I had the pleasure of using this service after a close friend of mind recommended Wiz Collision. I got in a car accident and ofcourse i was a emotional Rollercoaster. I met with Janice who has the BEST personilty! Her reassurance, her approach, very respectful! She reassured me that everything will be ok. She got on the phone immediately to start the process. She ensured I had a rental immediately! Always calling and letting me know the status of y claim. Im absolutely pleased with their service. I had a few setbacks but Raymond stepped in and did exactly what was needed for me without hesitation. I also have to applaud Zevy/sol too. Thank You Wiz Collison for a GREAT REMARKABLE SERVICE! My experience at Wiz Collision especially with representative Chris was the best experience ever, from his professionalism to dealing with my car from the accident site to all of the communication between the repairs and insurance company and getting my car back to be after repairs. You cant buy Customer service. I had a small dent and they took care of it so nicely. So helpful especially Mendy Wertzberger. He was outstanding with his service. Besides that I got my car back like new. They covered all scratches I didnt even ask to because it was the other side of the dent

My experience there was one of the worst experiences I had dealing with mechanical work but one day I met a worker name Ms. Fraser who understood my frustration and took it upon her self to change the outcome of my situation. When I say this lady went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and the job was done correctly I had no choice but to give her the up most respect she did whatever she had to do to make me an happy customer. It gotten to the point where I didn’t want to deal with anyone but Ms Fraser when it came down to my car. I had my truck a Toyota Tundra by this shop and i must say that they did a really amazing job. I dont usually write reviews but i felt like i needed this one. The truck was really a mess and they made it even better than i got it brand new. Every single detail works and its just amazing. I dealt with David and Zevi and they did great. They cared for the truck so much and they were always there to talk to and explain to me tge process. I dealt with a few different shops in the past and finally i am really happy. I would recommend this shop to anybody thats looking for a great job and wants to be happy.

Amzing people to deal with. Service to the T. They provide loaners when dropping off your car for work. They handle everything fo you from insurance companies to what ever. You drop your car off and shalom takes care of it all!
I handed them my 2013 Sonata that was hit on every panel and looked like a mess and when I picked up the car I thought they switched it out with a brand new car, my wife and I were in disbelief that this was the same car, it was beautifully done and they finished a day early. I wish I could give them 10 stars for the beautiful job they did.

Triangle Auto is known as the number one shop in Brooklyn. Being in a accident is never a pleasant experience. However, at Triangle Auto they make sure to comfort you and make sure that the vehicle is fixed Properly and a replacement vehicle is given upon drop off of the vehicle.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for years and am very loyal/happy to this shop. They would much rather have a happy customer with a working/beautifully painted car than a quick dollar. 2022-06-02I had an accident and called up Shalom from Wiz collision, first thing he calmed me down and then he walked me through the whole process.That night he brought me a nice comfortable car to my house and picked up my car and took it to the shop.He helped throughout the whole insurance claim process, and then he fixed the car to the last t.He painted it the exact same color, fixed my battery that kept on breaking down..Just to sum up, Wiz collision did an amazing job, and especially Shalom.I would definitely recommend them to others.

2022-02-24I got into an accident about a month ago. i got referred to wiz and it honestly was the best referral to receive. rental service is immaculate, same day service had no problems receiving a car and keeping it until mines was ready. the work on my car exceeded my expectations. will def use again even though i hope not to see them again lol but give these people their flowers because my car is it. guh dere first time car owner first time accident first time fix and im so happy cant even stop writing

2021-11-26Had a hit and run and Wiz got hold of the surveillance cameras to track down the driver and got his insurance to pay. They went beyond their call of duty. They provided a new model temporary car as well. Would definitely recommend and use again if need be.

2021-10-18When I got rear-ended they came and picked up my car with their own tow truck. My car is a 2021 Mercedes Benz GLE 53 AMG. They provided me with a car rental for the entire time that my car was being repaired. They fixed my bumper and muffler . When I got back my car , it looked brand new like I just drove it off the show case. Their manager Ray Is super professional, intelligent and smart. Every time I called for update on my car he provided me with that information. He made sure I was okay and expressed my car was in good hands. They treated my car like a priority. I would recommend this company to any one. Ray is an asset to the company and knows his job well.
