Its been 9 days since received order, but they did received my money and it cleared in the bank, 2 days after the order.When I log in to my account and go to my orders, it says you have no orders.So therefore Ill go to my bank and say this was an unauthorized order and get my money back.If I dont see any order soon, is what Ill do.
I have to say you guys have great deals on some great supplements, you even have a ton of stock. I placed 2 orders, both times something was out of stock even though it showed in stock.Samedaysupplements opened a ticket very quickly and responded to me with what they could exchange it for or if i wanted to change a flavor. Huge plus in my book, you guys respond and reach out very quickly.Now shipping, lets talk about that. I usually order on a friday and recieve my items by tuesday!! It seems like no matter when i order i get it within 3 days, can we say thats like buzz lightyear speed!!!!Also i always ask for something in the comments to be to put in the box(qc check making sure they are reading customers order haha) i got the nicolas cage picture! Prices are competitive, but customer service is poor. They were going to charge me double for shipping due to the package being returned to the sender for some unknown reason. I had received past orders on the listed address with no problem in the past. Had to complain for them to not charge me again. They also made me wait until the item was returned to them which further delayed the order. The order was submitted on 11/2 and still has not been resolved. I asked them to send out a replacement as soon as possible which was denied quickly.
I placed an order with 2 day shipping and never received the package. I reached out to Same Day Supplements and they told me since the USPS said it was delivered they would not refund me or send me a new bottle.My building has a doorman and cameras that show the package was not delivered at 3:50pm. I explained this and will allow them to see the footage but they said it doesn’t matter their not sending me a new bottle or refunding me.If they were a good company they would have sent me a new bottle or refunded me for the inconvenience. They don’t care about their customers and i would recommend not ordering from them since they don’t care about customers only profits.
I found this place by accident. I was looking for a review on Mesomorph and found a review from SameDaySupplements on YouTube which lead me to their site. They are great. Not only do they have a great selection, their prices are reasonable and I can pick up my orders at their location which also saves me on shipping. Ive made two purchases so far based on their reviews and they have been on point. I plan to get all of my supplements from them moving forward.
I live in Toronto Canada never ordered from them before. Placed my order. From the day I ordered it to my door was 5 days! Absolutely amazing! I order supplements from all over the world. Often from the states. Was extremely impressed! I will order from them again! Hard to find that fast when ordering from Canada.
This place is not trustworthy - they charged my card and never sent me my order. I have been calling for 20 days and nothing. They say they are going to open a claim with usps but nobody knows nothing about my order. They do not return the money or send me the item I purchased. Horrible customer service. They do not transfer to the manager and I believe their online store is fake.
I ordered a while back and the product was accidentally shipped to old address and I was told itll take 2-3 weeks to shipped to correct address. I dont mind paying double for shipping but 3 weeks?!?!? Come on? Thats a little much to have to wait for them to reship! At that point I could refund and reorder!!

I wish I could give minus stars I will give -10 stars for the horrible customer service . Ordered product never received and same day supplements will not give refund or replace missing product. The excuse given was they used an address that was on a file ( not the address that the order had on it , O but our order was placed through pay pal . Funny because my pay pal account has the same address that my bank, and the one that Entered in the system. So to randomly pull an address from an account is so unethical . ( FYI- People enter the address that they want the product to be shipped to it is not your call to make that decision to choose whats on a profile )Come on dude just admit that you guys f$#% up and stop stealing

FASTEST service ever! Ive been using Black Widow for 7 yrs now off and on for short spurts when i would fall off the wagon.Black Widow is awesome. Start slow and dont add any more caffeine and follow the freaking instructions to a T. AND, dont just quit it cold turkey. Taper it off. I use to be 245 and now i hold steady at 130 size 6 and im 58. i workout and eat healthy but normal. Honestly my experience with the same day supplements was great. My package arrived in 11 days, I live in Caucaia CE and I found it super fast. The vitamins arrived intact and I wasnt taxed after they put the value of 4.89 dollars, but actually I bought 29.00 dollars not to mention that I bought dhea and in the discretion of the package it was as vitamins as I had asked the seller. The store is one of the best, if not the best in this branch of supplements. Whenever I buy from them, shipping is very fast, and they know how to describe the product so it wont be taxed. Shipping was only 6 US, very cheap msm, I bought a product of 300 grams. I recommend it to anyone who is afraid of importing, this store is very reliable.
I made a purchase almost a year ago, they asked me for photos of personal documents (as I saw that several people had sent and received them without problems, I also sent them). After all the bureaucracy, I did not receive the product, nor my money back. I made several contacts and they inform that they can only return the money to me if I return the product. 2022-05-04I am impressed with the service, quality and price of the items. It is my first time using them, they had the lowest prices and numerous amount of supplements that were hard to get. I had ask for a small request and they have fulfilled that request which means a lot to me. I am also ordering from Canada, so I picked the cheapest option for intl shipping it took about 10 business days, which was reasonable for me since it has to pass customs. I recommend and will buy again for the great customer service and fair prices.

2021-11-15First time using this company, I buy supplements from pretty much everywhere. This was one of the only places that had the product in stock and the price was great, so I decided to give them a shot. Order was placed on Friday and received on Monday. I put in an order from one of my tried and true supplement websites on Friday, just cause I didnt want to place too large an order from a company I had never tried before... that order still hasnt even shipped yet. This is going to be my new go to. Prices are good and the shipping is lightning fast. Extremely impressed. It helps that Im in NJ and it looks like this shipped from NJ, but still, like I said, the other shop hasnt even shipped my order yet.

2022-04-12Ordered the synedrex stack which was supposed to contain synedrex, hydravax, and thyrene. Instead I got synedrex, CLA1000, and Carnislim…. Not impressed with my first order. Have contacted the company and waiting on response review may change if they make it right.… Update, correct products were shipped and order was made right.

2021-11-23I ordered a brand that I guess is not in stock but of course wasn’t told that, paid almost $50. Never received them, never heard from the company, contacted their customer service about getting a refund a month later, never heard any response back and still haven’t received my pills and that was three months ago.Definitely would not recommend this company.

2021-05-19Placed and order and after 2 weeks still not received the order. Got lost on the mail apparently which happens but zero customer service trying to make the customer happy. I still need to wait for there investigation to find out where my package is and then they will send me out a new order. Making no attempt to make the customer happy besides we will send you out another order AFTER the investigation is over. I live 3 hours away so they should change the name from same day supplements to whenever supplements.!

2021-05-04I have no idea why anyone has rated Samedaysupplements with anything but 5 stars. Their prices are typically better than other websites. Also shipping is fast. My order left New York and arrived in KY in 4 days....without express shipping!I will continue to order from them to achieve my fitness goals.
