This company has cancelled on us multiple times, and can not keep with a simple schedule. Very disorganized people and not accommodating when they have an oversight. The quality of the work itself is subpar certainly not worth $115 for 1.5hrs of work @2 employees. Last but not least we live in a smoke free environment, most of their employees smoke cigarettes one time our house reeked of cigarettes for 1 week after it was cleaned, we addressed this to the owner and we still were sent employees that smoked over to clean our house.Edit: We never were satisfied except for once and we made sure you knew this, we were patient and hoping one time it would meet our expectations which it never did, which is why you were fired from cleaning our home. Now you are being dubious & suspicious with the fake follow up reviews posted after us making sure to cover up all the points we mention. From one Business 2 another who has a real 5 star rating over a course of 6 years. You listen to your customers and you correct your mistakes not offer up excuses and cover-ups.
Extremely negative first impression when reaching out via their website contact form to initiate a conversation regarding services. Owners response was unfriendly, downright rude, and not at all what I would expect from someone running a professional business. Immediate turn off. Its important to respond politely - whether by email or phone - with potential customers. Very disappointed in how I was treated.

2022-02-13We moved into the area a year ago and I had no idea who to choose for bi weekly cleaning. X-Treme Clean was the first company I called and I have never looked back. They are X-tremely professional! They do a wonderful job cleaning our house. Theyre on time. Ive never had any issues with them EVER! Were so happy with their service!

2022-02-07I am so grateful for X-Treme Clean. We own a second home in West Chazy. Not only do we host loads of company, our visits to this home dont follow a regular schedule. The staff at X-Treme Clean are flexible and meet my changing needs. My guests enjoy a clean house and I can relax knowing that when the company leaves, I have professional cleaners to sweep in and return my home to its sparkling best shape. They do a thorough job AND are very nice people.

2022-07-06Very unprofessional, I had them come over to give an estimate to do a deep cleaning for my sons apartment but dont understand what exactly they were going to clean after they wanted us to do most of the cleaning. The owner or lady,Linda McCarthy, who showed up was very rude, unprofessional and I honestly wouldnt pay someone to do nothing. I communicated with her prior to her coming out and was always very rude. I dont know how they stay in business. She obviously wanted to get paid to do nothing.

2021-07-15I highly recommend X-treme Clean after hiring them to clean a property in Willsboro in early July 2021. They visited the property ahead of time and estimated the expense. When I checked their progress, they had greatly improved the home. They are professional and trustworthy.

2019-07-01I Recently had a spring clean done by the company. The owner and staff could not have been more professional. Cathy asked a lot of detailed questions as to what I needed done. When the team arrived, (fully equipped with everything to do the job). They very polite and very helpful in answering my additional questions. I had never had my home professionally cleaned before, so I was a little nervous at first. They quickly put me at ease and got right to work. My home has never looked so good. I will definitely be having them come back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a professional cleaning done.

2019-07-02X-Treme Clean came into our newly purchased home and cleaned the entire thing from top to bottom. Not only did they do a FANTASTIC job (and I’m particular in how clean I like my home), but they also accommodated our schedule and worked to promptly fit our large project in so that we could move in! I am more than impressed; and impressing me is not an easy task when it comes to cleanliness. I would HIGHLY recommend this small, local business to anyone who needs cleaning services. FIVE VERY BRIGHT STARS and two enthusiastic thumbs up from an “X-tremely” satisfied customer!

2018-05-08I never got service from this company ! I just know that they have a very good leader. The owner is very blunt and passionate. I own my own cleaning business which I won’t name on here. I just wanted to let you know as a professional standpoint that I truly look up to this company . I hope that our business will be as great as there’s . They truly have dedicated and loyal owners/ leaders . Our business will be expanding in a couple years to 2 different states . When this happens I truly hope we are as great as Xtreme clean! 2019-07-12Our house was extremely dusty and generally neglected due to a 6-8 week Master Bath renovation that has stretched to the 5 month mark! Lucy and the gang from X-Treme clean came in and remedied that situation in a half days work. They were enjoyable to have in our home, and obviously took great pride in what they were doing. I would highly recommend X-Treme Clean for any cleaning project - whether your home is a disaster from construction work, or you just need a little assistance with routine cleaning. They are A++.
