They have the best deals in town. Everything you need for your gardening needs and more in one place. Whenever I have company over in town I take them for a visit. Pete is the greatest- very friendly and knowledgeable .
This nursery is so much more than it’s name. It’s a FAMILY center! There’s something for everyone! Not only are you supporting local business, they support so many good charities it’s constantly being paid forward ❤️. Make a wish foundation, Boy Scouts of America and Autism Awareness to name a few. The Best Santa at Christmastime, fun and educational fall time fun with a not so spooky walk, cool dinosaurs, and not to mention BEAUTIFUL PLANTS AND TREES! Pete and Roe are beautiful people. Definitely check them out and you’ll be hooked!
We went specifically to see Santa Claus, after a friend gave us the heads up. Not only was Santa so friendly and enthusiastic, but there was a also great selection for yard decorations. We picked up a great porch board. We will definitely be coming back for the dinosaur exhibit.
Friendly Staff, been going there for Pumpkins during Halloween. Great for the kids and alot of activities.It would be nice if they made one whole price for the attractions. But on the other hand its not that bad. The Bounce House was $2. Forgot how much the Haunted walk was, but did it last year and it was pretty cool.
Half a yard of mulch is all i came here for--i ended up leaving as a life long customer. Great nursery with helpful Staff.
This family owned business has been a GEM of the neighborhood for over 30 years. They’re prices are so good, they’re team has exceptional customer service skills and knowledge. I ordered black mulch and it was well priced, CLEAN, and delivered the same day! The plant quality has no rival, they’re willing to work with you on special projects giving all of their expertise, experience and knowledge without making you feel like “your bothering them” like some big box stores. I took my kids there every Halloween since they were babies...20 and 18 now...and my girls had a fabulous time everytime! Please support this local nursery during these difficult times...you will not be disappointed. They’re adhering to social distancing, they all wear masks and gloves they treat your family like their own family. And everytime I leave they tell me “thank you so much for supporting local business” go check them out.
Great at halloween time. Making scarecrows with my kids is the best. The haunted walkthrough is cool, my 10 year old twins enjoy it. They have fave painting, bounce houses, concession stands and of course pumpkins! A bit pricey, but worth it for some seasonal fun!
Came here to get a Christmas tree. They had a good selection. Staff was friendly and quick. They also had Santa there so that made the kids happy. Will come back again and would recommend.

Nice, friendly people there to help you with all your gardening/landscaping needs. I think they also do big deliveries/jobs. A little hard to find off Woodside Ave. Also Id like to see the driveway & parking lot paved. So far only the entrance is paved. Coy fish is also sold here. Drop by and pay them a visit. Youll probably find something nice for your garden or yard.

I just called to see if they had something in stock and although they didnt, they were extremely helpful and friendly and took my info to see if they could get it. Every other nursery I called this morning just said no.

2021-10-18This is a fun place with no entry fee, all activities are pay-as-you-go only for what you want. My family enjoys the not so spooky walk through tunnel that includes dinosaurs. My kids also enjoy the panning for gold and gems in the water. They do not have an actual pumpkin fields, more like pre picked pumpkins set out on a field of hay but it serves its purpose. On the weekends in October they have face painting and balloon twisting as well as corn on the cob. They also have make your own scarecrows and a little General Store.The only reason I gave it four stars and not five is because they do not have a bathroom, just porta potties.

2019-11-21We cant say enough about Woodside Nursery & Garden Center! Our Real Estate Team sponsors a couple of free community events there throughout the year (photos with Santa and the Easter Bunny) and we hold our Annual Fall Client Appreciation party. Everyone loves coming to see us here. They have a great variety of activities for fall fall and a beautifully decorated greenhouse for a visit with Santa! Pete, Rosie and their staff are so friendly and accommodating. Support a great local business and shop here for all your holiday decor!

2021-11-11Very good selection of plants. He gave us a great deal on a tree the wife fell in love with. Delivery was cheaper then other places also. The owner takes pride in what he offers and the kids like the not so scary Halloween trail. Face painting and balloons makers were awesome also

2021-10-17Love, love, love this place. It always adding new fun activities. I have been taking my kids here since my oldest was 2 years old. This is a place of truly good people who love what they do.Woodside Nursery is open week long but has great activities and food vendors that are open during the weekend, and a couple of other educational activities that are totally awesome but arent running all the time due to the affects of the pandemic. Best to check their website for latest updates. Hopefully next year everything will be fully functioning for more then just the weekend, but it was still terrific to go to on a random Thursday in October and get to talk to the owner for a bit.Their activities include pumpkin picking, a haunted house, dinosaur walk through exhibit, scarecrow making (so cool!), gold mining area, and a paleontologist dino dig area. Their store has great deals on decorations.Nice place, good people, close to home, and proud supporters of police PBA and military.If there is a question about one of their exhibits, just ask them. Show them support during this difficult time of businesses going through the affects of the pandemic.I recommend! This is a yearly if not seasonal staple for our family. Happy Halloween!

2021-10-01Just wow. Such an amazing world of flora and fauna and fun activities for the kids. Discovery. Education. The natural world on display. From their hardy shrubs and beautiful perennials to their Dinosaur and special attractions, and just plain ol’ kindling wood for winter, this place is like no other and has a big variety of goods on site. We will be bringing the kids back again every season. So should you.
