Had a wonderful experience at this office! I needed a CT scan, and the lady at the front desk was accommodating and sweet. The nurse who inserted the IV was extremely understanding when I felt faint, and encouraged me to lie down before trying again. Overall, the experience was positive, and I will definitely be coming back here for any future scans.

Disgusting. Do not recommend. Went back and forth with my dr’s office trying to even get an appointment here, I find a babysitter to watch my son in the middle of a storm and I walk in to be told “oh your appointment needs to be rescheduled.” Was never contacted and yet I still keep receiving texts all day long from Zwanger up until 2 hours before my appointment to register in their system, saying “we look forward to seeing you.” Apparently the policy is to call 4 times until you reach the patient according to the kind and understanding man at the front desk whose hands were tied trying to help me, because scheduling doesnt know how to do their job. CLEARLY not the case and should be investigated. Now here i sit still in pain twiddling my fingers. Thanks for nothing but wasting my time.

I called 3 times to schedule an appointment, after being on hold for 5 minutes the first 2 times, I scheduled a call back. When they did call back, there wasn’t anyone on the phone. I hung up after about 30 seconds the first time, the second time I waited over 2 minutes, nope, no one there. I tried calling again , this time I was on hold for 30 minutes, still not a live person.

Had to get a CT scan with both oral and IV contrast today. I dont have the best veins and usually dread getting an IV/blood drawn but Joanna got me on her 1st try!!!! Awesome. Sounds silly but I was very happy and let her know it! She said, You made my day. Ditto Joanna! Nice friendly staff all around.

Came in at 10:00 am for a 10:15 appointment as i was told to come 15 minutes earlier to fill out paper work which was completed in 5 mins...was not seen until 11:00 am. Very unorganized and appointments are not on time. I would not recommend this location.

Very professional. Clean environment. New machine. Online pre registration works well, all info needed is already there waiting for you to arrive for your appointment.

Make sure to arrive an hour after your scheduled appointment to be seen at the correct time. Staff is friendly.

Horrible. Scheduled an appointment on my day off for 7:00am in West Islip and the office was closed! When I called to complain the staff lied and said they were there at 6:30! I suggested they check the cameras. 😂 Will be going elsewhere.

Schedule an MRI appt for 3:30. It is now 4pm and still waiting! Mind you, i arrived at 3:15pm and since then i am the ONLY one in the waiting room. I HATE coming here!!!
