Varsha is very professional and get the job done quickly and accurately. The last 2 times I’ve done my Brazilian wax she has been amazing. I highly recommend her. She also does a great job with my eye brows.

On June 25th I received my wax by Varsha. She was super nice and gentle. Her technique was very different from the other ladies I’ve gotten waxes by. I must say her technique is great. Every-time I go, the wait time is very fast. All the ladies are nice and friendly.
Varsha was an amazing person to have so your wax. Made me feel very comfortable and very welcomed. She made sure not a hair was left . Great experience this is definitely my new waxing spot.
Cheapest place I have found so far in Manhattan. Everyone is nice and accommodating but it certainly isnt the most painless wax I have had and they arent the cleanest. I usually get an ingrown hair or two and a pimple after each wax here but for the price, I dont mind a small pimple here and there. When I pay $50/wax at other places that are top notch, they never miss a spot and I dont get ingrowns or pimples. But you get what you pay for.
Niversha was unprofessional and rude. Her waxes are way more painful then how Debbie does it because she’s so rough and doesn’t take her time. They also ruined my brows by over threading it. My underarm has sores from this wax from inverses. The prices may seem good so it’s tempting but I don’t recommend coming here.
I have been coming here for a while to do my eyebrows and am always very happy. Today I came here to do my first Brazilian with Varshe who was amazing and talked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!
Varsha did a great job on my eyebrows she made them exactly how I wanted them . She also provided me with a chocolate Brazilian wax . She took her time and made sure I was ok and made it less painful . She also did a great job on my eyelashes she made them look very natural . She is very nice and I highly recommend this place . I hate giving reviews like this but I really just want to warn people from getting eyelash cluster extensions here. Im begging you not to do it.First of all, they use regular drugstore Ardell lashes (why?) combined with a glue that must be older than Methuselah himself. The glue accidentally fell into my eye, onto my hard contact lens, so I had to take it out to rub it clean and then the lens itself literally shattered from my rubbing (which 100% was my fault for trying to clean it, yes, but why would there by glue going inside my eye in the first place?).And look, Ive had extensions done over a dozen times and Ive never had an experience like this one. Im really just hoping this place will just stop doing extensions and focus on other services because they do not have skilled people doing this. Its truly just dangerous to have someone mess with someones eyes when they have absolutely no idea what theyre doing. This isnt personal at all, they have very kind women working there, but this was madness. They really, really shouldnt offer lash extensions if they dont know how to do them.I thought that the pain from the bad glue would subside the next day, but it stayed as awful as it initially was so I had to literally pluck each cluster off (with many real eyelashes stuck on of course) just so I could get the glue away from my eyes. Horrible experience. Begging you to stay away.

But I recently went back and they exceeded my expectations. Sona , the attendant that serviced me went above and beyond . She really takes pride in her work and is very thorough. It’s definitely worth it to travel the distance.

I can’t imagine my life without this place. I go there for more than 3 years and I’m absolutely satisfied with all work they have done for me. To be specific I always go to girl name Shelly. She is very sweet, friendly and always tries her best to make sure that clients are happy. She is a life saver. Waxing is horribly painful but with Shelly you never feel a pain. Moreover, she does it really quick. If I go there it takes 40 min to finish waxing my whole body including my face. I leave from her with big smile and extremely happy. Highly recommend Shelly and this place at all.

She has described the details that are so terrible with the technique and lack of care that it literally gave me a panic attack. She ended up a bloody mess with a miserable, unapologetic woman standing over her saying Beauty is Pain. She has gotten many Brazilians which have been a fraction of the pain and blood. This place has truly miserable people working the Brazilian wax and you NEED TO AVOID THIS PLACE TO PROTECT YOURSELF. THIS IS A WARNING FOR YOUR PHYSICAL HEALTH
I’ve been between waxing and sugaring for years and I came here for a Brazilian. I didn’t catch her name, but my waxer was ruthless in her approach, when I told her it was painful, she told me “beauty is pain” and proceeded at the same pace, and then when it was over she missed so many spots and told me to wipe myself down. It’s been two weeks and I’m getting so many ingrowns hairs that it’s still tender to touch, which confirms the waxing was ineffective and did not pull the hair from the root. I will never be back and do not wish this horrible experience on anybody.
Brazilian Wax was very painful and left me badly irritated. They are nice but I recommend going to a better quality Brazilian waxing spot. Please pay the extra money somewhere else if you are debating on getting a Brazilian wax here. I now have a lot of ingrown hairs because of the way it was waxed.
Got my first Brazilian here. Service is decent and wax was not bad for my first time. Can be a little more clean but overall good customer service and a good wax. I usually get chocolate or sensitive!

This was a great place to go when I used to work in the hospital. It was so close and I was able to go for waxes during my lunch breaks. The deals were great and the staff was courteous! I always made sure to tip generously since the deals were so good.

Im really bougie and was honestly already nervous about buying a lash lift on a Groupon. BUT GIRL I WAS WRONG. This was an amazing experience and I am so impressed by the quality and how my lashes turned out. Devi is an angel. She did such a good job. I had originally only bought the lash lift on Groupon and then (of course) it really made me want the tint so I called and was able to get in right away! It was honestly so easy and STUPID affordable. I cant imagine going anywhere else after going here! 100% worth it.
I’ve been going here for over a year now and can’t emphasize how great all of the girls are!! threading is efficient, and there are tons of great wax options for the most affordable Brazilian you can get in this area. Always a thorough and enjoyable experience! Expect a wait if you go in the evening after work on a Thursday or Friday.

My all-time fav waxing place. I moved out-of-state so I am a little sad. Its hard to find good quality waxers. Especially with intimate areas. You have to be VERY careful. They are super affordable here. Very knowledgeable. & they always take care of me. I will miss them. Highly recommend.
The best customer service in this area!! Jessie is great & makes you feel comfortable during your one on one services. This is a trip for my Brazilian wax but it is SO worth it! I had to run out of that place.I got a Groupon for Anti Aging Facial.Awful, a noncertified technician set me up in the lunchroom; an eating employee was kicked out to let me in. The place smelled of food and spices and had not sink. The first girl didnt know what to do, scrubbed my face twice, cream into my eyes. The steamer was placed for 2/3 minutes, and then another lady arrived, clean me with some tissue, and put a cream on my face before taking the blackheads out. Then she try to clean me with more tissues to remove all the layers of cream from my face; then she added more and massaged my face and eyes so profoundly as she was on my body, to then starting my shoulder and neck.I told her that I was unhappy and asked to clean my eyes because I couldnt see. I run out of that place, and I still have scrub grains all over my back and chest. Never again.
Update: Im completely saddened that Leena has left. Its extremely hard to find a good waxer and she was exceptional. I recommended her to all of my friends and we all go to her. For this reason, I will not go back. I tried using one of the other women there and she was very rough and very hot wax to my skin after I told her it was burning me. She had regard for how I felt and didnt check in to see if I was okay, just kept ripping wax strips off. I only get Brazilians. Imagine someone you just met being that aggressive on that area of your body. If Leena returns, My friends and I would happily return but until then it was nice while it lasted. Off to a new place.Ive been coming here for a couple months now and Leena is the best. She is very patient and extremely sweet. I get a Brazilian every time I go and Ive never had any issues. She recommends great products for after-care and really shows how much she cares about her client. I will continue coming back because of her!
I had a wonderful Deep Pore Cleansing Facial with Sona! Each step of the facial was relaxing and clarifying (massaging, cleansing, steaming, extraction, exfoliating, toning, and moisturizing). I wish the technician was a little less rude; she asked me to “hold” and was rough correcting my hands since I didn’t know what to do. Also wished she had asked what I wanted done in terms of shape/how much to take off— she jumped right in.The tinting looks a little outside the edges on my brows, specially the top.
I went there 2 days ago for my first ever Brazilian wax. The lady was so nice and calmed me down and patiently talked me through it. So much less painful than they make it out to be. Its amazing. She did a very thorough job, and its everything I wanted it to be. Strongly suggest going there for waxing.
Ive been here multiple times and I dont regret a single time going. Recommended by my cousin as a well and cheap choice. Since she has super sensitive skin like me and is also allergic to nair, I didnt even hesitate to go. I have tried all 3 types of wax for Brazilian but like the chocolate the most since it is the cheapest and smells like real chocolate. I have also got my eyebrows and upper lips waxed here as well. I have a super low tolerance and all the ladies who have waxed me, made me feel like I was comfortable in my own bed.
They were absolutely lovely women. I did the chocolate Brazilian wax and while the waxing rooms are small and no frills I got a very great waxing. She made sure I was comfortable and went at my pace. Definitely will go back next month!!

Came in here by accident thinking it was another place I have been before. I did the chocolate Brazilian wax and similar to what other reviews have mentioned. The woman who did my wax tried to up sell me to get the sugar wax by saying my hairs were too thick. I have done a Brazilian wax many times before and I never had anyone tell me this. The funny part was that this wax was less painful than my other experiences.She did a good job in getting the hairs out and making my experience less painful except for a small patch which she said was too short to remove (note she did cut my hairs prior to the wax being it was too long). However, I didnt like how long she took to do it (seem like she was inexperienced in doing this kind of wax) and I believe she was using the same strip over again to remove hairs. When we were done, usually the person leaves the room so I can get dressed, but she stayed and waited til I got up to get my bottoms which was weird. She left leaving the used strips and the little cup of wax left on the waxing bed and this seems so dirty to me and dont understand why she didnt throw it in the garbage.Overall, the prices are cheap, but I think youre better off going somewhere else that has more experienced people performing the wax and is more sanitary. Also, I was about to use their bathroom until I saw the sink was clogged with yellow water!

Got a Brazilian chocolate wax from Vassha. Probably the fastest Brazilian I’ve ever had! In and out of the booth in less than 5 minutes! I highly recommend!!
I do not recommend this place. The girls who work there are overal nice people but the service is not up to my standards: dirty, chaotic, extra tiny space and pretty disorganized. Maybe for a quick brows threading it would be acceptable but I went there for a wax and will not go back. They also asked me how much they had to charge me for the tip (instead of letting me hadle the tip part) and I did not like it. I ended up giving more than I initially wanted to just because of that (I guess the trick worked). I was also not satisfied with the wax job itself, not well done and the girl was actually aggressive while waxing (and left hair in many spots). I did not feel confortable and I was happy to leave (sticky as hell...but happy). Pretty cheap (that justifies the one star) but you get what you pay for.
Bought a Groupon for a full leg wax. Dont recommend. The staff was nice but the wax service was awful, and the facility was too. The woman left wax and pieces of paper all of over my legs and really didnt go a good wax job at all. The room was tiny and there was old leftover wax and hair on the walls.You get what you pay for, even less Id say.
I used to love this place and would go here all the time, mainly because the Brazilian waxes were $15 and they normally did a decent job. I came to realize yesterday, theyre very unsanitary. Once they put on the gloves to wax they start touching everything else like door knobs, their phones, everything you can imagine! The lady who did my Brazilian wax yesterday was really rough and unprofessional that I had to tell her to stop because Ive done waxing for two years and Ive never had an experience like that before. Its safe to say, I will NEVER be going back here again. Save yourself the agony, pay a little bit more money somewhere else and get a way better experience!
Ive had my last visit to wow threading. Purchased many groupons and have used them for my waxing. Though they are basic and simple, the price was reasonable. However this last visit with Jessie was disappointing. She asked me if i would to try a different wax that would be better than the usual chocolate wax. I agreed, not knowing i would be charged an additional $10 plus tax!She never mentioned the price change after encouraging the use of the new wax (which was no different in feeling nor result than the chocolate).Im gonna try some other places. I like people to be upfront with me but trust that i will be sure to ask
I got my upper lip waxed here and the lady ripped off my skin. I’m not on any medication or topicals that would make my skin sensitive to wax. On top of that, the women who work here are extremely unsanitary. They don’t clean their hands in between clients or after they touch cash. This place is a health risk, especially during a global pandemic.
Leena has been my waxing lady since she arrived at this location and I wouldn’t trade her for anyone. She takes good care of me and I feel so comfortable with her. I don’t feel like an extra customer, she always remembers our previous conversation and just by that she gained a lifetime customer.

I came in the place is clean and organized. The staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed . The eyelash specialist , is professional and meticulous in her work ; which I appreciate , I love the results .
The first time I’ve been here it was pretty good but that was years ago. I come back and purchased the Groupon again. She asked if it was my first time and I said no and instantly got pretty mad and said I have to pay her and get a refund from Groupon but then she said it’s okay for now. By the way on Groupon it says it can be repurchased every 30 days? Whatever it’s fine. I got offered for 10 more dollars this new wax which I did try and it was okay. She did not wax me properly. I have hairs growing again and the previous time when I went to European wax center( which I also hated because it was extremely painful) I had no hairs growing back. Then at the end of the waxing I took a while to get ready because the amount of wax she left on me was insane. The paper was getting stuck on me. She was just rude. As much as I liked this place before I won’t be coming back anymore. I don’t know if they changed the staff from years ago or something but it’s definitely not the same.
They say that to err is human but to recover is divine. So a week ago I had a little issue here but I never had a problem before, right after I made my review Rimpy (the owner) made sure to reply to it and fix it. I have just left the salon feeling more appreciated than ever, the sweet lady who helped me, Rani, took her time and did a wonderful gentle job. Like I said before, I never had an issue until last week and it was about how late I got there for a wax, but anyways that has been put behind us. They are VERY clean, affordable and overall I am an extremely satisfied customer because Rimpy handled things in the most professional way.I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and professional waxing/threading salon. I drive 45 min to come here but its so worth it. They get an A+++++ in my book 😊
This is my second time going in and the first time wasnt so bad. You cant beat $15 Brazilian wax for a quick clean up, but I was there today let the woman who waxed me was so rushed and brutal I had to tell her to take it easy. Then I asked for her to do my thighs just the back, she had the nerve to ask me if I can come back tomorrow. Seriously??? I was there today because this was the only time I had to go!!! Anyway, it seemed like the wax was drying out because it felt very sticky, not smooth like when its fresh. She kept going over the same spots like if it didnt hurt. Not only did she leave chocolate wax all on my butt, when I got home to take a shower I noticed a sting, I look down and I see that in the labia minora (very sensitive) fleshy parts are visible and some light bleeding. This woman ripped part of my skin! Unbelievable!! This will be the last time I go to that place.

Such a bad experience. I went to get my eyelashes done and the moment I was finished I felt the glue stuck to my skin. My friend did her eyelashes there too and when she was done there was this one lash that kept falling down. They said it would last ten days but it’s been three weeks and my eyelashes are still on. The glue that the use is so hard to take off. Not only is it hard to take off but it is painful as well due to the fact that it’s literally stuck on my skin. Would not recommend.

I have been here several times and have never had a problem until my last visit. First, I didnt appreciate the pushy sales tactic for the more expensive azulene wax. Once I turned down the new wax the lady was very rough doing my Brazilian. She left the room with an attitude and chastise me for purchasing a Groupon. Why do they have a Groupon if they dont want you to use it? I will not be returning here!!!
I have become a regular visitor to this salon due to their professional, yet friendly staff. The salon is in a two level building. This is so they can assist as many customers as possible. I usually come here for their (nearly painless) $15 Chocolate Wax. During the procedure, staff wear latex gloves. They also never double dip. Be sure to ask for their Frequent User card; you can continue to receive lower price.
The cheapest full leg wax youll find in NYC: $15! Not even Groupon can beat that! And that on top of the great customer service! Jessi took care of me and she was just great!

I tried Brazilian wax couple of times there. My first experience was very good.But, when I went there second time;1. there was another lady who was trying to sell her products by forcing me to buy them in which I was not interested.2. Then, she did my Brazilian wax that hurt a lot. Also, it was hurting me for next two days after the wax!! Plus, some little part was not properly waxed.3. She asked me directly for the good tip while doing the wax; which I was going to tip anyway.4. Bad attitude after receiving money! She didnt even smile or said anything when I gave her the money. When I said bye good night, there was no response from her! I find this kind of attitude very rude!So, Im not gonna go there again. I gave 3 stars just for the my first time. No stars for the second time!
I usually come here when I’m traveling back to NYC. Rempi(store owner) has been my go to person for the longest. I have had bad eyebrow experiences with other people but not with her. I recommend going to the studio and getting anything done from her eyebrows, lashes, facials you name it she’s one of the best in the game.

Their chocolate Brazilian wax was the most painful & unprofessional Brazilian Ive ever had, and Ive had plenty.She didnt bother to blow on the wax to cool it at all before applying it.Any decent beautician knows to immediately press down on the area that was just waxed, to calm the skins reaction and minimize pain. She didnt.There was virtually no pre- or post-care of any kind. After all of this, she roughly & unceremoniously wiped me down and seemed surprised that it was hurting me.I strongly advise against ordering Brazilians here. It seems to be more of a brow threading salon, so maybe the threading services are better.

I had been to Wow threading 2 years back after I purchased a groupon for waxing. When I went for my appointments for waxing, I realised that the wax being used at the salon didnt suit my skin, and I was having allergic reaction to it. So I stopped waxing for an year.I was going on vacation so wanted to get waxing done. I called up the owner Rimpy and told her of my issue of the wax she uses and requested her if she would rather use my homemade wax instead for same price as her service. She agreed over the phone, and I made an appointment for the same day. After I went to the Salon, Rimpy kept insisting me to try out the chocolate wax for the whole body as she said it was safer and more natural than the Honey wax she used. I was bit skeptical at first, so I said I would try the Chocolate wax only over my legs. But then she went on again on how great I would feel to get the whole body done, for the price she was offering. After much persuasion, I gave in finally.I entered little makeshift waxing room and it looked completely unhygienic. The waxing bed was sticky, not sanitized and was covered by a thin paper roll, which eventually got stuck to my body. The staff was not given proper instruction on how to handle my case. The Staff came in and was about to use the honey wax, before I pointed out that it needs to be changed to Chocolate wax. She filled the honey wax containers with Chocolate wax. Sadly, this I noticed after my session was over. I also made sure to notify the lady that I have sensitive skin, but she was still very rough while waxing. I realised after reaching home that certain areas werent waxed off well and the chocolate wax acted like a industrial adhesive which would not come off for 3 days. Also I had bunch of bruises near the tricep area.Next day I woke up with an allergic reaction on my whole body. I had an early flight to catch for my vacation, so I could not call Wow threading studio and tell her about it. I took anti-allergy medication hoping it would solve the problem, but it did very little to help. The allergic reaction took such a turn that my whole body had bumps and a red pigmented rash. This kind of horrendous rash never happened to me. I called Rimpy several times and left messages on her cell phone. She never bothered getting back to me. My whole vacation was ruined.Most terrible experience I ever had in my life. Its been a month and my body is left with these tiny bumps. I dont think I will get my money back, but at least my review can help others think twice before they head to Wow.
I walked into this place not knowing what to expect and a Groupon in hand. I was greeted by Rimpy, the owner, whom was very friendly and professional. They use chocolate wax and do not double dip. I was so satisfied with my waxing that I decided to get an eyebrow threading. The prices are great/affordable. Before leaving I made a return appointment. WoW has found a new loyal happy customer.
Really nice girls but when I went for eyelash extensions not only did they fall out the next day (with a three week gaurantee) I went a second time to get them fixed and not only did they fall out again, so did my real lashes and now I have to wear fake ones. Dont know exactly what went wrong but if you want to keep youre lashes I wouldnt come here.
I always come here for Brazilian wax and every kind of wax. The staff do a great job, the prices are reasonable and its quick. The owner is very understanding and is the best at threading my brows.
I paid $15 for full legs waxing . After the treatment I could still see and feel hair. Not just some she missed but it didnt look like I got a waxing. Everything was quick
They actually care about the clients. I always do my Brazilian when I go away on trips, usually people wont remember you face . I literally come like every 3-4/5 months and the lady that does the Brazilian always remembers me . Ive recommended all my friends here and they all love it too.

Ive noticed that the same women doing these services are the same women handling the money. On countless occasions I have had to ask the lady to wear gloves. The last time I went there, she called me in immediately after doing someone and taking their money. She didnt wash or sanitize her hands and again I had to ask her to use gloves. There also isnt any pre cleaning of your skin or post treatment after wax. Some baby oil is rubbed on and thats about it. I usually go home with my butt cheeks stuck together, so annoying.But for $15, what else do you expect?
Varsha was wonderful with my eyebrow tinting and lifting. Loved every bit of it. She is extremely sweet
By far the WORST experience I have ever had at a so-called professional establishment! The women are beyond RUDE and unprofessional. I will NEVER spend a penny at this place again. If youre looking to save by coming here, DONT DO IT. Spend that extra money and go to an establishment that understands and values customer service and treats you as a valued customer. Its sad because this used to be my go to place for Brazilians, tinting, and threading...Ive even recommended this place to a multitude of friends and know for sure that Ive brought at least 6 new customers to them based on my recommendations...but never again. I moved away for residency but still come back to check on my apartment. I was so excited to come here and have my eyebrows done, but unfortunately the woman who used to do them appears to no longer be there and I ended up with an older woman who did not know what she was doing and ruined my eyebrows (pics to follow) and then tried to blame it on me! This business is not what it used to be. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I am now a loyal customer. I use to always get my Brazilians at different locations searching for the best place to get this service done. With Wow, I have found it. The owner is so friendly, and makes you feel so comfortable. I love it.
I found this place through Groupon. The service is ok but not my top place to go. The chocolate wax is $15, but once you go into the waxing room the technicians will tell you that the chocolate wax is not your best choice. They’ll tell you that you’ll need the $25 wax instead. Tbh if I was going to pay $25 and tip to come here, I would go somewhere else.
1st time getting a Brazilian and it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Not a lot of pain, very quick and nice staff. I was 1hr late for my appt. due to train delays. Walked in, waited 5 mins then I was called into the room. I was out of there in less than 20 mins. Only thing I didnt like was the bins for personal clothes/items. Very dirty and all I kept thinking about was bringing home bed bugs, lol. But overall, best 1st experience. I will be back
Worst brazillian wax experience ever! 1. Usually its painful but this time was outstanding2. Lady was always complaining3. I dont have sensitive skin but for some reason she made me bruises, which is very weird.
Leena was very prompt, nice and sensitive. I called them b4 going. The rates are - Legs - $15 (dont need group-on coupon, ull have to pay $2 tax on it), underarms - $8 and upper lips - $6.
You get pressured to tip, and if you dont tip to their liking, they will find a way to charge you for some non-essential thing to meet their satisfaction. For instance, the young lady said that there is a tax for 1.26 and on her ipad she swiftly typed in 1.96 and quickly asked for my card. Or if they gave you a tissue to wipe your eyes, they will charge you 5 extra dollars. And then quickly asked for my card. I have and have not tipped before. The young lady also gives you a dirty look if you dont tip. How much ruder can a person be towards customers?
I usually go for chocolate brazilians or to get my eyebrows threaded. All the ladies are very nice and very professional. Clean welcoming environment. Ive been coming here for years and Ill continue to come.

The lady who answered the phone took my name on it for Tue at 6:45pm. However, on Tue when I got there, there was a long line inside the store. I told the front desk lady that I had an appointment at 6:45pm for eyelash extension. Then she said to me “I didn’t see your appointment” I told her again that I DID called for the appointment and she still said that she didn’t get it. (I still had the call history on my phone that I did called on Sunday). OMG!!Then she asked me of what time was my appointment, I said “it’s 6:45pm” Then she looked at the clock and it was 6:47pm and she told me “You are late” !!!!!!!! Then she said that “You have to wait for an hour because you are late”!!!!!!(I do not understand of what reason why I have to wait for an hour as I already made an appointment!!!!! )I could not believe the way she tried to blame her client for “2 minutes late” so that she could avoid her fault for the fact that she didn’t even put my name for the appointment ?????If you don’t need an appointment for services, then you should just tell your clients that you don’t, but don’t just blame everything on others.PLEASE GIVE ME A BREAK and JUST ACCEPT WHATEVER YOU DID WRONG!!!!!!!The point of this reviews is to let everyone knows that this business is very UNORGANIZED and UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could give this place zero stars i would. I went here because my usual place was full for the day. The woman rushed through my Brazilian wax and left me with hairs and excruciating pain. It’s been two weeks and the area is still uncomfortably red and inflamed. Don’t go here!!!
Quick service. 2nd time here and each had been good.Only 4 stars because maybe they should offer a mirror so that you can see the work! And a damp cloth to wipe oil /powder/wax.But otherwise, Ill go back
Quick and efficient. I understand if its busy they cant spend so much time on you, but if its not busy they should do a better job at removing more hairs and not rush through the rProcess. Besides this i love this place.

2022-05-06I have been to this place a few times! And it’s always the feeling of why go there even if their prices are unbeatable, the service is bad. This lady Varsha is consistently rude and has no sense of how to talk to customers. She said we are the cheapest around in this area, that is why we are so rushed! I don’t care about your low prices, if this is how rushed/painful your waxing is! Kid you not, she was so miser in the supplies she used! The waxing strip was breaking apart but she didn’t change the strip! That is how they save money using 1 waxing strip for 1 hand. She talks to other woman in Gujarati on a previous occasion, talking about customers until I told her I understand language which is when she stopped. Really unprofessional! i kept telling her she is super rushed and needs to slow down! I have rashes all over as visible on photos! I wouldn’t even leave her a tip but I was still like let me give her 10% and she had the audacity to tell me next time you should get service from someone else! Avoid this place if you care about your skin. The owner should look into what’s going on

2022-07-10Avoid at all costs. My eyebrows and neither sisters or cousins…. They made one a thin line and kept the other thick. Not sure how I’ll go out in public like this. Stay away. Rude service. Forced me to tip when I was disappointed with service.

2021-12-24I got my eyebrows, forehead and upper lip waxed/threading, results were good/okay but the staff can be a little more professional. Will probably not got there again because even though there were no other people waiting, they wanted me to rush and kept saying it again and again. In a customer facing business where you are expecting tips, staff should be more professional and courteous.

2022-02-14It was my first time coming to WOW Threading Studio for threading. I have been going to Waxing Studio NYC on 30th between 2nd and 3rd for 4+ years but it was closed due to shortage in staff. They actually referred me to go to WOW threading studio and let me tell you how horrible their service is to their customers. The minute I walked in, the two ladies that work there were conversing loudly in Gujarati, my mother tongue so I could understand them completely. They were talking behind all of their customers back in their language. One customer dropped her sunglasses so the lady that was threading this customer’s eyebrows picked the sunglasses up and handed it to this customer and in Gujarati she said, “ugh this girl keeps dropping everything” while being super annoyed. I only saw this lady dropping her belonging once. Also another customer who probably had another service done in their private room came out and before paying, she mentions that she also needs to get her eyebrows threaded. One of the ladies that was taking care of this customer told the other lady that “ugh this lady can’t make her mind up and keeps telling me she wants this and that”.The owner of this business should know that these ladies were also discussing how much business they earned (literally in numbers) out loud in front of their customers. This I thought was completely unprofessional.When it was my turn to get threading, I spoke up in Gujarati and told the lady how I want my eyebrows to look thinking that maybe they would stop talking in Gujarati knowing that I understand everything they were saying. They did stop for just a few minutes but then started again.Although the lady was nice to me, I was just shocked at how unprofessional they were to their customers. I am never going there again.

2019-01-06I came here to get a Brazilian wax, and girl let me tell you I love it. I thought that the service wouldnt be this good because they have ship prices but not. The lady that did my wax was a sweetheart very gentle, I am definitely coming back.

2021-10-18I’ve been going here for the last few year’s & no matter where i live i will travel to this location, luckily I moved to the east side so I am closer now. Recently i went for a wax & eye brow threading Varsha did a great job with both! Usually BABY take care of me but she was assisting another customer. So far the wait time is short with them running the establishment! I went on a Saturday & got in & out! I referred a few of my friends to this location also & the prices are reasonable! Wow threading studio is the best!

2021-09-20I look forward to my appointment every month. I’ve been going to get a Brazilian Wax her for about 2-3 years now. I first started cause I received a Groupon for a chocolate wax and have been going back ever since. I’ve most recently been going to Vashar who does an excellent job with my waxes. She fast, efficient, and is literally so sweet! There’s not much that I can say bad about WOW threading Studio. Love it there!!!
