This is now the fourth car Ive leased from Xclusive. Each time, the experience has been smooth and easy, and this time was no different. Steve was great in understanding what I needed and advised me on what deals would be best for me. He followed up with me by phone a few times to update me on any new deals that were released. I needed this car very quickly since my previous car was totalled in an accident, and Steve was able to secure a car for me immediately. Ive referred friends to Xclusive and will continue to go back to them in the future.
Update/ My Second Lease: My husband and I leased our second set of cars through Xclusive in Staten Isalnd. We live on Long Island, but Xclusive Auto of Staten Island suits our needs perfectly! Igor is amazing! He will go out of his way to really listen to the your needs and wants. He will find the best car for you, and if you are not sure what make of car is best, Igor will give you honest and quality information on all types of cars, so that making a decision is easy. He just goes above and beyond to find the best car and deal for you! He will assist you with transferring insurance, registration, or answer any questions you may have! Igor provides top notch customer service! We love our new Sonatas! I should also add, we got our beautiful new cars when it was extremely difficult to find cars due to a chip shortage, but Igor got it done!First Lease: My husband and I learned about Xclusive Auto Leasing from our good friends and we are so glad that we used this service. The whole going to a dealership and spending hours and hours being hassled by salesmen and feeling like you are being ripped off ended with our experience with Igor. Igor was fantastic at helping us decide on two brand new beautiful Kia Optimas and he took care of everything for us from transferring our insurance, dealing with the car dealership, delivering our cars directly to our home on Long Island, and taking our old cars back!! I was a little scare going in to look for my first car, but from the minute I walked in Max who is the dealer who attended me made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me at all. He explained everything to me from A to Z and was very patient. Was honest with me about deals and prices and stuck to my budget. Incredible ExperienceI think the worst part of car shopping is when you have to go to the dealership. The hours of inconvenience, the hard sell, the haggling over price, then the hidden fees the whole experience is usually a nightmare! I will never go to a car dealership ever again. Abe at Xclusive surpassed my wife and I expectations. I got a great deal and top notch service. I recently purchased a car from Xclusive Auto Leasing. Don was my salesman and he provided absolutely exceptional service. He was attentive and completely answered all the questions I had . Very professional staff. Steve (the owner) by far was the best car dealer Ive ever dealt with. Highly recommended. Steve went the extra distance just to please us. My boyfriend and myself each got our second lease from xclusive and as per usual it was quick and easy. Steve helped us to stay within our price points and communicated great with us during each step. They literally handle everything for you, all you need to do is sign. No need to spend hours in a dealership working out prices. Highly recommend them for any car you wish to get.
My husband and I have already leased four cars with Steve. I cant imagine how people still like going to other companies/dealerships to waste time and money. After going back and forth with a few dealerships I really wasnt thrilled with I contacted Xclusive Auto Leasing to see if they could possibly find me the best deal. Let me start off by saying this was my first new car that I was looking to lease and personally I wasnt in any hurry. From the moment I walked into Xclusive leasing and met Sal Monforte, I knew that no matter how long it took I was going to make a deal with him and his team. Over the matter of two days and about three different car options, Sal came back to me with a deal I just couldnt pass up! He got me the absolute best and bottom price for a fully loaded Nissan Altima SV and I really couldnt have asked for anything better. On the third day, which happened to be Memorial Day, there it was- my brand new car being delivered right to my house! Now that was service! I will be recommending everyone to Sal and Xclusive- theyre the BEST!

After a bad experience with another leasing company, someone I know suggested Xclusive. He got his car a couple of months ago and told me he had no complaints and was completely satisfied with them. Called up and was greeted by Sal. I was so hesitant to work with another leasing company but working with Sal was the best decision I made! He was patient, understanding, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, AND he truly wanted to help me. He listened to me rant, calmed me down and made the whole process super easy for me. It was my first time leasing a new car and Sal answered all of my questions and then some. Everything was done quickly and I was delivered the car right to my house. Talk about convenience. Hi Everyone,This is the second time I use services of the Xclusive Auto Leasing to lease my car and one thing I noticed is that they are consistent in providing outstanding services to their customers. Giving you proper advise in choosing your vehicle, not pushing you to get something you don’t want, making return of your old car without any delays or problems, and delivering your new car to the place of your choice in a mint condition as if you just picked it up from the dealer yourself. My second car was delivered to my work place this February and despite the weather conditions these days it was clean inside and out. Over the years I owned and leased several cars. Unfortunately, very few of these experiences were pleasant. The constant games, haggle, and “finance manager” tricks made what should be a joyous experience an exhaustive one.None of this happened when dealing with Oleg. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, honesty, responsiveness and organization. The deal was exactly as discussed from start to finish and it was simply amazing. Not only did he get me a car that was much better equipped than the one I negotiated, it was also much cheaper.Oleg knew that we only had a week to get this done before returning the other car. He also knew that I had very specific car and options in mind (only two like this were available in a 100 mile radius). None of this deterred him and I was amazed that all was done via just a few text messages and emails. I never had to leave my home! The car was delivered right to my door at the day and time we agreed on.I will certainly be back in three years and all my family and friends already know how fantastic Oleg is.
I would just like to thank Steve for his wonderful customer service. I was searching for a car for a few months now and had a poor experience with a previous vendor who happened to let me down at the last moment. I then reached out to Steve for assistance and literally, the next day, he was able to find me the car that I was looking for, even better than what I had expected actually. I have never had a better experience with a sales person. He really did a fantastic job and made the entire experience quick, easy and absolutely effortless. Huge applause to this place and Max! I was so afraid initially but Max was so transparent and honest. I went through a complete nightmare with The dealership I worked with previously, they were nothing but lies and hours and days of wasted time. I spoke with Max on Thursday and he gave it to me straight. By Friday, I was driving out with my new SUV . Max really listened to my needs and gave me options based on my price point and must haves only he suggested an even better choice of a truck with many more bells and whistles. I am forever a client and really recommend that if you want a fair leasing price for a car, these guys are the real deal.

Steve obtained the vehicle I requested at the agreed upon price. I found Steve very pleasant and professional. I recently leased my 2015 lexus GS crafted line from Steve V and I have to say he was nothing short of amazing. I have leased more than 30 cars over the last 10 years from various brokers and dealers. NONE of them comes even close in speed, reliability, service. I repeat: NONE of them. I deal with Steve at Xclusive. Total process of finding a car and price negotiation: ( since there is basically none as the price is as low as you find) takes 15 min. Picking the car up - another 15 min. Total time spend on getting a new car at the LOWEST possible price- 30 minutes. SIMPLY THE BEST IN BUSINESS.
Working with car dealers in my experience has always been a stressful and frustrating experience until Steve was recommended by friends. He listens to the clients needs, takes the budget into consideration and finds the best deal possible. Moreover all calls are either answered right away or returned within an hour. Xclusive Leasing was amazing, I dealt with Oleg, this guy is incredible, I had to text him at least 200 times with all crazy quote questions in the world about at least 2-4 different cars and trucks, he responded within minutes and he never made me feel like I was annoying him with to many questions.He gave me the best leasing price on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude that I couldnt get anywhere else. Hands down, he is one of the best in the business. I found out about Xclusive from my boss and a few friends. They all had great experiences from Xclusive so I decided to give it a shot. When I first called Xclusive, Sal answered, and he was more than willing to answer all of my questions about the cars of my interest. I scheduled an appointment with him to talk over their policies. What I liked about him, is he was very honest and at NO point did he try to B.S. us or force a sale on us. When all was said and done he was able to get me a GREAT price on an Infiniti q50 AWD, in the exact color that I wanted. Im paying less on the Infiniti lease, than I would be paying for a car thats worth 10,000 dollars less. Not only did Xclusive give us a great price on the car lease, but they also took care of my remaining lease payments on my previous vehicle, as well as return my previous vehicle back to Subaru. After signing the papers they were able to get the car to me in 5 days. My overall experience with Sal Manforte and Xclusive was great, they catered to my needs and I will definitely be recommending them and leasing through them again.
I was more than dubious at first. With substantially less down and way less per month on the payment than any dealer or manufacturers promotion, it was natural to approach with doubt. However, Xclusive is above board, and their customer service is so far beyond the dealer. Max was patient and professional. The entire process was smooth and fast! WOW. They even delivered the car to my door, 3 hours away!There were no hidden fees or costs. Car was exactly as I asked for. Paperwork was straightforward.I will NEVER go back to a dealer, Xclusive has my business from now on. If you are considering leasing, Xclusive is the only way to go!
I have recently purchased a car there, I have had the worst costumer service experience. I will never go back there again or let my friends go in there. The main sales Person lied about everything. After completion of the deal when it would be hard to cancel everything, he gave me the lowest possible price for my trade in not the price that we were agreed on.I wish i never went in there.Since they had 1 month to be responsible for the inspection, I did not receive my plate until 2 days prior to the expiration date.After signing the contract they drove the car for more than 300 miles. It was a snowy day I needed a SUV, it would hard to start shopping again. Therefore I had to keep the deal going.
I leased my new truck through Sal. He was nothing but professional throughout the whole process. He was friendly and wanted nothing more than to get me the best deal around. Dont buy cars from Carmelo he sold me a car with a blown engine . I ended losing 14,000 dollars stay away from this placeIn response to your comment:How would you know how this car was maintained? Especially being that we only had it for a little over 2 months. What kind of maintenance could it have possibly have needed? The car was barely even driven before the oil light came on. We took it in for an oil change and soon after the engine service light came on and then the car was done. And you say you tried to help to resolve it? ...by asking us to take it to your mechanic and pay them for a blown engine? Really?! You can say what you want to try to make a review look better but we all know the truth here. Who sells a car for $14,000 to a student who has worked hard to save it and she barely drives it and it breaks down....

Found Abe, through a friend about six years ago. On my third leased car from him and the service and prices could not be better. In the six years of leasing with Abe I have recommended him to at least 4 people who have also purchased their leases through him and couldnt be happier. When its time to lease a car all you have to do is pick up the phone and ask, and your car will be wherever you want it to be usually the next day; however, Ive been lucky and sometimes get it SAME day.

Maksim quickly responded to my email and stated that MSRP [Sticker Price] for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited is BOGUS. Keep in mind that I think every dealership in the US would be willing to sell a car for MSRP.Maksim seems like an uneducated ripoff artist or a dumb monkey.This is how MAKSIM responds to customers I honestly dont even want your business so go waste someone elses time. These guys are the definition of bait and switch. They advertise a lease for 179 a month but when i called them they said 280 and when I told him about the 179 deal he made up like 10 stories on top of his head. Also the reason i assume this place is rated highly is because most of these people are friends or workers of the owners and they made up reviews. Also the listing did say 0 down but when but the funny thing is they offered me the car advertised for $180 for $280 with $1200 down.

2022-01-25This was the best leasing experience I’ve ever had. Alex at Xclusive is the man to see and make a deal with. He’s so smart in what he does and gets the job done quickly and professionally. I called him once with no referral, I told him I want to lease a 7 series and within one day he found me what I wanted and had a great monthly payment. I shopped around with several BMW dealers and other leasing companies and no one gave me the right number but Alex. Thank you Alex and everyone at Xclusive. Great work! See you soon.

2022-08-06My experience with Xclusive was great. I had about 5 months left on my old lease so I called Xclusive because the company I used for my last one (VIP) was playing a lot of games. I called Xclusive and I dealt with Igor. Within a week, I had my brand new lease and they took my old one… I spoke to a bunch of other dealerships and leasing companies and nobody came close to the price Xclusive gave me… I did. A sign and drive and didn’t put a penny down and the price I got is over $100 cheaper a month than what other places were offering without even counting the thousands they wanted as a down payment… very happy with my experience at Xclusive and Igor was great.. I asked this dude a thousand questions and he handled everything… 5 stars

2022-05-17My lease was set to terminate in June. Michael Mac gave me a call and arranged financing so that I could purchase the vehicle. Everything went smoothly and I now own my vehicle. Dont hesitate to call if you are looking to lease a vehicle or purchase your vehicle. The whole process was painless and I am so glad I had Michael there to do the leg work. This has been a pleasure to lease and purchase the vehicle.

2018-12-08We just ended our lease on a Jeep and got a new car through Steve at Xclusive. They were awesome on our first and second car and made the process so perfect. They delivered the new car and returned the old one all as a built in service. Besides them being super helpful, the best part may be not having to deal with sneaky lying dealership sales people trying to rip you off. You won’t beat the prices Xclusive gets you all without any of the haggling or drawn out negotiations at a dealer.Thank you guys!

2018-02-21It was pleasure working with Max. He was recommended by my friend and co worker who leased two cars through him. I have visited other dealers and spend hours waiting and fighting over prices. With max it was easy I told him what car I wanted and price and he found it almost instantly. He did not rushed me in to signing anyting. Gave me time to see the car and talk it over with the wife. They delivered my new car next day to my front door. Took the old lease back and called my insurance to transfer to the new vehicle . I will definitely recommend them to others. Best experience.
