He went above and beyond since the initial encounter. What a true asset to Kia!The previous experience I had did not encourage me to recommend this Kia location . Natalie, Ramon, & Juan were GREAT to work with in purchasing a vehicle. I was becoming very frustrated, and losing hope in getting a vehicle along with the high insurance cost but they wouldn’t give up on me. They got me into a car with no money down. Ramon & Juan was very consistent and wouldn’t let me leave without getting me into a vehicle. I would definitely recommend Natalie, Ramon, & Juan. I took my car here for service for the same issue 3 separate times and got threes different answers as of today its still not fixed there was also a safety recall and no one knows anything about it and theres no resolution to fix it I will never buy another Kia I had to many issues and I bought in 2019 with only 3k miles on it. Does anyone know a good dealership that dont take advantage because your a women.

Scheduled an appointment for 2pm, I drove almost an hour and a half from NJ and arrived by 145pm. When I arrived someone greeted me and informed Noel I was there, he finally came out about 25 minutes later while I was browsing the floor and pretty much tried to push me off to another coworker because he had a client- there was no apology or remorse. Later, I asked the other gentleman for the GVWR of the Kia Carnival and waited another 20 minutes only to locate it myself on the driver door. In the end, I ended up leaving because I then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to coordinate a test drive. It was a horrible dealership experience, the lack of professionalism and respect for my time was astounding.
Best car buying experience weve had so far. Easy, no hassle, no gimmicks, no extra fees that most dealers try to get you for! Best inventory in NYC area. Our Sales representative Melvin Reyes was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely ask for him. Our Finance Manager Christan Acevedo was straight forward, informative, easy to work with and got us out the door quickly with our new Telluride. In and out of the dealer in 3 hours. Keep in mind this was on a Sunday.

I had such a great experience Yonkers Kia. I just purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento and this thing is practically brand new!. Kevin Staton was my sales agent and trust me when I tell you thats the man you want to see! He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and patient (this was my first car purchase and I had a lot of questions). I didnt feel like he tried to push me into a car I didnt want or couldnt afford. And i cant forget about the finance manager Matt. Super friendly and patient (I had a lot of questions for him too). Between both Kevin & Matt I am confident I got the best deal possible.I highly recommend this dealership!If you are looking to purchase a car just go on and take yourself to Yonkers Kia. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and nothing short of a great salesperson! We went in with the intent of shopping prices and ended leaving a deposit for a car - thats when you know a person is good at their job!The process wasnt just a smooth sail, as it never is with leasing but, Brandon made sure to solve all problems that came up.Ps - The fact that this dealership had so many cars at the lot during a car shortage was impressive to begin with. Car prices were higher than before but still lower than most places, given the current economy.All in all, this was a pleasant and easy experience. Ask for Brandon!
I just got my Kia Forte Gt early this afternoon and an employee there by the name Saad was amazing he was patient,professional, and extremely friendly he made everything so easy such as all the paperwork signing and all. If anyone wants to get a Kia go over to central ave in Yonkers and ask for Saad he made the process fast and easy🙏💪💪
Worse used car experience ever. Basically the salesperson pursued me to come in with a promise of a loan approval. Once there she went in the back ran my credit five times to different lenders (found thos out later) and looked me in the eye and swore the car she had sworn was approved (not pre approved) FULL OUT approved with follow up insurance, Vin nos and etc etc. Now its not Yonkers Kia fault that my credit is not the best. Their fault lies in the constant text emailing and phone calls stating that everything was a GO! Anyways be aware!
My salesperson was Lou Gashi!!! and I can tell you my husband and I could not have been happy with our experience. He made our car buying process so weightless and easy. I definitely recommend coming to Yonkers Kia. We got exactly what we wanted and for a better price than other dealerships.
We had a wonderful experience with Yonkers Kia. My husband and I had been looking for an EV6 light for several weeks, with no luck! I contacted Yonkers kia and got in touch with Joe Nuss. He texted me pictures and sent over a contract right away. We had to travel from North Carolina to pick up the car. Joe picked us up at the airport and brought us to the dealership to purchase the car. These cars are in high demand so if it wasn’t for his prompt attention, this would not of happened for us. We would like to thank Joe and Yonkers Kia. We love our new car purchase and can not say enough about their integrity and outstanding customer service.
Our salesman, Jay Greg, and Kia of Yonkers manager Mike Romano were absolutely fabulous! I had inquired about a Telluride and Jay started texting me to find out what I needed, eliminating spending a bunch of time at the dealership. Jay was informative about the car without pushing it. Even with the crazy way cars are selling, Jay and Mike were attentive, always following up and being transparent about the process and status of the car. It even arrived 2 weeks earlier than they estimated. I highly recommend Kia of Yonkers and will be using them again in the future.
My one star is only because of the crazy mark ups they have on some of their vehicles, even when Kia and Hyundai said they did not agree with this practice. There is a list of dealers that people on reddit are putting together so that when this crisis is done we remember the dealers that try to milk costumers. Once this is over we must support those dealers selling at MSRP, those are the only dealers that care about costumers, we will have their backs when this is over. I try to update this review with the link to the list of dealers doing bad to costumers.
I recently got a new 2022 seltos, I wasn’t pleased with my experience in the beginning I was on the phone a lot to get responses, eventually someone called me back asked me to explain what happened and from there things went perfect, I worked with Kevin and he took care of everything really really nice guy he had a smile on his face the entire time me being there, I drove two hours to get there and when I got there before I could even get out the car he poked his head out the door welcoming me which my wife thought was very funny if not for my experience in the beginning I would’ve given 5 stars! Buying a car? Ask for Kevin!
We did our research on the new Kias and knew we wanted one. However, with the current chip shortage and inventory disruptions, it hasnt been easy. We checked with dealerships all through the tri-state area. Every dealership we talked to led to a dead-end. My husband found Yonkers Kia and had luckily got a direct line to one of their associates, Brandon Kohan. Brandon answered all our questions, he and my husband even had message thread going to keep an eye on upcoming inventory. Every time something changed in inventory - Brandon notified us. He treated us with respect, patience, and kindness and that is what gave us enough confidence to make a purchase, same day.Now the part everyone is curious about: pricing. Brandon was transparent from the start. He quoted us final prices and NO hidden fees. He also had an open mind when it came to negotiation.***BUT, HERE IS A CON and it is a big one... Yonkers Kia Finance Department is a MESS, and rude. We had such a bad experience onsite with the finance manager that we REFUSED to work with him. Once we finished everything, we thought we were done. Nope, 5 days later after our purchase, they called us because they dropped the ball and credited us part of our down payment instead of taking it. So we had to stop everything we were doing on a weekday (when we shouldve been done with this transaction) to walk them through the mistake THEY made and how to correct it (they didnt even know what they did). After being interrupted multiple times, they finally listened as we explain where it went wrong and they were able to reverse their mistake and take the deposit. This took a lot of handholding and patience while being talked over.While, I can confidently recommend working with Brandon Kohan, I cant confidently recommend making a purchase with Yonkers Kia.
This all started out with a call from a freindly and honest Natalie Marrero. This woman is amazing. We completed all of the necessary paperwork in a flash. As I went through the process I then met Mr. Juan Vadi. He is the best experience that I have had with any Finance Manager in a dealership. He was patient and made me feel like family. Now for the last but never least there is the Finance Assistant ( Yocariny Duran) that assisted me with insurance and other documentation. She is totaly awesome. She made me laugh and the process was a speedy one. I left with a 2020 Kia Optima in a flash. I recomend the three newest members of my family for anyones car needs, CONTINUE TO BE THE BEST Natalie, Juan and Yocariny!!!! You all ROCK!!!!
Ive been looking for a car for over 5 months, in and out of dealerships, pricing reviews and even got a loan from my credit union. No car I looked at was right for me. I spoke to Joseph Nuss and spoke about what I need in a car and what I want, we went over different types of vehicles and I didnt even think of buying a Kia. Just off a whim to go in and look, a little bit of personal research on my end, and boom. Joe found my car, Kia Niro 2022. He was open and honest about the dates the model would be available, damn chip shortage, and the only loss on my end was the color. I wanted black or blue, they had white. The difference was acceptable.He worked with me, reviewed my options for financing, and did what he could to help save some extra cash. I cant help but feel I walked away with a steal, because I know I did. Great staff, great car, happy me.Also they appreciated the fact I am a veteran, not many companies care about that stuff nowadays, so they made me feel good lol
Over charging on leases and wont honor price on website I was told this as there is a need for cars and can raise prices on the sticker. This was not resolved as I am going the NYS Attorney General to report them. To resolve this a new contract would be nice as they did over charged me.This a follow up on this dealership. Had to bring my 2023 Sportage back with transmission problem brought my Sportage to the service department on Wednesday May 18th and still have not heard from the service department as I called many times. I want the dealership or Kia to buy out my lease. Not very happy!!!!!!
Jose Pena is a lifesaver! After our old car started giving us issues, my wife and I knew it was time for an upgrade. With shortages and everything going on, getting the car we wanted wasn’t easy but Jose came through for us. Was very communicative throughout the process and made the purchase even easier.. After we almost got scammed and turned away by multiple dealers along the way, we were able to get our perfect car all thanks to Jose!

Johnny uceta is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process was fast and easy. I called Mohammed on Monday to inquire about obtaining a new car and by Thursday he handed me the keys! My credit isn’t the best, but Mohammed assured me he could get me in a new car and he delivered on his promise. He worked tirelessly, even on his day off, to get me approved for a loan. He even dropped the car off to me at my job. Talk about customer service!Mohammed is a class act and his customer service skills are second to none. He made me feel valued and not like I was just another sale.He is a credit to Yonkers Kia and very nice man. I feel honored to have met him.
Getting car serviced is like going to the dr….go for one thing and come out with another diagnosis lol. I went for usual service for my car and found out I needed a wheel alignment. Kevin helped out immensely with the unexpected cost of the wheel alignment. He alleviated the financial stress for the day, not only was the car fixed but my pockets wasn’t hurting either.
I went in with the mindset i wasnt going to get any car, Well let me tell you i was attended by Melvin Reyes, Kia specialist. i ended up buying a Pre-owned 2017 BMW 530. The car was in immaculate condition, could be passed of as brand new. Im totally in love with my car! He treated me like family, he tended to all my needs. What can i say, Kia of Yonkers & their entire staff are amazing. Huge thank you to everyone & specially to Melvin Reyes!
I give Yonkers Kia my highest recommendation. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, but their dealer incentives beat any other Kia deal for 100 miles. Add that to the $3000 Kia rebate and I was able to get a very good deal on my new Sedona. The two other Kia dealers I visited didnt come close to offering the price I got at Yonkers Kia. The total buying and financing process was streamlined with the help of my salesman, Mohammed Bseiso. He understood exactly what I was looking for and took care of me with no hard sell and got my deal done in no time. Everything from handling with my trade-in to setting up financing to final delivery was seamless. Mohammed, his manager, the finance team and everybody else at Yonkers Kia are true 5-Star professionals.
Yeah I can’t wait to finish this lease and go back to Hyundai. I had my Kia for 2yrs today and already all these parts and electric problem. I was with Hyundai for 3yrs and NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. I went to Kia because the sale man from Hyundai went there and he help me get my 1st car so I enjoy his experience. Now I know it’s his job to sell car and paint them so pretty in customer eyes. They also have to understand that we are paying customers and looking for a car that will not give us problem. I could had just purchased a car from a junk yard for all that and it would be cheaper. I am upset that I dragged my mother and brother there to get a car and now they are stuck for another year. We will no longer be a Kia family. However thank you god that it wasn’t worse just a lesson learned.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Was made to wait over 3 hours after we decided on a car. We have perfect credit and money to put down but we continued to wait to speak to a finance manager. Ended up contacting another dealer online while waiting and worked out a deal for same car $4000 less down with a lower monthly. Don’t ever go here.

Noel was phenomenal from beginning to end. I typically hate going to car dealerships, but the whole process was seamless. I went to a couple of Kia dealers prior and felt as if I was being taken advantage of. Noel was very honest and professional. Would absolutely contact him to purchase another vehicle in the future.
Leased my car through Kia and overall had a great experience. Looked to finance through them when my lease was over but didn’t have a great experience. Lots of fast talking and pressure so my husband and I went elsewhere. But my review isn’t based on that— it’s based on the fact that i accidentally left my debit card in my Kia when i returned the car and someone that worked there used my card. I know that because the transaction happened not too far from this location and the last time I saw it was in the sun visor of the vehicle. Of course it’s my fault for forgetting it there, but if someone that works at a dealership is willing to use someone elses debit card imagine what else they’ll do that’s lacking integrity. It’s a shame that I actually enjoyed my time with Kia and this is what is making me never return. Go to Yonkers Honda up the street—no pressure and no one stealing your money!

Quite the opposite as a matter of fact.Gladly, after dealing with Noel Paulino at this location, I decided to take my money elsewhere. Important business can rarely be conducted decently without respect or dignity.

I was looking for a 2022 Kia Sorento Plug in Hybrid SUV. Noel Paulino reached out to let me know there was one available. When we arrived for our appointment we were greeted and ushered to see the car right away. Boy it was beautiful to see it and sit inside of it. It was a very pleasant experience overall. I would recommend working with Noel if youre interested in buying a new car.
Shannon is the best! She was so helpful throughout the entire car buying process. We got in touch over the phone first, and I appreciated that she was knowledgeable, responsive and transparent from the start. When we got to the showroom, she greeted us warmly. And even with a few bumps along the way, she was patient and knew exactly what to do to resolve the issue. She was very easygoing with a great sense of humor. My family and I LOVED her. We felt we were very well taken care of, and she deserves 5 stars!I am taking one general star off due to my experience with the person who was completing the financing/signing portion of my visit (not Shannon). He made a joke about my place of employment that was off-putting/not professional (no dude I cant get your wife a discount). He also added an $800+ fee to the cost of the vehicle without being explicit about it. It wasnt even broken out as a line item. Only after *multiple* requests was he able to waive the fee. My family and I really did not appreciate that, especially after such a positive experience otherwise.
My husband and I scheduled a test ride for our potential future vehicle at this location. When we arrived to the dealership we barely got any welcoming greeting until finally a rep noticed us which is when we informed them of our appointment. The person who we had our appointment with was not there, so we were taken cared of by the sales person who happened to notice us. Long story short, the sales rep was not enthusiastic at all, barely had any knowledge about the features of the vehicle and had no sense of urgency in inviting us back to see the model we wanted to see in person. Coming from a sales background myself, I was not impressed by the service we received. If anyone is considering getting a kia, dont go to the one on central Ave in yonkers.
I checked out Yonkers Kia looking for a K5 and was introduced to a salesperson named Shannon. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of their inventory. She was willing to work with us within our price range and made the buying process smoother than I expected. She even went out of her way to deliver the car to my home which is all the way in New Haven CT. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family, which I did. Thank you, Shannon!
Had a great experience with SAAD. I was in the final stages of solidifying a deal with another Kia Dealership and wanted to verify my options literally while I was at the other dealership. SAAD got back to me ASAP and we were able to make a deal in a matter of minutes. He also promised a free detail whenever I brought my car back since their car detailing team had left for the evening. I wasn’t a fan of Kia’s but I’m happy with my GT Line.
Great experience, was met at the door and helped by Rey. He answered all my questions about the car shortage that is going on at the moment. Rey was also great at helping transfer my insurance from vehicle to vehicle. Was in & out the dealership in less than 3 hours with my brand new Sportage.
My husband and I were referred to Yonkers Kia by close friends. We were in the market for a new family car and fell in love with the Telluride. Our salesperson Benji helped us make an informed decision and was able to secure us a great deal. He made us feel confident about our choice and we were very happy with the process. The dealership was clean and the salesman adhered to Covid guidelines. The sales manager Nelson made us feel welcomed as well. This is a family friendly dealership and one that we would recommend to friends and family.
My second time visiting this location and both time I had bad experience with the service there. A dealership that I will never recommend to anybody. It seems like the management should look into the way their should treat customers. First experience happened when me and my friend went there to get a telluride and they had the car initially when all of a sudden my friend said zero down lease the car disappeared and told us they will call us when they have more cars. Never received any calls. Next experience I was called by an agent to confirm my test drive appointment for are 2022 Sorento. I got there for the appointment and the agent was like we have no cars. If thats the case then someone should have called me to tell me that dont come down for a test drive. No apologies nothing. Rude behavior
We leased a Kia Telluride last weekend from Kia Yonkers and had an amazing experience working with Shannon!! She went out of our way to make our experience seamless, texted me photos of the cars the had in the stock, even got all my car insurance lined up. The next day she called to check in and make sure we were loving the new car! HIGHLY recommend!
I recently bought a 2019 Kia Sportage LX , my sales representative Mr. Lee was extremely courteous and helpful, through the entire process.He was surprised I did not wanted to take a test drive of the vehicle, and insisted I drive the vehicle before purchasing it. I am very happy with the deal I struck with Mr. Lee and I am extremely grateful for his help and guidance and getting the vehicle ready for pickup.
So I promised I make this review if I left out of here with the car I wanted(2021 Forte). I a man of my word and so is Melvin Reyes!!!I’ve literally NEVER had or seen such a smooth transaction. It was literally 1,2,3 BOOM I’m in a car!! Mel made me feel like I was talking to a friend or family member. His question weren’t invasive or prying. My experience has exceeded all my expectations. I came into this location looking to buy my perfect car. Luckily for me Levi was helping me during the process and between his great sense of humor and his attentiveness the process was as smoove as ever. This is my second car and i got everything i wanted for a great price! Please do yourself a favor and come to this location. Everyone is nice they work with you to get the best deal possible and you will be driving out of here with your dream car. TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !
While I love my car (bought in 2016) I do not love the service here. Sometimes it is wonderful and others it sucks. Too inconsistent for me. On top of it, sometimes you get a call 15 to 45 minutes before they close saying that you have to pick up your car and if you do not get it right then and there you wont be able to pick it up until either the next day or the day after (especially when you dropped it off the day before).When purchasing also make sure to read out everything, make sure you are not paying double for something that is stayed to be included and get in writing explicitly everything they promise to do for your car. But really I wouldnt get the extra insurance, not worth it in the long run. Overall 2/5 for this kia shop.
I had a great experience buying the car and going through the process of actually getting the car. They were attentive and fast.My problem started with the DMV department and getting my plates and registration. It has been 54 days since I drove the car off the lot. I still do NOT have my plates and registration and am 11 days over my temporary plate expiration date. They said they didn’t have my social and we’re calling the wrong number (my father) for information to hurry the process along.It was an exciting great experience that’s now just a massive headache for a car I can’t legally drive on the road but pay >$300 a month for.
Wonderful experience at Yonkers Kia !At the time when most of the dealers are closed altogether , the service at Kia was outstanding. My lease was expiring and before I realized that it was to late the manager Joel called himself and arranged everything. All paper work was done without a hitch, the price was awesome and Joel went out of his way to find a car to my liking with a color of my choice. The car was delivered promptly to my home to swap with the old one.I love my new car and thank you Yonkers Kia for the great service!

In a year where there is a shortage of new cars, I was so happy to have the help of Brandon Kohan. The car we wanted wasnt available so we put down a small deposit to reserve the car. When it arrived we were on vacation, but Brandon made sure to hold the car for me until we returned a week later (even though it is a car in high demand). Brandon was easy to work with, responsive, and not at all pushy. Very happy with the experience and the car!
A family member recommended me to go to this Kia as they had a smooth experience a couple of years ago when they bought a car there. They actually joined me when I went to look at the 2021 Sorento.It was an underwhelming experience. We had told the sales person that we were interested in paying cash and were not interested in financing. And he kept bringing us prices that dealt with financing. I understand that as a business they make more money on financing but stop pushing something we don’t want. And follow-up was terrible. I had to be the one to reach out to get an answer. Constantly chasing a salesman? No thanks.Long story short, prices were switched up on us and not what was agreed on. We went to Northeast Kia in White Plains and had a better experience and received a better deal. Yonkers Kia is a good one, with people who are willing to work with you, some people may have gotten bad days from here but when it comes to getting what you want and being happy about it, I am satisfied with what this dealership offered. Me and my wife had a 2016 Sorento, with 7 months left of the lease and gave us the 2018 Sorento fully loaded.Andrew (Sales Mang.) was great and understanding. Willing to work with us, with what we wanted and made sure we were satisfied. Bennie (Finance) was also a great help and down to earth guy. Not to mention I went there late after work with my children and they have an awesome waiting area there for kids and TV. Thanks to everyone for their help, work and effort to getting us our 2018 Sorento!

Had been eyeing the Kia Stinger since it came out and finally pulled the trigger. My salesperson Jose was very professional and well informed about the model I wanted. From my past car buying experience salesman can be pushy, especially about extended warranties and the like. I was happy to see that the staff here did not try to push some extended warranty or other extras on me. After my own research I had an idea of what interest rate id be approved for, however when it came to financing the finance manage Chris was able to beat the interest rate id originally received. The manager, Nelson personally thanked me and congratulated me on my new car as the car was prepared and washed. Overall it was my first positive car buying experiencing where I didnt feel like I got taken for a ride. Loving my new Stinger and happy to have worked with Yonkers Kia to make this happen

Previously I brought my Soul in for a warranty repair and had such a great experience that I came back when I was look for a new car. DO NOT BUY/GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!We bought our 2020 Kia Soul in because the “engine service” light was on. They said it was because of bad gas and we had to pay to flush it. When we called the corporation, they said Yonkers Kia reported metal pieces in the engine oil - which is not caused by “bad gas”. This should be under warranty, but Yonkers Kia is charging us $900 and, almost a MONTH later, we still don’t have our car. We are not only making payments on a car we don’t have, but they didn’t even offer us a loaner car or a way to make it right.Please, I implore you, don’t buy from here/get it serviced here. I am heartbroken and I wish there was a way to get out of the loan.By the way, if you notice their response to the one/two star reviews, notice how they’re the same responses? They don’t care.
As a female looking to purchase a vehicle in the car industry it can be very intimidating but my sales person Benjamin Deleon changed my perspective. He was super professional yet welcoming. Made me feel at ease with such a big purchase. Made sure he thoroughly explained all my concerns and the features on the vehicle. In others words giving you the run around.I finally got my car 6/8/21After 3 months of having my carNow the engine needs to be replaced!!!🤬 Bunch of crooks!!!!!I texted my salesman RAMON he ignored meNow my car is sitting in a dealer in bkThey sold me a lemon!!!!!!!I will never recommend nobody to Kia YonkersThey lie to the costumersI reached out to Kia which was a waste of time too. Bad business! Now they disclosed that my car model is part of a class action lawsuit.Hopefully they going to get to the bottom because I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Ordering a car from Yonkers was an absolute nightmare. After putting money down, I was quoted 5-8 weeks for delivery. Instead, it was 3 months before they could get me a VIN. When my car finally arrived 3 weeks after that? They sold it to someone else, probably because my salesperson was out sick. Stay far, far away!
I would like to commend the staff at Yonkers Kia and most notably Lou Gashi for his excellent service. Lou was extremely courteous, flexible, honest, and clearly provided great attention to detail when it came to the purchase of my new vehicle. Buying a car can be really stressful, however the environment established at Yonkers Kia and especially Lou made it that much easier. They tell you what you want to hear very appeasing on the ears but if they have to order parts or perform service on your vehicle that involves parts that has to be ordered they will lie to you about the availability of your vehicle and just constantly have you do the runaround.

I worked with Lou Gashi to get my car and unfortunately had a very difficult experience. While he was helpful in finding me the car that I wanted, he was difficult to speak to and very hard to work with. I was charged more than I agreed to when purchasing the car and the address on my paperwork was wrong. I did not receive information from my bank for the loan or from the DMV still (it has been 3 months since purchasing the car). I had to come back in multiple times (the car I purchased was dirty inside and had to get it cleaned, and I was owed money). Mohammed was excellent in solving the problems. Everyone I speak to on the phone to solve my problems is very rude and argumentative. I will not be bringing my car back here or reccomending this dealership to anyone.They also asked to rate them 5 stars before even closing a deal or leaving the dealership. Seems very unethical to me.... ratings should be based on real experiences, not because they feel pressured into doing so.
I have been a loyal Kia customer since 2012, and have had several wonderful experiences with the Kia dealership in Mahwah (when it was still there) and Ramsey. When I was at the end of my lease this past August, I thought I would have the same experience with Yonkers Kia. I was able to work with the sales representative and secure a deal in which my mile overage from my previous lease would be forgiven upon re-leasing with Kia. I drove my car home in the beginning of August a happy customer. Unfortunately, that is where the nightmare began. I have been getting phone calls from Kia Finance since August to alert me that I have been charged for the mile overage from my previous lease. In speaking with Yonkers Kia, they have assured me time and time again that they would cover this mileage (I even have it in writing from several employees), and that they will settle the charge with Kia finance. This has NOT happened and I am now days away from being sent to collections. I am going to be forced to pay $3,500 that was NOT in the deal that I signed in August because of their negligence. I have sent countless emails, called numerous times, and yet this still has not been resolved. I never ever write reviews, let alone bad ones, but I have never experienced anything like this. STAY AWAY from this Kia!! Go to any other Kia in the area. I would rather drive across 3 states to another Kia dealership than ever go to this Kia again.
I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership in my life with Alex Bifna and Shannon Lemon. I went in there thinking I would never be able to afford a new car but I left with a beautiful brand new sorento. My new car is so beautiful and drives like a dream.Shannon spent so much time with me and never once looked agitated with all of my many questions. Not once did I feel like I was with a “salesperson”. She really helped me and understood my needs being a single mom and what I needed in a vehicle and made it happen at the right price. Just purchased a telluride from Joe. He told me to order one that I exactly wanted instead of settling for something I didn’t want. I was skeptical at first because other dealers were telling me they cant order but I took Joes word and I was able to get the car I really wanted.
What a bazaar experience. Went in to look at some hybrid cars… was given the run around. Was told we were test driving a hybrid only to find out it was not a hybrid after looking at the detail sheet in the car. Not really sure the scam they’re running here, but luckily we saw right through it. Go else where.

On 8/2/2021, I went in to this business to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle in question was falsely advertised for a certain amount, when in fact, upon signing they snuck in a different price. After informing the Salesman and manager of the error, they proceeded to claim that the original MSRP amount, and (the only figure mentioned at the time of purchase), was actually not in fact the price of the vehicle. Instead, Yonkers Kia took it upon themselves to add a premium over the sales price because of a car shortage in which I also was also not informed of. The salesman, finance representative, and manager also failed to explain the details of this or explain any other details within the contract in general, and took advantage of the language barrier coercing me to sign documents I did not understand or approve of. DISHONEST AND SNEAKY, PLEASE AVOID!
Today, my sunroof would not close. After trying everything it would still not close. I drove in the rain to the Yonkers Kia office. The service department was closed, but the sales office was open. I expressed my frustrating sunroof situation to sales rep. Johnny and sales manager Matt. Who were so HELPFUL!! They were able to close the sunroof in time for the rain this evening. Thank you Kia sales team for going above and beyond your duties.
Julio Grullon made the experience of buying my Kia easy. I went to 4 other dealerships before coming to Kia. You have great customer service, I felt no pressure, and the overall transaction went smoothly. I did not feel rushed about purchasing my vehicle, even though they had to drive 1 hour to a different lot to pick the car I wanted fully equipped with leather seats and a moon roof. When it came to pickup the 2020 Kia Niro EV the process was quick and less than 30 minutes to finalize everything.Helped us in getting a great lease deal for a newer model year vehicle than what was advertised. I visited this dealership with my father last week and we were helped by a man named Joseph. When he went to run numbers, he came back with astronomical amounts for a down payment ($3900) that he said did not include taxes and fees, along with monthly payments of $302 for a 48 month lease. When asked to explain what the down payment included, he simply said the total. When asked what was the total, he repeated the total. When we told him that we would not be getting the car for another 1.5 months, he tried to scare us by saying the car would not be available at that time because there would be no more in stock. This isnt my first car and it is for sure not my fathers first car, so we both knew that was a lie. He also went on to say that Chevy was giving out cars without chips in them as a way to discourage us from looking at the trailblazer, which also made no sense. Neither my father nor I could be persuaded to buy the car at this time so we left. Additionally, I knew that the numbers he gave us just didnt add up. Fast forward to today, my father went to a different kia dealership and got numbers for the exact same car and model we were looking at at this dealership. The numbers my father got: no money down for far less monthly payments.It is very difficult to not believe that we were targeted because we are Black. There would be no other explanation for the numbers Joseph produced. There has been research and stories done on car dealerships overcharging Black customers and this is a clear example.I would not recommend this dealership for any Black person who is looking to lease or finance a car. Please go elsewhere.
Every car dealer Is trying to make up for loss revenue during covid. If you got a price break consider yourself lucky. They even have the gall to charge a premium, which means the car is popular. About 4k. IT IS NOT JUST KIA. The truck i wanted was a 2 month wait. Settled on a Nissan Murano. If you can wait until January, WAIT FOR THE CLEARANCE SALES.
We went to The dealership at 7 pm on Friday night to buy my son a car. Even though the dealership closed an hour later, the staff accommodated us beyond what we expected. They drove to the Bronx and moved 12 cars so we could have the car that night rather than having to return the next day (my son couldn’t be there on Saturday to receive his first brand new car if we had to wait). They had an employee return to the dealership to run the necessary safety diagnostic tests. Our salesperson Benjamin even hand washed the car so it was clean (we understood that cleaning was not an option that late, yet it was done). Mike, Matt and Mohammed Also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We left the dealership at 10:30 pm. There were no games while running the numbers or at the end when we signed the contract. This was the easiest and best experience we ever had buying a new car. The owner of this dealership has a great crew. I hope He/she realizes what hidden gems work there. You have no idea how thrilled my son is with his Kia Forte GT!

I just purchased a Chrysler 300S and I am super excited and satisfied. I went in looking for a car and was blessed enough to be help by Terry Michel. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, he was open to negotiations and assured me that if I wanted the car I would have it that same day. I could not believe it but thats exactly how it worked out, I drove away in the car the same day. He called the insurance, got the car inspected and cleaned inside and out in a few hours. The manager was also a great help and the financial officer went above and beyond to call different banks to get me the best loan rates. Yonkers KIA will have my business for many many years. Loved it and highly recommend it!!
Called to find out if Dealer can Re-program key fob and was told yes, Now tried to scheduled an appointment and also find out the cost of it, I was told well you can do it yourself if you “GOOGLE IT”.Called the locksmith guys they was able to do it and of course you need a machine to the job. Lucky I called them also cuz I know I saved myself a pretty penny.

Unfortunately my experience at Yonkers Kia was very undesirable. Kia as a manufacturer is great overall. Great milage, great quality & great design. But at Yonkers Kia I feel like I was taken advantage of. Upon financing a vehicle from here, not only was the vehicle marked up nearly $7,000, extended warranty/service contracts were added into my finance plan without my knowledge adding another $5,000. Nothing was itemized on the RIC. Even though I asked to get an itemized list, they insisted only on verbally explaining it. A car that shouldve been $25k turned out to be $37k. I will never recommend this Kia to anyone due to the very suspicious activity going on. Unfortunately I fell victim to it.

Where can i start? after being denied by everyone and being turned away I literally received a call from an Angel whose name happens to be Natalie who assured me I wouldnt leave empty handed, i was so discouraged after going to five other places but she promised me id have an option regardless of the outcome! I went through the entire process of looking up a Kia Soul GT that I really wanted for my dad. Worked out a very good deal and was very excited. I was told by the sales manager that he would contact me as soon as the vehicle came in. Fast forward to one week later and he ghosted me with no explanation. Have his personal number and all. He just stopped replying to my text messages or even answering my calls with no word back on the vehicle. Very unprofessional. Called up Hyundai dealer...got an even better deal for better vehicle and picked it up the same day. My dad purchased a Kia from the same dealership not even 6 months ago and had a similar bad experience and should have learned his lesson. Yonkers Kia has lost business from an entire family. Thanks for the worst customer service you have to offer.
I had a awesome experience purchasing my Sorrento at Yonkers Kia! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to quite a few dealerships in the tristate area, but passed as salesman were too pushy and trying to sell me left over vehicles. Lou gashi was professional, kind and courteous to MY needs. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Melvin and Carlos in purchasing our first used car together. Professional, transparent and accommodating, Melvin even went as far as putting aside the car for us once we established we wanted to buy it and allowed us to pay a minimal down payment. He got all the quirks we found with the car (which was not a lot) fixed immediately. Most of the cars at this dealership have a very good Carfax history, which shows their cars have been well-maintained by their previous owners. A great team to work with, we will definitely be back in the future!
Made an appointment over the phone for an oil change, arrived on time and a gentlemen outside asked for my name to check against a list and handed me a ticket. I walked into the service center and waited. 2 hours later I walk to the front desk requesting an update since its an oil change and they tell me I needed to talk to them so they know the cars here to be worked on. The gentlemen outside failed to let me know I had to hand the card to them essentially wasting 2 hours of my time, they need to put signs somewhere or update their system so the customer at least knows to check-in twice. I know its not a luxury dealer but still this was a lackluster experience. I will try again knowing to check-in inside as well as outside but if the person outside fails to tell me again I need to check-in indoors this review will stay at 2 stars.
Sal Mayorga made my experience of turning in my lease and getting a new vehicle an easy one especially that we can not go into the showroom. He was very helpful, honest and was willing to work with me on the price making sure I got the best deal possible. Horrendous customer service. I came in to lease a car (Kia Seltos). I had spoken to Ashley for over a week about this particular vehicle. Received emails confirming what I wanted and showing me the available options. I made an appointment for 10 am. When I arrived no one was really on the floor. A gentleman sitting at back came to me asking if I had an appointment, I say yes. He looks me up and says my appointment is with Jhonny. I told him, I only spoke to Ashley but ok. He then says that Jhonny is running a bit late, should be arriving in 5 minutes... 20 minutes later, Jhonny enters. 1st nuiscance... Jhonny then asks what car am I looking for, I tell him... He says they dont have that car in stock and he doesnt know when it will be back in stock... At this point Im livid. I explain to him that Ashley called me the night before after 6pm to confirm and mentioned the car I was interested in... He says I dont know why she would tell you that, she must not have checked the inventory. He also says they sold the last Seltos the night before. He tells me he doesnt know what to tell me, shows me the computer and says Just in case you dont believe me, let me show you the inventory There just seemed to be lack of care from the beginning. No one checked the inventory before I drove out of my way there. Arriving 20 min late without an apology. Then not even a try to tell me about any other vehicle of similar size.. I received more customer service on the phone from another Kia dealership than I did here in person...Welp, I drove up the block the same day and another dealer got the sale that Yonkers Kia clearly didnt care about.Thanks a lot
I had a 5-star experience with salesperson Mohammad Bseiso. He was absolutely no-nonsense and straight to the point. He respected my boundaries regarding budget and didn’t try to upsell me etc... He was also very helpful in handling my insurance switch and even helped out with arranging pick up of my rental car. Shout out to Matt from finance, very straight forward which I appreciate! I worked with John McCabe on a few options and he kept me informed and without even going to the dealership. Once I got there he went all the way though all cars I looked that and test drove every single one. My family has had Kia for several years now but we have been to Yonkers Kia because we didn’t hear a lot of good reviews from them so we were a little skeptical. We came here because they had the exact car we wanted. When we came we were greeted by everyone in the facility and it made me feel very welcomed. Our sales person was Moon. From the start he was straight up and didn’t make us feel like we were wasting our time, we were able to figure out a deal without hassle. Overall I’ve been to other dealerships and so far the best experience I’ve ever had was here at Yonkers Kia. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to have a great experience and drive off with exactly what you want at the price that makes you happy.

I am thoroughly impressed with the manner in which Carlos Molina at Yonkers Kia worked with me. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answer every one of my questions, and tend to all concerns that came up during the process. I made this purchase at the start of the 2020 pandemic which meant additional precautions had to be taken. Delivery was a part of the pandemic precautions and it was smooth. 2022-05-03Leased a brand new 2022 K5 July 2022. Not even two days with the car and the check engine light goes on. The car has been back at the service department now there’s times and issue still isn’t resolved. This past third time Yonkers Kia kept my car for 3 weeks and claimed the car was fixed. Not even 20 minutes after picking the “fixed” car up check engine light came on again. On top of all of that in the 3 weeks Yonkers Kia had my car not one person called to give me an update on the vehicle. Again I’ve had the car for less than a year and the check engine light has now come on 4 times while claiming to have fixed the issue. Would not recommend buying or servicing your car at this dealership. Not only have they not fixed the reoccurring issue but upon pick up of my vehicle I noticed they also damaged all 4 of my rims with major scratches and dents.

2022-06-29Great experience with the team over at Yonkers Kia. My salesperson, Joe Nuss, was fantastic. No BS, and super knowledgeable about the vehicles. He knew everything and then some about my new electric Kia and was great throughout the whole process (which we all know is not a quick one…) They are marking up their vehicles, but compared to the “pay it or leave” attitude I’ve experienced elsewhere, they’re at least reasonable given the crazy times we’re living in. This time I went Brandon was my sales associate and he was truly a blessing. He was patient funny helpful honest and graceful. He made me and my family feel like we were at home. He made us comfortable didn’t rush us and made sure that no matter how long it took we were leaving happy and with knowledge of what we were signing for. I truly appreciate BRANDON for all his help. We didn’t leave with 1 but left with 2 cars. It was all thanks to him!!

2022-02-04This is strictly for the service department.. Im scared to even attempt to buy a car from this place. But service is the worst. We dropped a vehicle off January 11, today is Feb 4 and when we call to get an update on the service they say “ we will call you back in a few min.” It’s been weeks and now as I write this I’m on the phone waiting for someone to answer, before I was put on hold young lady that answered needs to learn phone manners, I been on hold for over 20 minutes. Still nothing and still no idea what’s up with this car. I highly recommend Everyone NOT to service your car at Kia Yonkers. They definitely are not respectful, courteous, and genuine

2022-06-03I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager Vincent who was not only knowledgeable, he was honest and more than fair with the up charge costs of the Kia. I highly recommend anyone looking to shop for a Kia to go here. I’ve called around to many other locations but this was the only location that does not price gouge as ridiculously high as the others have and does not push other cars that you’re not interested in. I understand the market and the reasons why for the up charge but this place by far is the best!!! Don’t waste you’re time looking elsewhere!!! Thanks again Vincent!!!
