Great solution for small and medium sized condos in Astoria. Very easy communication throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a customized solution for your condo management and maintenance this is the place to go. Reasonably priced and a good value for what you are receiving.
After having a horrible expereince with another company, I decided to give Wolves Den a try. I have been with Wolves Den since March of this year. They are quite professional and work to get the job done. All at a reasonable rate. It hasnt been a full year (this is why Im givng 4 out of 5) but from what I expereinced to date, if you are considering them for Property Managment services. Im a satified owner.
**DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE** This review applies to “Wolves Den Realty,” the branch of this business I paid for services from: I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from an agent before. After Showing up late to our showing appointment, making multiple spelling, grammatical, and numerical errors on my lease, we paid our agent his fee, and when it came time to get our keys and move into our apartment, the agent was completely unresponsive (And hung up on my roommate and I when we finally got in touch with him via phone), and failed to complete a simple cleaning of the apartment before we moved in (a term of our lease agreement). I would advise any property owners/tenants to avoid using “Wolves Den Realty” based on the stressful and unprofessional experience I had with them(May 2020, edited to reflect “Wolves Den Realty” June 2020 by request of a representative of the company)
Been using Wolves Den Property Management for some time now and definitely recommend using their service. For a reasonably low cost, they take away so much of the headaches associated with being a landlord.
I also included another picture of a person that experienced the same thing as i did with Ronnie aka Milton. This is proof that Ronnie aka Milton Harasses people and not professional .Look how unprofessional this guy (Milton) is … he texted me after I wrote a review. I want to let everyone know how he is and treat customers. He called me, harassing me and texting me. I posted a screenshot below (please see the pic). I also reported this to the police. I’m telling you people be careful. This guy does not know how to work or treat customers. I did provide all documents and my husband provided his military documents too. We both provided copy of ID, First two pages of Tax return 1040 (2020), Bank Statement(checking & Saving), Credit Check(we will send request from Transunion Smartmove), Proof of Income( Pay stubs), Job Letter. We even submitted documents that was unnecessary. Thank goodness we decided to decline this studio because he was too much to deal with. A realtor would never make you wait for a week to know if you are approved. I just moved in to a better apartment and I’m so glad I met another realtor that knows his job and got approved within two days and provided the same documents. Please be very careful who you give your information too especially to Milton or this company.

Watch out with Ronnie aka Milton dont work with this unprofessional guy.He is harassing my wife (calling her and texting her) after we posted a review of him. We also reported this to the police. People please be careful with this place.Sharia Milton (Ronnie) is veryunprofessional working at Wolves Den Realty.This guy not only took cash money from uspromising us that we will be approved for thisplace. Never gave us a clear answer on thecontract of this place. He told us from thebegining that we are 99% going to move in tothis place. We gave him all our documentswhich is taxes, 1040 tax, bank statements,paystubs, IDs and my husband militarydocuments too. This guy will never answer ourcalls or texts when we were concerned of whyits taking so long for the approval. We alsopaid for the background check and he wouldjust ignore us. This guy might have beendiscriminating us for being hispanic. Whateverthe case is, this guy is not professional anddoes not do his job on time and does notcheck your documents, he will ask over andover again to send more information. After thismess, in just 2 days I found an apartment andworked with another realtor that was on pointand I got approved immediately after Chris sawmy documents. Please people be careful whoyou send your personal information this guySharia Milton is not a person to deal with or thecompany because no one is ever at the office.Trust me this place or him is not worth yourtime. Milton aka Ronnie has harassed many times with calls and texts to my wife. I am not the only one who thinks the same of him, posted pictures of proof of other of his past clients.Be careful working with Sharia Milton aka Ronnie, I posted pictures so you see proof of his harassments and proof that im not the only one who experienced awful work from him and not reliable either. People like him scams and sadly is making that company lose more people which i dont blame because seeing how he treats his own clients is not good and waste of time. Please everyone be careful working with this guy.

I’ve been a client for over a year now and would highly recommend their service. They provide great value for a reasonable price and help in taking some of the pain away from being a landlord.
Wolves Den just took over our building in Long Island City and have been solid so far. Online portal makes paying rent and theyve been responsive to emails and such.
Good price and have a very responsible person doing a great job with the property cleaning I give them a five star and a good review

Poor communication and very little support
Never take out the garbage and always give property to much ticket problems.
Since this company takes care of the front yard cleaning and garbage, we never get any tickets.

2022-02-16Hired this company last year to manage my two properties when I moved out of the neighborhood and cant speak highly enough of the service weve received so far. The portal they use has made my life so much easier, now my tenants can pay their rent and make any requests directly to the company. It has allowed me to be totally hands off with good faith my properties are being looked after. I was hesitant due to past bad experiences but the office is great at keeping me updated on what is going on. Office staff are friendly and a great help when I pop in from time to time for an update.

2022-08-24Lived on one of their properties in Queens for a few months. Nice spot, new kitchen. Immediate response when the boiler had an issue. They were very kind and helpful when we had to break our lease early. All in all pretty solid, if we ever move back to New York I would love to live in that property again.

2022-08-01I applied for an apartment that is being managed by Wolves Den. The application process was very smooth, and reasonable. Thats especially unique considering the current rental climate. It was easy to coordinate getting the keys and everything else. I would definitely recommend working with them.

2022-03-18They are a professional shop. The fee is fixed and very reasonable. My relationship is good for nearly two years. I also benefit when they market my rentals. Best is I dont bother about sinks and toilets. My family is most appreciative.

2021-08-29Wolves den property Managment service is the best in NYC! I have investment multi family property in Jamaica queens and they are taking care of everything includes garbage cleaning to rentals. There service is the best so far. They are managing my property from 2018 with very reasonable monthly service charges and hassle free. Highly recommended!

2021-02-19We hired Wolves Den property management services for our newly built small multi-dwelling residential condo building in Long Island City, to provide maintenance services and for the management of our property finances. Unfortunately, we were forced to terminate our agreement in just under two months, due to substandard delivery of maintenance services and the owner’s unwillingness to address our many concerns after multiple complaints.To clarify, the super assigned, Robert, was ineffective and unable to perform basic maintenance duties from the onset of our agreement. He was massively inconsistent with the upkeep of our property and often did not clean our building until we submitted our request in writing and even then, we watched him drag around a filthy mop soiling our floors even further. Robert also failed to manage our trash regularly, leaving overflowing trash unattended and he consistently violated NYC Sanitation ordinances placing the trash outside in the morning before noon, instead of at night, after 4pm.We communicated our concerns multiple times (with photographs), but the response from the owner, Nafiz, was to imply that our expectations were too high. He refused to acknowledge our concerns, he was unwilling to reassign Robert to another location and frankly, made no genuine attempts to help us. In fact, when we received a sanitation violation for unremoved ice/snow in front of our building, Nafiz adamantly refused to believe Robert did not safely remove the ice/snow and instead resorted to blame the building residents for the summons. Through it all, Nafiz never offered to visit our property and personally inspect the premises to address our litany of concerns.In the end, we agreed to forfeit any remaining service dates to prevent further deterioration of our property and when we requested to terminate our agreement, Nafiz demanded we sign an NDA/waiver to prevent us from sharing our experience publicly and releasing WD of any potential liabilities. For obvious reasons, we refused to sign and ultimately managed to fully terminate our agreement.For us, working with WD was terribly exhausting and between the overwhelming maintenance issues, the questionable business practices and the severely unsanitary conditions of our building, we felt we needed to help others looking to hire WD, understand what may potentially lie ahead. We do not recommend WD in any capacity.
