2022-03-20Store was clean and well designed. Staff were friendly and helpful (even though I do not look like a stationary kinda person and came in sweaty with my skateboard)I primarily looked at fountain pens and ink, as well as paper. The pens were competitively priced and there was a surprisingly expansive selection for such a smaller retail location. Largely budget/entry level pens (around $30) with a couple more expensive/fancy options from the more popular companies. The wall of pens is amazing and had lots of gel and rollerball and fine liners and felt tip and brush pens. Also calligraphy nibs and nib holders, as well as ink for both.Fantastic selection of paper including the best imports (clairfontaine and maruman!) and cute cards.Pictured below is my haul ((orange notebook holder barely visible on bottom not from here))

2021-10-02Yours Truly, Brooklyn is my stationery heaven. I’ve been to so many looking for my next favorite pen, and thought I’d be disappointed again for the umpteenth time. I’m so glad I was mistaken!Alicia and Anna (I hope I got your names right!) we’re so incredibly sweet and helpful, and they were able to fulfill my requests for finding a new set of journal pens that really just hit the spot. They were quick to point out their personal favorites and enthusiastically regaled me with their own tips and tricks to getting the most enjoyment out of my new fancy writing instruments.It sounds so eccentric, I know. But if you’re someone that just… enjoys writing with a great pen, then Yours Truly, Brooklyn and its selection is probably where you’ll find your next favorite pen (or other wonderful bit of stationery)!

2020-12-31Very cute store full of stationery and accessories. Limiting to 3 customers during COVID but it is easy to see inside to see if there is room. I browsed for quite a while and could have bought a ton of things. The store associate was friendly, knowledgeable, but did not hover. Great neighborhood find!
