I would not recommend wny pressure washer, they power washed my vinyl sided house and it looked the same when they left and blew some shingles off my garage and metal soffets off my enclosed back porch and left it that way
Wish I took a picture of the house before Ray washed it. Ray did a great job on the house and done a fantastic job on the porch railings. My house looks new again. Very happy with WNY Pressure Wash. Thank you.
Ryan and his crew were amazing! I needed to reschedule a few times and he was extremely accommodating. When they arrived promptly, they were polite and helpful. We walked around the house and noticed some very bad mold/moss on the north side of the house. After they completed the pressure washing, it looked immaculate. They also washed the windows as part of the service and they look a hundred times better than before! I would recommend Ryan and RNP services to anyone. Great job!!!!!
Ryan did a great job! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The office is super friendly, helpful as scheduling and responsive. Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend.
Ryan was very accommodating on a short notice. Getting ready to sell our house and saw one of his signs near Tops Market and thought cleaning our house of 30+ years would help. His crew did an awesome job and got years of street dirt and bush green yucch off the siding. We are very pleased and hope it enhances the curb appeal!
Amazing! Ryan and his crew did a fabulous job on our duplex. I did not think they could get our house as clean as they did. It has not looked this good in years! They did a fabulous job and I would recommend his company to anyone needing work done.

2022-04-20I had the most positive experience with WNY Pressure Wash and highly recommend them. Although I live a distance away, Ryan still took the time to come to my home and look it over the the estimate. The technician, Ray was very meticulous and really took that extra step to get everything up to par. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future

2022-03-31We had our home pressured washed along with our deck and fence. WNY Pressure Wash was prompt and efficient. The results are beautiful. Even on a cold and rainy day in March, several walkers stopped to ask us who pressure washed our house! Highly reccommend.

2021-05-05Ethan Jennings of WNY Pressure Wash cleaned my home today. I was immensely impressed with Ethan and his courteous and exceptional professional service. The house looks beautiful and there is great curbside appeal again. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Since the spring weather in Rochester is so unpredictable, the company had a representative call me and rescheduled my first appointment. We rescheduled immediately for three days later and we were all set. From start to finish the entire experience was pleasant and oh so positive.

2019-09-06I hate to post negative reviews, but my experience with RNP was so disappointing that I felt I had to. I hired them to power wash and stain my deck. Ryan was very polite and professional, which was one reason I chose him over the several other companies that provided estimates. RNP was not the least or most expensive quote. I chose him because I believed the product and process would be the best and that it would be done by mid June as I requested.It was a very wet spring which did cause delays in the project. They washed the deck in early May and began staining on Memorial Day. When the guys left there was still quite a bit of work to be done, as well as stain splashed on our siding. I was told that they didnt know our deck had lattice so they would need to come back with a sprayer for the lattice. In a couple weeks 2 different guys came to finish the job and all they did was criticize the first 2 guys and say that they were wrong about the sprayer, that the company did not even own one! When the left that day there were many spots that hadnt covered properly. I was told that Id have to talk to Ryan about another coat being applied. I did and Ryan agreed that the job would be completed properly whenever the weather permitted. I had to purchase more stain than originally planned.There were several nice days that they did not come back so I reached out to remind Ryan of my deadline. His assistant rescheduled things to accommodate me. The original 2 guys and Ryan came to finish the job, with a sprayer for the lattice. There were STILL many spots that werent properly covered! I was told they ran out of stain so Id need to buy even more. Also, they cleaned their equipment on my grass which is now dead! The job was finally completed after the 4th trip but not by the original deadline. Then after several days when I put furniture on the deck it immediately started peeling! Every time anything thing bumps the railings or floor the stain peels right off! When I sent Ryan pictures his response was that it was probably too wet when the deck was done and the only remedy would be touch ups. The rest of the summer Ive watched my deck peel and chip. Needless to say I am not at all satisfied with the entire process, end results or RNPs response.

2021-09-24I highly recommend WNY Pressure Wash. We had our house done and it turned out great. Ray was fantastic to work with. He was so professional and accommodating. Even though he had equipment break down he still managed to fit us in ASAP.

2020-06-08We are very pleased with the power washing job done by RNP Services. There were areas on our white vinyl siding that we felt might not ever clean up. Our house looks great, just like it did right after the siding was originally put on. The power washing was done promptly, and the young men working on it were very nice and friendly. They did a great job and were very neat. Thank you for doing such a good job. We are thrilled with how clean our home looks now. We highly recommend this RNP Services. Grace and Dan Babcock
