Dr. Jimenez has been the angel sent from God to healing and has helped me figure out issues that physicians had no answers. I had lost faith and grown weary that I would never get better but these last few months have been a revelation that restored my faith in believing all illness can be addressed not just my symptoms but the rootcause.From the day I stepped into the office, I explained to Dr. Jimenez that Ive experienced really bad heart palpitations, stomach issues with particularly bloating and digestion, nutrient absorption which all linked directly to full blown anxiety issues I have since 2016. I have had a four year journey going from hospital to physicians and came up empty with no answers as to why I had these issues. this shed light on the weakness of western medicine that has failed me particularly.Ive been in the program for nutritional response testing for about 2 months now and the results Ive have had are truly a testimony to the work and study they are doing at the practice.I no longer have heart palpitations, nor bloating, my digestion is back to normal and no anxiety symptoms.I cant thank Within Natural Health enough and will continue to spread the good news!

Currently 23 weeks pregnant and was having a lot of trouble getting in and out of bed, putting on shoes, clothes etc. I asked my OBGYN if it was safe to see a chiropractor and he gave me the green light. Found the practice through google! So glad I did. First things first, Stephanie was extremely welcoming over the phone to schedule my first appointment. Once in the office I met Dr. Jimenez she was so welcoming and polite. She was knowledgeable and was confident she could help my body restore itself. I agreed to 12 weeks and I’m currently on day 3! Can I just tell you that not only can I get in and out of bed BUT I can put on my socks and shoes! As a pregnant person this is the best thing ever! I was so nervous/scared of everything but I’m telling you right now, if you never listen to reviews or heed them please don’t neglect this next sentence! Run! Don’t walk! Run! Run! Run to her office! This past year during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes!! Scary!! However, a friend suggested I see Dr. E. Jimenez at Within Natural Health in Rockville Center, NY to get the help I needed. Dr.Jimenez and her staff are friendly, warm caring and exceptional in there knowledge. The progress I’ve made thus far has been mind blowing for me!! I suffered from frequent urination, chronic diarrhea, and every so often I would bring up my meals!! It’s been a little over a Month and I’m learning to take control of what I’m eating. I’m sleeping better, making less trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I came to Dr. Jimenez with a lengthy track record of constipation, bloating, and intense digestive issues that were seemingly incurable. The removal of my gall bladder was the source of these problems- however, after dozens of diagnoses by doctors, my digestive complications far outlasted my surgical recovery stage. For years, I had lost hope on every returning back to my original state of minimal stomach abnormalities. Dr. Jimenez has completely altered my outlook on achieving a healthy digestive system. After only 3 days on her program, I have had two bowel movements in one day-an occurrence that has not happened in nearly 20 years. When I started seeing Dr. Jimenez 9 months ago I felt truly broken. I had very low energy especially in the morning, as well as in the afternoon after lunch; I was not able to digest food properly which affected my ability to eliminate. I was experiencing lots of mood swings and hormonal imbalances. I was loosing a lot of hair I had no idea what kind of foods were beneficial for me and constantly craved sugar. I can proudly say that I have had a full transformation with the treatments of Dr. Jimenez. She has been very methodical with all of my challenges and always explained why she is doing what she is doing. I came to a movie screening held at the doctors office almost three years ago and signed up for a consultation just to see what it was all about. It was the best decision I made. I have had much success with any ailment I was feeling, mine was mostly energy related and an immune system weakness. When I first came to Dr.Jimenez I was experiencing headaches almost weekly, problems with the bathroom and suffering from lower back pain daily. Fitting I write this review on Valentines Day! My MD tested my blood pressure and it was 150/100. She was concern because it never was this high before and put me on blood pressure medicine. I went to Dr. E Jimenez and she can feel and told me my upper back, shoulder area, was swollen and after a few adjustments and healing my blood pressure had dropped to 130/90. Dr. J said because I was not in alignment my BP was correlated to the strain on my heart. If that is not proof that chiropractic works I dont know what else to say. Also your nutrition is a key factor to healthy success- go ask her about that too! see you there

Decided to try out acupuncture for my chronic back pain and overall tense body. Steph was amazing in fully understanding my symptoms, history and needs. She shared her education before practicing on me, and I have to say I felt immediate results. She found the areas with the most pain without me telling her and treated me with such care! I recently started treatment here because I was experiencing back pains for months. I was also experiencing other medical problems like gas and bloating and constipation for about 3 months - conditions that other doctors would prescribe laxatives for (which did not help at all) and that I had no idea could be related in any way to your spine. Dr. Jimenez did not only delve deep into the roots of these problems and quickly find a solution to my problem (an area in which other doctors failed to succeed) but also taught me a whole lot about how the spinal system works and how a bad back can compromise many of your other organs, which was where my problem lay. I have been coming here for 4 years and I am absolutely a completely different person than when I walked through those doors so many years ago. The proof is in the pudding and you can’t deny results when you begin to no longer have the same ailments, symptoms, or diagnosis’s you came in with. Being healthy is a journey not a destination. My 84 year old mother has this to say, :I visited Dr. Jimenez after many months of feeling ill. I was hopeful that she would have an honest approach to my ongoing chronic pain and stomach issues. I informed her of all of my medical history, which was extensive, and impressed upon her that I needed very careful attention. I was hopeful that she would have the good sense to honestly tell me if she had confidence in treating me, but was quick to find out that she was more interested in preying upon my vulnerabilities and essentially charged exorbitant fees for what she called “assessment” and “treatment.” Her assessment consisted of voodoo medicine, so to speak. She is a “charlatan”, who uses phony methods for her process and claim of diagnosis. She brought in her assistant and used her assistant as a model to attempt to diagnose my ailments. What sort of quackery is this? She proceeded to hang bottles of remedies from Whole Foods, in a burlap bag around my neck, which she claims is a way of revealing the medical issues. Furthermore, she instructed me to stop all stomach medications that I had been on for many years, and to take her “remedies” instead, causing me abrupt and severe stomach pains and acute reaction. Very quickly I realized that her supposed treatments were bogus and that her methods were hurting me and causing me harm. I let her know that I was in distress as soon as I reacted negatively to her “treatments” and informed her that I was not interested in continuing with her bogus methods. As such, I requested a refund because of her improper assessment and approach, and her dishonesty regarding her skill set and lack thereof. Not only has she evaded my request, refusing to discuss the issues, but clearly she has something to hide and doesn’t want to be exposed or take responsibility for her poor judgement and lack of professionalism. She did reimburse for 40% of the total, and I requested 100% refund due to her negligence. I am a senior citizen, and have been wary of this type of scenario, because you hear about these things happening to vulnerable people all the time. This was a bait and switch scenario, well-orchestrated, and she was all too happy when I walked through her door, not because of her abilities to help me, but because of the windfall I represented for her as a vulnerable, elderly patient.I strongly encourage anyone seeking treatment from this person to steer clear. She is a money hungry business person and not a professional in the medical field.
What I admire the most of Dr. Jimenez is her dedication and love for the profession. She teaches one to understand and adjust ones eating habits to improve ones health. Her knowledge and attentiveness on all my office visits is greatly appreciated. Thank Dr. J.so very much.
I must say that I’ve enjoyed my road to recovery with Dr. Jimenez . What I most like about her is that she is real with you and she has the patience to listen to you and takes the time to provide you with answers to your questions or concerns. Have you ever been at a Doctors visit and you feel rushed or like you are just a number for they are racing to quickly see the next patient and dont give you time to hear all your questions and concerns. And then to only prescribe you drugs that give you other side effects. Well that is not how Dr. J treats her patients.. I recently gave birth to my first son and on the our first night home I knew something was wrong he was crying throughout the night but not cuz of hunger or diaper or gas, my intuition was telling me from his shrieking cries that something is wrong! As a first time mommy I didnt know what to do...I was advised by my medical doctor and family members, that he would outgrow out of this. But I Followed my intuition and my midwifes recommendation of finding a chiropractor, and that’s when I found dr. Jimenez. After a simple, gentle adjustment my baby stopped crying and has been peaceful! For the first time my baby was able to express such relief through his entire body!! I started my treatment with Dr. Jimenez from the time I was 3 months pregnant with my son. He is now 7 months old I have been going to her after the birth of my son for post birth adjustments. I additionally brought my son to Dr. Jimenez since he was 3 days old. It has helped him tremendously with colic, constipation, and colds. She is not only knowledgeable about issues with your back but is also very knowledgeable about holistic remedies that can assist you ie: heartburn, cold, etc.
I have been able to go from being free of eating gluten, dairy, tomatoes and a few other things, to being able to handle all of the above in moderation. I am slowly introducing these foods back into my diet with the guidance of Dr.Jimenez. It’s such an amazing feeling being able to eat foods that I enjoy without the anxiety of thinking I will get sick from them.
I have been using dr. E for many years for adjustments for my neck. Just recently I joined her nutrition program because I want to get off my high blood pressure and cholesterol medicines. I also felt I had less energy and my sleeping was terrible.Now it’s been a few weeks into this program and I can feel the difference. My sleeping has been extended between six and eight hours a night..if I get up midway I now fall back to sleep with no tossing and turning. I feel I have more energy,because I’m not dragging by midday. I’m counting carbs and watching what I put in my mouth,which is very hard, so I’m losing weight..so far so good! Dr. Esther is an amazing doctor. I feel great since starting to work with her. With chiropractic and nutrition she has changed my life. My headaches and fatigue are GONE!
I had to sign and pay for a long term treatment contract before she touched me! When the treatment failed after several futile visits, I asked for the balance of my deposit beck. Ms. Jimenez seemed to be more of a clever business woman than a Chiropractor . .

Ive struggled with various health complications ranging from foggy headedness, depression and anxiety all the way to heart problems that have gotten me hospitalized. After a serious health scare involving my heart I started a nutritional program at Within Narural health and in just a mere 2 weeks (Ill say it again for emphasis...2 WEEKS!) many of my symptoms have noticeably vanished. Because of the help Ive received from the team over at Within Natural Health my body is on the road to recovery.

Fraud fraud fraudSo I made an appointment on call and the lady scamed me by giving me incomplete and wrong information. She told me that you have to make two appointments at the same time and if you fail to appear on your appointment date we will charge you $50 .so she took my card information and held my money. I went to the office and when I asked that same lady if she has confirmed about my insurance policy and my insurance covers chiropractic, she said we will find out today and will tell you on your next appointment if the insurance covers or not .really?and she was trying to beat around the Bush and said you will deposit $200 more for just exam and the rest money on next appointment. I tried to ask her again and again what if my insurance doesnt cover you then?I will lose all my money and will have to pay more?I asked her she should of told me before about this when I was making an appointment and when I told her about my insurance. I asked her did she tell me this before? She was like um Im sorry that was a misscommunication .I left the office and asked her to return my deposit and she lied by saying that the doctor has to return the money and we will call you and return the money. I came home and called them and she was again making excuses by saying that the doctor is busy she will return it tomorrow. I called them again and no response ty he next day too.all the 5 star reviews are fake. Beware people these people are fraud.

2022-08-09I have just started my wellness journey with Dr.Jimenez. She was recommended to me by 2 coworkers and after starting my customized regimen I can honestly say that it works. I already have more energy and my stomach bloating has stopped. This is just with one week of treatment. Im looking forward to the many health changes that I know are coming. I definitely plan to leave another review in 3 months when my first phase is finished in order to show the results.I like the overall multi pronged approach to wellness that they use. I work with Jackie for nutritional counseling and I have learned very valuable information that I can easily incorporate into my life. This is exactly what I was looking for when I made the decision to start improving my health. Its a little pricey but still cheaper than what doctors and hospitals charge for care if you dont have insurance. This place is well worth looking into if traditional medicine is not helping you

2022-04-12I’ve had digestive issues for years and have done tons of testing without much relief until I was introduced to Within Natural Health. Dr. J and her staff are phenomenal. Everyone is attentive to my concerns. They listen and understand. Dr. J is really God send.I started my journey December 2021 and the results I’ve experienced thus far is mind blowing. My digestive issues have reduced tremendously. I am sleeping much better. My GERD have been dramatically reduced, I have more understanding of my body. I’m more aware of nutrition now than before. 2022-08-01I went in for extremen back pain due to my pregnancy at around 5 months and i started seeing improvements right away! I don’t think I would of such a peaceful pregnancy if I didn’t get chiropractic care from Within Natural Health. 2022-08-10I have had autoimmune issues for a while and each time I would go for my annual checkups the doctor would tell me to wait till I actually had full blown issues as if I were a time bomb and then he would treat me .....I had found DR. She’s an incredible acupuncturist, has a wealth of knowledge and is a true healer. She is a champion for her patients and works with you to understand your body in a way that makes sense for you. 2021-11-01The team at Within Natural Health is absolutely amazing! My desk job made my back problems worse and certainly added to a less than ideal posture. I also have a big surgical scar that never quite healed right and made core exercises a hit or miss for muscle cramps. Thanks to Dr. J and the team these issues all went away in half a year! Very noticeable changes to my spine/posture issues, and they even healed the scar tissue in my core. Allowing me to do more than planks for my core work outs. This enabled me to add other exercises like knee raises, leg lifts and L sits to my regular work out routine.The Within Nutritional Counseling course was excellent in opening my eyes on how to properly eat. Ive built what I thought was a decent diet over the years. But this course saved me so much time. They broke down so much useful info, and practical ways to apply it. These new dietary habits will stick with me for a long time. Through the course I lost 8-10 pounds in 3 months and have kept it off very easily. These were pounds I didnt know I had to lose! These changes over the past year have helped me with feeling sluggish in the afternoon, craving sugars, getting to sleep, with quality sleep as well.I always recommend people I know to this place. And hope they take the time to get help from such an amazing team.

2021-09-14After months of discomfort from severe inflammation and hitting “dead ends” with several other doctors, I finally met with Dr. Jimenez. Within a week of seeing her, I finally felt some relief from the discomfort I’ve been dealing with for months. I wasn’t 100% better but I could finally say that I’m starting to. After about 3 weeks of seeing Dr. Jimenez weekly, taking my supplements and changing my diet, I was finally feeling more like myself again. The inflammation in my feet and hands was almost completely gone, my joint pain was minimal and I was happy. It’s been about 7 weeks now and I can finally say the joint pain I was experiencing in my knees is gone. I can squat down again without being in excruciating pain.
