ZARA in other cities:
You have to go through all of the rack to find your size. First I thought it was the customers who didnt put anything back where it belonged, then I seen the store worker just throwing stuff on the racks not paying attention to sizes. Maybe he should have paid more attention and it would have been more pleasurable to shop.
Large line, yet only a couple of employees on register. Really?! This isnt a club in NYC...it doesnt make you look more enticing, especially cuz Im not 25 anymore. Just need clothes and need to get out of the store within 45 min. Not too much to ask. Plus, got a pair of pants for my daughter and one leg is visibly longer than the other. Um, no.
Dont even bother!! The line is ridiculously long. They leave 1 poor cashier to the wolves, I feel bad for the cashier to be honest its not fair to them. Poor management who clearly doesnt care, manager walked around with no care in the world. How do you see an employee struggling and offer no assistance? Everyone waited an hour in line to be told after an hour returns are only downstairs, how about putting signs up? I wasnt getting off the line. So unorganized, store is messy. If you have a return mail it, if you want to purchase do it online, exchange dont bother return it by mail and buy it again, save yourself the unnecessary headache.
I do like zara. They have good selection with good prices. I prefer to have off line shopping for my kids because all the brands have different size despite of they divided and organized by age. However only 3 cashier were working through 2floors on Sunday. The stor manager doesnt seem to care about consumers to check out. I was in kids section and 5 staffs were there for chatting meanwhile there were 10 people in line to check out in front of cashier.
Rude customer rep and manager who is walk away when you ask them to resolve problems.Waiting a crazy long line to return a couple items i brought online and they told me they could not do returns on first floor (with no sign or anyone warn customers) and need to go down stairs and wait on the line again. All they do is make it difficult for you to return thing while saying they have very nice return policy.
The employees here act like you are inconveniencing them when you need help. Just stay on unemployment if you dont want to work its that simple. Waited on line for almost an hour to find my cashier scrolling thru instagram while ringing me up. Completely unprofessional and their managers are rude and one waived her hand in my sisters face when she said shes been waiting for someone to help her for half an hour. I also dont understand why only two registers are open when the line wraps around the store.
This store doesn’t deserve any star. I shopped online and 3 pants didn’t fit me. They were size S, I bought them again in a Medium size. So, I went to the store to return the ones that didn’t fit. When I was at the store I found a long line. I spend one hour and a half. When I finally got at the register the cashier told me that one of the items was used. I told them that It didn’t even fit me, I had to order it again in a Medium size. I show them my second purchase. They complain about it but gave my refund, but I felt so embarrassed. I would never shop at Zara again.
Im not sure what it is with Zara, every store Ive been to the line is ridiculously long like 30 mins to an hour long. And it always looks like a war zone clothes just everywhere. I dont know why I bother stepping into the stores anymore. If Im interested in buying something I just buy online. I used to really like Zara years ago. Now it just feels like H&M.
Went to Zara at Garden city on 08-11-21 before noon. The female manager wearing green outfit was very very rude and nasty to a customer. The customer told her that they need to reopen the fitting room to help prevent the long long lines. She told the lady that there is nothing that she can do. She is free to go shop at another store. It is not a must to shop here.I asked her about a price discrepancy. She said there is nothing I can do for u and walked away.I guess she failed to realize that we are the ones paying her salary.
Zara has a nice selection of clothes especially for children. The inside of the store is kept clean and organize. I appreciate the safety measures during this time but I was unaware that I had to wait on a line to enter the store. The weird part was when I came back a little bit later anyone can just walk in so it gave the impression that they pick and choose when to enforce this. During this second visit the store was crowded too. I just completed my goal and left.
Literally the most poor run place ever. The line for the register is at LEAST an hour long and every worker at the register is brain dead. They are incredibly slow and had trouble reading my receipt (the man was reading the price below the items saying my items did not match up to the price but the price is actually listened above the item). I have worked in a high traffic restaurant where we are trained to work QUICKLY and efficiently. There is literally no sense of urgency. I will never be coming here ever again.
I would legit give zero stars to this store if I could. I went to the store today to return few items, I have a short term disability and I ambulate with the assistance of a cane. When I reached at the location, I saw that the return line was extremely long, I requested to speak to a manager in case I can be facilitated with the return. I was directed to a guy named Melvin, who was insensitive and made derogatory remarks towards my disability and stated “I am not going to let you skip the line and you shouldn’t come to the store if you can’t walk or wait on a long line,” he rolled his eyes and walked away from me. I stood on the line for about 2 hours with excruciating pain because my return has a dead line. I had no idea that Zara didn’t have a policy to assist people with needs. I later requested to speak to another manager and inquired regarding Zara’s policy’s on people with disabilities and Whether people “should stay home, if they use an assistive device.” I felt violated and was discriminated against based on my disability. Mr. Melvin is a disgrace to an industry like this and he should educate on treating people with respect and empathy because not all of us the privilege to ambulated unaided. I will never shop from Zara again because if a store doesn’t respect/honor people with special needs , I shouldn’t give them my business. So if you use have disability don’t bother going to this store because Mr. Melvin will NOT “let you skip the line” and you “ shouldn’t come to his store.”
If I could give this zara 0 stars I would. Waited an hour to check out for a few things. Cashiers take 10 min to fold one damn shirt and 1 min to give you the receipt. 4 cashiers working and the like is outside the door. Ridiculous. Would not be coming back here. It’s like they get trained to be slow.
I guess women really like this place. My wife had me return something for her and the line was ridiculously long. I know they sell mens clothing also, but the two times Ive been there I didnt see anything that caught my interest. It kind of reminded me of H&M, which is another store Ive never really liked. Not my taste, but then again, maybe Im just too old to appreciate those styles.
Workers do not know how to do their jobs, correctly. We had asked for a pair of size 28 Mom jeans. They had scanned the pants to say that the pants were not in the store so we had to order them online. After ordering them online, we found out the pants were in the store. We went back to tell them if they can cancel our order that we just did and they told us WE had to call Zara and cancel them. I called to cancel and they said I couldn’t cancel the order because it was sent to the store. It was said that the pants were to arrive at the same time because we order two. After so much stress and work, we didn’t even want the pants so we went to return them. Only one pants arrived and the other one didn’t. They had told us again that since we wanted to return it and that we just wanted a refund we can call Zara again. That they can return for us since we purchased with a card. We had called to return them to figure out they can’t return it. This has to be one of the worst experience I’ve had at a store because the workers didn’t know what they were doing.
The worst store you can be at. Do yourself a favor and never never go to the store. Find another Zara store in Long Island drive an extra mile and go. The employees are the rudest I have seen in any store. And lines are ridiculously long even on a regular day. Because they choose to close half the registers. Do not take returns on half of them. You will be in line for at least an hour or more.
Absolutely awful lines and staff. Waited on line outside before the store opened starting at 10:30. They were suppose to open at 11 and didn’t open the doors until 11:15. The line was down to Bloomingdales. Then waited on another 25 minute line to return. Absolutely insane. Staff is so slow and only have 2 registers open at a time. Please fix this problem and get better staff that can be helpful. This was a terrible experience.
Just waited on line in store for 1hr 8mins to return three items and purchase another three. On a Tuesday. At 1.38pm.The line moved SLOWER THAN MOLASSES. We were on the upstairs line. The lady at the counter had no clue how to use the barcode necessary for an online return. Each returned item was security tagged there and then by her, also Re-hung by her, and out behind her. Then each of the three purchased items were slowly folded by her. Then each was placed INDIVIDUALLY into the bag.Ohhhhhh myyyy god MANAGEMENT PLEASE!!!!!Have an announcement apologizing. Have it every 15 minutes. Have a manager expediting Have other staff members re-tag and re-hang.Downstairs was no better.Zero sense of urgency.I’m aware my online purchase could’ve been returned by mail, but I deliberately wanted an in store return so I had the opportunity to buy more.Guess who won’t EVER do that again. Sorry Zara, I love you, but until you address and improve the service throughout the entirety of your Roosevelt field branch, you will not have business from me.Love from an exhausted, disappointed and disenchanted previously loyal customer. 💚
28 July i went in store all by myself to buy some stuff at the store. while i was checking every what i grab at store to make sure i grab right sizes i put my phone right next to my bag and someone stole my phone in a minute . Nobody did anything at the store manager didn’t help me before police came she was so calm and seemed like she didn’t care . She didn’t even call police for me or anything…. ( just send me home ) i went in apple store cause one of the shopper was such a nice person she helped me to figure it out something. only apple store helped me to call police and report my phone as a lost so they can’t use it anymore . I am 20 years old girl ! In garden city without NO RIDE and NO GPS or Phone Numbers to call but if i will phone numbers it won’t gonna help me at all cause nobody cared about me ! I never been aggressive to black people but yesterday they treated me like nobody ( trash ) . They don’t let us to see cameras. or even helped me a little bit or even feel bad for me !!!!
This probably was the most unorganized experience for me in a very long time.I accompanied a friend to return an item. The lines in this store are not only extreme long, there is absolutely nothing done as far as safety measures during covid 19. There is no social distancing enforced and nothing done to remedy the long lines. Whats worse is there are different lines for different things. A lady in our return line wasnt told that line was only for returns and she waited in it for 45 min before she learned it wasnt the correct line. Then she ended up having to wait in another line. Something I def wasnt going to do. THANK GOD I didnt have to be in there for anything but moral support because I most certainly would have kept that item til this day and been a very unhappy customer. I am telling anyone who actually cares about their products, BUY ONLINE! SAVE YOURSELF!
This place is the WORST customer service, management. NO social distance in the store, rude and slow.... Please Do not shop here! One staff member say to my friend and I: She had no name how ridiculous! I would get fired if I respond like that! But this is part of their rights! if you know what I mean. Returns are horrific!
If you wanna wait an hour to do a return this is the place for you!Everything about this location is an connivence only two registers to make returns throughout the entire storeShopping in person is supposed to be quick and convenient but instead im always waiting 2 business days just being at this store. Very disappointing
The store was closed on the Saturday before Memorial day stating that they were having issues with their air conditioning. They claimed they would open later, and had everyone outside waiting for hours. It was ridiculous. The employees were in the store walking in and out. Whenever someone wanted to ask them a question they wouldnt respond and rudely shut the door in peoples faces. A lot of people wanted to return items; including myself and were unable to.
Everyone was rude. Worst shopping experience ever. Dont ask for help they all will look at you crazy. To me the staff just look like a walking zombie. Go to the city you will have a better experience and better customer service. To me it just something for this location they give off funny vibes to certain ppl. If you know what I mean.
Treat this one star as a Zero. Despite NY opening up as more citizens receive the vaccine, this establishment continues to have their fitting rooms closed. The lines to purchase /return are an hour & 1/2 to 2 hours wait. The managers are completely oblivious to their ridiculous long lines and can absolutely care less. Here’s a tip for you ZARA, opening up your fitting rooms will minimize your ridiculously long lines! And dont event attempt to say it’s “for the safety of your shoppers do to covid” while customers are literally 1-2 feet apart in line.
Crazy long lines. Had to buy some stuff and return some stuff. Waited 15 minutes in line upstairs and then the security guy said to go down stairs if you are returning stuff. Line downstairs was even longer. such a waste of time. No wonder why all shopping is moving to online!
The store is large, bright and has a womens, mens and kids section. This location, Roosevelt Field mall, Garden City is usually crowded with customers, but the lines move. Now getting to the floor associates and a manager by the name of Marissa. On October 4, there were people waiting to get in the store, around 7:05pm, and people waiting thought the doors were closed due to maximum capacity at any given time. There were customers inside and the associates inside who were walking around the store, and clearly saw the people waiting outside, did not have the courtesy to let the crowd know they were closed. When the door opened to let some people out, the crowd proceeded to try and enter and were rudely told the store was closed and to look at the store hours on a sign posted outside. The sign at this point was covered by some people in the crowd waiting to get in. The woman who addressed the crowd rudely, then rolled her eyes and shot the door. I asked, when she opened the door back up, whos the manager and what was her nameThe manager was Marissa who was rude and rolled her eyes. She clearly does not need to be a manager and needs to go back to customer service class 101 and take a refresher course because her skill level is minus zero! Then on October 7, around 6:30 pm, all but one floor associate in mens, was helpful and courteous. There was a man who was running around and didnt seem too interested in assisting me. I asked if two boots were in a particular size and he attempted to look for one of the boots, but was clearly also doing other things as well. He then told me he could not find the size boot I was asking about that was in stock, according to him. Not the best customer service skills either, but not as bad as the manager Marissa on October 4. Based on those two separate occasions, I would not recommend this location just because of their customer service skills, but the store is large and has a wide selection of clothing/footwear to choose from. Just a friendly warning!
Worst shopping experience I’ve had in a very long time. Waited on line for over an hour. Extremely understaffed and disorganized. Manager seemed to ignore multiple complaints from customers asking for more staff on registers. This is a prime example of why people have turned to exclusively online shopping.
The worst zara store. They didnt let me in saying that the store will be closed in an hour. I told the staff that I am not there to shop, I drove an hour just to return 1 item but still didnt let me in. How long do you think will take for 1 time to be returned? 1 minute? 2 minutes? Ridiculous.
Long line to get in and long lines to purchase. But.....it was all worth it! I got some cute items at a decent price. I was surprised because I am actually a bonifide Bloomingdales shopper and I swear everything else, everywhere else, is cheesy but I did pick up a cute little dress from Zara and it looks like a million bucks!
One of the worst stores with horrible return services.... huge lines for return with no separate service for return it takes hours to go through the process.. when tried talking to manager she didnt even bother to do something about the situation!!!! They really need to make the return service more accommodating where people dnt have to wait for hours in line.
Probably one of the most disgusting services Ive ever experienced. I went with my friends to return a shirt and I waited about 30 minutes for someone to exchange the item. Mind you the store just opened so its not even busy. Once the item was ready for the exchange process we were told to wait for the manager to approve the transaction. Another 15 minutes later he finally comes like nothing is happening and tells the employee to do it. Once I exchange it Im leaving walking out of the store and the cashier comes running out saying they did the transaction incorrect. So I had to go back in and do the transaction again. Train your staff and most importantly train your manager. Poor manager = poor staff. Zara seems like a high class clothing store but it sure doesnt feel like it.
Went here on a Friday night the cashiers had a line. Two of the cashiers were very slow assisting customers at the cash registers. Another was standing and talking. When it was my turn to pay, all three cashiers talking still till we had to say something. Very poor management, no one is held accountable for their work ethic.
Not at all happy with this store. I purchased a jacket over the holidays. The customer service in the store was lacking. The girl who rung me up was slow and spent the entire transaction talking to another employee. Just rude but forgivable due to her age. However, when I called corporate for help with a return since I had lost the receipt, I was told the only option was to exchange for size. The item was out of stock and the customer service representative kept repeating this scripted answer to me that unfortunately there was nothing she could do since I did not have a receipt. Unacceptable. What kind of store doesnt offer customers any flexibility on returns during the holiday season?! I wasnt even set on having my money back but I wasnt even offered a merchandise credit! I really dont understand the policy of this store or their corporate department and honestly I will NEVER purchase another item from this brand. Its kind of insane that I have to keep a nearly $200 item that doesnt fit me.
The stars are for the clothes ..lots of stock, plenty of new, quality and fun clothes. However the check out system they have is TERRIBLE! very very slow .. only 2 cashiers and over 40 people on line. It can take a very long time to get to the register on a regular day but if its a sale, weekend, or holiday...forget it.I always just leave. The fitting rooms have LINES too. speaking to the manager..who is no older than 25..is not helpful. So obviously i recommend not wasting your time here.
One of my favorite new store .. specially the perfumes .always get brand perfumes from stores like macys or boutiques .after watching many youtube reviews try Zara 0.9 & Warm Black ( men under $20 each 100 ml ) ..both are amazing considering price tag & quality .women perfume Zara Forget me not ..Zara No3 woody Zara Red vanilla were given to three different friends and each of them put good words adding they love it and never knew Zara have this good perfumes ...this particular store which is located at Roosevelt Field mall dont display all the Zara perfumes ( actually Zara comes every year with 40 new perfumes ) Zara even dont have tester on desk .To get the desire perfume you have to asked any employee ( all of them I meet were very polite & professional they will guide u ) when I didnt find the perfume I was looking for I asked the girl employee ( might be a manager ) Dont you carry men perfume I see only few boxes in display rack ..? She said tell me which one you want I may get it for u .when told she went inside somewhere and brought the exact all with seal wrapped boxes .so if u dont find at display asked the Zara People they might ve stored in back ...Right now I m so happy with Zaras perfumes that I give most of my friends ( girls ) the most top 10 .and gets thanks and appreciations ..try guys u will never be disappointed but first check youtube videos and reviews so u know which perfume is better ..thanks and good luck
The lines here are always so long. Takes an hour just to purchase anything. Even when line is ridiculously long they don’t add extra people to registers . They can easily open men’s downstairs or kids registers to help avoid these crazy lines but even on the busiest days they’ll maybe have two registers open upstairs and two downstairs. I dread returning and buying anything there!!
A company and location that I truly like, although lately its become harder to differentiate between men and womens apparel. The staff is friendly and greet you graciously as you enter the store, a definite trendsetter in fashion, stumbling a bit yet still miles ahead of its competitors, a great selection of shoes and accessories to compliment all styles.I hope they keep getting better.😀😀
Went from one of favorite stores to shop in into never step in! The LINES are always ALWAYS LIKE ALWAYS crazy! They are having the same issue for the 4 years I have shopped with Zara. Its ridiculous to have to wait 30+ minutes everytime you want to shop/checkout there!
Idk why I cant give 0 stars, rudest staff by far and ive been shopping here for years, they will ignore you like you’re inconveniencing their day asking for help, all look miserable and even worse now because covid, in store pick up people are rude, cashiers are rude and managers walk around like theyre on a mission when theres people who need help on the floor, just order online because these people are not worth it
Whats not to like about this store if you want affordable fashion that you look amazing, go here. The mens area is small but there is decent stuff. The womens area is vast and being a father of three daughters it definitely helps to shop here and save some money when you can. The kids are always happy to go to Zaras. I like it too because I can pick out some nice stuff for myself. The only reason I dont give it a five is because the mens area is too small
Good selection and clean but the worst management! I️ went in to make a return on a Sunday morning about 15 minutes after the store had opened. They only take returned downstairs. There is only one cashier and the line is already 10 people long. The man in front of me was very nice and held my spot while I️ went to see if another register would help. I️ went to the kids sections. No help, said they could do nothing and that if I️ called a manager they would say the same thing, and they were nasty to boot! Finally I’m the next on line after a 20 minute wait and another cashier comes and pulls people from the back of the time to go to men’s department to make returns! Me and the other people who had been wait forever were astonished ! How are you going to take the people all the way in the back while the people who have been waiting sit there some more. Ridiculous !And the lines to purchase are not any better!
I went to exchange a pair of pants that I had purchased on line for Black Friday. They didn’t have the pants I wanted but Francis made sure to check other stores that may have carried the size I needed. He informed me that another Long Island mall had the size I needed and proceeded to tell me how to get there. Although I’m not familiar with Long Island I appreciated the gesture. In the end I inquired if there was a pair of pants similar in style and in the size I wanted for me to try on. This way I would save time in driving to the other mall. He searched and found a similar style. Although it didn’t work out and I had to return the pants. I was grateful for the service that Francis gave me. I worked in retail for 18 years and I know how hard it is specially during holiday season. Thank you Francis and keep up the good work.
Worst Experience EverI Made a purchase here Monday and my credit card was stolen . I returned Friday to make a return. with a valid store receipt as well as the tags that were still attached to the items for return. The store supervisor has no knowledge and was clueless on how to issue my credit card refund. . Their system is archaic and their phone help was a waste of energy .Their system that cannot do a return if your card was stolen . The lines are Long the customer service is subzero and the care for their customers is last on their list. Go to Neiman Marcus instead or Macys.
God only knows how much money my family and I spend at this store this specific Zara and their employees are the rudest people on this planet. I think that when they go to an interview the one and only question they ask them are you rude ? Great you start tomorrow. Then when you think a manager will actually solve your problem or give you suggestions of what you can do, NO they just make everything more complicated. Corp needs do something about this.
Positive things first:The store was nicely sized (2 floors) and items seemed to be in stock.Negative things:Greeted with two sets of dysfunctional escalators. Items were placed in unorganized heaps. I got on a line with 5 or 6 people ahead of me to purchase one item, ended up waiting for 25 minutes. When I left, line had grown to about 15 people.Employees at desk worked with noticeable, probably intentional lethargy. Four people seemed incredibly busy manning two registers, yet still managed to take forever. Kept running around and talking into their headsets instead of focusing on the ever-growing line of customers. Did not seem slightly concerned with the obviously annoyed shoppers. Even my purchase of one item took a solid two minutes.
Zara doesn’t let you try on clothes because of covid which I understand completely, but to have two cashiers for returns and a whole line of ppl wrapped around the store waiting for 30 plus minutes isn’t exactly the most responsible thing either. Horrible customer service.
The sales associates are rude. They could careless how long the lines are. Rude associates they roll their eyes when paying customers ask questions. WORST STORE. 3 associates at the cash register 2 are folding boxes while the other 1 associate is trying the ring people up the line is 20 people long !!!! Ridiculous
Zara is a trendy place to shop for all the latest fashion items. The store carries a selection of clothing items from casual to work place, day-to-night, and everything in between. This location had two floors to browse through. You can purchase tee shirts that are very reasonably priced, to up scale items like business wear and bags large or small enough to fit all your accessories. I was enchanted by the store design which featured bright lights and large mirrors. Shop at Zaras and you will feel like a Queen!
SUPER DUPER SLOW to check out, and when I asked to open more registers, I was told we have no more registers available. Management is also no help as they walked away when approached about the about the problem. Dont waist you your time. And I thought all this time this was Zara, not Walmart!Wont be coming here again!
Zara does a great job of leaving an impression, however the shopping experience leaves me wanting. While the store is very aesthetically pleasing from the inside, it is by no means the most efficient way for people to shop and this results in jams at the squeezes between little cubes of clothes. The store gets messy and confusing making it hard to find what you need, and the clothing itself has to be searched for a size and color that doesnt have broken stitching. Its a good store with stylish clothing, it just has some very clear barriers to overcome before it becomes an ideal shopping experience.
Very poorly managed store. Employees are unprofessional and rude. Managers are extremely arrogant and not helpful at all. When I asked for the name of the manager employee replied by saying that she can not give out of name of the manager. Always a bad experience coming at this location.
The workers in this location are always so busy to assist customers.. lacks knowledge of the products.. passes the baton to the register..which is always like is a mile long( seriously, who wants to stand in line to ask if you have this shirt).. BUT THEY ARE NEVER TOO BUSY TO ENGAGE THEIR COWORKERS IN CONVERSATION. The styles are nice, store location easily assessible but unless necessary, Ill shop online
I will never shop at Zara ever again in my life. I purchased an order online for pick up in store on Feb 2. The item was available for pick up on March 14th. None of the items fit and I was unable to return them because it was out of the 30 day delivery period. I was penalized for the ridiculous amount of time it took them to send the item. Customer service denied any refund and did not help.
I love Zara and I usually have a wonderful experience shopping there. However, customer service has drastically gone down the drain these past few months and its coming from ineffective leadership. During my last visit on June 20th 2016 I asked a manager for a specific item she told me Her eyes dont work too well sometimes so I should look downstairs and see if I have any luck. That after looking for myself and asking a floor associate. The lines were long I waited on the one downstairs only to be told I would have to ho back upstairs and wait on line again to put a purchase on hold for 24 hours. I explained I had been upstairs sent downstairs now Im being sent back upstairs?! I asked for a manager again after waiting 20 minutes my daughter needed to use the bathroom so I had to leave as the store doesnt have a restroom for shoppers which was understandable. However, I never got to get the item and when I called they were quite rude and dismissive. The managers name the second time around was Owen or Oden not sure exactly. Whatever it is I for one will not be back to that location as managment may need a few refresher courses in handling customer service relations to ensure they are effectively and efficiently delgating duties to their subordinates thus increasing postive feedback from their customers.
I’ve been a Zara customer for long time I love the quality of their clothes there is an issue I see most of the time big line of customers waiting to pay only one cashier today I waited almost half hour when only one cashier rep n two other employees were at two other registers closing their shift. Zara need way Better customer service
Disgusting store. The store never ever fails to look like a hurricane/tsunami/earthquake has gone through it - or I dunno - maybe thats the look they are going for... Cant decide which floor is worst, the main floor or downstairs, the downstairs is like an endless pit or like a haunted house that you need to see but that you just cant wait to get out of... Escalators never ever work (since they never work, again, it may be done on purpose to give it a fully and complete dilapidated look.... fitting rooms are dark and scary as there is no proper way to close the rooms except by some huge ugly curtain that doesnt even close completely, lighting in fitting rooms is terrible, management is appalling, sales associates are rude and unfriendly and actually behave as if they do not want to help you. Lines are loooooong - amusement park long - even on a day that is not busy because they only keep one to two registers open even though they have many, however I am starting to think that maybe the only two functioning registers are real while the other ones are fake.. To conclude, this store sucks at customer service, they do not understand what customer service is. Maybe robots should work here... not humans...
The store is NOT run efficiently. The registers are not always all open and hence there are outrageously long lines. There should also be a separate returns counter. Management is horrible, zero customer service. Its not pleasant at all to shop at this store. The Huntington location is much better
The zara in Soho way better lol. The cashier didnt tell people she was card only... so I had to wait for the next cashier to take my cash. They need an separate area for returns they will go alot smoother if they do that. The other cashier clearly was training thats why she didnt take cash, if yall gonna hire somebody do it before the holiday rush . They had to keep calling the manager to cancel the transaction for her. The soho location doesnt charge tax either.(Jacket I bought )
Why are all the females there so upset and dont care to help?! So disgusting. horrible customer service. I asked one female for size 28 she gave me every size in the book except for the 28 instead of saying you dont have it in the store and you can order it. After getting that squared away and then waiting 25 minutes for her to find this pad for her to make this order for me she charges me $5 for delivery I could have just picked it up from the store. Its $5 but its my $5 and its my time being wasted. This is not Old Navy or the dollar general Im spending money here and these untrained miserable low-grade broads is making my shopping experience a nightmare. Top it off on my way going up stairs another miserable no help Broad is going to ask me did you buy the shoes! Are you dumb of course I bought the shoes why would I still be standing in the store looking sad and helpless if I didnt
Accidentally left my watch in one of the changing rooms under a shirt. Attendant went in after I left with the clothes I intended on purchasing to clean up. Came back 20 minutes later after I realized and the attendant was gone, the watch wasnt in the safe box in the back, and none of the managers would contact the attendant or check the safe box. Ive been shopping here for many years, but the employees are the low class beyond belief.

2022-06-12Very inefficient store. Upstairs only do check out for sales not for returns. Upstairs there were only a couple people at the checkout while down stairs had so many people waiting. Upstairs should open up for returns to help people save 1 hour of waiting. They dont open enough lanes even though they had more workers. Some workers talk to each other instead of speeding up the checkout and return process. Very tiring shopping experience here.

2022-06-02Note: This review is for online AND store purchase (Garden City Outlet)I looked up a shoe online. The nearest store that it was showing for my size was two hours away. I drove all the way there to pickup the shoe just to find out that they have the last shoe piece left in my size and that is damaged. I skipped buying it in store and drove back home for another two hours.I purchased the same product online and get a damaged left shoe. Attaching pictures.I called the call center and the lady can’t do anything but to issue a return label and after that I am supposed to call the customer service again and give them the shipment number. Why should I go through all of this hassle when ZARA is the one selling damaged products to people???The lady assisting me didn’t even know where to drop reviews online.Terrible service. Not purchasing anything from Zara again

2022-07-17If you wanna return, NEVER come here! Only downstairs can do so but with super slow staff that can spend MORE THAN ONE HOUR in the line… idk why each customer need more than 5 mins for them to return.

2022-07-14Store is gross. Whenever u need to return any item (and Zara doesn’t accept returns via post) waiting time is at least 20-30 mins. I have been to multiple Zara locations worldwide and the way it works in USA, and Roosevelt field specifically, is shameful.

2022-06-13Probably one of the worst experiences I ever had. How is it possible for only two cashiers open and taking returns. Meanwhile, seems like they had enough cashiers to “check out” to take your money no problem they have the staff for that, but when it comes to returns “loosing money” they make it so inconvenient and inconsiderate We are in a basement hot no vent, no air circulating. I got to speak to the man “I’n charge” with the BLonde brownish hair and mask I asked nicely why is there only two cashiers can’t they grab someone from the floor? Or a cashier at the checkout. An hour and 12 min wait to return one or any Item unacceptable! Rudely he responds that his cashiers are in break and he doesn’t have the staff and walked away. Really? If that’s the case why do most of the reviews say the say thing what a coincidence most people experience the same thing shame terrible management I will not be returning.

2022-04-25Go here if you want to wait in line for an hour and a half. No exaggeration - at all times they have 2 cashiers with a line through the back of the store. This was on a weekday, I cant imagine a weekend, I also cant imagine making customers wait this long, officially done with this location. Im surprised the cashiers tolerate poor lack of leadership and management.

2022-05-18Had to wait a really long time to make a return. 2 cashiers left their posts to put clothes on hangers while everyone waited in line. Thank goodness I was redirected elsewhere by another employee.

2022-05-27Worst store ever! Long lines for fitting rooms and to purchase. Cashiers are not considerate and take their sweet time for everything! Awful store!
