I called and spoke to Elijah and he new right away what the problem was. I had some major things to be fixed and I dropped it off and got it back 3. hours later.Elijah was awesome. I would not go anywhere else. awesome job!!! thank you Elijah..
My computer stopped working completely and not only did Elijah completely repair my computer but he added upgrades to help performance and he did so in a couple hours. He is fast and efficient definitely would recommend him!
I just picked up my gaming desktop from Zombie Computers and am very satisfied and impressed with the work done on it. I worked with Elijah who was able to revive my gaming desktop that has been dead for 4+ years now. Moreover, he threw in some extra RAM for me on the house! I will definitely be using Zombie Computers services in the future and recommend this to anyone who needs their computer repaired.
Elijah at Zombie Computers is my now go-to guy for everything computer related! My computer started acting up after several years of ownership. Elijah is absolutely amazing. I needed my keyboard fixed for my work laptop, I went to Best Buy and they told me it would take 3 weeks to replace, I went to Sears, staples and more and none of them could get it done.Elijah fixed my keyboard within 30-45 mins of dropping it off with no hassle. I couldn’t be more happier with the work he’s done. I will deff be back for any other repairs I need and would highly recommend him to anyone!
I’m so happy I decided to take my outdated Mac computer to Elijah from Zombie Computers!!He communicated very well! 100% amazing! I spilled water into my keyboard and I was terrified. I was afraid I literally fried computer and even if I had not done that, at the very least I had lost everything. Zombie Computers not only fixed my computer but also made sure my computer ran faster and was in better condition then when I brought it there. He was professional and the knowledge he had was amazing. I was originally told by another company that water damage starts at $300.00, and I was pretty much screwed. He fixed up my bricked PC in no time and explained everything he did, even calling me for permission to proceed when encountering an issue that required a slightly different fix than we discussed. I work at a youth center, we had about 7 computers that didnt always work and now we have twice as many computers that all work with programs that are suitable for the children. The computers work much faster. Even the reception desk is up to date. Amazing, Wonderful work all around.

2022-07-06Elijah fixed and sped up my laptop that had been slow for 5+ years. Even upgraded my Windows software, along with a nice, dynamic wallpaper based on my interests! Everything went smoothly, from the fast communication to the minimal waiting time, all of which happened in about 5 hours. Professional and knowledgable; 100% recommended.

2022-07-07Elijah was so helpful from the start. My laptop battery was not holding charge and Elijah immediately sent me a link of the battery I need so I can purchase it. Ordered and it arrived in a couple of days. Took it to Elijah to fix kt and he fixed it in no time. And after he changed it he saw that my windows was not updated and he offered that service to update it. He spent about 45 minutes updating it but at the very end it failed. He informed me of what happened and he didnt charge extra for him trying. I will definitely continue to use Zombie computers from now on.

2022-05-26I had a great experience. When my laptop died, my warranty had expired, so I was stressed and unsure what to do next. Elijah was honest and provided me with all my available options, how much everything would cost me, etc. In addition to fixing my problem, he gave great advice and took all the guesswork out of the process. When I decided what I wanted to do (data recovery) and bought what I needed, it took him all of 8 minutes to finish the process. He even came back outside to make sure everything was working as it should! Very grateful for the help and how easy he made everything. I can’t recommend Zombie Computers enough! I hope we don’t have to see each other again, but I’m happy that I know where to go if another problem arises.

2022-07-02Elijah to the rescue. My hardrive died and I went to Best Buy and they could not help me. Apple could not help me . But he did and I am so happy to be able to get my feet back up as all my life’s work I thought was gone . But Zombie computers to the rescue it is.

2022-05-27I had a specific problem with my laptop that I requested be fixed. When I picked up the laptop, a screensaver (not requested) and program to make the laptop perform more efficiently was installed (not requested).After using the laptop few days, I confirmed my problem was not fixed. I called and received a telephone consultation. Still not fixed.Now, still not fixed plus I am receiving pop-ups from the program installed (requesting I pay to renew).
