YourCare Medical Supply is top notch. Tim was quick and efficient in getting me my CPAP supplies and ensured he went over every detail so that I was well informed. The office staff is very friendly and the place is clean and well organized. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

YourCare called me for an appointment within 24 hours of receiving my prescription. Tim walked me through the whole process, explaining the different mask styles, machine, cleaning, etc. and answered all of my questions. I was really impressed with the customer service and expertise of the staff.
So far, so good. The staff was very friendly and did a great job explaining the CPAP machine to me. Have dealt t with other providers in the past but this one seems like the one for me and my husband for our supplies!!!

I used this store to get a CPAP that my doctor prescribed based on a sleep study. They were fast and efficient in processing my prescription through my insurance company and getting me in for an appointment with a respiratory therapist who walked me through the use of the machine and getting me fitted and set up with accessories. I was in and out within a day from submission of my prescription. The customer service from staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made this process very simple for me. Strongly recommended.
If you are seeking an exemplary model of customer service for medical supplies, then the Your Care team are your people! They are: professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful from the time of your initial phone call to the time you leave with your cpap machine (in my case.) Their customer service leaves the buyer 100% satisfied! I paid for a cpap machine out-of-pocket, rather than deal with the hassle and apathy of my insurance companys vendor. This store should be the only place to go for all your medical supplies. My mother desperately needed a lift chair. I checked several places around the Rochester area as well as on line. Your Care saved the day! Within 48 hours the chair I wanted was ordered AND delivered to my mom’s Senior living residence. Their pricing was very good for the best chair. I found the perfect wall hugger chair that only needs 5” of clearance from the wall which is a must when trying to maintain floor space. They even took care of all the paper work to file for insurance...which at other places was my responsibility. Devina and Amy were a joy to work with. As you can tell I highly recommend Your Care Medical Supply.
I recently moved to Fairport and was needing a medical supply company close by me. I couldnt have been more delighted with the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. I provided all the information needed and from there they handled everything. Within a short period I was contacted and told my item was ready for pickup. I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and prescribed a CPAP device. Since YourCare Medical Supply was near my house, I chose them to supply me with the device. Having NO experience with CPAP, I entered the process a little on the nervous. The staff at YourCare made the process very easy and were very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. I even had to return a week later as the mask I was using wasnt right for me and they helped me solution a new mask which has been working great. I definitely recommend their Services!
I highly recommend this store.Last night I managed to run over Moms rollator (walker w/ wheels) with the car. This morning I searched Google for a Medical Supply store near me. I called and she let me know they have what Im looking for in stock. I bought a transporter, that is a better product than whaat we had. And, I learned a few things that can help.

I recently had a sleep study done and need a CPAP... Not thrilled with the initial company I was dealing with and on a whim stopped into YourCare. Tom and Davina were outstanding. Bought my Golden Technology power lift chair here. Wonderful product. They were offering discount and free delivery so I purchased it here. They called the factory while I was still in the store to check on fabric/color availability and placed the order immediately. No high pressure, but very knowledgeable staff. There was a minor issue with delivery due to personnel availability, but I was able to arrange for someone else to receive the delivery. They also took care of submitting a claim for my insurance. Pleased with the store and the staff.
Your Care Medical Supply was very professional when getting me equipment. I was offered several consultation options during social distancing recommendations. After a week with my equipment they reached out to be sure I was all set.

I have ALS my husband and i went to your care in penfield. The staff working there were extremely friendly ,helpful with our needs ,and very insightful in ordering the power chair that met our needs.It was very refreshing to be treated like a person not a number as we have experienced going to other medical supply stores. I had a great experience with the guys. They were very friendly on the phone and the gentleman who came to my Grandmas house was very polite. They were quick to help us and brought over extra grab bars in case we needed them.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Since March of this year, they have been late every month with my order always blaming their supplier. Every month but June I have had to call them to make sure they were going to ship it out. It is now October 24th and I have yet to receive my catheters. This month especially has been a nightmare. I have had to re-wash and re-use old ones. I called last Wednesday and was told that there was a problem with the supplier. They were supposed to call me when my order came in. The supervisor assured me that she would call me when my order arrived and she would expedite shipping since it was already late. No call. I called Friday (Oct 18) and was told that the order had arrived but it was too late for a carrier pickup. I called on Monday (Oct 21) and was told that there was no one in the office and she had no way to check the status of my order. Out of frustration I called Humana. The customer service representative from Humana called twice, but went to voice mail each time. She called a third time and someone picked up and was told that the order was shipped out on Friday (Oct 18). So, today I call and I was told it was shipped out yesterday.

Its not often that you are able to connect with medical providers in your area. And it is more seldom the case that those providers know your families names, history, and are eager to work with you on finding solutions to everyday problems. I found all of this through YourCare Medical Supply! I recently needed to find a solution for my Grandmother, who tripped on her oxygen cords at home and sprained her wrist in the fall. After some research, the staff at YourCare was able to provide a gadget called TidyTubing to me to help keep my Grandma safe. When I called, Brad knew my both grandparents by name, which was so impressive. He helped to order the tubing and kept me informed in every step of the process. I cannot explain what relief it brings to know that my Grandma will be safer and more mobile in the house. And I cannot thank YourCare enough for their personability and care for their clients!

2022-05-22I needed to be set up with a CPAP as a first-time user and couldn’t have had a more thorough experience with the respiratory specialist, Tim. First, I was beyond thrilled that they were open on a Saturday. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen but there was comfortable seating and literature to keep me occupied. They were extremely apologetic and acknowledged my patience with them for having to wait. Tim explained everything and even answered questions I hadn’t thought to ask. He set up the machine and did a mask test so I could feel and understand how to use it. I also love all the helpful resources in the folder they provided as well as the text and email updates for reminders on when to change the parts. I will definitely continue to use YourCare and recommend them to others.

Tim B., the company RT, made me feel at ease when setting up my machine, mask selection, and offering helpful hints for first time users. The receptionist, A. 2021-03-26My mother is living in assisted living and her electric recliner, which she needs to elevate her legs, broke. COVID has kept us from visiting and helping her out so I had to depend on YourCare Medical Supply to purchase a new chair and deliver it to my mother. Amy worked with me for the purchase and knew exactly what to do to connect with her provider and set up the delivery of the chair. The delivery staff were very knowledgeable and compliant with COVID protocols. They not only delivered the chair but also set it up and gave my mother a lesson and demonstration on how to use her new chair. The real testimony on how terrific the staff was came out in the enthusiastic call I received from my mother after the delivery. I am so glad I entrusted my mothers care to YourCare Medical Supply!
