I just went for my mammogram at the Massapequa location. It is something I have always dreaded because it was always a horrible experience. However, this time I had a technician named Maria who was amazing. She did it so quickly and virtually painless that I will never go anywhere else. Thank you, Maria!! I will recommend this facility and you to everyone I know.
Just went in today for an HSG test. I was very worried & anxious about the procedure. Ashley(tech) was amazing in helping me keep calm & reassuring me the procedure is not that bad. The doctor was great also they both made my experience a good one. She was very sweet, attentive & informative. She even held my hand & converse with me while the procedure was being done to take my mind off. The procedure was quick & I just felt a bit of discomfort nothing too intense. I will definitely recommend my friends & family.

Why give a 3:00 appointment during COVID-19, make you drink 32 oz of water and hour and 15 minutes before your appointment time if you can not honor the appointment time. It is half and hour later and still waiting. I arrived before someone else and they went in before I did fir the same thing. How do I know, because of the questions the receptionist asked her which she did not ask me. Still waiting. So I guess, j M going to be late for my second appointment.
These group of women here are so unprofessional. Will see you standing waiting to ask a question or to register in and will ignore your presents. Rude will never advise anyone to this office
I have an urgent matter that i need to talk to someone. Its 4:42 and no one is answering. Im just on hold and literally like 15 minutes already, no courtesy pick up to say please hold a little longer nothing. :(
Whenever I’ve gone to the massapequa location the staff is awesome!! But now I need additional testing and I can’t get anyone to call me back or pick up the phone!!!! I’ve tried calling n emailing… nothing!!! Awful
Ive been using the this Massapeaua office for 8 years and so far no problems at all. The wait time is normal, staff is polite, Have used the Merrick location twice and they were just a nice. Will be using them very soon. Usually when theres a problem, with a patient, you gotta wonder whats the other side of the story!
My family and I have used this facility several times. I have always found them to be courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I love being able to access my results so quickly! I definitely recommend them!
20 min holding on a call to make an appointment. Doesnt answer their phones, eventually hung up...
You dont tell a diabetic not to eat anything for over 12 hours and then not have the appointment honored. Please dont ever over-book these sorts of appointments. Its unethical and causes extreme hardship for some people.
Not open Saturday January 4,2020 at 5pm. Made a wasted trip. Levittown lets you make an appointment and they were closed!

2022-01-26I have been to the Massapequa location a few times before, but my appointment yesterday was so much better than previous visits! The appointment was easy to make, the front desk pleasant and courteous, and my tech Zina was so great. The new MRI machine is so much more comfortable than the old machines at Pro Health. I would definitely choose Massapequa for any testing needs.

2021-11-04I have been going to this location for years.The staff is polite and check-in is fast. Getting an appointment is the toughest part. So, I usually just drive there and make it in person. It’s kind of a pain but until things get back to normal, it will do. Staffing is a problem everywhere! They’re also remodeling this location which is a plus!!

2021-10-28Honestly, this place used to be awesome. Amazing, responsive service and reliable testing. Now I can’t even get someone on the phone to schedule a mammogram. I was on hold for twenty five minutes yesterday. I finally tried to schedule through the online system. They said they’ll call me. No call yet. Unfortunately, I don’t think any of the other radiologists are any better. I’ve had similar experiences with Northwell trying to schedule an MRI for my son. It’s seems they are all short-staffed since Covid. It’s a scary time if you need healthcare.

2021-12-27The waiting area is way too small and over crowded. The appointments are clearly overbooked. The poor staff who I don’t blame can’t handle the volume.

2021-05-04Protocol for scheduling is horrible. We had our appointment that we made for our one year old daughter cancelled the day of because of an oversight on their system. Spoke with the office manager at the location and the patient advocate. They said theres nothing they can do and apologize. I am beyond disappointed in this as we provided all of the information at the time of making the schedule.

2020-09-23I went earlier today for a sonogram of my heart. The office is very clean and the front desk staff was very kind. Gabrielle Johnson was the one who conducted the sonogram and she was fantastic. She was very professional and polite and seemed very proficient conducting the procedure. I only went there as a precaution but the whole environment of the office was very positive and comforting.

2021-07-03Efficient sign-in process, short wait, and really nice staff. Results were done within hours and sent directly to me! So happy with Zwanger-Pesiris patient care!! 😃Update: Went in recently to pick up a copy of my scans. ZP even included priors and all notes from the doc! The process was so seamless!!

2021-02-05My daughter had an allergic reaction to the iodine during her CT and ended up vomiting in the machine. I’m so thankful to Eleanor M and Jessica Mc for helping her clean up and not make her ordeal even worse. It was a stressful situation, but their calm demeanor helped my daughter feel so much better. I’m extremely thankful to the staff throughout the whole ordeal.
