I rate Tom Wahls against fast food restaurants. Its a very high end fast food restaurant relative to service and food quality! I had a fish dinner and was very satisfied!
This chain restaurant in Canandaigua has maintained a good quality of food and service across many years. Personally, I avoid chain restaurants when I can, but Ive always felt Arbys does do fast-food better than most!
