Dr Connelly and staff were truly amazing! From the polite greeting upon entry to being seated and cared for.I was blown away by the professionalism emitted by all workers. They’ve cultivated a very stable environment that makes you feel at home while getting top notch treatment.The level of knowledge and resources available to inform you of diagnosis and treatments were understandable and easy to follow.Truly was a pleasure being their patient for 2+ yrs, and I would HIGHLY recommend them for new patients.
I recently visited Yorktown Dental Group for a consultation. All of the associates working in Dr. Connellys office were very friendly, comforting, and helpful. The doctor was thorough as well as informative regarding his assessment and explanation for a plan moving forward to achieve my dental goals.
Dr. Greene’s office was 100% accommodating when I called with a dental emergency. Upon arrival, everyone is following Covid protocol & all staff, especially Dr. Greene are super caring and supportive!
The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Connelly is terrific with young ones; he helps them understand exactly what they can expect with when getting impressions and other procedures, and he explains and gives fantastic tips for maintaining and managing new braces and other orthodontic appliances. We highly recommend Yorktown Dental Group!
Doctor I and his assistant is lovely. They are professional and try to make you comfortable. Doctor I tells you the real deal and do not try to sugar coat. The front desk staff is also professional. See you soon Dr I, one more to go.

Horrible. 0/10Dr. Greene improperly placed a cap on my tooth. (Too wide percolating a horrible taste and was stabbing my gums) when I tried to explain instead of fixing he jumped to a root canal. Went for a second opinion and the doctor agreed it was done wrong, no root canal was needed. Yorktown dental group has refused to bill my insurance back for their malpractice costing me $850. Avoid this dentist office at all costs they will butcher your teeth.
Office staff was pleasant. Filling out online forms saved me from sitting in the office longer than necessary. Dr. Greene and the hygienist worked well together to get my teeth cleaned and get me on my way.
Dr. Howard was great. Very caring and did not try to rush me out like many others try to do. It was obvious by our conversation that he was genuinely trying to fix my tooth issue. The staff at Yorktown Dental are awesome too. Always go above and beyond when helping you with future appointments.
My Family Has been going to Yorktown dental office for over 20 years. Service and attention to the work that they do it’s always been top quality. Flexibility not just for visiting but for payment options are well done.
Our entire family goes to Dr. Hisiger - he is the best dentist. Dr. Hisiger and his assistant are both extremely kind and make even the most fearful patient comfortable. Dr. Hisiger is involved in every aspect of his patients care including doing the cleanings. He provides thorough dental care and does not recommend unnecessary costly procedures. Would highly recommend Dr. Hisiger.
Dr. Greene is the by far the best dentist around. He has a great personality and makes you feel at ease and relaxed throughout difficult procedures. I would not go to anybody else but Dr. Greene!!
If you want a GREAT experience with a dentist go to Dr. Connelly. He is truly amazing! I was referred to him by my primary dentist for some additional work, and have been going to him ever since! He is one of the BEST dentist I have ever been to. He is patient, extremely kind and good at what he does. He gives you all the information you need to know and his work is impeccable! From the first day I went to him he has been nothing but efficient and that is rare these days! I will forever recommend him because he knows what hes doing and does an excellent job every time! His staff are all very helpful and kind and I will continue to go to Dr. Connolly and when I have kids they will go to him as well. He is a great dentist!

Dr. Hisiger is always thorough and gentle and courteous. I went in to check on a possible abcess and it was diagnosed and treated expeditiously. I am a patient there for a couple of years and never had a problem with their work. I have confidence in Dr Hisiger and his assistant.

I felt safe and all were wearing protective gear.Along with that there was a very elderly man ahead of me while I was checking in. He may have gotten a little confused with the process but the office staff had such patience, kindness and compassion with him. It warmed my heart to see this especially during these crazy times.

I have been going here since I was 5 years old. No other dentist will ever compare to Dr. Greene. The office staff is amazing, they make every visit a welcoming, pleasant experience. I have had everything from braces, surgery, root canals, infections where I should have lost teeth but didnt, due to their care. My dental issues are hereditary. Would go no where else.
I have been seeing Dr. Steven Greene at Yorktown Dental for more than 25 years. He has always been very helpful in maintaining my teeth. He also does this quickly and efficiently. Rarely have I needed to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. When I have had emergencies (ie a broken tooth) either he or one of his colleagues has seen me on the same day that I have called. He considers cost when recommending treatments and presents the options and relative benefits. The support staff are very professional and accommodating.
The visit was very disappointing to say the least, hardly any sanitizer but one at the entrance, had a bit of an attitude, they seemed disorganized when it comes to scheduling appointments and made a mistake when they scheduled my sons and because of it we ended being there for two hours. We were not happy with this Dental office, I even cancel my upcoming appointment.
I have been going to Yorktown dental group for many years now. I can not speak highly enough in regards to the many experiences I have had. The staff is nothing but friendly and personable. They have worked with me in regards to large amounts due for my dental needs and have been flexible, understanding as well as provide me with guidance on discount programs that are offered in the dental world. Making an appointment has been effortless with catering to my only availability being first thing in the a.m. my dentist, Adam, is educated, knowledgable and has offered me many options and recomendations with my dental needs. Again, I highly recommend Yorktown dental and encourage all to consider utilizing their service .

Office clean and prepared for pandemic. We have been patients at this office for many, many years; I currently fall in a high risk category for COVID-19 so I was very concerned about the potential for exposure and somewhat reluctant to come in for a visit - but a toothache dictated otherwise. Dr.Hisiger was able to fix my problem right away. The on-line forms were not difficult to complete. Overall, I felt that the risk was well mitigated and my problem was solved.

We are very happy with our dentist Dr. Ortiz. However your billing department attempted several times to overcharge me by $695.00. That is a big problem especially when I brought it to their attention they were defensive & rude when they should be apologizing BIG TIME! I would recommend anyone going there get the procedure codes & check cost with insurance provider!

Dr. Ortiz was amazing! Gentle, thorough. She was fun to talk to which made me relax, because going to the dentist is not at all a favorite pastime of mine. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Greene and his staff are wonderful. Was there recently for the build up of a tooth that I recently had a root canal on. Dr. Greene and his dental assistant made the time that I was in the chair painless and pleasant.
I went to Yorktown dental for the very first time... they took me as an emergency visit. In the beginning I was so nervous but at the end Dr. Hisinger and staff made me feel so comfortable. Hes very kind and funny. Def going back!!
This has been by far the most unprofessional unorganized, and very displeased dentist office. Donna front desk speaks down to patient and they don’t follow up promptly to dental care. Do not recommend!!! Awful place of business.
Love this dental group been with them 15 plus years no pain friendly. I’ve tried others due to travel requirements but I always end up right back here. Simple efficient clean and most of all no pain.

I have been a patient for 15-20 plus years. Dr. Chon was my previous DDS at the group but she has moved on. After bouncing around to several associates over the past year or two I have finally found a great replacement in Dr. Lopez. She is kind, gentle and very competent. A great asset to the group.
My first time going the appointment went well, however trying to make any follow ups have been very difficult. On 2 occasions I spoke with a young man who was not accommodating at all. After telling him I was having an issue he still did not try to fit me into the schedule. I would say if youre looking for flexibility dont go here. If not important to you, there ok otherwise.
They cancelled my appointment last minute (the morning of) o saying the dentist wouldnt have enough time for the procedure (it was the last appointment on a saturday). Now I have to wait 2 months for another appointment. They should have known how long it would take when the scheduled me 2 months ago. Very unprofessional. In this case the dentist should have stayed the extra half hour given their oversight.

Very prompt with appointment times. Office personnel is very friendly and helpful. The Dental staff from the Techs to the Dentist are terrific at what they do.
This group performed a root canal on me that took 3 office visits totaling 9 hours over two weeks. In the end the Dentist who had been struggling to perform the root canal for 8 hours had to call in another Dentist who finished the operation in a matter of seconds. Afterwards they didnt recommend that the exposed tooth needed a crown nor try to set that extremely essential component of the operation up, not that I would have wanted anything to do with them after my experience.If youre looking for air headed staff who seem like theyre still working on an associates degree, this is the dentistry for you. They will overcharge you, waste your time and dismiss you without going through proper procedures, protocols, or followup.

If you want to be treated like a piece of garbage, this is your dental group. They have no respect for a patient which is a consumer.They scream at you and then do not have the ability to tell you honestly who they are. And please dont have an emergency the only thing they do is fill you with anesthesia and the next day your in pain.

Office staff is very rood and not knowledgable. This office will do anything for money like tell you that you they accept your plan when they dont and refuse to work with you after. Equipment is not up to date and office is old and not very clean. They dont emergency appointments either.
My last visit was pleasant and quick. I did not have to wait a long time to be treated.

2021-06-29Entire office staff is always professional, courteous, and caring. Dr. Greene was very attentive to areas of sensitivity, and his calm, amiable personality helped to assuage my anxiety as he explained a problem with a capped molar. Heather (his assistant) was also friendly, professional, and efficient. I was impressed with how organized the front desk staff was with being able to obtain endodontists that accept both mine and my husbands dental plans, and then made calls to verify the info, all the while ensuring my privacy. I do recommend Yorktown Dental Group.

I felt completely safe and truly appreciated this office making me feel so secure and comfortable! I appreciated a last-minute appointment as I had chipped my front tooth! I am always pleased with Dr. Howard who attended to me with great care.

2021-11-15This office is amazing...Dr. Connelly and his staff are wonderful. From the moment I scheduled and visited the office for a consult for aligners, until the day they installed them, was a real treat. Ive just begun my treatment and am excited to see results. The install process was a smooth one for me...Dr. Connelly and his assistants explained everything to me and did not allow me to leave their office until I felt comfortable with installing/removing my aligners. One thing I like about this group (and Dr. Connelly) is that they keep you INFORMED throughout your entire orthodontic process. Telling me what to expect during the install process was key for me (i.e., Im doing this now, Youre going to feel this at this time, and asking me How do you feel?) made me feel very at ease. I would recommend this office to any person (young or older) to receive orthodontic treatment. And Oh, Did I mention that my 3 children are also under his care for treatment??? Thank you Yorktown Dental!!!

2021-09-23I have been going to Dr. Hisiger for many years. I trust his judgment. Over time, I’ve had several fillings fall out, and his approach was always to try and save the tooth. He takes the time to explain things and answer all my questions. He and his staff are professional, courteous, and patient. Dr. Hisiger has a very calm demeanor, which helps sometimes. He has many family pictures on the wall of the examining room, which adds a nice warm personal touch!

2021-03-12The office was clean , bright and neat. The staff was attentive and polite. I was very pleased with the cleaning I had done. Heather was a true professional and very kind. Dr Greene was professional and gentle as well.The only question I have about the cleaning is if flossing is a part of the service, mine was not done. Everything else seemed to be standard and on par.

2021-01-27Dr. Greene always takes care of any dental problem I have. He is very thorough, takes his time, and communicates clearly as to what he is going to do. He is also very pleasant and receptive to my feelings about the treatment needed. I have always been happy with all the work he has done on my teeth. I give him a 5!

2020-09-17Dr Indriolo at the Yorktown Dental Group has always performed excellent work on my teeth! I have been going there for many years. He always diagnoses things correctly, if I need a filling or a tooth restoration, his injections are not painful and are spot on in lasting, and he always tell me accurately how long numbness, etc. will last. He has been meticulous in making sure the crowns I have had placed are perfect in fit and appearance, and I never feel rushed to give feedback on the comfort or fit of the crown. He continuously checks with you during procedures if you’re doing all right. Recently, his Technician, Jen has also helped with A temporary crown and is also very friendly and competent, doesn’t make you feel rushed, and wants to insure a good fit. The front office staff is very friendly and efficient - Donna in particular checking insurance matters, etc. I get helpful appointment reminders. I’m over 65 now, so over the years, I had previously been to two other dental offices, and this is by far the best!
