We brought Audra to the Omega Institute to teach our staff Auto Mechanics 101. She was fabulous. She teaches in such a direct and simple manner that anyone can learn from her. And its so empowering. It really helps you get to know your car, so that you can act more preventatively rather than wait until a problem has arisen.Audra has a generosity of heart that is also so apparent in her teaching. She really wants to help everyone know more so that you feel empowered when taking your car in to have work done. I feel very lucky to have taken her course.

Women Auto Know is an outstanding service to all drivers. They provide you complete information about your vehicle, are honest and can relate to the driver. They take things a step farther than most shops in that they truly want to teach oh about your vehicle, so you get the most out of it. They’re great people who care and do great work...highly recommend Audra and her staff.

My hubby and I took the basics of auto care workshop with Audra, and it was amazing. She is really good at conveying information without making you feel like a dummy for not already knowing! We feel much more confident as new automobile owners now.

My husband always takes his car here and found out that they had workshops for women. He dragged me there kicking and screaming. To my surprise... I loved it. I learned how to change a tire. Problem solving and how not to get taken advantage of at a mechanics garage.Their trouble shooting everyone is superior to any other mechanic Ive been to. We live the service, the people and the finished product. I highly recommend to anyone with car issues and also for women (and men) who Auto know about their car!

Wow I was very impressed to see the owner was a woman and she knows her work. I immediately checked out some of the tutorials and they were very helpful to me because I have an old car that makes all kinds of noises. We took our work truck in to get serviced and this place was very thorough now we can feel safe on the road. I highly recommend this shop for whatever your vehicle needs

My cousin recommended me to give this place a shot. So I went on their website and scheduled a workshop with my wife so we can both learn the simple and basic stuff of our car. Who would’ve thought that there was a birthdate on the tire itself! I always learn something when I come here and I love it

The nicest way I can put it is the head mechanic, an Asian gentleman, doesnt know what hes talking about past a simple brake job. Doesnt bother to look things up and told me the wrong things about my car (that in order to change my timing belt I would have to have the water pump pulled, untrue). I know because I did research, and the one thing he did fix left me stranded. Had to crawl under the car in a store parking lot and fix it myself (Shifter cable). His accent makes him hard to understand. The woman who owns the place seems very capable but shes like a manager at this point. Also they tried to charge me double to install a muffler, went to another place and got it done for half. Avoid this place.

Im completely impressed with the knowledge and personality of Audra...were close in age, spiritually, (Im definitely older) and as much as Audra taught me, I was equally able to give backThere was so many little/big things Ive learnedMy favorite was learning about the tire treads...might seem menial to some, however...this is not my expertiseBack in my day, my dad forbid me to learn these thingsToday, I absorb any lessons presentedThank you Women Auto Know
