We have been tenants & customers of WWBC for 5 years. The location is well located and the price is reasonable. But the best part of being a WWBC client is the support staff - they are first rate! Whether its handling our postage needs, answering busy incoming phones or taking care of special requests like on-site dinners the folks who staff WWBC are first rate. My nonprofit organization has housed its national headquarters at WWBC at 575 Madison Avenue in NYC for the past few years, and I would have to say, Ive become a CONVERT. I always thought having our own office was very important, because thats all Id ever experienced. But at WWBC we really do have our own designated private office, with a beautiful NYC view, and it is so much more cost-efficient. If I need more space, I can simply add it or subtract it. And the staff is first-class and very friendly. The mailroom, office and reception team are all amazing co-workers. They answer our phone with our name. Frankly, especially in this Covid environment, WWBC is the way to go because it makes the best business sense.

When I moved my immigration law firm back to World-Wide Business Centres in December last year, I was so delighted to return, having spent eight years there from 2002 to 2010. I returned to the same excellent service and array of amenities and the team has supported me and my employees in innumerable ways. Coming back to WWBC, I was greeted with armfuls of hugs-- from the concierge in the lobby, to the receptionist on the 10th floor, to the mailroom because WWBC and the building itself maintain consistencies in its staffing and have long-term tenants. Some staff are second generation and I recognized many of the tenants who have been here 20+ years. Highly recommend.

Ive been at other places and WWBC is the best. They are very easy to deal with and the staff is extremely professional. No nickel and diming here, all costs are upfront and affordable. The every other week Friday breakfasts are the best!

We have used their facilities when visiting NYC on business and really feel at home. Not only do they offer meeting rooms and office space but you can rent a Virtual office that will save companies huge when considering the rent in downtown Manhattan.

The rooms are very clean and the staff are extremely accommodating.Had an issue with the wifi connection and someone was there to help right away.
