Wrap factory guys did there thing with my car ! Absolutely loved the outcome . Very nice guy as wellI had my 2000 Lexus gs400 wrapped and ceramic coated and it just looks amazing . Keep getting compliments everywhere I go . Wouldn’t let anyone touch my car after going there . Workman ship was A+ class along with a decent price . Couldn’t be happier

Wrap Factory NYC was an incredible experience from the first consultation till the job was completed and my car was revealed. I had a full Chrome delete done, tail lights tinted and side mirrors also. Originally for my consultation he recommended getting my grill spayed to save on cost due to the small details in the grill could take a lot of time to cut out and could cost more. We agreed that would be best and i would get the grilled spayed after he was finish. We also agreed to buy the black lettering instead of wrapping them. Sadly the letters didn’t come in time and this guy went above and beyond to hand paint each of them so the car could be completed! Upon picking up my car and seeing the reveal he even wrapped the grill that was to be sprayed by someone else just because of his keen eye to detail and wanting the car to be perfect for pick up! He even deleted the chrome from my tailpipes and that wasn’t even discussed or apart of the pricing!He’s a great guy! Honest and treats your vehicle like it’s his own. He enjoys seeing the expression on your face when you pick your vehicle up and because of that he ensures everything is perfect. Made a friend and customer for life. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re thinking of taking your vehicle anywhere else DONT! Wrap Factory NYC is the place to go!!!
Great work loving my car. The water just slides right off. Very good Quality and exceptional protection for my car’s paintwork that will last for years if properly maintained. Very happy with the results, perfect water repellency, and shine. Very clean & clear finish which is exactly what I was looking for. Water beads up upon contact, and my car and windows looks clean after. With very good training to learn the knowledge of his craft and very helpful. Just wanna say wrap factory nyc is no doubt the friendliest shop you’ll find these days my man Kempes is very honest and professional treats you like family would recommend only what’s right very helpful, does very clean and neat work I know I’m a perfectionist and couldn’t find any complaints he renewed my Srt10 logo’s, front window decal and brake rotors and couldn’t be any happier with the outcome, will definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for genuine custom work professionally done go see Kempes you’ll be happy you did I guaranteed it!
Brought my car in for paint protection film or ppf for short. Did the entire front half of the car and it came out beautiful. Did chrome delete around the entire car and ceramic coating once finished for the body, glass and rims. Could not be happier with the way the car came out. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for future work

Cool guy did a great job on the car it isn’t a job for him more so a passion . I didn’t take a picture cause I will be back soon to do more and I want everyone to see the completed version but he should have a photo up on his page . I definitely recommend and he works with you on pricing as well.

This place is fiyaaaaa! First off, it’s local, let’s support them. Secondly, customer service is phenomenal. Thirdly, prices are RIGHT. From exterior wash, to interior detail, to wraps, chrome deletes, de-badging, etc.—this place does it all in an appropriate time frame, in an accommodating manner, and always with high quality and professionalism. Forreal, it’s a HAND wash and interior vacuum/detail for only a little bit more than the shoddy jobs mechanical car washes will do you for, and that’s only the top of the iceberg of services they do. Where do I began,…I started with stopping by the WrapFactory for consultation for future configurations and paint protection solutions to be added to the two Tesla Model Ys that my wife and I had purchased for our 30th anniversary. Kempis,(owner) so understanding to the sentiment behind our purchases, took the liberty to explain in great detail, the whole process which also included demonstrations. With that being the case, my wife and I whole heartedly knew that we were in the right place. So far we’ve finished some accessory installs that I myself had purchased elsewhere. With such attention to detail, Kempis (owner) was able to resolve some of the pre-shipped damage issues that I had from my purchase from a third party merchant. I would give this business 6 stars if I could. I was in a huge bind and needed to get my shuttle wrapped last minute. They came out on a Sunday with just an hour notice. They dropped what they were doing and instantly made me their priority. When they arrived, they cleaned the shuttle and applied the graphics perfectly. To top it all off the tech came in a rare nissan skyline and was kind enough to show it off. Definitely the cherry on top! Definitely repeat business. Thanks!

2022-05-22I came to this shop with, black vinyl wrap from amazon for my honda symbols on my wheels, front bumper, and rear bumper, however these amazon products were cheap, so not only did Kempes go above and beyond by using his own material in order to do my chrome delete but he went above and beyond. He buffed my car to remove scratches and swirls because he wanted me to leave his shop feeling like my car is perfect. He did an amazing job with the light tints, the red wheel vinyl, and on removing the scratches. I’ve honestly never been more pleased with a shop than i was today. He went above and beyond and the price was just perfect, most shops will try and rob you but Kempes is not one of them I highly recommend bringing your car over to Wrap Factory to get any of your car details, wraps etc: done. I’m definitely coming back here for all my projects and believe it or not this is the first time i ever left a review on anything. My car looks 100 times better than it did when i came in here. He is a super cool guy and does anything to make sure his customers are happy.

2022-06-04It’s a reason why this spot has 5 star reviews, i got the window trim of my Durango done. However, when I left the shop I didn’t even care about the wrap, I was more intrigued by the genuineness, kindness, and conversation I received from there. Oh and the 90s cars and ambiance too is a plus, bro is one man shop too. If you’re looking for a great shop that won’t make you feel like you wasted your money and time, and as if you’re not taken seriously, then this is the spot. Thanks again my G, I will be coming back!

2022-06-20I came across Wrap Factory by mistake. I was looking for someone to wrap my sons goalie helmet and was not willing to ship the helmet to Canada due to the price of the helmet and the concern of it getting lost. I cannot say it enough, but finding Wrap Factory and the owner Kempeswas one of the BEST mistakes ever!! Not only did he do a FANTASTIC job and go out of his way to accommodate, Kempes is one of the nicest, genuine people I have ever met. He loves what he does and it shows in his work. If I could give a 10 star review, I would. I am beyond grateful and WILL recommend Wrap Factory to all of the goalie families!! Thank you Kempes!
