2019-07-19Easy to commute by train from NYC and avoid any rush hour traffic. Pawling is a lovely town right across the street from the train station which is a very park-like setting. Main Street is only a few blocks long with several places to eat. You are also near the Appalachian Trail! So, if you are not inclined to buy yarn, there are other activities.The yarn store is spacious and hosted by 2 co-owners who are very gracious. All the yarn I bought was wound for me. The store has a very good selection of yarns and also carries patterns and magazines. The store also carries embroidery thread. So enjoy your visit! P.S. There are 2 locations for overnight stays.

2017-05-28Great yarn, wonderful support from owners Marie and Paula. Hadnt picked up knitting needles and have had a blast creating things. Fun group to knit with. Inspiring to say the least!
