We have lived in this building for 10 yrs. since Winn took over in 2019, the property has been neglected and management is unresponsive to requests. The lawns and flower beds have been completely ignored so far this spring and the property looks like a dump. It is embarrassing Sometimes they respond in a timely manner but the super is overwhelmed with work and simply can’t keep up. I have submitted service requests only to find out they have been cancelled for unknown reasons. In winter the heat is TERRIBLE. With our new lease this year, not only did they raise the rent, they added PET RENT of $50/month/pet. In a pandemic. When people are already suffering loss of income.

Unprofessional and Rude , I hope one day they see how it feels to be treated like they treat people. The Spanish women I spoke to was very rude and not helpful at all. The lady Ms. Cruz acts like she wants to help but ignore your emails. God dont like ugly.

The absolute worst ever. There’s never any hot water or heat. These people are slum lords. They’ve been fined for their negligence.

This is an unsafe working environment, where they not only discriminate but violate employees rights!!!!! They are unprofessional, unorganized and take advantage of people.

Lazy staffNothing ever gets doneThey say they will send someone and no one ever shows upThey have zero concept that people work and arent gonna waste a day off for their Super show up and then vanish for several hours later leaving work either not done or incomplete
