Very bad experience!!!!!! The front desk is very unfriendly!!!!! They asked me cash for the service and also billed my insurance. Told me will refund my money back once they got payment from my insurance. But when I really go to them ask my money back. They have so many excuses, like manager is not in office today and doctor is not here as well. No calling me when report is out, just told me everything is normal when I went to there. Why those staff are so unprofessional?! Asked me to email my ID to them?!!!!! Dont know why they need my ID for? No need ID before I see doctor but need ID now!

How I call these people to inform them that I’m 11 weeks and I’m bleeding. The receptionist gonna tell me oh no you can’t come in we full today just go to the hospital. No sympathy at all not to mention she interrogated me like I called for an interview. Pathetic!! It’s covid time if someone is calling you who’s pregnant and bleeding. Clearly going to the hospital is a risk I won’t take!

The hospital kept calling her and urged her to come to deliver the baby quickly (because I was already on the 9th finger, and there was an emergency that required an immediate caesarean section).
