They say customer service is dead and its hard to argue. Delivery was initially scheduled for a Friday. Truck didnt have a lift gate. No problem, re schedule to Monday w/ lift gate. Anthony calls me Monday morning to schedule commecial delivery and mentions theres no lift gate? ....which was the whole point of rescheduling the delivery. I have to call him back to confirm if theirs a forklift on site. He tells me to call him back on the number he just called me from. Call back 5x ... Straight to voicemail and the VM is some guy Jeff? Now I have a client up my @$$ wondering where his Friday delivery is and XPO calls me back and says They can pencil me in for 12-5 on Tuesday... God bless.

They went to the wrong house with my mattress, didnt even try to call me and sent it back even though I was home and had taken the day off to wait for them. Their customer service is nonexistent. They are known for screwing up and doing absolutely nothing to fix it and they offer absolutely no compensation no matter how bad they fail. Since messing up my order they will not answer my calls I had to call from a different number to get anyone.Worst company I have dealt with in a long time

First time ever in my life didn’t get my stuffs on a scheduled delivery date. Received no phone about the no show. I patiently waited past the delivery slot to call ikea to find out what happened and they had someone from XPO to schedule me a new delivery date. Don’t believe any words from them because I still didn’t get my order on the new delivery date and still no phone and whatsoever. So, I was charged for $610 and never got anything and no one ever bother to notify me of any changes or cancellation. In the end, I went back to ikea and requested to cancel the shipment as I think it is more reliable to just rent a truck from Home Depot and pick it up myself. Terrible!

Well here we go again with another company that wants people to work flexible hours. This means you come in whenever they want and you have no life. There is a big turnover rate as you can easily see through their advertisements for truck drivers constantly in the newspapers or online. Just a word of suggestion makes scheduled hours and you wont have such bad turnover

Cant believe Samsung had appointed them for my delivery and installation. Very rude and unprofessional delivery staff. Before that they rescheduled my delivery for a month giving me reasons like plumber isnt available or deliveries are overbooked and worst part is they never inform you that they arent coming for delivery, you have to call them to ask as to why they didnt show up and customer service line sucks with long wait time and unhelpful reps. Very bad experience.

They never showed up. For a delivery slot between 11am - 3pm. And never bothered to call or communicate. I called and they said 1 more hr. Never showed. Called again. 1 more hour. No show again! Meanwhile Im out a days pay, and have to reschedule with IKEA for a days later delivery! Not helpful. Terrible service.

Do not use this delivery company ever. LOWES should not be using this company for their deliveries and I will be letting them know as well. Since this company has multiple “locations” even though it’s the same company I will be leaving this review in multiple places. They are absolutely terrible. So many layers of subcontractors and call centers that no one is responsible for anything. What should have been a simple delivery became a 3 day ridiculous experience. Avoid them at all costs.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered from ikea two months ago and have not received my delivery. XPO called me over five times to schedule delivery date, and then emailed me at the end of the day saying not going to do it. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

Never showed up... my husband waited all day at home today and they even confirmed the delivery time yesterday as 10-2pm and now they are telling us that they never got our item in the warehouse.
