SCAM!!!! Stay away from this parking garage and dont bother making a reservation here. I Made a reservation 2 days in advance and the day of my reservation they told me I couldnt park there because it was full and they disregarded the fact that I booked a spot days before and already paid for it!!! They took my money for a spot that I wasnt allowed to use. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Save yourself from the hassle they will cause you and find parking elsewhere. I wouldnt want you all to get robbed from your hard earned money by these scammers

Only giving this parking garage a 1 star since I can’t give them zero stars. Booked parking for this garage days in advance and paid in advance and when I got there the day I reserved my parking the attendant turned me away and told me the garage is full. I informed him that I reserved online but was told I couldn’t go inside due to being fully booked even though I explained I had a reservation. They literally robbed my of my money. Don’t bother parking your cars here. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

They damaged my car. When I asked to file a claim (before leaving the garage) they refused to do so and kept telling me to come back Monday. I called the police and they couldnt do anything to make this business file papers to fix it. I will be contacting the Better Business Burea.DO NOT PARK HERE.

Beware of this garage. I parked overnight and when I got my car back, there was a huge scratch on the side of my car. When I pointed this out, the parking attendant claimed that it was there already and basically shrugged his shoulders. I should have insisted on filing a report then and there but he said that the manager was not there until the next day. When I returned, I was told that I should have filed a report before I left the garage. That is some serious misdirection. Clearly, they just wanted the problem to go away. This is a completely dishonest way to conduct business. If I had a way, I would give them zero stars.

They could not figure out how to shift my car into reverse and knocked the shift linkage out of adjustment. Furthermore, I think they thought the cigarette lighter port was the key hole because they shorted it out and the fuse was blown (it was working when I left it there). The shifter knob was also rotated 180 degrees (it’s tight so they definitely used some brute force). The guys who were there were complete imbeciles and barely spoke English. Please park somewhere else, unless you want to lay on the floor of this place at midnight fixing your car.

I attempted to park here for New Years Eve at 4:43 pm. I was told that I couldnt park because they were expecting a lot of people, but it was ok because I was only staying two hours. I was also told that it didnt matter if I got in exactly at the two hour mark; I should just return around 2. I ultimately returned about 5 minutes later than the 2 hour cutoff, which would have been exactly 2 hours had they marked the initial parking time for the time I left the garage rather than the time they spent parking my car. The attendant did not appear for five minutes. When he appeared, he served two other customers. He then charged me the rate for 10 hours. I find this behavior to be quite duplicitous and also unfortunate, as I had wanted to become a monthly member of this garage but can no longer do so.

Low price and great employees. I use this spot twice a week when I drive to Harlem and spending only 12 bucks for 12 hours or 24 for a day is cheap to me.
