end because the ticket I was fighting has the potential of adding 6 points to my driving record (which hurts a lot). Ive fought many NYC tickets over the years, successfully and not so successfully. I used to contact Larry the ticket specialist, but I believe he’s retired now. Win It has won two tickets for me which I thought were NOT win-able…and one or two unfortunately sacrificed to the traffic gods. You cant win them all…at any rate, 50% off is better than 0%off. They even contacted me first. Wish Id used them for a minor speeding infraction…Seems like they have some experienced ticket fighters on their team…jmd

They fight your tickets for you and all you have to do it wait, If you win you pay half the amount which sounds about fair. Good for businesss. Just upload your registration and other important evidences related to your tickets and you are good to go.

They charge you when they lose so you have to pay them the ticket and you still get points on your license only parking tickets are free when they lose they dont tell you that this place is a scam dont know how they can even be online

They dont tell you its only parking tickets if they lose its free they just lost and I got 2 points on my license and still have to pay them and the ticket
They’ve fought 16 tickets on my behalf and lost all 16.... not really sure what they do except push off the court dates and then send an email saying “sorry we can’t win em all”.... well, you’re 0/16, try winning at least a couple.They also started automatically fighting my tickets without any prior consent.... kinda shady.
Honestly i did not know what to expect from WINIT but recently i had 2 tickets dismissed Thanks to WINIT and im glad i found them because thanks to them i saved myself some money and avoided 4 points on my license.Hopefully i don’t get any tickets soon but if i do i will trust WINIT again.
Not good two traffic tickets that were unable to get dismissed. I would not recommend Winit for traffic violations. The attorney never called or asked me anything about the accident. Not happy with their service!!
I wasnt sure how effective it would be but I figured might as well try since there isnt really any downsides of trying it out. One failed though I expected that and one I ended up winning which was neat since it took almost no time or effort for me and saved me some money as well. Very convenient, would recommend

Very poor service.you will spend more money in fine.they will interfere all your tickets once they find any.
THIS IS A BIG SCAM! Save the $100 to negotiate your tickets yourself and pay for the ticket. Now, after 5 years of postponing the hearing, they told me a lawyer was not able to negotiate and got me 2 points on my until now clean driving record. If you have no proves of being innocent they do not negotiate for you. Just save the money and go yourself, talk the prosecutor and explain your own particular situation.

It was a very easy process. I offered some background info to the lawyer for use at the court date. They always kept me informed to updates etc. I am so glad I decided to use this website.

I got a parking ticket for $35.00I figured even if I’m able to save some money would be great.Ticket didn’t get dismissed or even lowered.So I ended up paying more money because of WinIt fees. $39..04Now 4 bucks is not bad gamble but I thought if the ticket could not be lowered I would not get any additional charges from WinIt.Oh well!
Wow. WinIt is a great App. I have few tickets. I have one ticket dismissed and have few more in process. I hope Win It Team of professional lawyers will win them and dismiss the points. I suggest it for others because it is so simple, convenient and cost effective.
If its a speed ticket, please go in yourself instead of sending a lawyer on your behalf. You cant even verify if the lawyer actually went in, although they do claim a lawyer went. I question the screening process of these lawyers. I ending paying 155$ for their service, hoping at the least they could save me my points. But at the end of the day, it would have been better for me to go in and be verdict guilty. Now i have to pay the guilty charge(265$) and the lawyers fee. Stay away from this type of set up. Better off you going to a lawyer in person and seek help thru them, rather than thru this app. Best wishes to all :)

OK, so unlike most of these reviews, theyve never won a ticket for me. Then again, Ive never won a ticket for myself either. I like the app cos its a super-convenient way to keep track of the tickets that I acquire and to pay them. Yeah, they charge an additional handling fee, but its worth it to be able to pay the tic with just my thumb vs. paying online--a tedious process. Maybe theyll win my ticket one day but, if not, at least I can easily pay them.
WinIt has already won or had dismissed 2 tickets for me! NYC cops are eager to give people tickets in the low income areas and most the tickets are bogus. They do this knowing most people cannot afford to fight the ticket or take days off to appear in court. WinIt makes it easy to fight these tickets and WIN! I already give to them all my traffic tickets they never winning one from 2017 after couple months they inform me we are sorry we do the best but the judge refuse all our arguments then I have to pay all my ticket in 2020 as no deadline then my insurance going from 800$ to 7000$ for 6 months and tlc insurance from 3900 to 9240$ a year as 23 points coming together because of WinIt now I try to sell my car plus dmv assessment plus tlc fine they took money from people and then they say sorry 😞
I disputed a ticket before by myself but I still be charged for the ticket. The second time I got a ticket I decided to use Winlt. It takes longer then what i expected to settle my ticket but WinIt will email you every week or so just to give you an update. I’m so happy the ticket have been dismissed. So far they have really done a great job. .I saw advertise on Facebook so I followed link and got the APP from Google PlayDeal is if they beat the ticket, you pay 50 % of ticket only.So far they won 3 tickets.!I received a ticket for expired emissions sticker which they couldnt winand I receive another one which I dont remember so they didnt win either.They take the money right away so be ready to have money in proper account,I would recommend WinIt write and email receipts of paymentsto customer as proof of payment because such option is not available.Overall I am satisfied with them and I think its a good idea to have such a service so we dont have to pay the whole amount to the city.

2022-09-17I was using WinIt for quite some time, and I was enjoying it until I realized that WinIt and its competitors are all part of a conspiracy theory. New York City needs to write at least double the number of tickets, knowing that only 60% will be paid. Allowing WinIt and its competitors to stay in business. Theres a silent agreement between the city and these companies. I had reached out to a local TV station and they havent pursued as of yet.

About 2 years ago GPS took me down a closed road and was stopped by this very mean cop who would not accept any explanation and wrote me a moving violation. I was so upset and since winit had already won a parking ticket for me and I thought to try them for moving violation. Was the best decision I made. They assigned me a lawyer and I e mailed them what was my case . I didnt have to do anything else , not even go to court. Took a little long but I didnt care and finally got DISMISSED. So happy. 2022-08-05Dooooo nooot trust this app !First they had my information about two tickets I received they kept calling me everyday twice and they knew my licence we’re going to get suspended if I don’t win the tickets they offered me the best lawyer they lost the case when I went to DMV to appeal with evidence they told me there was another person who showed up to my court date and idk who is this other person.Do not trust these people they will ruin your licence.
