The outlet has low to middle-end of their products. (i.e. Zwilling International, Gourmet, Pro, Pro S. ) Almost always cheaper than Amazon. Alex is a very knowledgeable salesman.
They had some very nice merchandise which appeared to be marked up to enable large discounts (down to normal high retail) to conform to the outlet atmosphere.
Christina is on her game! She is beyond knowledgeable of the products here...like a Zwilling Whisperer! I am very happy with my purchases:-)

2021-11-24After six months, the finish came off the handles of our graphite 20 piece self sharpening knife set (always hand washed BTW). Tried to get replaced under warranty but now the company wants to ship back at my cost. This set is so heavy, it will cost a fortune. Now I have a worthless knife set. Stay away from these knives, they do not back the warranty.

2018-09-16Great customer service. Went in to look at replacement knives. Christine our sales person was patient and really spent time educating us on the benefits of the various types of knives and how they are constructed. After we felt we understood the differences, we purchased a whole new set of knives which should last us for years. This is a definite stop if you are looking for quality cutlery.

2020-12-30I am a repeated customer of this location and I am really impressed with the customer service especially the store manager - Slyvia. She knows her products well and able to help me find what I was looking for. I did a lot of phone orders due to covid situation and I was always pleased with the streamlined customer service. Slyvia always went above and beyond to help customers. They always have great deals and a lot of options to choose from. The store is always busy but I always get a return call promptly to follow up on my orders. I would highly recommend this store without reserve.

2020-12-28I came in the store for a return which I called the store in advance before driving for 1.5 hours. The manager i believe her name is (silvi) I may be wrong of her name is completely rude and had no consideration for her employees. Her employee gave me the wrong information over the phone for a return. I will understand he may be new. But this manager did not apologize for his mistake and said he’s new. She told us I will not return it to this store for the reason because “I will lose a sale” someone needs to go there and teach her customer service. You don’t not treat customers like that especially at a high end outlet.

2019-01-16Great shop. High quality items, prices are fair. Gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable about his products and helped me pick the best items even though place was very busy on saturday. This will definitely be my choice place from now on, whether its for tweezers, nail clippers or high end cooking knives..

2018-05-09Five-star salesman goes to this shop. He is knowledgeable and patient to explain the different range of knives to us. We learnt a fairly good deal abt knives from him. Of course, we did purchase some before we leave the shop.

2021-05-10No other place sales the quality cookware and knifes in such reasonable price. The issue here is: a knife may last forever. I dont need to shop another one.... 😁
