Brilliant service. I took my Jaguar XJL, even though its a rare car, wrench automotive were able to provide me a fully comprehensive service. I now use them for all my services and tyre changes. They only use the best quality products and as a consumer I am rest assured that my car is given the best quality service from a professional business. These guys are the best , took care of my 2018 Land Rover with no problem . Car is back to new like nothing ever happened . I recommend everyone to come here.

Unprofessional. Thought they could be trusted but end up getting ripped off. It’s not the first or second time, but I got ripped off the third time because I trusted them with everything they told me. Save your money. If you’re going to worth with them get answers from other mechanics first before u leave a dollar.

I have a Jeep Liberty was trying to pass inspection went to 6 different shops no one able to find out what’s going on I was tired then my friend told me to check them out they not just fix the problem they fix my exhaust leak as well and told me to run the car and come back after driving 45 miles I come back they pass my car am so much happy thanks Muhammad for saving me so much money and headache highly recommend any problem go ask for Muhammad

🛑🛑This was my first time here on 7/8/19- This place was Terrible- I paid $700 for a few repairs, had to go back 3 times becauseThey forgot the Oil Change, Break Fluid,(on my new rear brakes they did),He gave me a BAD tire that went flat the next night making me (late to work) and (he said .. I rolled on a nail when I left the shop) when he checked the tire ...there was NO NAIL.. smh he had no choice to give me another tire... And my rear brakes still makes squeaky noises.. when he tested it he said he hears no noiseSo OVERALL this Place is a Joke ! Money sealers !! 🛑DON’T GO here ! You’ll only be playing yourself👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Went for inspection here...i asked the guy if he can do a quick scan to see if the car is ready or if I have to do some more driving before inspection .... he said I have to pay for him to scan it which isnt the inspection fee ... so I just took it to another shop on rockaway and foch.... and those scan it for free...the scan takes less than a minute...

2021-03-09I don’t leave a lot of reviews. But I had to for this shop. When I tell you my car was in bad shape (no shocks, control arm busted, alignment needed, rack and pinion). I spoke to Muhammad was amazing and definitely gave me a VERY reasonable price. My car drives like it is brand new. I have a 2013 Nissan Maxima..they took care of me.

2021-07-16Muhammad and Ian are rockstars. They were able to accurately diagnose and fix the many problems with my 2006 Infiniti QX56. Muhammad even went above and beyond by doing 3 hrs of after work research to fully remedy the issues. Now my SUV runs like new and it didnt take long for them to hand me back the keys. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends. Thank you for all that youve done...you have earned my trust.

2020-03-10The things I value in a mechanic are honesty transparency and friendly customer service.the team at Gas station are all three rolled into one. They are accommodating very friendly and let me know exactly whats going on with my car. I just moved into the neighborhood and was concerned that I was not going to find a great mechanic. 2018-01-17All of their employees are very respectful and helpful. I previously went to pep boys to inquire about my car and they only aided me helping for what I asked for. Sam the manager was honest where he aided me with what I wanted but also informed me of what I also needed to ensure the best possible health. This company is a good choice you will be taken care and Marco and front desk is very friendly and enthusiastic no matter what time of day!!! They not about money but giving you quality service

2021-01-21Scam artists. Went for inspection and was told i needed to replace brake rotors and shocks to the tune of $970. The rotors were within spec after i had the tech measure them. And the shock they showed me was sprayed with WD-40. Total scammers I would avoid getting taken for a ride.EDIT: I purchased the parts wrench said were faulty and needed to be replaced that day, and brought them to another mechanic to get repairs and re-inspected. He charged me $10 for the reinspection and said they didnt need to be replaced. This confirms what I said DONT GO TO WRENCH AUTOMOTIVE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN FOR A RIDE. The new mechanic actually measured the rotors and said they are end of life but probably got a year or two left on them (probably double because iIput on less than 5k miles a year) and the shocks are old and rusty but still work. They pointed out two other problems that Wrench missed but said they too didnt need to get fixed yet. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION and if something seems sketchy walk away.Also you can see in their reply to this comment them trying to gas light me, telling me something different now than they did that day. I very clearly asked do they need to be replaced today, and both the tech and the head mechanic said yes.

2018-04-18Wrench Automotive is the best car repair shop in Queens. The service is impeccable. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of car repair. More importantly the customer service is incredible; the wait area is clean, efficient and the staff provides coffee and tea to your liking. Lastly, the prices are incredible!!! 2020-12-10The doesnt deserve any star ,very dishonest, one Mohammed told me remove a heat shield would cost $25.00, when the car get on the lift ,he said, this would cost $60.00.it to less than 10 minutes to remove the 2 screws. I paid and Never got receipt ,and the demanded cash payment.,take your car some other repairs shop,Never Again
