I don’t even know where to begin. After looking for several shops on the web, I decided to go here. When I went into the shop the folks working there were very unprofessional. No one offered to help or ask if I needed any assistance. At some point, I went up to a group of guys and asked if anyone worked here. Finally someone said yes but I only speak Spanish. I speak a little Spanish so that wasn’t to much of a problem. I agreed to replacing the two speakers in my vehicle which after my research later that day I found out that these were cheap $20.00 speakers that I could have picked up at a Walmart. The install was a total disaster. Drill guns with hot bits were thrown on my cloth seats, tools all over my dashboard, with no communication as to why a 30 minute job resulted in nearly 2 hours. This horror story gets worse.Once the repairs were made I then went to the register to pay. I was then told by a teenager that they do not accept credit cards and that the cost were $125.00 which from my understanding was $100. Already feeling very uncomfortable I didn’t want to dispute the cost as I just wanted to get out of this place. I then had to run down the street to get cash from an ATM. As I was walking back in the same teenager is stepping out of the bathroom pulling his shorts up and zipping with every indication he didn’t wash his hands. I made the payment of $130.00. This teenager who can barely speak a drop of English closes the register and walks away. He didn’t give me my change. After about an awkward minute of standing around I had ask for my change at which point he begins to insult me in front of everyone in the shop saying that I’m cheap and selfish in Spanish and takes the $5.00 out of his own pocket and shoves it to me. As I was walking out the shop even after being humiliated, I give the man who did the work a $10.00 tip. As I proceeded to start walking towards my car the teenager at the register continued to loudly insult me in front of everyone and his coworkers.If you value your belongings and enjoy a high level of customer service at a reasonable price do not go here. I noticed all the great reviews they had which was one of the reasons that drove me to come here. It’s people like this who take advantage of people and make Hispanics not trust other Hispanics. I will never go here again!
Too spensive and worst place to do spend your money i do not recomend it,they just still your money also the staff they dont care if you go back to fix something they did wrong at the end they want to charge you again for the job and by doing that theyre just stilling your money.I will never recommend that place to anybody.
They will RIP you off in a heartbeat, for an alarm system on amazon thats $60, he will charge you 600 hundred dollar. And then do a terrible job of installing it. Will Jack up your car

Owner (or person in charge) very disrespectful to customers and also over priced. Giving it 1 star because the person who actually worked on my car was actually a decent one. Also the entrance to the place is a pain because the upcoming traffic. Avoid this place and go where the customer is appreciated.
Pretty good place despite the language barrier I went there to get my security system fixed and it ended up being a simple fuse and wire that was disconnected, only ended up having to pay $35 for everything which is great. I decided to try to get my remote start fixed so they called in someone to reprogram the faulty one I had quoted me for 75$ which isnt that bad, but was then told I might have to have a new key cut due to the fact the old key was a clone which was $100. The key guy came then found that I only needed a reprogram no cut. I was still charged $100 even though I didnt get the cut because the key guy came from a distance. The workers there seem like nice people despite the language barrier. Prices seem decent as far as security system services go, but I cant help but feel kind of pushed to fork over extra money. All in all Id rather this place maybe a 3.8/5 if I could.

Installed some great underglow for my car, great job only downside was the installation was $320 which was a bit overpriced.

I returned to that place to check my remote control. And they looked at it and told me that it was already very old. That they had and programmed it for 150 or more dollars and here I have my better control than what they sell because it is the original. I advise them to first be sure if it is good or not ,, why is it not just winning .consider the client too .from me I will not return again. Thanks.
They made a bad installation in my car I thought they were the best but I was wrong they broke the support of the rear camera that I bought new the radio does not work I am missing a piece of the car lever I paid 350.00 to install the stereo, rear camera Subwoofer and an amplifier did not connect the amplifier and they charged me the same and I also carry all the cables for the installation, very bad service 😡😡😡

2021-05-05My car was towed away from 48th Street and Queens Blvd where it was parked as per parking rules but after parking for about 1.5 hours, this towing company took away my car, to find out the next morning after checking with NYPD Queens Tow Pound that they have no record of it and suggested me to call 311 then they directed me to talk to NYPD 108th Precinct who after checking their records told me that this company towed my car away and gave me three four seven 7292526 who asked me to come with $136.00 cash and gave me their address as 8989 Union Turnpike, Glendale which is about 17 miles away from Sunnyside. Thats in a scary corner which is not at 1453 118th Street, College Point, NY 11356. When I reached at 8989 Union Turnpike, they took my car but my car was broken, would not drive properly, and tires alignment was dislocated and had scratches in many areas of my car. They extorted my $136 by blocking my car until i paid them in cash, gave me no receipt, and spoiled my car. Now I have to repair them all. Why is this illegal activity being allowed to carry on? Shouldnt this be illegal, they get arrested and brought to justice??

2022-05-08They installed dashcam to my car. You can see the cables outside, it’s not a professional work. also they lost one of the piece of the camera and they were almost drilling my car from inside to attach the camera but I stopped them last second:/

2022-06-11They did my 2000 Jeep Wrangler and let me tell you the gentleman that did it was on point sounds amazing all wires hidden they did a great job 👏 would recommend you get what you pay for owner is professionalUpdate so my battery post was loose and I paid way to much for the set up. So I bring it back to get that fixed then the owner says you need more voice ok cool so I came back with out agreement to install anything and had a 350 more dollar bill the owner is sneaky the workers have nothing to do with pricing but the owner should be more professional when installing music ohms and watts should be matched now that’s on the installer don’t go to them way over priced

2021-07-19So I went there last week because I want to get n automatic lock system and Ralfie told me $250.00. I go there today and Ralfie was on vacation. The guy that was going to do my car tells me that I have to pay $800.00. I feel that he was trying to take advantage of me because the man was not there and Im a woman. I will not go back there ever again!

2020-07-27I installed an alarm system for my vehicle at this place a few months ago. Now, I’m having problems with it. Every time, the alarm system loses signal the alarm will activate as I’m getting off the car and won’t stop 🛑😡 This is getting so annoying for me. I could be shopping, parking at night, etc and my alarm 🚨 will go on and don’t stop making impossible for me to leave my car. Also, my vehicle’s door recently got shut due to the alarm and now I can’t open it. Of course, I try to contact this place because I’m supposed to have guarantee due to why I paid (over $600) and the phone number is disconnected. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money and time at this place. It’s not worth it. They are not professional, all they care about is getting paid. After that, you are at your own 😒🤨😑

2018-05-08I stopped there to fix my low beam lights which stopped working suddenly, both of them, I have checked both the fuses and relays but still with no luck, so I stopped by Xtreme Auto Sound on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm, the guy examined the car and performed some test that showed that it was bulbs failure, the manual diagnosis took about 30min, the fixation was done in another 30min ( he only had one bulb and had to order another one).Overall, im very satisfied with their service, the technician was very knowledgeable and professional, got my lights back in one hour or less, on a Sunday afternoon 😎Cheers

2019-02-21Got my sounds system installed. Sounds great. I couldn’t get the owner to budge on the price tho. Paid 600$ for the cables and installiation. I had brought In my own 4 speakers , 2 tweeters , a sub in a box, and an amp.
