A place so good we stopped twice. I got the classic breakfast sammie, both with and without the potato latke (I liked it both ways!) on an everything bagel. Delish! My partner tried the Flatiron the first day and the Leo the second. He preferred the Flatiron because of the way the salmon was presented (raw vs smoked).Ill be stopping again!
I will say the food here was really really delicious. Bagels amazing! But the service. Whew. They will call you to the counter when ready to take your order but you really can’t see anything so it’s difficult to tell. Cappuccino came cold. I mean really cold. The place was packed we waited maybe 20 minutes in line. Got our food right away but there was easily 10 or 15 people waiting on mobile orders before we even arrived that we’re still waiting. Many complaining they had been waiting 30 or 40 minutes and it seemed they don’t get them ready until you inquire. Nobody seemed to know what sugar was. I asked for sugar in my coffee but none was put in then had to request it but the girl behind the counter couldn’t seem to understand what I was asking for. Sugar, white sugar, cane sugar for my coffee? No, not Splenda. What kind? Sugar, regular sugar. ??! Then she had to go in the back for it I don’t understand.
If you are reading this review, then you are probably a visitor to New York City, because all locals (at least in Midtown) do know and love Zuckers. So the question is, is it worth your time to stop by? The answer is absolutely. This is THE quintessential NYC bagel shop. Things are deliberately slower here, unlike, say at Pick-A-Bagel, where the bagels are great, but the focus is on serving the greatest number of tourists in the shortest time possible. At Zuckers, quality of the food AND quality of time you are interacting with it both matter.
I was a regular at this place, the bagels are good. They constantly mix the orders. I am vegan and they gave me actual cream cheese.I figured out the taste after a few bites but now I feel nauseous and sick. It gets so crowded in the morning but this is not the customers problem.
I had a Zuckers Traditional. Great bagel with plenty of lox. I was on the fence about 4 vs 5 stars given $13 is a lot for a bagel, and decided on 5 stars when days later when I tried another popular bagel joints lox/cream cheese/tomatoes/onion/capers bagel -- same price and similar taste, but the Zuckers portion was more generous.
Great experience here. I arrived around 7:45 AM on a Tuesday morning and the place was empty. I ended up getting the Traditional on an everything bagel. (Lox, cream cheese, onions and capers) It was about $14 after tax but that is the norm for midtown. All of the staff there; three counter people and a manager (seemed like a manager) were very nice and patient. The bagel was great. Everything tasted fresh. I woul love to return again when I am in the area. No indoor seating during COVID. Also, the floor was marked for social distancing.
Good bagels but DON’T use a delivery service like Uber Eats. They are consistently LATE by more than an hour BEYOND the max delivery estimate. They’ve done this a number of times so I’m giving up on them. Take your restaurant off delivery apps if you can’t meet your estimates. Dishonest!
Good, but not great...bagels were on the small side of medium ... they were more of a bread like texture than classic chewier bagels... the exterior was not crispy at all and added neither flavor or texture elements... a solid 3.5 ⭐s for the onion bagel, but 4.5 ⭐s for the smoked whitefish which was extraordinary but dry.
Don’t order online here. We placed an order, it said ready in 30 minutes. Walked over waited for another 30 minutes. Never received our food and they were completely rude when I asked about it. Tons of bagels in the city. Go somewhere else that wants your money, especially for an hour wait. Tons of people who walked in after us got their food so it seems like they ignore online orders.
Terrible service. I waited 20 mins to order and get a bagel sandwich that was WRONG. I ordered sausage and was given bacon. It took so long to get it that I didnt even have time to order a replacement for fear of waiting another 20 mins. This location needs to pick up the pace and get it right.
I was visiting New York and was craving a bagel and from the reviews decided to check out Zucker’s Bagels & Smoked fish out. The location and restaurant were very clean and seemed to be organized chaos is a good way. When I arrived the line was out the door with a mix of locals and tourists. The staff were efficient and fast at getting the orders out. I ordered the traditional bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, onions, and capers. Let’s just say it did not disappoint it was delicious with generous portion size. I would definitely recommend and will revisit on my next trip.
We went there one morning on a whim, and found ourselves back there for breakfast twice more until we left NYC.Probably one of the best bagel places we’ve eaten at, and the ambiance was great. Really good music playing, even when they had a church service playing on Sunday morning (which seemed odd?).The lox was great, and we especially loved the dirty chai lattes! Iced was best.
Old school bagel spot. Not a ton of seating. Couple choice spots near window for some people watching. Place was packed. My everything bagel was large, fresh and pricey but quite tasty. Coffee was more than decent. Scored one of those choice window seats and ended up having a great conversation with one of the employees from Trinidad. Id goback. Highly recommend.
An overwhelming choice of bagels to choose from, customer service not very friendly though. The staff repeatedly bark at you to order, even if there is no one else in the queue. Every customer seemed a little put out by this. I asked for a recommendation on a bagel and was told dismissively that I had to choose my own. Not sure they understood what a recommendation was. :-) Then my server wandered off somewhere irritated. Anyway, when I did get served, the bagel was fantastic and huge, enough for two meals. Although $17 for a breakfast bagel is a little bit pricey. Place is clean and nicely decorated, conveniently situated too.
I loved Zuckers! The staff were so friendly and very quick. I got the Flatiron and it was so so delicious. They stuff it full so it is well worth what you pay. I love smoked salmon bagels and this one did not disappoint with its avocado and green onion cream cheese stuffed between a perfect everything bagel.
Great classic New York style bagel place. Bagels are of high quality, the sandwiches are quite good. Nothing exceptional, but it is traditional, so no need to be anything more. While I consider it to be more of a take out place, there is sufficient room to comfortably sit and eat. The service is as fast as it can be, but be cautious that during busy times you may have to budget about 15 min from waiting to order to getting out of the door. It is not a place to quickly drop by before your 9 am meeting. It is worth the wait time.
The guy at the deli who took our order looked right out of central casting for a middle aged hitman for the mafia. He wrote down Reiko’s order and asked if she wanted anything else. Then my turn. I asked for a lox and bagel.“What kind of bread?” he said.“You got an Everything bagel?” I said.“Only whole wheat.”“Ok.” Darn. Ok, I’ll have sesame. Toasted.” IsReiko went to get a seat at the table by the window.I was wandering around taking pictures when I heard my name. I saw Hitman and he waved me over. “The only sesame we got left is whole wheat.”“How about onion?”He looked me straight in the eye, dispassionately, like he couldn’t decide whether to shoot me in the head or tie a cement block to me and drop me in the East River. Finally he nodded to himself, looked at me, ready to act, and said, “Yeah, I got that,” and walked away.A few minutes later the cashier called my name and I headed over. The system at this deli was that the guys at the counter gave the trays with the orders to the cashiers who then handed them to the customers. Hitman held onto our tray and motioned me with his head to come to him. “Here you go,” he said.“Thanks!” I said. Hitman looked me in the eye again and gave me the barest hint of a smile.Zucker’s Bagels and Smoked Fish is well known and seems to always be busy. They must churn out hundreds of sandwiches a day. But the tough looking guy who took my order and made my sandwich listened carefully to me and made I sure I got a sandwich that I would like and was happy when I was happy with the sandwich he made me.I love Zucker’s. I Love New York.
My husband looked up local bagel places. We chose to come here and we are so glad we did! The bagels and coffee were so goood! I regret not getting a breakfast sandwich too! The potatoes latkes were good as well! Great location too, by Grand Central terminal and the Chrysler building!
We stopped for Bagels. They have all kinds of bagels, sandwiches, coffee chicken, etc. The line was long but it moved fairly fast. The place is small so you may not find seating inside. You also need to speak up because because theres a lot of noise and they wont hear your order correctly. Overall is a good place to stop by for bagels I took one star off because they got our order wrong twice so it took twice as long to get it.
Dont bother to order bagles from Goldbelly. Even with overnight shipping, arriving next day, the bagles are STALE and HARD. Shipoed in Sunday nighr, arrived Monday morning. Only explanation is Zuckers shipping what didnt sell over the weekend. Shipping day-olds is not good. $60 wasted.
I like Zuckers bagels but they need to improve their system of processing online orders both through their own website and through 3rd party vendors such as Seamless. They have never made the estimated time which is usually 40 minutes. Be sure to add 30 minutes on top of that. Waiting over an hour for bagels is ridiculous. There are plenty of good bagel shops in the Midtown and Murray Hill area. Going to the store is a little more efficient but prepare yourself for long lines.
Bagel is huge so its good since its overpriced for a bagel. Flavor wise, its ok but nothing to lose your mind over. I went, I tried it and thats about it. Definitely wont be going back. There are better places. (I had the avocado toast and added cream cheese) also, bagel is NOT warm. I think that was the worst of it. But the flavor overall is not something outstanding. Definitely not worth it.
Great bagels and really fresh ingredients. My friend got a Bagwell work lox and cream cheese and it was great. I dont normally love lox but this was so fresh and it wasnt overly salty. I got a bagel with avocado, tomato and a fried egg and it was also amazing. The wheat bagel was awesome and the egg cooked well. I especially enjoyed the sesame and poppy seeds sprinkled on top. The avocado and tomato was awesome.
Widest range of smoked fish Ive ever seen. Pictured is my smoked lake sturgeon on poppy seed and my wife had a gravlax on everything. Both were absolutely phenomenal a definitely the best weve ever had while traveling to NYC. The place was packed but they move people along pretty quickly.
So Ive not had bad experience previously but I came here after not being there for over a year. I heard they had gluten free bagels and wanted to pick some up for a friend who as if very recently become deathly allergic to wheat. I read online that Zuckers had great big gluten free bagels but maybe isnt the same as the one mentioned on chamber St but I was extremely disappointed to say the least. The bagels were mini bagels, they came out of a store bought branded bag (the guy said they order from The Knead), and to make matters worse they were $3 EACH. Taking it to another miserable level, when I got on the subway and reached into my bag to check if they felt like real NY vs gross grocery bagels I found that they were COLD. I said I wanted it to go, not that I wanted them almost frozen. We dont only have a microwave at work which is not conducive to making a good bagel. Therefore, this trip that was supposed to produce a thoughtful gift for my bagel-missing colleague was a huge waste and now Im stuck with these borderline frozen mini bagels that I could have ordered from a bag online.
Zuckers currently has my vote for best bagel place in the city. The bagels have crisp exteriors and chewy centers; simply ideal. Toasting these would be a sin.Sometimes staff here can be a bit slow. This morning, a man literally threw his hands up and stormed off after he was kept waiting in front of the counter. It doesnt faze me, but clearly it bars some.
I was really excited about this place from seeing the 4.3 rating on Google. Its definitely overrated. The bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything I ordered was just ok. Nothing special. Its tough to stand out as a bagel store in the city because most everywhere is decent. This is just another decent place, and way overpriced for being so decent. The search for best bagel near Grand Central continues.
Great tasting food overall. AVOID this place on the weekends during prime hours at all costs. Also DO NOT order online ahead of time. You are better off waiting in line and getting your order that way.It seems as the most of the staff is there for people in the line. They take your order, you pay, and you wait 10-20 min for the person who took your order to come to the cashiers and call out your name. The problem here is that it seems like they have a separate team handling online orders. Theres not as many staff dedicated to online orders, so once they take your order online (and money), youre stuck waiting for that smaller team to make your order. To make matters worse, when that team brings online orders to the front rack, NO ONE calls out the name on the ticket, so youre left fighting your way amongst the waiting crowd to either ask if your order is ready or flip the bags around to check if your name is on the ticket.Again food is great, but the customer service for online ordering in non-existent. If you like misery, then order online for pickup during the prime time weekend. Else, wait in line or order online during off-peak hours.
Waited 24 minute for a basic breakfast bagel sandwich, requested for an update twice and still never received our food. Was told it was busy, yet 7 people received their food after us. We requested a refund and took our business elsewhere. Will not return.*This review is based on the service, not the food (because of course we never received it)
Came to Zucker’s with high expectations. I’m no expert of NYC bagels, so my review won’t be about that, but rather the service we received. I came with 3 family members, and as we were ordering, our server was extremely rude and unprofessional. Yes, I know it was crowded and there was a lot going on, but this is Manhattan; it’s always crowded, there’s always something going on. For the traditional sandwich, which comes with tomatoes, onions, and capers, I asked that they please remove the tomatoes, and was rudely, well, yelled at that “no substitutions are allowed!” First of all, I asked you to remove something, not add anything. Secondly, when we clarified this, this one server continued to raise his voice and tell us he couldn’t do what we were asking. Not only did he treat us rudely and unprofessionally, but when I finally got my sandwich, it had barely half of the salmon that everyone else got in my group, and we all ordered the same sandwich. Petty much? Food was fine, but given the choice, I wouldn’t come back here. Sorry I have to say this, as their bagels are really good.
After waiting on the ess a bagel line on a Sunday morning for 10 minutes (the line was about an hour wait), My brother and I decided to go here instead. We were in and out with our orders in less than 10 minutes, and the bagels were phenomenal.Definitely a go to spot in the central area.
We had to make a quick trip to New York, and I had to make time to get a bagel. By luck we stumbled across Zuckers. I had a delicious everything bagel with lox and my partner in crime had bacon, egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. It was delicious! Seriously I am so excited that I will have to go back to New York again so I can swing by for another bagel. It was a great find.
Food is definitely good (would’ve been better if I received it warm), but the service was rude. I placed an order for pickup (two bagels). After waiting past the 45 minute time frame they had provided (spent about 20 minutes waiting in the store), I asked a worker about the order status. He went off on me about how I was being so impatient.
Great classic New York style bagel place. Bagels are of high quality, fresh and flavorful! May be the best tasting bagel ever. Awesome place. We loved it. Good quality food. Nice atmosphere. Staff were all really nice. Glad we looked it up and went in. We werent expecting such a loaded bagel with fresh salmon. Definitely get good bang for your buck here. Would highly recommend.
The bagels and sandwiches are good. Their service always requires little kick in the pants. Even if you order out, You have to verbally request your take out order to the attendant behind the counter, because it wont be on the rack specifically labeled to go orders. The key 🔐, line up like youre ordering in store
Delicious bagels, very soft and chewy literally the best bagel, limitless possibilities, fast service, quality food. This place truly deserves its awesome rating and hope it continues to do so for years to come. So amazing. You can see them making the bagels right there, very fresh!
Avoid during weekends at all costs. The line is ridiculously long, and once youre in front of the person who takes your order, theyll tell you its another 20 minutes to get anything other than a bagel with cream cheese. It didnt help that the dude was rude. Then, theres a sweet lady who reads back your order very slowly bc the dudes handwriting is difficult to decipher. The bagels are good but not that good. If youre passing by and its fairly empty, sure, pop in and try the delancey or the chipotle egg, otherwise keep walking.
So this place is weird. The bagels and lox are great (so many kinds of salmon!). Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area. The downside is that the guy that works here on the weekends is a total jerk. Every time. Not sure what his deal is. Someone from corporate should check in on him and see if he’s doing okay. He clearly needs a friend.
Dont bother calling! Location refuses to pick up their phone for >2.5 hours and I still dont have my order! My Uber Eats order was est. to arrive at 11:35AM. It is now 1:30PM and Ive tried calling over a dozen times but nobody will pick up the phone. Absurd! Will I ever get my food?
Absolutely the worst bagel you can grab near Grand Central. Do not come here.Cash register employee will charge you whatever they feel like and short you on a simple bacon egg and cheese. Cross the street and you’ll find a better and friendlier bagel spot, Bagel Express. Enjoy their egg bagels!
The bagel spot of all bagel spots, and this precise location (not the facsimiles). Zucker’s has become a quotidian ritual, with my love handles able to finagle the extra carbs. The Dude™️ who works behind the cash register (Mat / Mathew) is always smiling, pleasant, and nothing but gracious every friggin time. Three thumbs up and a customer for life !
The actual food is great — if you order and purchase in person. But I’m only giving 3 stars because their pick-up and delivery service is terrible. They don’t get the timing right for pick-up or delivery, and the latter takes an absurd amount of time given the short distance it has to travel — by delivery, the food therefore arrives a weird mushy texture.
Decent place for bagles. i got the bacon, eggs, and cheese on an everything bagle, and it was really yummy. i also got the dried tomato and garlic creme cheese on a garlic bagle. the garlic bagle was had crispy garlic pieces on top. the creme cheese tasted good, but i would have preferred if the creme cheese texture was more fluffy.
I absolutely love Zuckers! Their bagels are so good and also they have tofu cream cheese in various flavors!!!! Also the employees are absolutely amazing and always so nice and friendly. I love this place so much for both its great bagels and the friendly people who work there. 100% would recommend it.
We had a client come in and ask for a chicken sandwich or turkey so we ordered both.Add ons were 1-2$ extra this included lettuce, tomatoes, onions.Just a warning that the 10$ sandwich you order does not include anything other then bread and meat. What a sad sandwich. This place has no business selling sandwiches. Or charging extra like that.Ridiculous
Had a good customer experience at the store today. I was not familiar with how and what to order. The guy serving me was exceptionally helpful. All questions were answered delightfully. Upon paying, I realised I left my credit card at the shop I went earlier. I asked if I could borrow the phone. He didn’t hesitated when the store manager asked him to lend his to me. The bagel made by him was excellent! All 5* to him!
Went here our first day out of a 4 day trip and will be going back tomorrow. I for sure havent tried all the bagel places in NYC but this is the best bagel Ive had. I had the Reuben Reuben Reuben and my wife had the Flatiron. The staff are very friendly, which is hard to find in the city sometimes. Definitely a great place to go.
The best food I had during my short stay in New York. I had an everything bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers. It was fantastic and the coffee was really good too. I like the overall aesthetic of the place and comparatively it was a cheaper option in the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Good fresh bagels of all variety, nice traditional bagel and lox platter plus tomatoes, onions, capers, cream cheese for $10. Super generous portion of lox every time. Not too much seating so you have to squeeze in and eat fast. The hard0working pro staff keep the long line moving with friendliness and good humor every time. really enjoy this place and will go back. So convenient right near Grand Central.
I can only rate this based on what I ordered which was the traditional lox bagel and the corned beef wrap. It was my first time eating lox and based on this experience I wouldn’t want to eat lox ever again. The bagel was hard and dry, nothing special about the lox, cream cheese and capers wasn’t enough to come through and onions could have been pickled. The corned beef was dry and flavorless. $40 later I’m thinking I should have gone McDonald’s. Got a few more days here so maybe I can find a better lox bagel in NYC?
Incredibly bland bagels. The shop itself is nice, but the bagels are flavorless. My everything bagel tasted like nothing. Both the seeds and the dough itself were lacking flavor. And it completely lacked the coarse grain salt that helps to impart flavor. Really disappointing.
They serve the egg sandwiches until 1pm, which is great if you are in the area and need a BEC. However, the time it took the folks working there to take my order was much longer than at a deli (~15 minutes, just to order!), and then more waiting for the actual food. Went before 11 am and it didnt seem that busy so Im not sure if this is a regular thing. Bagel itself was quite good.
My order arrived late and it was the wrong order. Both Uber and the merchant acknowledged that the order was wrong but both also denied responsibility for the delayed delivery. Merchant offered a refund but did not follow through with it. Dont waste your time or money on this place.
Was charged $28, when ordering a bagel with lox, a bagel with cream cheese, 2 cookies and a $5 beer... was never given the $12 bagel with lox, when asked, they tried to take the 2 cookies back, saying they werent included in the order. So a bagel with cream cheese costs $13? Completely ridiculous and not even worth half of what we paid. Will NEVER stop there again unless there are no other options (which is why we ended up there in the first place).
Im not a new Yorker, so I dont have much of a basis of comparison, but I can say for certain these bagels are much better than anything you can get in Dallas. Service was fast and friendly. I recommend the everything bagel--it didnt have too much garlic as so often is the case.
Loved this bagel shop. They have a fantastic bacon, egg, & cheese bagel sandwich which is also large enough to satisfy a breakfast need. It’s pricey but so is NYC. Their chai tea latte is really really good in fact. I’d highly recommend checking this place out for either
Consistently great bagels and fixings, l always come here several times when visiting the city and staying in this nice neighborhood. Staff hustles to get your order quickly custom made to your exact specs. Can get busy (popular) but line moves quicker than you would think, and I’ve never been disappointed here.
First time the wait was so long that we gave up, 2nd time ordered online when we went there they said they are out of fish and if we want they give another fish we said okay 20 minutes later we asked what happened, they said they dont have the other fish either, so we asked for a refund, then he said he found one, need to be more organized, bagels are good though
The bagels were good. But come on, its NYC every corner has good bagels. Every other corner has amazing ones. Dont know what all the fuss is about. I felt too rushed to order then they messed up my order twice. Eggs, bacon, and CREAM cheese, really??? I dont need this much stress before breakfast. The ordering process has too much of a learning curve.
Place needs a number ordering system for efficiency and to ease customers worries.. Saw multiple people who were in line after me served first. Guy had attitude when i asked if my order was coming. 15 min wait after ordering for a simple bagel. Yes they were busy and most working hard. Good coffee.
First off, I dont do 3 stars often, but with Zuckers Bagels I was slightly disappointed. Let me say that the staff is very friendly and at first sight this place and its menu looks very tasty and makes my mouth water! However when I received my bagel/sandwich, I was surprised by the lack of taste. I especially choose a bagel with very strong and tasty ingredients, but for some reason it did not shine like I hoped to be.Exactly the same goes for my girlfriends bagel.. on paper it looked great, but in real life it lacks taste (very plain taste, not even slightly salty/spicy/sweet).Now Im not pulling the In Europe the cuisine is far better-card, because I know that in the US can have very very tasty food as well, but I just have to say that my and my GFs tastebuds get more excited here at home.Even though this could be a 1-time mistake, I wouldnt go back to try anything else.. they just were not so special. Therefore the 3 stars.. a neutral review.
I come here often and love the food. It therefore takes a lot to upset me here. This review is about the attitudes of the staff. Today, 30 min after entering the shop, my order was still not ready and I had to leave without it because I was running late to a train. I informed the staff that I had a train leaving in 10 min. The cashier showed complete indifference to my request, the sandwich crew manager faced me off with stern refusal to do anything to expedite the order. I left without the food and with no time to get a refund.
Delicious bagels and a large variety of smoked fish as well as some meats to put on them! Lots of schmears (seasoned cream cheese) to choose from also. Prices for some of the premium smoked fishes can be $$$, though. Great espresso to boot! Definitely visiting again tomorrow. You can also grab a shaker of their everything bagel seasoning to go. Its preservative free and full of yummyness.
Awesome bagels! My lady had the Alton Brown on pumpernickel and I had the Reuben Reuben Reuben on marbled rye bagel. Both were phenomenal! And great coffee too. We just ate here for the second day in a row. 10/10 would schmear again. They have this bagel game on lox!
Ranges from excellent to disappointing. My biggest criticism is that its inconsistent. Which makes makes its serious priciness a bit more of a problem. An excellent bacon egg and cheese for $7 is one thing (and they are sometimes), but Ive also had them with chewy bagels and once with the ketchup covering the outside of the bagel... It was terrible. Overall can be great but can be quite average as well. Also expect long lines during peak times though service is pretty quick considering. I dont recommend going on the weekends because I believe the bagels are only made fresh during the week.

2022-05-03First timer here. My husband just finished one half of the Zucker’s traditional in less than a minute. I still can’t believe it. We’ve tried a fair share of bagels in midtown, Manhattan, and this one is on top of our list. We will have to try one with cream cheese to see if that’s also good.

2021-12-22Whats there to say other than Zuckers serves the BEST GD Bagels I have ever had. I cannot imagine there could be any better. The service is fast (even with a line) and the reward for the wait is MORE than justifiable. EVERYTHING we had at Zuckers was fresh and beyond expectations. YES, 5 out 5, YES INDEED!

2022-04-11Best bagels ! We ordered one with avocado and fried egg and other with cheddar and bacon. Avocado bagel did not make it to the photo! Both were great. Coffee is also good!

2022-07-04Really enjoyed the Alton Brown, great flavour, breakfast bagel was a little dry in my opinion. Would definitely revisit though

2022-02-12It was a long queue around 11AM on Sunday. Be prepared for the waiting time. But worth of it. I specifically bought half a dozen and brought back to Chicago. Even after 3 days they still taste chewy and full of flavor. I personally think their choice of flour makes a difference.

2022-05-30Tried Zuckers for the first time and it’s easy to understand why people love it! Warm and friendly quick service. Piping hot bagels. I got my usual, an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. The bagel’s taste and texture were perfect. I would definitely go back! Tried my friend’s bagel with their new chipotle cream cheese and really enjoyed that as well. It’s definitely spicy but delicious! Close to area attractions and hotels, for an easy morning bite. Would stop again!

2022-02-27Zuckers is an amazing place to stop for breakfast. The everything bagels are to die for. They load up the sandwiches so much for what you pay. Ill always be stopping by here when Im in the area!

2021-09-06VAX card required before seating, or else you must take the food outside.I ordered a custom-made The Zucker’s Traditional bagel signature sandwich, made with Eastern Nova instead of Nova Scotia because the former is less salty, tomatoes, red onions, capers and just a tablespoon of cream cheese.Zucker’s does not sell mini bagels. So I ate only 1/4 of the bagel because I am on a low-carb diet. The bagel itself was a tad sweet in comparison to bagels that I order on Long Island. The salmon was fresh and low sodium—just the way that I like it. The condiments were good. The tables were dirty. See my photos. It took about 25 minutes for somebody to come and clean it up. Because of that, I am giving Zucker’s three stars.

2021-12-03Went on Friday morning around 8am and there were no lines. When I went up to order, I requested the smoked trout and the counter guy recommended The Alton. Which has Smoked Trout, Plain Cream Cheese, Avocado, Horseradish and Tobiko on a bialy. It wound up being delicious! I would highly recommend this.My second order was for a pastrami smoked salmon on garlic bread w scallion cream cheese which was ok.They have so many varieties and I look forward to coming back to try more.
