Ordered food and waited over an hour for it. Then an item was missing so we called. They did not offer to re-deliver it or fix the issue. The lomein was overcooked.
Food is really good and I like the way they package the cookies, sauces, and tea. No complaints at all.
I spent $23.00 for 3 things plus tip. The chicken was greasy and fried over, the rice was hard, the shrimp toast were burnt any green inside. I have diarrhea all night and still today. Will never order from here again. Worst food ever.
Order food then cancel order because my credit card wasnt working call back five hours later to pay with cash they give the old order that was ordered five hours ago chicken was dry shrimp still had its legs attached on top of that order was $35.00 no free drink hate it here
I ordered food on grub hub and they canceled it! Don’t charge someone’s card then cancel ! My sister ordered last night and they told her only chicken and broccoli or mixed vegetables. Then she said she will pick it up and the lady got nasty and said no we busy you use app and hung up! Don’t order this place!
I was in this restaurant a couple of years ago. The food is really tasty, but the portions are small for the prices they charge. I never understood why the people working in there are so unhappy. The woman in there was very abrupt and nasty. I havent been back there, but I gave it 3 stars for the taste and quality of the food.
Great prices, great service and always great food. Their shrimp shumai are so good my mom takes extra orders home to CT because she loves them so much! Highly recommend.
This place is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. everytime I feel like having a good lunchon, this is the place that comes straightaway to my head. Great and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.trained staff members, and great ambience. In addition to that, the pay is honest. I recommend this place with pleasure.
Not as good it used to be. Ordered beef and eggplant and the beefs texture was questionable. The mei fun was flavorless. The low mein was overcooked & the thai fried rice was bland. Meh they need to improve improve or Ill look for a new favorite Chinese spot.
I ordered steamed veggies and found SLIMEY STICKY FISH SMELLING GLOP IN MY FOOD! The cashier said it was cornstarch and then laughed... If you value your health do not eat at this resteraunt because it is not safe! I am traumatized from going out to eat due to my experience here.

Customer service is the bad. If you place phone order they are very rude and cant understand english. Plus the rice is partly raw and they are very heavy on the salt.

If they are too busy (which is understandable) they should tell you your food wont be delivered for well-over an hour - just be upfront with folks.

2021-10-15During the pandemic the prices went up and the food went down. Also the potion sizes became smaller and food quality poorer. What is the problem here?The food at Yum Yum use to be really good. Now the food is quickly declining. Today I place an order over the phone. Once I reached home I was very disappointed with the food. The food was not very tasteful. The Singapore noddles was dry with very little veggies and no pork in it. The Shrimp and broccoli the sauce was clumpy and the broccoli was was bad (bitter and wilted). I paid a pretty amount of money on this food just for it not to be the best quality or cooked with care. I don’t think I will be ordering from them again. Next time, I’ll get my food from Brooklyn or Manhattan. Because Staten Island just don’t seem to have the best Chinese food. If I’m wrong please direct me to a Chinese restaurant that’s excellent on the island.During the pandemic the prices went up and the food went down. 2018-12-20Thai basil chicken from the lunch menu, very tasty, lots of veggies, perfect portion! Cash or credit, eat in or take out. This had zucchini, eggplant, onions and green peppers. I didnt want soup or soda so I asked to switch with a bottle of water instead, and they did! This is right in the Carvel plaza on Forest . Enjoy!

2021-03-15Oh my god this place is one of the best Chinese-Pan Asian places Ive ever had the pleasure to try. Their egg drop soup was really warm and flavorful, and their sesame chicken was delicious. It was still hot after delivery, and their packaging for the sauces and food was very professional. Definitely going to order here again.

2020-05-01Just tried it for the first time yesterday..... Im not a huge Chinese food fan but this place blew me away. I had it yesterday and plan on ordering again today! The fried pork dumplings with the dipping sauce was in my dreams last night. The crab Rangoon was nothing like I had before, sweet and crisp to perfection. They also included a tea pack which i havent seen in delivery. Im a huge fan. This has become my favorite restaurant and Im not a big Chinese food fan. Yum yum is the perfect name.

2020-04-28They messed up my order. Would not refund me! Over charged me and then said to stop calling. We ordered one chicken lo mein and received two shrimp lo mein and was charged for them. I am allergic to shrimp! They did nothing about it. I had a friend pick it up because I had no car and they refused to fix their mistake! I will tell everyone to stay far away from this place!

2018-07-18We found Yum Yum accidentally and are we glad! We have never tasted better Chinese food in our lives, and we are mature adults. Their shrimp with lobster sauce was perfect. We also ordered shrimp with broccoli and loved it. Our only regret is that we live in New Jersey far from the restaurant. We haven’t wanted to eat Chinese food anywhere else since we went to Yum Yum. Their prices were very reasonable.We may make a trip there this evening. We highly recommend this restaurant.

2020-06-23We just had dinner, take out, tonight 6/22/20: dim sum, shrimp w/eggplant in garlic sauce, wings, Thai spring rolls. Everything was perfect: hot, crispy, fresh etc etc . So glad they’re back open; and we’ll br back again.
