Bought a Samsung washer and dryer that is unfortunately being delivered by this company. Was instructed that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the delivery team arriving; received no notifications at all. Driver called while at my residence and told me that they couldnt wait 10 minutes for me to leave work and get there. Driver confirmed that the 30 minute notification system hasnt been working for months. Maybe that should be looked into? The driver then said that the order could be rescheduled as VIP delivery and that they deliver to PA other days besides Tuesday. Driver refused to wait 10 minutes and left. I had to call XPO customer service and their employees are not able to solve issues, they just try to get you off the phone with the simplest means possible. @Samsung I would get a new home delivery company to keep satisfied customers.
Terrible experience with XPO Logistics. We ordered a refrigerator through LG, who contracted XPO Logistics to deliver and install the fridge. XPO reached out to me to schedule a date for delivery and installation. I took off from work and arranged my schedule to be home during this time.All communications i got from XPO indicated that delivery and install would happen on that day. Then, 30 minutes before the delivery, the driver called me and said he could only drop off the fridge in the garage, and was not able to install it. I called XPO, and they refused to admit their mistake in their communications with me, and they were not at all interested in accommodating me to get an installer out that day or the next day. We ended up having to pay someone else to install the fridge because XPO was not able to help get an installer out when we were available.So to sum up: poor and inaccurate communication, and no interest in cleaning up their own mistakes and helping their customers. Next time, Ill order from Home Depot or Lowes and avoid situations where XPO would be used.
Not the greatest at phone conversations but after they came out to fix our dishwasher from installation date did a good job. However very evasive and hesitant at coming back out to rectify the problem 3 stars out of 5 for customer satisfaction I will say they are gruff but fixed their mistake after all was said and done thanks
Round 2 - first time they were supposed to deliver my Serta mattress - I took the day off and waited at home. They did not show up or call me, and then they marked the delivery as not home and returned to warehouse. I tried so much to call and customer service is outsourced to the Philippines and is useless. I already posted a review about this and they contacted me and promised it wouldnt happen again. I have emails from their customer service saying they apologize, they will call before next delivery, new delivery will be August 13, etcToday August 13 was meant to be the 2nd delivery attempt. Everything was confirmed and they apologized for the first mess up. I again waited at home and no one showed up. I called customer service (again some lady in the Philippines) who said the Serta mattress did not make it on the truck. She said wait 72 hours and we will try a third re schedule. Also, I called Serta and the Serta customer service rep called XPO, and 10 minutes later she said XPO is useless and she got no where. She sympathized with me. The status of my order still says scheduled today. No one reached out to tell me otherwise. Why wasnt I notified that it didnt make it on the truck or anything. Do I just wait around all day?At this point this is an absolute joke. I dont know how they have 4.3 stars on google reviews. I am a doctor (i only say this because i have very limited time off). I have wasted two days now waiting for my mattress. This XPO company is a joke. I even drove to their address listed today and I didnt see any office there. I see an Ethan Allen and some other office. I couldnt even physically find their office. What a joke. This is how they treat people in WNY. Shame on you XPO.
My delivery was rescheduled a few times due to the trucks being at full capacity. This did delay my order a few weeks. That being said, the person who did finally deliver was very nice and set up the bike just like I wanted. The one suggestion for that company would be to have a better connection between customer service and the hubs as email back and forth takes too long to get simple answers.
I wish all service me. were like this! The guys called 30 minutes before they showed up, (as I was informed a few days beforehand). Showed up on time. Friends, and very careful. My house has a lot of things on the walls and obstacles, yet they were very careful not to possibly hurt anything. They did a great job bringing a large/heavy mattress to the upstairs bedroom. This company is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! If there was a negative rating I would rate a NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! My wife ordered her Bike (Not an Peliton) was ordered in November. Delivery was set up for delivery 2 weeks ago and then cancelled by XPO. The bike was scheduled for delivery yesterday January 20,2022. Delivery was at the door 2 vehicles in the driveway and the driver just knocked on the door not ringing the doorbell. Our house is a 3 story Brick 3900 square foot house. It is impossible to hear a knock on the door. The driver did attempt to call my wife but she was at work and missed the call. My number was the alternate and I never received a call or txt. I was able to contact the driver and was told when he heads back to Buffalo/Cheektowaga he would drop off the bike. I asked what time would I expect his. I was advised 1:00pm. Before leaving work I called again and was advised by the driver he would be at my house at 1:45pm. I left the work taking personal time to meet the driver WHO NEVER SHOWED!!!!!!!! I attempted to call the driver at 2:00pmAnd my call went directly to voicemail. These actions of the driver resulted in this review. Since the driver did not have the courage to be honest or forthright weighs heavily on this NEGATIVE RATE!!!!!UPDATE TO MY NEGATIVE REVIEW!!!!!! WOW I receive a automated response. JUST WOW.UPDATE TO NEGATIVE REVIEW: The Bike was delivered today. The assembly of the bike was quick and efficient. My wife was pleased with the delivery and the technician and the driver removed their shoes before walking through the house. Based on this I have upgraded my original rating .
Horrible service. If buying any product being delivered by xpo buy something else. Bought a peloton been cancelled 4 times. But they don’t let you know it’s not coming until you wait all day and call later. I call the night before and the morning of to confirm. They confirm it’s coming but it never does. First time truck full, next 2 times truck broke down. Today tracking said between 1-4 called at 445 turned around because of snow. Not snowing here or in Buffalo and none in forecast. Would be nice to get a call when they decide that they are not coming but they don’t. UPDATE the guy who responded called me once. Gave me his email emailed him 3 times no responses. No bike no responses
Very pleased with my experiences. I ended up having two deliveries from XPO, both for the same Peloton Tread. They showed up on time in both experiences. It was the same drivers both times, and they were courteous, efficient, and patient. And the reason it was two deliveries was because the Tread firmware malfunctioned the first time and would not deliver which was 100% NOT an XPO issue as best I can tell, just a glitch that was out of everyones control. They understood when I had to refuse delivery and disassembled the Tread there and then with no complaint. They also moved our delivery up in both instances. I did notice that they appear to have stopped picking up their phones and returning voicemails after the Christmas 21 holiday. Not sure if that was coincidence, or if theyve decided to stop picking up the phone. Only mentioning it here because that could be an issue for some folks. I assume theyre getting slammed with people who are upset because of Pelotons issues, not XPOs.
I received an email & phone call last night stating that my delivery would be today with a window between 7-10am. When I got the email, my address was wrong. I got a phone call, as promised, 30 minutes prior to delivery and explained the error in the address to the drivers, who reset their GPS. They had no issues finding the place and delivered and placed the bike on the second level (really third if you count the front stairs also!) of a 1832 house. They did a phenomenal job and did it with a smile! (Its a tough staircase!) They were quick and professional with the set up and then even helped me lift it one more time to place a mat underneath. Great job XPO!
Very pleased with service! I had scheduled delivery online directly with Peloton, but XPO called and offered delivery 5 days earlier. As explained by XPO, they called the day before and gave me a three hour delivery time with directions that I would be called 30 minutes before they got to my house. The delivery window was 7-10 am and they called before they came, as stated, and were here exactly at the stated time which was 7am. They were polite and professional, took great care of my bike and home. Very pleased with entire experience.

Had a new stove delivered today by two XPO employees. Who had actually called about 2 hours early, saying they were ahead of schedule and seeing as its a Saturday I wasnt mad at that.. The 2 guys were very efficient, polite, professional and even provided me with additional knowledge that I had not expected. All in all great job, the new stove looks great, thanks for the install!
Had a new king sized Saatva mattress delivered by 2 men that were kind, respectful of my property, informative and very professional. They were early in the time frame window and gave us notice of when they would arrive which is great so you don’t have to sit around wondering. They are careful not to damage any surrounding fixtures or furniture (we have a four poster bed and a large ceiling fan above the bed). Great job guys!
Delivered wrong items and can’t get ahold of anyone at the local location!!!! Instead of delivering a washer and dryer I received TWO dryers. They refused to take away the incorrect dryer so now I’m stuck with it and I’m without a washer. Samsung confirmed the issue is not on their end. After multiple attempts of contacting XPO I’m unable to get in touch with someone local or even in the US for that matter. I will never purchase appliances from a company that uses CPO ever again. This is taking so long to correct I have to dispute the washer and dryer charge with my credit card company because I don’t know if I will ever get my items
Delivered a mattress into a 1925 house with steep stairs and small area to work in. After a well worked team effort by the two delivery men, the mattress was unpacked and placed on the bed. Well done guys! They also removed the old mattress which was easier to take down the stairs and then they helped to placed the pins back in the storm door. Thank you so much!
This is the worst shipping company ever. Breaking items, canceling deliveries, no communication what so ever. Called the actual company (SAMSUNG) who’s stated they’ve been trying to contact XPO and even they’re not getting a response. I created multiple tickets which I’ve haven’t still heard anything back yet. At this point this company needs to be BOYCOTTED. If I could I Minus * I would.
I would love to share pictures but I havent received it. It was to be here between 6am and 9pm yesterday. It never showed up and I didnt receive a call telling me that it was delayed. I am very angry about it. *** UPDATE *** After communicating with the company, they lost the chair or delivered it to someone else but they are not taking responsibility. I contacted Amazon and of course they gave me a credit because a company with integrity does that. It doesnt replace the chair. I cant replace it. I can but the price has doubled so I cant. I am leaving the 1 star rating.
I have been cancelled on twice now for my peloton tread delivery with no answers from this company. I have taken two days off from my job now to accommodate this delivery. Every time I call I can only get through to a corporate line who insists they are “sending an email” yet I never get a resolution. I am disgusted that a company can continue to operate like this.
Ordered a stove and had our delivery on the 25th of September. Cancelled. Oh but did I mention not until that evening & I happen to be the one who called to ask. Next delivery sorry not going to happen, why well, they didnt put it on the truck. I wont leave you in suspense, three times cancelled and I hold no hopes of them coming through. Cant get through to the company cant get a reason cant reschedule a time or day for myself either. Will never order a thing that relies on this company again.

What the heck is going on with this service! This is the worst experience I have ever had! Ordered a peloton in 11/14/21, it was scheduled for delivery 12/4/21 never received a confirmation call the night before so I called myself and was told it was on schedule for delivery. Then 8:30 am the morning of delivery we received a call that it would not be delivered and given a date of Thursday 12/9/21. Then received a call to check on how our delivery went Saturday! What the heck! When I told them they canceled it and rescheduled it for Thursday he said they were full no way they were coming Thursday! Then received an email to schedule delivery, nothing available until 1/27/22! Worse service ever! Unacceptable to pay $3000 for equipment and can’t use it!
Our delivery guys were kind, courteous, polite, thorough and organized. They brought in the house, down the stairs and put it exactly where I asked with no complaints. Great experience. As for the scheduling process, XPO call center and the way peloton allows their bikes delivered out of order from when it was placed is atrocious, but a completely separate problem. Actual physical delivery process today was seamless!
Ordered appliances from Samsung (who sent that order to XPO) which was supposed to be delivered on the 10th - XPO changed the date to 17th without any explanation. They never turned up on the 17th. No call on or before the appointment time and neither did they call later to say they cannot make it. Their customer service number is worthless as it says there are 0 callers in line but you cannot talk to anyone even after 30-40 minutes of holding on the line. Called Samsung on 18th who escalated it with XPO. You would think it would help, but no. XPO just cancelled the order - without any communication - and created a fresh order which I only found because I tried to track my order from their website. Now, there is no delivery date on the newly minted order, no communication from XPO on the why or when they will ever get to it and no customer service for me to remind them that they are holding my appliances hostage. Given all the negative reviews here it looks like a regular occurrence so I can only blame Samsung for still sticking with this company. If I could, I would give a negative rating
This has been a nightmare process and my delivery is not complete. I have been rescheduled multiple times with no call no shows over the past 2+ months. Many calls and emails later my washer-dryer is still not installed. I have missed time from work to be here for multiple deliveries and the issue is still not fixed. LG needs to pick a different supplier. Specifically Nick in the Buffalo office has been extremely rude and unprofessional. This is a terrible way to run a business and if my issue is not addressed soon I will be escalating to local news. I have contacted all of their forms of customer service at this point.
They were punctual, professional, and swift in delivering our mattress and foundation. Highly recommend them! A completely different experience than what we got with Shaker Transport/Excelsior Freight Systems (unreliable, poor follow-up communication skills) for another mattress.
The delivery of our Peloton Bike could not have gone any better. The delivery was on the front end of the time we were given, the guys making the delivery gave us plenty of notice prior to their arrival. Once they arrived they were very polite and efficient and explained everything down to the last detail. In all it might have taken 15 minutes for the entire process. Very pleased with the delivery guys and the process.
The delivery team was prompt, efficient, and careful in their set-up and removal tasks. Could not ask for better service or outcome. Would that the rest of the world ran this smoothly. Congratulations to management for putting together a work environment geared for success and customer satisfaction.
After 2 rescheduled deliveries, we finally received our Christmas present today February 10. If you call to complain about the delivery situation, they hang up on you. After they tell you you have to wait three more weeks for your delivery, they then ask you if there is anything else they can help you with. The question is useless because they didn’t help you the first time
Couldnt be happier. Excellent communication by email and text. Had a delivery window of 12-4, delivery crew called at 11:15 to say they were 30 min out. Arrived exactly when they said. The delivery team carried my new Samsung washing machine up the 100 long driveway and up the front steps like it was nothing. They did the installation in minutes. Made sure everything worked, left manual for me right next to new appliance. Carried away old washer, eliminating that headache. All interactions were polite, courteous. They were great and I would highly recommend.
They delivered my Peloton. I was very frustrated with them at first because they kept cancelling and rescheduling my delivery but after three reschedules Peloton admitted it was their issue. The guys who delivered were nice enough but trying to communicate with this hub was a nightmare.We called the main Customer Service number and asked if we could speak to a supervisor. We were told no and a supervisor from the hub would call us in 4-6 hours. No call. We called back and we’re told 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS. You read that correctly. Up to a week and a day. I clarified with the guy on the phone. And plot twist. They never called. We were even willing to drive 170+ miles one way to pick it up ourselves and when the customer service rep emailed them for us, we asked when we could expect a response and they said “they will respond when they see it.” No response on that either.One of our many calls lead us to have little faith in them as a logistics company as it stated my delivery was scheduled for Thursday September 15th (Thursday was the 16th) and their voicemail even has the audacity to tell you that they’re busy and can’t accommodate delivery times. Yet they tell you the night before what the four hour window is and expect you to be available?Their communication is severely lacking.
Excellent communications! I received many emails texts and 30 minutes before delivery warning. I have ordered a number of large heavy items and they have always been lifted carefully and placed where I requested. This last time the driver in the enterprise truck had difficulty finding the house, driving and did not park in a safe manner.
I didnt want to give any stars because they are very unprofessional. My delivery time was between 2p-6p yesterday. At exactly 6:43pm I called because my shipment didnt arrive. I was then informed that it would be delivered between 8p-8:45p. That seemed to be very late for a delivery to me but I said okay. Now here we are today, I check my email and its saying delivery but that never happened. Called XPO and they dont know whats going on and cant get in contact with a supervisor. This is very upsetting and a huge inconvenience of my time. Theres no way a almost 3k stove from Samsung is missing or was falsely delivered. WHERE IS MY STOVE????
Had a large desk from Amazon delivered and I live down a very winding driveway... they decided to back it up instead of coming in, so I had to meet them halfway with my van... but they were very sweet and nice. I just have to figure out how to get it from the van to inside the house. Lol
Our new mattress arrived in the early part of the window. Our driveway is difficult to negotiate with a large vehicle. The XPO driver handled it with great skill and patience.Both delivery men were professional and helpful. They flipped the mattress twice to make sure that we were able to make the right decision regarding firmness. They also offered information regarding the excellent guarantee policy of Saatva (the maker of the mattress).I only hope these men are afforded quality healthcare insurance. Theirjobs are difficult, and their backs need to be protected.
Horrible service! took off work 3 times to wait for my appliance. Delivery window was changed last minute to a different day! The 4th delivery date I thought would go well since they came on time. They unwrapped my appliance, to find dents and scratches on it! Had to send it back and wait another month for another shipment to arrive because it was sold out. Today delivery was confirmed and then canceled without warning when I tried to track it! Unprofessional! People have to work and cant afford to take off for this company.
Not impressed by the “tracking your delivery” at all. Was given a delivery window of 1-5pm. I would have appreciated updates as to where the delivery was. For instance, we will be there in next hour or something similar. Or that I’m number 10 on the delivery list. I got a call that they were 5 mins away. Wasted whole afternoon. They came at 4:30. Are they suppose to open package and inspect?
Terrible delivery experience. Ordered a peleton to be delivered and assembled by XPO. On my scheduled delivery date, the delivery men dropped it off but told me someone else would be coming later that day to assemble. Nobody ever showed. Rescheduled assembly for a week later between 12 and 3 pm. Nobody had showed by 3pm, called XPO and was told they would arrive around 4. Nothing at 4, called again and was told they didnt have the tools and that my service had been cancelled that morning. Never received any notification. Rescheduled for a few days later. Called 2 hours into delivery window to confirm the time and was told there was no technician so my service could not be performed. Never received any notification that my service was cancelled. Rescheduled for the next day but the service was never routed so my peleton is still not assembled. Four appointments now not done correctly or not done at all.
XPO delivered my Peloton bike today and both delivery guys were fantastic! They called to let me know they were 30 minutes away. They set up my bike exactly where I wanted it, assisted with the set up and answered all of my questions. Both guys were patient and took all of the Covid precautions for a safe delivery. I would recommend XPO to anyone who needs their services!
Such an easy delivery of our new mattress. In with the new and out with the old! That’s how pleasant our experience was with XPO logistics. Fast, painless and easy! To back track: We were emailed the delivery date days ahead of time, then texted the day before with a 4 hour window time of delivery, texted again on the day of delivery confirming approximate time of delivery, and finally when delivery was within 30 minutes away. The truck pulled in the driveway, driver came to the door to greet us, helpers were already taking the new mattress out of the truck. All men- 3- wore face masks and safely distanced themselves from us. They removed the old king sized mattress and knew exactly how to place the new king sized mattress on our bed- which end was the top of the mattress and which was the bottom. How nice and how knowledgeable for us! Such pleasant and careful men. I highly recommend the delivery company and Saatva mattress company for using it for delivery.
I have never placed a 1 star review in my life but I have also never been so angry or blatantly LIED to. I was supposed to receive a delivery of a peloton today. I took off a day of work. They are saying they never received the item from peloton and it won’t be delivered. I know this is NOT true as I received a phone call on Tuesday morning from the BUFFALO warehouse that they had my bike and could I change to an earlier delivery date of Wednesday or Thursday. I could not as I couldn’t take a day off of work and explained I would need the delivery after 1:00pm. They said they couldn’t guarantee a time so I said I’m sorry I have to stick with Saturday. They are denying this phone call took place and it must have been Peloton that called me. And yet I have the number in my call log with a 716 area code. I am now out an entire days work and was blatantly lied to because this company didn’t want to deliver on a Saturday and I couldn’t switch my day. I will also be calling Peloton to tell them of your poor customer service and complete disregard for your customers. I hope you loose your account with them. You don’t deserve it.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. They were in charge of delivering and installing our washing machine from Samsung. Day of delivery, the driver was never informed of the installation and had to reschedule us due to not having the installation parts. The day of the reschedule, we took time off to be here for their 12 HOUR WINDOW of delivery. By the 7th hour, we tried contacting them only to find out they never loaded the washing machine on the truck to be delivered. They never helped us or gave us any resolution, we cancelled our order with Samsung and hope to never come in contact with this logistics company.
I had called about a missed delivery window and was glad I did. The woman I spoke with was kind and helpful (unlike dealing with Peloton directly). When the delivery of the Tread was rescheduled she called to let me know right away. This person should receive some type of award from Peloton (I let them know) because of the way she handled everything. The delivery people were very polite, on time, and professional. Could not ask for a better experience regardless of the pandemic! Great work!
The absolute worse service I have ever gotten from a delivery service. Been cancelled 4 times already. They don’t call, email or text they just don’t show up. Spoke with multiple supervisors and managers just a bunch of excuses. Its been over 3 weeks and still haven’t received nothing, not even an update or phone call. They seem to not care.
I will be honest I was very apprehensive about XPO delivery reading all of the peloton reviews about the service. I have to say that it was a wonderful experience! Sebastian was so professional and so helpful and so accommodating. I did not get the other delivery persons name but they were both fantastic we couldnt have asked for a better experience! Great job XPO!
It took awhile for the delivery process to start (a couple months, but that seems to be a problem with delivery of fitness equipment during the pandemic). I won’t rate XPO down, because I don’t know exactly where the hold up occurred. Once the ball got rolling, XPO was great with prompt delivery, good communication, and polite service people.
Was just on hold over 40 mins, then XPO disconnected the call. They misplaced over $1,000 product and have now failed to show up 4x with the replacement. They reschedule then just dont show up. Then reschedule and dont show up.... When called they said, We were at your home today but no one was there. Which is a lie because I was home all day. But this isnt the first lie they told to me. I am pretty sure this company is a scam.
XPO delivered our Peloton treadmill today. upon arrival, the guys were a bit concerned with the place we wanted the tread, especially with a turn in the hall and moving a 500 lb base. Notwithstanding, the guys handled it all quite well and delivered and assembled the tread exactly where we wanted it. we were quite pleased.
Update 3 - April 5th: XPO delivered the mattress as re-re-re-re-scheduled on April 1st. Im leaving this as a one star rating. We did have someone call regarding this review, however, I think one lost shipment and a second shipment that took 4 unannounced re-scheduling events resulting in a total of 5 days of unpaid work leave (to be available for deliveries that never showed), countless hours on the phone with support staff, and only 1 return phone call regarding the issue is still completely unacceptable. With our experience I recommend avoiding the use of XPO at all costs.Update 2 - March 30th: Just received a call after 1st update. XPO has confirmed delivery is now scheduled for Thursday April 1st. Will update review upon delivery or failure to deliver.Update 1 - March 30th: I reached out to the responder to this review and have yet to hear anything. Still zero response and any non-public attempt to resolve this issue.Original Review - March 26th: If I could give zero stars, I would. They lost our first delivery after it was allegedly already out for delivery. Now, a month later after we were able to get our order replaced because it was lost by XPO Cheektowaga it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Well they didnt show and said it was rescheduled for today. Today there was light at the end of the tunnel, we got notification that it was out for delivery...but now its well after the delivery window, clearly it wont be delivered today. Customer service cant get ahold of the branch or driver, I cant get ahold of the branch or driver. This department is dysfunctional and extremely poor at doing the one job they have...delivering.
Looks like I’ve had a very similar experience as others- i also have never given a 1 star review- I was supposed to have my Peloton bike delivered on 11/19/20, the delivery team called me at the time they were supposed to deliver and asked me on the phone if I was supposed to receive a delivery today- I said yea I was and he said “Aw man I knew it!” He proceeded to tell me that my monitor and bike were delivered separately to the warehouse but they didn’t put the bike in the truck just the monitor. I asked what that means and he says we’re not delivering today- someone will call you to reschedule- no one did. I have called both Peloton and XPO every day since and all anyone can tell me is that my delivery has been rescheduled for FEBRUARY 4 2021- that’s 3 months from now when I’ve already waited 2 months for delivery and this was not my mistake??? I can’t understand why I wasn’t scheduled the very next day if your delivery team made the mistake. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and anyone else that will listen.
They were supposed to deliver my mattress between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and I ended up not getting it until 6:00 p.m. Everyone I dealt with at the company was super nice, but there seemed highly disorganized. Their route for the day was presented to them in the wrong order. They had driven all over the state that day to make deliveries!
Worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could I would give XPO zero stars! I ordered a king headboard/platform bed from Amazon. Never again will I order another item on Amazon shipped by XPO. The headboard was supposed to arrive on January 5th. Delivery didnt show up that day so I called XPO customer service. They said they would email their warehouse in the Buffalo area to inquire about my delivery. Customer service said someone from the warehouse would call me within 72 hours. No one ever contacted me. I called XPO customer service 3 additional times over a 3 week span asking where my delivery is.Each time XPO gave me the same answer that someone from the warehouse has to call me. Which they never did! I asked if I could contact their XPO warehouse directly to arrange the delivery of my item and they said no. A month later XPO calls to say they are making the delivery today between 6 am - 9am. Once again the delivery is a no show!!!! I called XPO they said they attempted to deliver my item but no one was home. I was home all day!!! I checked my ring doorbell & no one came to my house. The customer service rep said my item was being sent back to the Buffalo warehouse, unbelievable! I verified my home address to make sure they had the right address. XPO rep responds the delivery guy was at your house but you werent home. Xpo lies!! Says we have to reschedule the delivery (now this would be my 3rd deliverydate). I told them dont even bother! I was able to get my money back from Amazon. ALSO, xpo s tracking is completely wrong & inaccurate. Terrible customer service & Amazon should think 2x about using XPO as a shipping partner.
Just received my HEAVY ping pong conversion top and couldnt be more pleased with the service. Got a voicemail reminder the day before and received phone call from deliverymen 30 minutes before delivery as promised. Both men were very pleasant and respectful of my wishes. Delivery was on the exact day and time period as promised. I am VERY pleased.Doug
Spent thousands of dollars on an order expecting it to be delivered before Christmas and was guaranteed by the manufacturer & shipping company that it would be. Come Sunday they call to re-schedule...then come the new re-scheduled date after waiting the entire day no one showed for delivery. No call or notification that the package would not be delivered. For “white glove delivery” I expected the common courtesy of a call to tell me it was delayed again. I will now have to take a third day off of work to sit and wait hours for this package to be delivered.
The delivery guys were the one that saved this sale for Peloton.They showed up right on time and were very pleasant. Didn’t ask to take off shoes and they had already done so. Friendly neat and explained everything and didn’t rush me. Bottom line great dispatcher as well .
Thank you for the awesome delivery service of now of my second purchase of a Big Fig Mattress. I liked the first one so much, I have one in my office, and now a king for my Honey and I. Fast efficient, and got it right the first time. They were on time, and did everything perfectly.
Terrible experience so far with XPO Logistics delivering my wifes Peloton bike. We placed our order on Sept 11, delivery date scheduled for Oct 24th. My wife missed a call on Oct 23rd at 7:30 pm from XPO (didnt know it was them), we were visiting with family and didnt answer the phone.We listened to the voicemail at 10 pm, unfortunately it was XPO saying we had to call back to schedule our delivery. They had closed for the night, but my wife called at 6 am the next day. Unfortunately that was too late, the routes had been planned for the day and our bike was not included. We then added a peloton representative to the phone call and the three of us (peloton, XPO, and myself) decided on a new delivery date on of Oct 31st.Oct 31st comes, no delivery. We call peloton, who calls XPO, XPO says that our delivery is not coming because our bike is not in their warehouse. IF IT WAS THERE ON THE 24TH, WHERE DID IT GO?! We eventually find out they gave our bike to someone else. Our new delivery date is Dec 15th.XPO representatives were no help and could not connect me to a manager. I also was given conflicting info. The more details I think of, the worse this experience gets. I hope Peloton drops this company as a deliverer.
Brought my washer and dryer.. forgot the stacking kit. An employee at the warehouse apologized and promised to get it to me the next day. Today I get a call saying the Earliest it can be delivered in a week from now, with no record of yesterday’s promise.Just called Samsung to cancel my order, I’ll get it from amazon tomorrow
Bad experience everything is confused .. I have po number the shipper said need 7 digit number and its start from 7 when I get that number the another truck is on dock to pick that load and he leave .they provide another po and another truck is also have another same po ... so bad day .. not organized proper I waisting my whole day Ihave appointment at 1200 I reach on time and when I get 1st po its 1300 .. when I get another po then its 1400 and not get any load .. loose money and my day

2022-01-18You could tell they wanted to get everything done asap, but damn it was flawless, delivered a washing machine and took the old one, super efficient with their time, had half inch on each side to spare when removing the old one through the laundry room door and basement door, they touched nothing, i was fascinated (not even finished walls so it wouldnt have mattered if they did) they were in and out faster than the amount of time it took me to write this review (delivered new washer, removed old, no install). Excellent delivery service, kinda wish I bought the install just so I could see how fast they tear everything apart and hook it up

Informative of product, which led me to ask if they worked for the delivery company or company I bought from. They said they were trained on product. Well done. I couldnt ask or expect any more. 2022-08-06The company changed my delivery day, the night before the originally scheduled day to the day after that. That part was a bit annoying, but I live in the middle of nowhere so its understandable it wasnt worth driving out to me unless they were coming to make other deliveries too.The drivers didnt call half an hour before arrival, but they did get here at about the mid-point of the three-hour delivery window. They were very professional and courteous, and moved a very large, very heavy package into our house as was agreed to. I am happy with the service.

2022-07-28I just got my washer delivery today and the two Indian gentlemen were very nice. I especially liked the taller gentleman. He was very attentive, helpful, friendly and nice. He really helped me with moving my dryer around to fit the washer and reattach my dryer. XPO should be glad to have such a wonderful hard working employee.

2022-07-30The two men that delivered our electric range were just great. They were extremely careful bringing it in and making sure the appliance wasnt damaged. This was very important as the first range delivered by another company was badly damaged in shipping and had to returned.I highly recommend this company.Thank you.

2022-03-10Purchased a mattress through Amazon and shipped via XPO. I set up a delivery date with them and then the morning of the delivery, their computer calls trying to set up a new date. This has happened seven times so far.I have set up the delivery with an actual person on the phone four times and they still refuse to make the delivery. Twice now, I have worked with an Amazon rep on a three way call with XPO and am told they will red flag the account for manager review. XPO told the Amazon rep they will have somebody personally contact me and that has not happened. During this whole process, XPO is reporting to Amazon that I am the person cancelling and rescheduling. I have tried everything I can to talk to somebody from the Buffalo warehouse, where the mattress is, in order to figure out why this is happening and what we could do to fix this problem but apparently customers cannot contact them and can only deal with the 1-800 helpline that is located somewhere on the west coast.I was forced to switch to threshold service so they can drop it off without a signature. I already lost one days pay waiting for them and cannot afford to lose more. I cannot imagine taking off every day that it was scheduled for. I would loose my job. I am so worried now that it will show up damaged.Their helpline is terrible. Representatives dont know why this keeps happening and tell me they cannot do anything besides set up a new delivery date. The representatives are difficult to understand on the phone and my call is either dropped or I am hung up on at least once if not twice per day during the past week of daily calls. There is literally nobody at XPO who is willing or capable of helping me solve THEIR problem in making the delivery. I filled a report with the BBB for assistance.

2022-07-26Terrible service. Received a text day before saying a certain time frame to deliver which suddenly changed the day after. New time frame between 3-7pm . I am home at 245 pm. I receive a text that I am up next . Text received at 230 pm. So that means they will be there at 3 pm. At 255 pm I check the status and it has an exclamation mark. I quickly call and they tell me the driver marked me as “not home “ and they are returning to facility . No one showed up. No one called. I want to report this to the better business bureau as fraud. I cancelled appointments and made myself available to be there for the drop off and this company treated me like garbage.

They made sure I was happy with everything before they left and explained the set up process for both the bike and tread. Thank you!
